- Thursday: Part 3 of the Final 3 HoH Comp, Live on TV, and selection of Final 2 by the overall winner. Champagne Celebration...
- Friday Night or Saturday (probably): Jury Questions/Inquisition.
Don't forget, the feeds don't end when the show ends. Real always has live chats and interviews with the HGs, as well as the Re-Feeds.. for the truly addicted ;) and those who just like to go back and remember how it was when the season began... As I understand it, the re-feeds have already begun....

Memphis is staring at the ceiling in the living room.
Jerry passes through the living room en route to get coffee.

Keesha remains alone in the Spa Room, flap drying her fingernails.
Memphis and Jerry are in the living room. Jerry tries to engage Memphis in conversation, but Memphis isn't a morning talker. He mumbles and gets up, leaving Jerry alone in the living room.

Memphis is in the bathroom.
Dan rejoins Keesha in the Spa Room.
Keesha: It's goin' crazy out there. Do you hear it? I wonder when they're gonna come on and tell us.

BB: Memphis, please put on your microphone.
Dan: That was loud..
Chatter in the spa room about their pillow wall last night... Keesha's in better spirits this morning. She found her laugh again.
Dan: I'm gonna go cut some fruit up. You want some?
Keesha: Oh, no thank you.
Off he goes... Keesha puts another coat of nail polish on.
Meanwhile, in the living room, Jerry and Memphis are sitting in silence. Memphis is reading the bible.

BB: Dan, please go to the Diary Room.
On his way there, Dan passes through the living room. Jerry's gone away for the moment, and Dan calls Memphis over to whisper quickly and exchange Renegade smiles...
Dan: Is he still cool with you?
Memphis: Yeah..

Dan comes out of his DR session, and Memphis smiles and whispers..
Memphis: Ready to make some history?
As Dan continues toward the kitchen, Memphis whispers "Dan!" to get his attention, then does the eye-to-eye signal.. smiles and sits back down on the couch.

HoH Lockdown... Awkward!!!
Dan's under the covers. Keesha's got headphones on, to listen to music and/or avoid conversation.
She's sniffling and wiping the occasional tear.
Jerry and Memphis are in the chairs surrounding the small HoH table.
Memphis is alternating between staring straight ahead and feigning a fascination with the fish.
He will not make eye contact with Keesha.

Memphis slides off the chair and decides to lie down on the floor, facing the fish tank.

Dan: No.. but I figured they might...
Keesha goes to the restroom.
Dan heads into the kitchen to put dishes away...
Shortly after noon, Keesha heads into the Hippie Room to pack...
Memphis is cleaning around the house and giving Keesha a very wide berth.
Dan is cleaning as well...

I found it amazing how Dan pulled Keesha right back into his web. Not that I ever doubted he could do it. Dan really planned this out hehe. What puzzles me is Memphis must see what Dan is doing (getting Keeshas jury vote) yet he is not sounding off to Keesha that Dan was in this plan also to eliminate her this week. I have a gut feeling that Memphis may be lining up with Jerry for real. I watched Memphis sit and sort of "steam" alone last night. Who knows what was going through his mind? Will they D & M follow through as planned or will there be another twist? Like sands of the hourglass, so are the days of our lives Big Brother.

Carolyn: I have never watched the re-run of the feeds, do they show the HGs first seconds in the house (which we do not see because CBS is editing the first 10 days in the house for the first couple episodes before we get on live schedule) up until when the feeds would have started?
Well maybe what Dan has to tell Keesha today is that he is the one deciding who stays and who goes....now that I have thought about it a bit.....crossing fingers that if that is the case he will keep keesha....anyways....waiting anxiously for updates...hehehe...ty Carolyn

What a great night. Interesting to watch Dan and Keesha in the bed of lies with the glow of the spy screen.
How cool would it be if we do get a Dustin moment and that moment is on Jerry. Jerry gives his pat speech then Keesha stands up and exposes everything about Dan, Memphis and Jerry to the TVs and the manipulation of AGP. Sits down quietly, Shocked look on Julie's face, and Memphis stands up and says I vote to evict Jerry.

