I had the worst thing happen at work yesterday.
I work at a gas station and sometimes we find kids & adults asking for money outside and we have to kick them out.
Well there was this little boy standing out there. I did not think much about it. Until I saw him going around to all the pumps asking for something. I figured it was money so I asked one of the guys when he came inside to pay and he said no he is not asking for money he wants a ride to school.
So i went out there to see what was up and he tells me his mom told him since he missed the bus he could just walk. And he did not know where his school was. I wanted to cry for him.
I asked him how old he was and he said he was 6 years old.
Mind you there are no schools close by at all.
So i had him come inside and I called the police. And they came right up.
They went outside so I have no idea what was said. But about a half hour later the mom showed up looking like death warmed over. And took the kid away.
But it has stuck with me. And I am just praying she did not beat this little boy when they got home ya know.
And Kim you talking about how you son was hit by a car made me think of this woman.

Nancy I feel bad for you, you never know what to do in this situation
as soon as they covered the last item and the berry and the egg were left Keesha ran to the bell....so maybe she did get it. I hope so cause then if she does get to talk to the jury, maybe then the caddy wenches and Keesha would talk things out and "berry the hatchet" possibly giving her half a chance to win.
Maybe the winner of the competition will be joined by someone from the jury house to receive the prize... maybe the two will be sent to Oahu? Either way, that would bury the hatchet and might affect the game, because it could change jury votes.

The diamond power of veto was in season 4 in the final 4 when they said it was special because whoever gets is chooses who gets to go home... but that is the case for regular final 4 veto anways

People w/out feeds. Stuff like today make the feeds so cool and worht it, even if in Canada I don't get $10 worth of muisc or a free video game every month...(grrr thats my live feed pet peeve, Real says "who cares eh? its just some angary canadians!!")

I think this definitely has something to do with being able to bury the hatchet with someone in the jury house. Whoever wins it better be prepared to win themselves into the final 2 because that would be a huge advantage for getting votes.

Maybe it is not a trip to Diamond head but a shopping trip to a jewelers to buy a diamond. both Dan and ,Memphis may be ring shopping. Keesha could pick a kind of diamond jewelry or a Diamond for JJ to put in a ring. And Jerry who cares he could put it up his butt for all it would matter.
Wow, I think you all that guessed this are so smart. I missed all the fun & now we are waiting to find out the winner. I hope it is Keesha. Bury the hatchet - makes sense. Reading it though I immediately thought of Diamond Head in Hawaii but I'm sure I am way off base. This is something I'm sure that will take 2 of them out of the house for a little while. But Vegas makes some sense too cuz of the cards that were missing & so many of the clues made me think of Vegas. But it also has come to mind to go to the Jury House & visit because Julie did say that it could impact the game.

Congrats to whoever came up with bury the hatchet first.
Doubtful it's a trip to Hawaii unless it's after the show is over, like the Vegas trip last year. That one tied into the movie What Happens in Vegas or was it 21 I forget now. These things always have something to do with CBS programing like going on the Power of 10 did. They don't leave the house for very long, normally just a few hours.
If we still go with the idea that they may be going to the MTV awards it could be one HG and one Jury member as presenters. Being nice and taking a jury member could affect their vote. Keesha and April, awkward silence lol.

Am I the only one who feels Memphis may have intentionally allowed the Luxury comp to pass buy with no attempt to win. He already has a large enough target on his back due to the car. I feel this would have eliminated any chance of getting votes from the jury members.
If he did think of this, good gameplay Memphis.

re: my guesses about Vegas... I haven't been there in 15 or 16 years and I know a lot has changed. Those are totally off the wall guesses.

Oh and remember, the year that Booger won this was to overthrow the HoH, but he was already HoH I think so that wasn't needed. All he could have done was change the nominations but since he made them he had no reason to change them either.
My money is on that the 'overthow' was the chance to change the game, but the luxury is still on the table and if it is Vegas, who will he take? Memphis or Keesha?
And I don't think it will have anything to do with the jury house. That is way out in left field for me.

Dan & Memphis agreed last night that whoever wins they were taking the other. They gave me the impression they didn't want to take Keesha because of their girlfriends. I have no doubt Dan got it quickly. He is a very smart guy & his mind works in overtime.

All the other stuff were red herrings. Best for Dan to win as he is HOH and can't be voted out this week. Best to go alone for reason he gave. But other hgs will be thinking about what a strong player he is.
If he took one, the two left could plot and the other player that went along with Dan might get voted out so would change game. Jeery is overthinking it. If Dan could have taken a jury player he would have known,and not going to jury house(I hope) Leaving two alone could be dangerous for Dan too as there could be a change in the alliance, them thinking his chances would improve for votes since he has now won so many comps. Obviously noms will be made first, and Jeery will be one. If Dan took Memphis as per their agreement and to keep GFs from getting pissed if he took Keesha, that would leave Keesha stuck with Jeery. First, she would be furious at being left with him which would endanger a vote and Jeery would have plenty of time to work her.

Telling Dan he is going to a private beach by himself does make sense. If, this is a trip for two and the other person comes from the jury house. He gets a afternoon to bury the hatchet with someone. He just doesn't know that part yet. Now the big question is how is that other person picked, something we might get to do? And before everyone yells Renny, having an afternoon with her, although fun, wouldn't affect the game much.

