House Calls Canceled for Big Brother 11
Hmph! I'm not liking this one bit, but here's the news as told by Gretchen Massey in her myspace blog:
- Subject: House Calls Canceled!
Body: Just wanted everyone to know, there’s no more House Calls! They couldn’t find a sponsor and have decided not to go forward with it during this season of Big Brother.
Sorry to all our fans - I’ll miss you!

well hopefully there will be some sort of compensation.
I know a lot of BB fans were regular viewers of House Calls. My schedule never allowed me to view often.
I think the show lost a lot within the last couple of seasons when the evicted houseguests were not longer allowed to participate.
I hope they re-new afterdark.
I never really got a chance to see it too, but it is very depressing to see Housecalls being canceled. Hopefully, BB does do something to take over for this. Obviously not a daily thing, but a possible interview with evicted HG's the next day on some sort of show, whether it be Early Show or what have you.

anon - that's a pure money maker for them, as showtime has to pay cbs for it... so if showtime wants it, it'll be back.
man, this really sux. depressing.
This sucks!!! I loved Housecalls.
I hope Ry is correct. We at least need the evicted HG's on each week. They help provide so much insight.
I vote for no more bad news this season!!!
As I mentioned on Facebook, it would be great if Super Pass did a show with the evictees every week. It would eliminate all the restrictions that catering to a TV only audience brings. Time to reward the feeders :)

No Housecalls this season?!?! That stinks!
With the popularity of the Idol extra on TV Guide channel, I wonder if they are going in that direction?
A lot of what I got from Housecalls really helped in understanding the nuances of different relationships and scandals that would occur daily. Plus Gretchen is really cute! We need Housecalls!
This is so frustrating. They won't show old episodes of housecalls and now they won't pay to have a current season. Once you have watched housecalls, then big brother itself is not have as entertaining. I think they should give Oprah a little itsy, bitsy teenie less bit of money and then put this show back on, so we can have some real entertainment.
