The feeds returned at 4:40pm with Dan telling Ian, "You can't tell anyone about our final 2 deal, Ian. No one."
Waiting for Ian to get out of the shower, Dan says to himself in the mirror...
Dan: This right here is the ticket to finally getting Frank out of the game.
Dan: How in the world did I pull that off?
Judging by the filth encrusted on Dan's arms, it looks like it was an epic battle a la Otev for this PoV..I look forward to hearing more about it on the live feeds! :0) Let's listen in, shall we?
It's do or die time for Frank.. Will he stay or will he go? How will it all play out til the PoV Ceremony.. and beyond?Spark up your feeds, folks! It just got very intense.. again!
Frank's wondering aloud with Jenn if he can get Ian to put Shane up on the block as a replacement for Jenn, assuming Dan will use his PoV on her in gratitude for last week...

5:10pm Dan broaches the subject of using it on Jenn with Ian.. just as something he'd like to discuss and consider. Dan then checks in with Danielle.. then Frank.. the Jenn.. all alliances covered..
Dan, knowing exactly what he's going to do from moment one, still makes a point of including everyone individually in on his "decision making".. For example:
6:15pm - Dan's talking to Jenn about using the PoV on her..
Jenn: If God forbid, Ian put Danielle up, I'd vote Frank out.
Dan: I just want to be 100% sure.
Jenn: 1000% sure. I would never, ever go against you guys.
Dan: I think it's better this way, because he probably woulda put my ass up.
Jenn: Ian has no one.. and he can't play HoH, and everyone wants him out.
They hug, then..
Dan: Do you think Frank'll be pissed if I tell him I'm gonna use it on you?
Jenn: No..
Dan: I may just tell him..
Jenn: Hey, Happy Birthday.
Dan: Jenn.. What you did for me? I'm gonna be payin' you back the rest of this game.

I Love Lucy and The Golden Girls are my two all time favorite t.v. shows. I own both series on DVD. It's what I always pop into my DVD player and fall asleep to every night, as well. I set the sleep timer on my t.v. because I don't like it on all night, but I fall asleep to them.
I think I know every line in both sitcoms by heart.

I just left Walmart and they have a Lucy And Betty White combo pack for $10it bucks. I bought it to tuck away as a stocking stuffer, which prolly won't make it that far :)

Longtime reader, first time commenter. Fingers crossed for Frank. Mike Boogie was, for me, the highlight of this season, but Dan is definitely giving him a run for his money.

What a nice birthday present for Dan!! Now we will have to wait and see what he does with it. My theory...he uses it to take Jenn off, it's too fresh in everyone's mind still that she used hers on him and I think he knows how bad that would look if he didn't return the favor. He still has to do the eggshell walk right now with game moves if he wants people to genuinely trust him again. Who goes up as renom? Chef Joe, pop a squat :-)

I could be wrong, but my guess is that Dan will not use the POV unless he is 100% positive Frank will still go home. The only reason he would consider using POV is, not to repay the favor Jenn did for him, but to keep Jenn around for final 3. That is in no way to help Jenn.. It's because he knows he can beat her.

And dear, sweet, naive, 'I made a big game move' Jenn, I didn't know about your mom's health problems and I'm trully sorry to hear. However, Dan has no emotions in this game. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but, I don't think your sick mother is any more of a consideration to Dan than Britney's having no job and wanting to have a child.
Frank and Jenn are going to look back at Sunday, August 26 with a lot of regret and a lot of woulda, coulda, shoulda's. Forgive me if I find that just a tad bit satisfying.

Shane is just too pretty to be a good thinker or a good speaker. Has anyone explained to him exactly what the pawn is? Maybe he thinks they are talking about chess. In checkers you get to pick red or black. Shane says 'I'll be pawns and you guys be all those other funny shaped pieces.'

While I think it would be nice for him to return the tabor and take Jenny off the block, I have to agree with Brendon and say I am guessing he will not use it. It's the best and possibly last chance to get Frank out and they just need to do it. We all know alliances are never set in stone most of the time and this season has proved that more than once. What a great season this has turned out tobe. To think I was considering stopping watching after Janelle went home!

(bascially it's just the snake wrapped around the teddy bears neck )

Of course I had to look up The Mighty Boosh after Ian and Frank were talking about it. I'm thinking since all major game talk seems to be on hold for a while I am going to sit on the deck and drink a budweiser. It won't be long until the weather won't allow me to do that.

Grendon that's an excellent idea. I'm headed to our courtyard to enjoy the breeze and liaten to tbe great music coming from down and across the street at Kermit Rufins's bar. They have generators up and running.

IsaiahsMom - I'm not really sure who I'd like to see go in the DE. Frank, if he doesn't go this round, but after that I don't know. I'd like to see Ian win, so it all depends on who he can really trust. It seems that changes in that house more than Dani changes facial expressions in the mirror on any given day.

We do have a few invitations to some invitation only hotel pool parties AKA leave your clothing in a cabana. :-). And I want to meat a few Twitter frends that are in town.
But I will pop in at aome point tomorrow and maybe again ronight if Lessa the Midnight Muse shows up before she goes out to do her Dance of the 7 Viels.

ReplyDeleteI know its all been said before, but Big Brother will go down in flames without Frank in the house. The people left are lackluster, to put it mildly, and I can't imagine staying to see who wins! I'm not so much a Frank fan as I am an excitinig game fan. Wake me up when its over!
