Another HOH reveal and yet another week of potential fireworks.
Dan's three part deal with Ollie means the game is about to shift yet again.
Dan has a pre-existing alliance with Memphis so it's doubtful he'll go up unless he's Ollie's target. I'm sure Dan can walk him back if that is the case. Ollie and Michelle being protected leaves Renny, Jerry, and Keesha. Putting Jerry up for nom can be explained as a simple tit for tat. Out of the two remaining, he should probably put up Renny explaining she is a pawn. He can say, it was her original idea anyways so she can't get mad if she is the pawn. The only way I can see it backfiring is if Keesha wins POV and takes Renny off. If he keeps the promise and puts up Memphis as a replacement, he shows his cards. If Renny wins POV, I would put up Keesha and evict her. Better to get her out while he has the numbers than later.
Best case scenario for Dan and his alliance with Memphis is to come clean and shift to a final four of M/M/O/D. It should be smooth sailing until final four since the Scallawags will have the numbers after this eviction.

WTF is up w/ this deal breaking? Is he trying to guarantee one of his people leaving this week? Does he dislike Renny/Keesha that much? You wanna talk about STUPID moves...
I just REALLY hope Dan had a convo w/ Memphis or Keesha or Renny and explains himself as to what his TRUE intentions are this week. Giving up ure power for a letter and 7 - 8 pictures? Yeesh!
The way I think it, Jerry and Keesha are up on the block. If Jerry comes down, Dan can STILL put Michelle or Ollie up if need be. They would become the automatic targets tho and Dan would HAVE to break a tie and boot one of them off. Man, I thought Dan was one of those smart, intelligent guys. Now I know he is just another dude who is young, dumb and full of ( ;) ). My head hurts, and I now I haveta go to work...UGH!!

I have some small renovations to make in my house today, so I more than likely won't be around.
Stay strong everyone. Maybe Dan will channel his inner bitch and go back on his deal at the renoms.
I'm so sick of houseguest promising other houseguest their friends, family, alliances and everything under the sun. If Dan was going to make that many promises, he could have just gave the HOH to Ollie and protected himself. Because all he did was promise to put someone up in his alliance and that only benefits Ollie and Michelle.
Either compete for HOH and win with no strings attached or don't and take your chances. Dan and Memphis talked about getting Ollie out of the house, but now he is only making Ollie stronger in the game and giving him another life line.
Dan is going to nominate Jerry and Renny instead of nominating Ollie and Michelle or Ollie and Jerry.
well Dan has a point with making this wild and weird deal. Ollie is not in any way going to go after Memphis, and if Dan follows through then Dan will look excellent in Ollie's eyes. However this plan will be all messed up with the double elimination this week.W
i think Dan was ready to fall and it was his only way to take some power away from Ollie.
I think Ollie wanted it more and was going to win.
Dan just did what he could.
Jerry is going to be leaving should we still give him the letter?

Hello fellow dishers - well, I am soooo glad Dan won HOH, but what the hell was he thinkin when he made those deals with Ollie?
What scares me the most is that Dan has shown to be a man of his word so to speak and he may not screw Ollie over like I would...

Dan has done nothing but place a BIGGER target on him. If Renny or Keesha survive this week and win HOH next week, Dan and Michelle should be the nominations.
Dan has once again proved that he is shady and has placed more self doubt about himself and his motives.
This week is going to really backfire on Dan because I think if Ollie or Michelle win POV, they will save Jerry and force Dan to put Keesha against Renny. This is probably one of the most one sided deals anyone has made as HOH.
Dan has really screwed Keesha's chances this week of surviving.

I was thrilled when I came here this morning and first thing I saw was "Dan's HOH Reveal" and I thought *YES!*
Then like you, I read on and totally went WTF? And lemme tell ya, I normally don't DO "WTF" unless I am so baffled I can't think of anything else to say.
Since I watced BBAD and realized that yes, indeed, too much was given away for the HOH (technically he gave away ALL the power) and we all know Dan is not a stupid person. (okay I hear some of you saying we thought that but don't think that anymore). So let's try to get into Dan's head a little shall we?
Dan does not want to be considered a target in any way shape or form. He definitely does not want to be considered a strong player, he has made that clear from day one in his DR's and his game play, throwing comp after comp.
Now he's won two things, first POV and now HOH. He is going against what his plans were, and hanging there all those hours, all this was probably going through his head. I think he knew if he saved Ollie and gave him another player to save it would be Michelle. Now if he puts up Jerry and a pawn, and targets Jerry as payback for the "hell week" Jerry put him through with the Jessie eviction, who could blame him? Jerry even embarrassed Dan on national TV to the point where Dan was worried about his job. In my opinion Jerry needs to be targeted this week, Jerry needs to go, and what better than on Dan's HOH.
That lame apology from Jerry ONLY when Dan was holding POV made me want to vomit! I cannot stand Jerry, he went WAY over the top in this house and I so want him gone. How many of the HG's last week said we need to get Jerry out this week? I think they all did......

I am not to sure what the deal was but when I went back and re read it it sounds like Dan gave him a choice. Protect someone or pick someone to get rid of. But I do not have live feeds so I am not sure.

I just read somewhere that Dan was heard saying after everyone left his HOH room
"time to bring out Judas"
It is possible he is going to have a rather lengthy Nomination Ceremony speech about how others have made promises and not kept them although it was HE that was accused of being a Judas. (ex: April promised Michelle on the wall not to put Jessie up).
Should be a VERY interesting nomination ceremony!
instead of freaking out... why dont you all wait and see how dan plays this. he might have a plan. but then again he might not. We'll have to wait and see.
I cant wait to see the "coach" in Dan. Anyone with experience in coaching has a playbook. I wish I could see his. Perhaps Ollie making his obvious nomination is his way to test Ollie. Think about it - it will come out that he made the deal with Ollie that put up someone he would live hard to put up himself. Especially a good move from a jury house perspective.
