Good Morning, BB11 HouseGuests!
7:45am BBT - BB didn't wake the HGs yet, but Casey and Lydia are up and attem already, and they're talking game... Spark up the feeds, folks.
Interestingly, the backyard is not locked down. Last night the HGs were saying the Veto Comp would be today. Today, Casey says he thinks it'll be tomorrow.
Being on the same clique, this is an excellent opportunity for them to talk freely. Lydia's advancing the theory that Chima will not only go after Jessie if she stays, but all the guys, since Chima's been pushing all the women for a female alliance.
Casey agrees and says he's been telling that to any guy who'll listen.
The talk continues, meandering from game into racial politics, and Casey brings up the notion of "white guilt" as a reason people may be hesitant to vote Chima out first, saying "They don't want to be perceived as racist for voting out the black girl."
As the conversation continues, Casey repeats this theory a few too many times for my comfort level.
We're still learning about who likes who, who trusts who, and the like. Lydia has made it very plain to a few of the HGs, now including Casey, that she has no love for Laura (the one with the ginormous boobies).
During the conversation between Casey and Lydia, Lydia confesses that she believes her work on Jessie last night was all for naught... He felt he was being played.
8:44am BBTLydia decides to do her morning yoga, and Casey hops on the elliptical.
She's quite beautiful to watch in her practice as she goes through the poses...

A quick check around the house reveals that with the exception of Casey and Lydia, the other HGs are all still sleeping.
BB will soon see to that!

I noticed that the "have nots" bedroom is dark. I thought this was a room that the lights never went out in. Maybe we were misinformed.
I really hope Lydia gets off the block. Sounds like she's a goner if she doesn't. It would be a shame to see the person most fans seem to like the best voted off first.
no lockdown = no POV . . . hopefully that will change sometime today. I am hoping POV shakes thinghs up. not the first 2 I would put on the block.
I don't get the Lydia love...Maybe because I don't have the feeds. I don't really like her. I guess you could call it strategy her cuddling with Jesse and the nightie, but I'm with Chima why would you even pack that for BB? There are other ways to for a strong woman to "play" the game without taking it there. Her and Jordan just seem desperate for attention.

Kendall - You're right. It's very hard to judge without having the feeds. There's just a certain nuance to the way Lydia operates... You have to see it to appreciate it.

Good morning! Thanks for all the info. I'm so excited for BB11! Who are your faves so far? I'm liking Lydia (hope she gets off the block soon) .. and I did like Natalie at first, but her ego might beat her to the punch. Hehe.
Carolyn - please tell me what I am doing wrong!?!? On your feed launch, I hit CAM 4 and feed/bar and I get CAM 1 with bar. Is there no option what cam is full screen when you hit feed/bar? Sorry to bother you with this, but color me confused! Have been playing with it for a while and it's driving me crazy. (Crazier) lol
I like Lydia, but I think she's playing a little too hard and it's apparent to the others.
I found myself cringing last night as she was literally throwing herself at Jessie with kind of a combination sex kitten and little girl act. I honestly don't think Jessie was buying it. Time will tell, I guess.
I really don't like Chima and hope she's the one who goes this week.

Good Morning Carolyn and everyone. Yes, I am hoping for a LD and POV today. That should shake things up. Lydia should work that Chima wants all the guys out angle imo. Wonder why Jessie put Lydia up? Natalie is very into her clique and seems to like being in "power" even though she's not. Would be interesting to see her have to scramble next week. She may burn bridges too fast.
I like Lydia too, but I'm not too crazy about the "make out with Jessie" strategy. And, I've got to admit that his attraction to her has got me confused. Seems to me like Jessie would be the type of guy who went for a Jordan or a Laura.
Ah well, game on!
PS, I HEART JEFF!!!! I would PAY Big Brother to lock me in a confined area with him for 3 months! MEOW:)! And glasses? I'm in love:)!

First of all Good morning Carolyn!! I am so excited that big brother is finally here!!
I'm not sure if anyone commented on this in previous posts but it has been bothering me all night. Did anyone else notice yesterday that Jessica's hair had curls in it? As in she used a curling iron on it. Ok so you may ask what does this matter. Well when she fist came on her season on of the things she said about Carol was that "ewww she did like her hair cause she didn't like girls who curl their hair" Something along those lines and I have always thought wow that is soooo superficial and that's the only reason I can remember her not liking Carol. Yes things and people change but still she said it on TV after all!

Good morning/afternoon Carolyn & all my dear BB addict buddies!
I've been up since 7am CST but had to do some yardwork before the oven (104 degrees today) turned on outside! Even though I was up so early I still looked like I had been dipped in a pool when I walked into the house! Can you believe I am going to a wedding tonight at 6:30pm & it is OUTSIDE! Bride refuses to move it inside, but, this is their day so guess we can suffer for a little while!! I mostly worry about the elderly folks that will be there. Ok, enough complaining about heat!
I am torn on how I feel about Lydia. I hate when someone thinks they will advance using their sexuality. But, I guess if it can work for them then whatever! I read all the comments on here but haven't been to Leesa's site yet to see what took place during the night. I will say that Casey seems to get on my nerves. He doesn't seem to be acting himself & he can be loud. I don't think Russell is gay by the way he sometimes looks at Jesse, I thinks it because he wants to have a muscle bound body like Jesse's. Jesse does love himself though, he even talked about his big arms on Twitter. Still not happy he is in there. Michelle was the one who talked baby talk so much last season. Someone mentioned it in an earlier post & those horrible memories of her doing that came flooding back. I hated it!
I'm still enjoying seeing so many familiar names here. It's great to see everyone coming back slowly but surely!

Ok, gonna watch the feeds for a while & see if anything is going on today. Hope they do the POV! Also, going to read Leesa's post. Don't u love my horribly long posts? ha-ha!
