As you know, due to the Pandora's Box that Porsche opened yesterday, the HGs were forced to quickly pick partners, and they reverted back to Golden Key Rules for Nomination and this PoV Comp.
In other words, Jordan and Rachel were nominated as a duo, and in the event one of them wins the PoV, both will come off the block, and Porsche will have to put Adam and Shelly up as the Renoms. Why absolutely Adam and Shelly? Because Porsche's partner is Kalia, and she's certainly not going to nominate herself.

Rachel: We have to win the HoH. There's not gonna be another duo do over.. We have to study..
They're getting their game plan on.. Rachel's pumped to be final 5... Jordan and Rachel are aware that Porsche and Kalia will push to get Adam out over Shelly, but Jordan is firm about Shelly's ouster.. and Rachel is fine with that.

Rachel: I tried not to rub the Veto in there face. That's why I said, good job, guys. Final 6..
The positive energy in the bathroom right now is pure gold!
Jordan: You did so good. I'm proud of you.
Rachel: Thank you. You did good too.
Jordan: Rachel, you don't have to lie to me.

Adam comes in and asks if he should start grovelling. Jordan says No! Rachel says, sure... Their describing the comp and it sounds like another hanging job, similar to the banana.. where they started off together, but ultimately it came down to Rachel hanging on longer.
Adam leaves, and Rachel and Jordan return to their mantra..
"We have to win HoH on Thursday."
Jordan: Now we've got this whole week where we are perfectly safe.
Rachel: No more crying.. N o more moping around.
Jordan: I do feel bad I didn't hang on longer..
Rachel: Jordan.. you're fine..
It dawns on Rachel that she's now the biggest target for the rest of the game. They move on quickly from this and onto more gameplan..
**Not too shabby for a couple of girls who are "useless" without their guys.

ReplyDeleteI'm pulling for Jorchel in this one! I wonder whether it's a team or individual challenge. No matter what it is, I'm hoping Shelly gets evicted after what she did to Jeff and Jordan. I know she wanted to extend her life in the game, but she has yet to win anything. With her BBlife on the line, she threw the cornhole bag over the apparatus, so she needed someone strong to carry her. Instead of using Jeff, she relied on Kalia and Porsche? I wonder whether production was whispering in her ear....

The night before last, we were in chat and there were several people bashing a moderator. It's just really sad to do that, because without her we would be so lost and misinformed. The basher knows who she is. It was just wrong and she really should apologize, it's because of that comment that several of us won't join your chats anymore. We love our dishers and moderators and only wish the best for them as so the rest of the commentors. Please be nice and considerate with what you say, for without them we all wouldn't have "met" and become friends. We love Genie and Caro!

ReplyDeleteI finally made it back home late last night after my delayed stay in Turks & Caicos thanks to my BFF Irene :-). Hope everybody makes out as well as I did, it is one heck of a nasty storm and it was sickening to see the damage it did to the beautiful beaches.
Now I am trying to catch up on 10 days of missed feeds and so darn much has happened. There aren't enough hours in the day. How do the TV only people possibly live with no feeds, I am dying here.
So bad to be back and I just love Rachel and Jordan and their bonding. Rachel has her mojo back and I am now on Team Rachel/Jordon.
Personally hoping Shelly gets her butt evicted.

Lot's of things to consider! Now the jury house will be split, two/two, with Brendon and Jeff on one side of the voting, and Dani and Shelly on the otherside...
I think Adam and even possibly Kalia are big enough to make their own decisions if they are evicted. Por, not so much...
Jordan and Rach would be on who the two options are...
Regardless, I think things are looking up for the two girls who can't win a thing. While Rach technically won the comp, you have to give credit to Jor as well for solidifying a friendship the past two days and helping develop that us against the world mentality..
So nice to see these two working together like this. Happy for Rach as well...While she may be aggravating as all get out, she hasn't deserved the treatment she has received...

If Shelly didn't preach so much false "I'm better than you bs", she might have been able to go down as one of the greatest BB players every. Not winning a thing but manipulating so much of the season is to be commended no matter how much you dislike her because of her hypocrisy. I love the scheming mind, I am not so find of the hypocritical putdowns and trashtalking.
OMG-She has lost her flippin' mind. Rachel didn't say a damn thing just now and apparently Shelly has started hearing things because she said Rachel made another smart ass comment. The camera was doing a close up on Shelly and when R&J walked in the kitchen her face started twitching and for a moment I got scared. I didn't know if she was starting to have a seizure or if her head was gonna start spinning around.

Shelly still doesn't realize how unpopular she is after last Thursday. The way she talks she is angel but an angel doesn't steal someone's dog. I was a fan and her game play the past week was stupid. If you would have kept Jeff you would not be walking out the door on Thursday!

Wrong, wrong and wrong again. Your life has now been drastically changed. Your husband and child may be suffering as a result of it from what I have heard about the hate sites. And you are probably going to need serious psychiatric help. (And all of that was said in an attempt to be serious and not hateful.)
Rachel's reputation has done a complete turn around and she continues to improve each day. She just heard you talking mad crap about her when you knew she was there and she didn't even respond to you. She has people that used to hate her that are now rooting for her.
As far as Jordon being in for a shock when she watches the show. My suggestion to Shelly would be to not watch the show. It's too late to undo the damage you have done. Seeing yourself for who you really are is probably not a good thing for you right now.

