Frankie: I think it was the most courageous thing you could've done.

I am not personally attacking Cody because he said it first. Putting Donny up because he is afraid of Cody DOES make him a wimp(I refuse to use a derogatory word like him.) He caved to the pressure and took the path of least resistance and cemented himself as a mediocre at best player.
I can see how agonizing that was for Cody. If only Donny talked to him earlier and Cody had time to prep Caleb. It seems many put Donny up because they know he'll forgive them. While I don't think Donny walks on water, I do hope he stays this week!
Major disappointment. Cody proves what he thinks his brother would call him is absolutely right. Meow.

Nooooooooo! Man, I wanted some drama. Everything is so predictable. Can't wait till we get deeper in the season. The first month always drives me nuts.

Donny better not go home. He's the only one that makes the show fun. I like him the way I liked Ben on BB AU. Of course, Ben was too nice to actually win, and I doubt Donny will win either. But I want him to at least enjoy jury and get the whole experience fitting for a super fan.

I was really disappointed that Cody put up Donny. I would agree with what others are saying regarding Cody at the moment. I feel like so many people are just trying to keep everyone else happy instead of playing the real game. I am ready for some one to get HOH and shake things up, because I am starting to get really bored with all the predictability and 'voting with the house' business.
I was so hopeful that Caleb was going up! Sad to see it didn't happen
Frankie has some pretty good one liners. If Britt had gone the week Devin saved her, taking Caleb out now would have been good for Cody. As much as hate to say it, I think it was a good decision. Britt and Donny did have something going with their strategy and easily could have pulled in enough votes to ruin Cody's game further down the road. Donny's got nothing to worry about yet.
Disappointing to say the least! I'm ready for Donny to become HOH! It's time to shake things up!

Well, Derrick scripted this week and it's all gone according to his screen play. Too bad. The only way this season deviates from Derrick's plan is if Donny wins HOH.
There went Cody's chance at winning the game. Don't they realize this too. Very few chances left to breakup the guys. Hopefully a combination of Nicole, Victoria, Jocasta and Donny win HOH. I'm not even sure zach or Hayden would rock the boat (and Derrick may be able to Jedi influence Vic). In any scenario the guys have to go up initially and as renom if ANYONE besides them is gonna win. Ugh. Bye bye Brittany.
Alright, so let's review the bidding. A group formed, collapsed, and reformed around a plan, a PLAN, to get themselves to jury and beyond. You get a group, make a plan, and then its Ride or Die.
Why folks in the chat and here think Cody is a puppet and Derrick the master, or that Cody is not playing his own game, simply do not understand the concept of Ride or Die. They have said among themselves that they have to be heartless toward non-group members. Why folk can't see that they have a winning plan and are winning is only possible if one examines the Game thru emotions and not hardheaded analysis.
And really, Britney only proved she is good at kicking rocks....
What worries me, about Donny being on the block, all of them realize that everyone likes Donny, and that he is a really good competitor.
I do think that thought may start occurring to the "detonators".

It bothers me how they all forget that if Donny had not won the POV against Devin..he would maybe still be here. Donny has proven himself and I can't believe more people don't want to work with him. Donny knows whats going on and I do believe if he gets HOH he will shake up the house.
For what it's worth, as exciting as the prospect of putting Caleb up as the ReNom was.. and would've made for great feeds.. I don't think it would've been good for Cody's game.. or anyone else who has his back..
I'm so tired of folks saying they're playing in beast mode when they refused to make a move. What a weenie move putting Donny on the block. I hope he gets HOH & turns on all those guys who say they're his friends. Soooooo disappointed in Cody. If anything this move puts him more in Caleb's crosshairs. I guess we'll have to wait until Thursday to see where this game is going.