I am really hoping that Memphis changes his mind but not counting on it.
I am coming to terms that she is going but what was getting me was that they were not going to tell her.
I am so relieved that she figured it out so she has time to pull herself together now instead of live TV.
Speaking of TV my guide says that its on at 8 tonight. I am in Canada however it does say 8 on CBS.
Carolyn: I noticed that you have already put Keesha as the renom... can't we hope that Memphis pulls a Marcellas and doesn't use the veto eventhough he is on the block and someone in his own alliance votes him out anyways! Oh a boy can dream can't he?
I can't believe Memphis is just standing by and allowing Dan to curry favor with Keesha, thereby throwing Memphis under the proverbial bus. I truly hope that Memphis realizes that Dan is playing him, placing all the blame on him, and has changed his mind about whom to evict. Clearly, Memphis evicting Jerry will send a clear message to Keesha, and if she has to go after Jerry, she will have changed her mind about Memphis. I think Memphis should change his alliance to Keesha. Ok, I like Keesha, so sue me!

Last night's bb after dark was so very sad. Dan is brilliant, but I still wonder if Memphis will keep Jerry. I'm hoping that he has a change of heart, because it sure looked like the prospect of evicting Keesha was bothering him. I keep saying over and over, it's only a game.

What a night. It seems to be further supported by actions that AGP wants Jerry to get to F3
Why change the rules at this point in the game as far as letting an evictee know they are going home? AGP is becoming more and more determined to follow the script on this one.
And IMO they are not only telling Memphis he cant tell Keesha that she is going home, they are also telling Memphis who he has to evict. All in the storyline of the 75 yr old getting to F3 and possibly beyond. Memphis is too stressed to have it just that he cant tell Keesha. He could easily revert to evicting Jeery and not have any stress. He dont give a shyte if Jeery is mad at him or not. They have never been on good terms even though Jeery seems to feel they have. How short a memory does he have?
It has been apparant in years past as has been disclosed by HGs that they are subjected to strong hints by the DR.
We have discussed on here that it
"Is Just a Game".
But it isnt a game when the participants are held under such strict control by the rule makers. It is almost as though it is loosley scripted and the script has to be followed.
And the sensitivity of Skippy over the last several days has been brought on by some sort of concern.
Why is it so restricted to talk about anything from the DR sessions?
I have been thinking about Dan and his luxury win. Someone mentioned his having a different POV. I wonder if it is the one Boogie won a couple years ago that he could use at any time to trump the veto. He could then trump Mamphis' vote and evict someone OR he could save it and use it next go round so that he is final 2 with the HG of his choice.
He is smart letting Memphis be teh one that looks bad no matter what this week. Either Keesha will dog him in the jury house or Jerry will, no matter who he chooses he is going to break his word.
I think it would be in Memphis' best interest to get rid of Jerry since everyone knows he is a group with Keesha and Dan. It would make him less of a tail-end then if he gets rid of Keesha. No one in jury will believe Jerry and Memphis had a deal.

I am really dragging this morning, but wouldn’t have missed the excitement last night for anything. I am trying to hold out a faint hope for Keesha but it’s not lookin good. She needed to be workin Memphis last night not Dan, but the boy’s strategy was to keep her with Dan.
Keesha used her brain to figure it out but her emotions then took over and in her anger didn’t want to see Memphis. Maybe if she had gotten in there and said to him all she said to Dan about the jury votes and really laid it out how she had saved him she could have turned him back. She kept saying once Memphis makes up his mind……
This is Big Brother you never give up!Would Jeery quit? He only quits when he is assured he is staying. It is really going to be unbearable to watch the feeds once she leaves. Jeery with the Reegades, and Jeery with one Renegade if he wins, UGH!!!!
I am not likin AGPs sticky fingers in this at all. I just don’t see the guys deciding on their own that Jeery is the best bet. Would LOVE it if they flipped at the last minute and kept her. Let’s see Who would be surprised? Jeery would S**T himself, AGP would what? What can they do? They couldn’t undo it. Keesha would be stunned. And if Memphis did it without telling Dan? Even better!
If you judge strictly on gameplay even this move has been masterful(working Keesha and Jeery separately) but there is so much potential for major disaster for the Renegades.
Do they know AGP wants Jeery in F2 or are they being suckered too. I can’t believe the final comps will be something they can over power Jeery in, I am seeing a level playing field.
I also believe and have since his first complaint that Jeery is completely faking his neck/back injury. and, that he is a lot stronger than appears. I watched him doing those pushups very closely, he IS strong. And not the fool that he lets them think he is.
It just drives me nuts to see him staying and Keesha leaving I really believed the 3 would stay intact this week and Jeery would be the one leaving, UGH!
The scenario I mentioned in last night's post with Jeery and his buddies is lookin more likely all the time. I wanna throw something. If this blows up in Dan or Memphis face they will never hear the end of how they should have gotten rid of him early on. I really suspect that Memphis would keep Jeery over Dan, not sure what Dan would do especially after his conversations with Keesha last night.
Darn thunderstorms are wreaking havoc with my connection, in and out every few minutes have been trying to post this for ages, so it keeps growing....... feeds are down for me too.

