Survivor Premiere Party!!

Hello Dishers!!! Welcome to the Party!!

We're starting with the Survivor Premiere Party, immediately followed by the Big Brother Finale Party, ending with the Backyard Interviews Party on the live feeds!

Our sadness about another season of Big Brother coming to an end can be tempered by the fact that Survivor begins tonight, and we will be blogging the show every week until it too comes to an end!

Welcome to Survivor Nicaragua - Old versus Young!



This season is pitting two tribes of 10 castaways each. The Espada tribe is comprised of people over the age of 40; whereas the La Flor tribe is made up of those 30 and younger.

Watch this video to get a flavor of what's coming up!




Have you picked a favorite yet? Do you like this season's groupings? Is this the recipe for ageist disaster? Who will outwit, outlast and outplay?

Brenda wins the Medallion of Power but gives it to Espada Tribe in return for fishing gear.

The First Challenge is about pouring buckets of water down the shoot to fill a bigger one that will release the puzzle pieces. Espada gets a chance to use the Medallion of Power to get a head start but choose not to use it!


The Winner of this challenge is.... La Flor!

    I'm so excited Survivor is starting but it is definitely screwing up my weekly clock. Wed? Oh dear! I'm gonna have to get some repairs done so I don't keep thinking today is Thurs.

    I'll see you all back here for the BB Finale. I'm gonna watch it online w/ you all. I usually watch the shows on TV cuz it's more comfy for me since I'm still from the stone age & don't have a lap top. So, I'm off to watch Survivor