If there is a better plan for Cody's long game, someone should lay it out. All this angst is not over Cody's game, it's over the diminishing chances for the Outsiders.
As much as I like Frankie's personality, I really don't like it when one person is a rat and manipulates people, like Andy did last year. I see Frankie going down that path quickly. I think the two most intelligent, and least snake-like players are Derrick and Christine.
@gramps: Being the "best" does not mean that's who everyone wants to win. If that were the case no one would root for the Cubs. We get attached, for one reason or another, to competitors
and we wish for Cinderella outcomes. Our guy is perfect and the other guy has no redeeming values. It's the nature of humans.
Derrick is playing a masterful game if anyone playing with him wants to win they had better recognize, sooner rather than later, that they are toast. He will cut them off at the knees as soon as the time is right.
I would not be disappointed if Derrick went all the way and I would applaud his play. In the meantime I'm going to root for the underdogs.

here's the thing… Cody talks to everyone and reveals a little bit too much info to each… It seems to me that he is questioning himself on his direction of his game ( not good )
On the other hand, Derrick knows exactly the direction he wants his game to go and skillfully directs other's to follow. And they are.

I'm a little confused. Doesn't Derrick want to save Donny for Team America, more money for him? I thought he would have loved the aspect of Caleb going up on the block.
You don't get to 500k by being a coward. You have to make big moves, and you have to get rid of people who may scare you. Stop playing Derricks game and play your own Cody. Not putting Caleb on the block will be your defining moment in the big brother house. It will forever more define you as GUTLESS!
You are correct but it makes a BORING ride to watch as a viewer. It's reality tv not scripted.
Derrick and Frankie are both liars they claim to be team america ,yet derrick tries to get Donny nominated every week,if donny stays i hope he warns both of them that if they put him up again that he will expose them as TA and that they have won $10,000 each so they would go home,they are loyal to nobody but their own greed.& america made a big mistake selecting them.
I agree 100% with Gramps. They have a plan - stick with it! I want to see all of the (for lack of better words) non-players get out first. Let the people who came to play play the game.
I am way behind today and just caught up on all my reading. Thank you for saying what was in my head Carolyn. Putting up Caleb would not have been a good game move. From a personal standpoint I would have loved him to be OTB but it would have been a bad move. Zack kept telling Cody he was helping everyone else's game but not his own. Not true. For one thing, unless you are playing solo, you do have to do things that benefit your alliance. I mean, who has Zack helped lately?
Also, Brittany is NOT on Cody's side or in his alliance so he wouldn't benefit by keeping her. Even if she did want to be a loyal ally, let's face the facts-she is a terrible ally to have because she is terrible at this game.
I still want the house divided and I do want someone to throw the Detonator's for a loop but, from where Cody is sitting, putting up Caleb wouldn't have been a smart move. Ballsy maybe, but not smart.

On another note, where does Frankie get all these wonderful quips? Even though he reminds me of floating Andy he is very entertaining and if they ever have Allstars again would love to see Frankie and Wil ( nobody's got time for two L's) together in house. It would be fun. :).

I gotta disagree. Caleb on the block has nothing to do with alliances. It has to do with Cody either being afraid of Derrick or afraid of Caleb or afraid to make his own decisions.

so many negatives against Cody. what he did was actually a very smart move for him this week. everyone thinks that Caleb would have been the better choice but I have to disagree. "h*ll hath no fury like a woman scorned" is quite accurate here. had Cody put Caleb up and he got voted out over Brittany this week she surely would have done all in her power to send Cody home next week. Cody would have absolutely no chance of talking Brittany into keeping him if she wins HOH whereas with Caleb there is a really good chance that the guys would convince Caleb not to nominate Cody. why? that's a no-brainer, there are still women in the house that need to be sent home to guarantee that it's all guys in the house!!! year after year that has been the strategy and it works because instead of forming a solid alliance, the women in the house get catty and pick petty fights with each other and that ends up getting them sent home one by one. I say give Cody his props for a very well payed move!!! like everyone, I really do love Donny but someone has to be the pawn each week. hopefully this won't backfire and get Donny sent home this week. but this is Big Brother so we have to expect the unexpected.
As of 6pm BBT we have Cody and Brit in HOH, sleeping, on all 4 feeds. Yep, Skippy went there.