What I can't understand is how BB can tell Memphis that he can't tell Keesha. I had to turn off BBAD because Keesha was so hurt and upset. Something has to happen today to make Memphis keep Keesha. How can he not realize that he will be the one with "blood on his hands"? He'll lose Keesha and Renny's vote, that's for sure, if he makes it to final two! It would serve him right!

Do you have any speculation on Dan possible having the Diamond Veto? Yesterday on After Dark he told Keisha he had something to tell her that would make her happy. I thought it was about Michell but im wondering now. Also one of the clues not covered up was a diamond? Any thoughts?
p.s Some people said that they saw Dan hold up something shiny that looked like a veto or something.

divr - i think they're telling memphis not to tell keesha, but as far as telling him how to vote, I don't think so... Memphis & Dan discussed evicting Keesha almost immediately after the pov. This has been their idea - no help from DR as far as I can see.
Jane- I am in my first year... just starting my 3rd week! It is sure a change of pace from studying Clinical Psychology the past 5 years!
Also RE: Whoever asked about why they are so strict about not talking about their diary room sessions: Very appropriate question given the circumstances of last night and hoe AGP is trying to control the game... they are not allowed to talk about dR sessions so the other HGs are not aware of the mind control that the diary room people employ!
I think Memphis has as much, if not more, to gain from this as Dan does. While Dan may be winning Keesha's jury vote, Memphis is going to the final three with two alliances, ensuring his place in the final two! And Dan KNOWS he has the alliance with Jerry, so Memphis' plan is almost perfect.
Still pulling for Dan, though!

Hello, how's this for drama. Memphis will evict Jeery and was going to the whole time but was trying to get the 4 grand and make it as embarrassing as possible for the old man. We all know how awful Jeery has been and we know that Dan and Memphis also know.

I think Dan will tell Keesha right before she leaves about the meeting with Michelle, that way he can smooth irt over before she finds out in the jury house!!!! I don't think that Dan's tin foil power of veto has any power at all. I have no idea what he has planned for that trinket, but can only imagine.
I can't believe that Memphis didn't use the opportunity of Dan's diary room session to talk to Keesha. Is Memphis blind and deaf? Can't he see and hear that Dan is getting Keesha on his side for the jury house? Wasn't Memphis in the house when Keesha single-handedly turned the group of seven inside out? It is pretty clear that Keesha is very persuasive and is fully capable of turning the jury house to effect her will. Especially with the help of her much beloved side-kick. Get in the game, Memphis!
It was not Memphis' idea to evict Keesha, but a well-talked out play of scenarios between the renegades that led them both to that decision.
I'm so glad that Keesha figured out the boys' plan, but wish she would do something with the information!

I don't know why so many people are hating Dan & Memphis for their game play. Because you feel sorry for Keesha? Yes, she's played a good game ... up to now. But, she hasn't really done anything to save herself in the past week & a half. She's just assuming memphis & dan want her to stay. Yes, they've told her she's safe and yes, they supposedly have an alliance of three, but you've got to insure your alliance knows why they should keep you.
That was proven by the fact that when she asked Memphis why he should keep her, he had no better answer than "because I like you". If she really was an asset to them (and not a threat) there would have been a ready answer.

