Hm, at the beginning...I just knew Dan or Memphis was gonna make it to the final 2, I never thought it'd be with eachother until they alligned though!

I had thought it would be Memphis and Michelle. One outta two ain't bad.
I believed Memphis would be here. I never had any idea that Dan was the * M A S T E R F U L * player that he is. Dan is probably the best that I've ever witnessed play the game. I am in awe. Like him or not, you have to give him his props.
I second that Carolyn... Especially the people of Galveston and Houston which TWC is now saying will get the direct hit. The DQTD's family is crazy and they aren't keeping in touch with us much, but we are in touch with Danny's mother who is a couple of counties to the north of Houston. She has her evac plans in place and will go to her sister's in far NE Texas. That's a relief.
My sister in SW LA is coming here tomorrow with her two dogs so she will be with us and Oscar can play with his cousins.
Now on with the show. I want to believe from the Renegades' talking last night and today that they will take each other and boot Jerry but I still don't completely trust Memphis. I think he knows with Dan he will only be taking home $50K. With Jerry, he might get the big one. But then I look again and I realize Memphis doesn't really think. He doesn't have the foresight to think beyond the night. Still, I would almost like for him to win and get the blood on his own hands for sending Jerry out... yet in the same breath, I think that could help him so I don't know what I want, (Except Blue >;) )
One hour to go. time to get out the party supplies, and the Memphis voodoo doll.

I always thought Dan, Memphis and Keesha had the best chances for F2. Dan has played the most masterful game. Memphis' game was playing under the wire and getting others to fight for him. Keesha has been balls to the wall and heart on her sleeve! I am rooting for Dan to go all the way.
I am rooting for Keesha to win America's Choice if they do it this year for the reasons I put in the comments on the poll!
Usually by this point I'm a little sad because I won't be getting to spend time with all of you with whom I have laughed, and cried, ranted, celebrated and commiserated. Not this year! This year we get to be together for Survivor and AR!
I'd like to take this opportunity to THANK YOU Carolyn for setting this all up and getting us all together, for your long hours of dedicated blogging, behind the scenes tidbits and your warm and fair hosting!

I had no clue who would make it to the end. I don't even think I had an early favorite the first 2 or 3 episodes.
I can't believe we only have tonight and next Tuesday to watch on t.v.
It's a bit depressing. But it's definitely been my favorite season, as this was the first season I had the live feeds, and of course, where would I be without Dishchicks and ALL others. How on earth did I survive before all of this? LOL
I guess I probably was pulling for Stephen early on, only because he is gay and I would LOVE to see a gay man or woman win this whole thing.
I can state with absolute certainty I never expected to be pulling for Dan based on his original interview. Saying he would move out of the country if a woman was elected President, indeed!!! Just goes to prove, you should never ever judge a book by its cover(or jacket for that matter)!!!
Dingy, so are we and I am praying we don't have any power outage. At least we haven't restocked the freezer yet. Our Disaster Assistance Food Stamps won't be active until tomorrow.

I didn't think Dan would make it even though he was my favorite.
Mainly because -- no matter what reality show -- my favorites always tend to get picked off early.
So this has been a great year. I loved Keesha, Renny and Dan from the start. I was kinda indifferent about Memphis (and still am), but the other three I rooted for all along.
I think Dan had me at swim club.

I am hoping Dan wins HoH, but as long as Jerry is sent home, I don't really care which one wins, Memphis or Dan. Still miss Keesha and would love to have seen her in F2, fresh wounds heal slow, but I can sleep easy if I know I will not wake up in the morning to Jerry on the live feeds!
I was sure Memphis would make it. Just listening to him he was smart and studied people and knew the show really well. Dan I never thought would get this far. He seemed like a complete floater at the beginning. Other than Memphis I thought Jessie. Since he was with Memphis and was, I thought strong, instead of just big. That was of course until he opened his mouth and started talking. After that I'm not sure who. Just knew that Memphis wanted this more than the rest.
That being said I hope we don't see a super duper double cross tonight and Memphis wins HOH and takes Jerry. Please no, can't take anymore Jerry in the house.
I mentioned this in the other post but it's interesting that the re-feeds are the night that Brain was voted out and tonight Dan will, if all goes right, vote out Jerry to avenge Brain like he said he would in his blog. Sweet revenge.

