"BIG BROTHER" TO PREMIERE THURSDAY, JULY 9 ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK
Hey, BB Lovers! :) As we learned yesterday, the premiere date is July 9th. As a little bonus, the fine folks at CBS publicity have divulged a wee bit more information for our reading pleasure. Here it is, verbatim:
BIG BROTHER will return for its 11th installment on Thursday, July 9 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Following the premiere, BIG BROTHER will be broadcast three nights weekly, beginning Sunday, July 12 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), Tuesday, July 14 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) and the LIVE eviction show, hosted by Julie Chen, beginning Thursday, July 16 (8:00–9:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).
BIG BROTHER follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with dozens of cameras and microphones recording their every move, 24 hours a day. One by one, the Houseguests will vote each other out of the house. At the end of three months, the last remaining Houseguest will receive the Grand Prize of $500,000.
BIG BROTHER is executive produced by Emmy Award winner Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan, in association with Endemol U.S.A.

Is it time to start reading deep into things?? I guess one thing you can take from that the time is 3 months. I dunno if they said that before but 3 full months would be longer than some seasons. (Reading wayyyy too far into this, I know, lol)

Does anyone know if AfterDark on Showtime 2 is still a go?
Yes, I read somewhere that BB Afterdark is a definite "go" again. Sadly we got rid of showtime (with the cable bill going through the roof) and I won't see it this year for the first time since they started doing it. :(
there is a new commercial out and they show 16 boxes with people in them..16 people??