Clarification- they are not allowed to talk about DR sessions not so they are not aware of the mind control of the DR (for they experience it themselves) but more accurately, so that they do not specifically know what kind of things production wants to happen, so they are blindsided by it!

Katie, read your suggestion about the minature schnauzers, they are really cute. I got so hooked on Cairns though over the years (I bred and showed them) and Westies are an off shoot of the Cairn terriers, sooo will prob get one of those, but thanks so much for your kind suggestion. I have had friends with the Bichon-poos too and I would have loved one of those too. I am not allergic to dog hair but have a huge aversion to shedding on furniture, clothes, carpets etc. I really freak. It must go back to days when i was young and we had 2 german shepherd that were hair factories. It does affect my breathing too, especially the dust and dirt that some dogs can bring in from outdoors on their coats.

Going on 17 years as a lawyer, hated every second of law school.
Personally -I hope they keep them in there ALL friggin day! Even deliver the lunch to them! But I'm still confused about Dan deciding who goes? I know its a game but right now I do not like any of those 3 "men"! And I use that term loosely.
I've had my ups and downs with Keesha, but I must say, overall, I like her and wanted the boys to keep thier words to her. I hate, hate, HATE that we will have to put up with Jeery a little longer

I have not yet used any of the secondary sources, for terms of getting called on in class I have found my own briefs to be sufficient, but I think that when I start outlining my notes, secondary sources will be in order! Do you recommend any specific brands of sources/outlines?

I wish I had more time to get more involved on a daily basis, you guys are such a fun bunch (and rather insightful I must add!) but tort law and contracts don't leave a lot of time and energy for intense blogging!! I agree that Memphis and Dan have talked about Jeery for F3 for a while. Still, DR could have planted a seed in their minds even at that point in time.
In prior years HGs have made mention that it was "suggested to them" who they might evict.
"What does Memphis have to lose if he tells her anyway?" Well, they sign a pretty iron clad contract prior to joining the HGs. And they get a $750/wk stipend all the way through season end if they are in BB or Jury House. I'm not sure if it were only the stipend, that Memphis could sacrifice 10 weeks income since there was a loss of income while in the house from outside sources. And unlike some HGs, I dont feel Memphis has the financial base to accomdate such a sacrifice.
I just wish I had the financial where-with-all to approach some of the people in the F3s and provide enough of a financial incentive to offset what they would lose and for them to disclose the facts.
Of course if that were the case, I am sure the CBS News Team in their news-reporting endeavors would find something scathing to report about me.

I will not watch him on housecalls, early show or any thing he appears on regardless of when he leaves. I have better ways to spend my time rather than waste it on him. Even the TV only's I have met can't stand him and want him out. OG said most of the folks at her photog club (middleagers and up)stopped watching when Jeery stayed and won HOH, a few hung in till Renny left. NONE of them liked Jeery but all adored Dan and Keesha, and weren't crazy about Memphis either. Hmm AGP these are the TV only viewers you are targeting and they don't think of Jeery as a sweet old man, they see right through the edit. OG said one much older lady wished Dan were her grandson.

If Keesha was as smart a cookie as I thought, she would have said all the things she said to Dan last night, to Memphis. Then going on the premise that she is outta there..keep Memphis up all night long, to weaken him for the comps. Or, is she doing the 'taking her toys and going home' thing cuz she's just done?? Get your head back in the game girl or you really are done, and all without a fight!

I feel so bad for Keesha. I don't understand how they think they have a better chance with Jerry. He has done more in this game than Keesha has. He knows his stuff. I hope that if America get to vote who get 25k they vote for Keesha. Yes Renny is a nice person, but Keesha played a better game and deserves it more. I think I want to play devil's advocate. I realize that strategy-wise voting Keesha out is best, but I don't like it. So now I'm thinking I rather see Jerry and Dan F2 with Jerry winning. I see one of them winning final HOH and having a better chance against each other.
In reference to AGP scripting the show - i don't think they tell the HGS what to do ( or at least i hope they don't ) but i do believe they put thoughts or ideas out there to make ppl think outside of the box.
I sat here this morning and thought back to all the past seasons of BB and realized that of all the ppl who've won only Eddie from season 1 wasn't an a$$/mind player. Everyone one else who has won this game has been very good at screwing ppl over/lying/cheating/stealing and whatever else it took to get to the end.
I truly believe this game can't be won by someone with admiral qualities. You have to have that kill or be killed attitude to get to the end.....and i think the 3 boys have that and Keesha doesn't.
My electricity went out right as the feeds went to fishys and today is not one of hose days to miss whats going on in the house.
Getting Michelles vote....ok maybe getting it will not effect the game that much, so maybe Dan will be able to be the one to vote out who he wants today and doesn't know it yet...fat chance but expect the unexpected!!