Here's a question for you guys. With all these wins and his past manipulations Dan seems head and shoulders above the rest in terms of deserving to win the game. And although there are always a few with go with feelings, in the end people usually vote for the "best" player.
So my question is this, if Dan is unbeatable in the final two, will Memphis still take Dan if he wins the next HOH? Seems to me Memphis would be giving the 500k away.

I agree. Dan is lying. He is very adept at it. Looks like he will be going with Michelle. He probably chose her. She hates him the most, and this might appease her but I doubt it. She will probably me even more convinced that he is a "plant".
This could backfire if the other HGs find out he lied. I don't know my brain is fizzing.
I can't shake the sneaking suspicion that the POV will happen in his absence.

Hmmm, I private jet to Hawaii would take about 5 hours. If Dan gets to take Michelle to Hawaii for a day he'll certainly get her jury vote considering how much she whined about losing the trip to Libra. This makes me wonder all sorts of things. Did they know that Dan would be the most likely winner of that sort of mental competition? The most logical next step given the options to take someone from the Jury to Hawaii would be Michelle. Had Keesha won she would have taken Renny, Memphis would take Dan, Jerry would take Keesha. The only way it changes the game is for Dan to take Michelle and win her over. I kind of feel manipulated.
I wonder if the other HG's are onto Dan. We figured it out even before the bathroom reveal. I can't imagine they aren't suspicious.

I hope Dan's smart enough to cover up for his lie about going by himself (he could say once he left he was told he could bring one jury member with him or something). Cause otherwise, it's going to be exposed as a pretty obvious (and likely ineffective) ploy to sway a vote. If Dan makes final 2 that means two of Jerry, Keesha and Memphis will be in the jury house and will learn the truth about the trip if Dan tries to keep it a secret. I think Dan would have been better off just taking Keesha or Memphis really.
genie - do you mean the other HG's or jury members? The HG's won't find out unless Dan blows it himself. They will find in the jury house and final two questions, but I really don't think these 4 will hold it against him. They all would do the exact same thing. They all know it's cut throat now.
I think Dan is amazingly clever and shrewd. He ought to run for office. The man can sell boots to a snake.
Jane - I don't think that Memphis sees Dan as unbeatable. Both of them, now that they are trying, have been doing just about as well as the other in the comps. lately. Memphis is counting on the hatred for Dan in the jury house to help him. Not knowing about what this trip entails he doesn't take that into consideration. Going back to April on HCs she said that out of those left she thought that Memphis was playing the best game. I think that he thinks he is to. Right now I would say the only votes that Memphis doesn't have is Jerry's and Renny's as far as he and Dan are concerned.

Good point Trevor. The 2 that go to the jury house will totally trash Dan as the biggest liar in BB history. Ya'll remember that's was Ryan's downfall last season. So they may say that Dan had the best game play, but give it to whomever is left just to spite him. Mind you, if I was morally opposed to lying to win 500K I certainly wouldn't watch Big Brother. :)

After watching Dan and Memphis for the last couple days I am leaning towards not liking them. Dan is getting a little to cocky for me. Both him and Memphis have already won (according to their thinking). I hope Keesha gets it together (I truely think that she is upset that Renny is gone). I think she knows in the back if her mind that Dan and Memphis are working together to get to the final two. I think she is feeling isolated now.

Dan is lying to them & that won't be good when 2 end up in the JH unless he does tell them after he left the house BB told him since he didn't pick a HG he could pick a person in the JH.
It could still be Vegas because there are a few hotels that have huge pools & manmade beaches but to put them out in public would be very strange unless they are secluded at the hotel. But, anywhere they go if they get unlimited drinks Michelle won't be coherent enough to understand anything Dan is talking to her about. She is so convinced he is a plant even though she has been told he isn't & that he is evil I don't know he could persuade her. She will just enjoy a free trip, tell him what he wants to hear & then flip on him when she gets back to the JH. Even if she swore to him to keep it a secret she will start talking the minute she gets back to the JH unless they keep her sequestered alone until the final show after she takes the trip.

And how could BB know that someone would win the comp who could benefit from it. What if Jeery had won? No way, he will be in F2 and able to benefit from the trip.
That may be why they said it COULD have an impact on the outcome of the game. And noone knows that Dan taking Michele will have an impact on the outcome of the game. She could, and would, probably come back from it thinking more than ever that Dan is a plant.
I have the feeling Dan has been holding out for quite awhile as far as playing the HOH & POV games. The mental games he kicks butt on!! I do question whether or not Dan would ever be able to talk rationally to Michelle. I just have a hard time seeing Michelle understanding any of it and she will probably see him being able to talk to her as another 'reason he has help from AGP'. This of course is just a thought.

I'm thinking that Dan may be overplaying his hand with taking Michelle. She probably won't know what's going on until she's out the door leaving everyone in the JH wondering what's going on. Is Michelle really the best choice? hmmm..I understand is looking to get her to flip and hopefully convince Ollie & April, but that might just backfire on him. I'm thinking I would have taken Libra. She was the first in and therefore only knows what the evicted HG are telling her as they arrive one by one.
Hmmm...the other thing is maybe AGP is not letting Dan tell Keesha & Memphis about inviting someone from the jury house- or at least he'll play it off that way.

I just found out the annoyingly hard way that the month "starts" on your sign up date, not the first of the month. So each "month" is from that date to the next billing date, and you get $10 each billing cycle, not calendar month.
I had to find out my billing date by going to customer service. I used the online chat, it was quick, but it took me forever to figure out what the problem was.