Ok so...I don't agree with the really horrible things people are saying about Shelly even though I do think she deserves some of it as long as it doesn't involve her daughter and family. I truly believe the reason people have had such a reaction towards Shelly is because she has done nothing but preach to the choir that she is "loyal", that she doesn't "lye", that she has "integrity" and that she would never do anything that will give her daughter a bad example and in the same breath she goes and steals Rachel's stuffed puppy (she still has it and lied to Rachel when she asked for it), says she will push her down the stairs so she doesn't have to go and get an abortion if she is pregnant (cause that is what Dani, Kalia, Porsche and Shelly have been saying) and all the other things that she has said about Rachel. This season has been really catty and I don't understand why BB hasn't stepped in. When Rachel took something of Dani's they called Rachel right away to the DR and made her return it...but Porsche and Shelly have taken things from Rachel and BB hasn't told them to return it! I really think that is favoritism. The other night Porsche was tampering with Jordan's food and they didn't do anything about it. CBS and BB should be more strict about those things because that is a form of bullying and I really don't think that messing with someone's food or taking their belonging is part of the game.
When Shelly comes out to the real world she is going to have a HUGE realty check when she sees how hated she is by a lot of the BB fans!!! It's so funny how Kalia, Porsche, Dani and Shelly say the game is not personal but all they do is bash Rachel. When you do that...you turn the game personal. I really don't understand how they don't realize that? Can someone explain it to me?
Soooo Happy Rachel and Jordan are safe for the week and Shelly will be out the door to Jury. I guess her big move didn't get her anywhere but a trip to the Jury house.

I have to say this is the best season of BB. This is the first time I have taken advantage of the live feeds and agree of me not being fleeced.So glad Rachel won. Last season, I was no fan of Rachel. This season is a different story. Go Rachel.

I always want a great competitor to win this game and if it is Rachel and Jordan in the F2, I have a feeling people will not be fair... and just vote on emotions. However, there are many more comps and I hope Jordan wins a couple to even it up.

I was just wondering if anyone can confirm or deny th eobservation made by someone else that Shelly's name has been taken down from her usines' website due to the fact that they do not wish to associate with someone of "questionable character". Since Shelly is the bread winner, that would be quite a penalty. I have not seen the website prior to the blowup with Jordan so I only can report I could not find her name there NOW.

ReplyDeleteThe apology I've been waiting for since Thursday. And I trully want to feel some empathy for Shelly. I honestly do. But she cant just apologize. She can't just say that she had to make a good game move but that the personal relationship didn't have anything to do with the game. She can't just say that she is sorry for the pain. She has to keep justifying.
ReplyDeleteWhen you apologize from the heart you just say you are sorry. You don't follow it with a 'but'. She is making a lot of good points as far as the game logic, but she still keeps lying. Lying that she has never made a mean comment, called anyone a name, made a zing. All she has done is stick up for people and help people. She says that when Jeff and Jordon watch the DRs they will see that she never said anything bad. But the DRs are only a couple minutes out of each week. What about the rest of the time.
And she is talking about the people she is stuck playing with now and the terrible things they say and how she hates being in this position. And yet, still, she is trying to find ways to make Rachel look bad, like Rachel isn't even human.
This is the point where I trully want to and should feel compassion for this person, but I just can't. At least not yet. No one has ever hit such a raw nerve with me before. I feel terrible for Shelly's husband and daughter. I will probably feel sorry for the Shelly that walks out the door and realizes how much her life has changed. I just can't feel sorry for the Shelly in the house.
I will have to wait and see how she acts and what she says for the next 2 days or next 2 weeks. I know that even at this moment she is still lying about things-her innocence, Adam's guilt, Rachel's guilt. Maybe she will go to sleep tonight and it will finally hit her and she will realize how hypocritical she has been. Maybe for the rest of her duration she will choose her words very carefully. The human in me wants to feel sorry for the human in Shelly. The realist in me thinks that since the fortune teller didn't come through for her she is making a last desperate effort to not be voted out Thursday.
No. No.. Noooo! I'm so upset that Rachel and Jordan are off the block. I wanted Shelly to win so badly!! She deserves it! Actually, in my heart of hearts Rachel deserves it too. But I REALLY wanted a newbie to win.. so badly. Wow.. I'm pretty upset. I have a feeling production wanted it this way because Rachel & Jordan = fans watching = ratings! This is upsetting.

Haha apology? Is that what it is? It seems she is just squirming her way back into Jordan's good graces for her vote. I think Shelly will say anything, be anything, do anything to win this game. It's just who she is. Maybe this is what she's learned in the world of business but I think she's just naturally born for the game. I hope Jordan doesn't fall for it but I think she is just too darn naive and trusting for her own good.
ReplyDeleteI see now where the convo between Jordan and Shelly are. The one thing that Shelly does not get (beyond the rationalizations she uses rather than acknowledging the truth) is that SHelly could have simply told Jordan what she was planning. Just like Adam did when he owned up to changing his vote to something other than what Jeff wanted him to, Jeff responded with respect. All Shelly should have done was tell Jordan ahead of time. Don't pull the rug out from under her and blind side her. This conversation took place around 1:30 AM 8/28 and went on quite a while. The whole thing from Shelly's side is suspect. I wonder how tyhis conversation goes if Shelly was not fighting for her BB life. As far as putting her family ahead, does that mean the single folk are playing for any less of a reason? I think not. That's just a nother rationalization. Everyone is playing to better their lives, whether their lives are attached to others directly or indirectly. Well it seems that Shelly may need the money now, rather than have her 6 figure income.

ReplyDeleteI didnt appreciate shelly telling P/K...that when they are in jury..one should not vote for comp wins..but the game changing moves, strategizing etc....well shelly could not win a comp..so she is suggesting that SHE is the one who has made the greatest moves as opposed to won comps!