I feel so bad for Keesha, she is just too trusting. And didn't that work out great for Dan! I'm still hoping against hope something will happen to change the outcome.

Amber I would LOVE it if Dan had to vote to evict tonight instead of Memphis! I can't see Dan having the you-know-whats to vote Keesha out as planned after last night's nonsense, and memphis would be so mad at Dan for expecting Memphis to do it but not being able to do it himself. That, with seeing a clip of Dan/Michelle on the beach would get Memphis to take keesha to final 2 I bet.

stephen - my primary advice is use secondary sources. They tell you not to and they are lying. Soon you won't be able to keep up. No one can. You have to learn to read the cases, you can't ignore that, but I foolishly listened about no secondary sources and I paid the price. They are very well written and you will learn more using them than not getting through the material at all.
I have no idea what's out there now, brands change. Whatever your classmates like the best.
It's not easy, but if you can your hands on bar review tapes they are excellent. You barely need law school with bar review tapes. For that reason they protect them like diamonds. But if you can find them, they are better than any live professor you will ever have.

Wow, I am so not feeling Memphis right now even though I know he is just playing the game. Keesha is such a kind-heart and Jerry is such an a**, it is just so hard to understand why keep him. The boys can win against both in the competitions for final 2....maybe I am just stupid I don't understand! Jerry has more of a chance of winning veto than Keesha, IMO.
Okay, enough garbage from me for today!! Kind of sad about today...keep hoping Memphis changes and surprises everyone. I do think Dan has to be the best BB player I have ever seen, he really cares, has been kind yet still devious when needed.

I am just so ticked off right now, I need to vent! It's just been painful to watch Keesha go through this humiliation and betrayal.
Yesterday, when Memphis stated his opinions of Keesha being a "Hooter's Girl", sort of indicated that he had absolutely no respect or loyalty towards her, infact, he totally trashed her, (and any other woman that works there, or does anything similar). The comments were nasty, saying it was about 2 steps away from stripping and how HE would never date a "Hooter's Girl" (well, that's a bonus for them). It exposed him for what he is and Rennie had him nailed. I don't know what makes him think he's superior to judge other people's careers...maybe it's the bikini contests he claims to have hosted (probably all those Hooter's Girls he frowns upon)!!

Hey all, correct me if I am wrong but I had a thought over lunch today when I was discussing BB with my 85 yr old mom who is a faithful viewer & constantly wants to know what's up on the feeds. Ok,
what I thought of, did BB tell Memphis he cannot tell Keesha anything because he is still on the block & they have not had the POV ceremony, yet? From what I am thinking is they cannot tell if they are using the POV until the ceremony, just like the HOH cannot say who he is putting on the block until the ceremony. They can discuss what they might do but they cannot tell exactly what they are doing?
Again, please correct me if I am wrong but now it makes some sense when I think about it that way why he is being told by BB not to tell her anything. You know how they always have the dramatic pause before they announce, I am or am not going to use the Power of Veto.

Now for my comment.
There is speculation that Dan is going to tell Keesha about his meeting with Michelle on the beach. This may be true. But why would he tell Keesha something that has nothing to do with her? Some say to win her jury vote, though it seems to me he's already done that. Then there are others who say he has the infamous Diamond POV and will trump Mem's vote, which is what I want to believe. And there are those that are saying it's fake and he made it the other day with alumn foil....but I can't believe Dan would think he would be able to use a fake POV. That just doesn't make any sense.
So help me out. Did anyone see Dan making a fake DPOV on the live feeds or is this also fabrication? Because it's driving me CRAZY! So if anyone knows the answer please let me know.