I don't think I looked at anyone and said "he's gonna win" but I liked Dan from the beginning and hoped he'd make it far. My faves are always gone too soon.
I'm not a huge fan of AR or Survivor but I may need to watch a bit so I can come hang with my Dish buddies!
So, I just clicked on ED's webchat and he's complaining about Dan's "jury tampering". Ummm, okay. So if Keesha had won and taken Renny (which she would have done) would that have been unfair?
It's never been done before but that's the theme of this game. Expect the Unexpected.
Gaytor, I didnt get food stamps yet, and I dont have electricity yet to restock my freezer neither lol.. Im still runnin onna generator while the rest of our neighborhood is on electricity. We reported it 4 times already but still we wait!

i think i had a feeling dan would be in the f2 if not very close....as for memphis, i was way wrong about him. i didn't think he'd las nearly as long as he did. my guesses are almost never right...i've learned to accept this ; )
It's good to see you back online today! Your post this morning was absolutely beautiful! I haven't been able to focus on BB much today as I live about 70 miles north of Galveston. Gas lines, grocery store lines (just for 5 things), etc have been absolutely crazy! I have been checking your site later today hoping, wishing that you will have be able to play the show on your site as I'm quite certain we will only be watching hurricane information all night (as that is all that has been on all day long). I can't miss the show! Thanks for keeping us so up to date! I'll be here most of the night. Thanks again - and I hope you had as good a day as possible (Ike has taken the focus of 9/11 so I loved seeing your picture).
Something that made me laugh today. I was going through the archives of the Dish today, trying to remember how exactly we got here and the at the end of the first show blog you wrote Bravo AGP Bravo. Seeing how they have edited it now it's rather ironic.

I picked Memphis the first week and I think he is going to win the whole thing.
I thought Angie would have been in the F2. Had a feeling that Jerry would have made it to the end.
Ok so... let me answer again ...
I dont know who I thought would win early in the game. I loved Renny right a way simple cos she was from the same state as Me... but from the looks of how everyone thought she was a weirdo at first I didnt think she had a chance.
I didnt like Jessie one bit, still dont... but I thought he had it in him to manipulate alotta people so I thought he could possibly make it.
I thought Libra hadda chance, simply cos if she left her young kids for all that time, I figured she would fight her butt off to win that money.
I loved Keesha right away and saw right through April! And Holy Chit she got some splainin to do bout those nites we got to see her and Ollie!
Michelle was a fighter, but I didnt think anyone would take her to the end unless she got herself there, cos she was too tough to beat, and people were scared of her.
Dan... he hid his game for a long time.. like who knew!! And Memphis took too long to go to the "right" team to have me totally trusting him.
I wanted Keesha or Renny to win... simple as dat.
Now, I just dont know anymore. Dan has definetely played a great game... but Im missin Keesha too much to be able to speak the words " I wish Dan or Memphis wins!"
Cos I want our Keesha too!

I started rooting for Dan to make F2 after Brian's eviction. Probably because he stuck to his word and did not vote against Brian ... Renny never quite forgave him, but the rest of us did. Also because he was so alone after the first week and, well, I always cheer for the underdog! So GO DAN! Boot Jeery and celebrate like true Renegades should!

I usually don't root for anyone or guess who could win until a couple episodes in... But when I did I thought it would be Dan and Keesha... I was close, should have known better that guys would stick together!

I felt the first pangs of not spending time with all of you throughout the day, today. Thank goodness our sweet Carolyn has set it up that we will not lose touch with each other. (Survivor, TAR) I cannot begin to tell you what this site has meant to me this summer. I will not dwell on the personal but it has been a welcoming place that I knew I could come to & share a laugh or shed a tear & always knew the feelings here were genuine.

I sure hope Dan & Memphis are the F2 & my gut feeling that one of them will take Jeery is proven wrong.
I have always thought Dan would be in the F2 because of the things he revealed at the beginning in the DR. How he threw some comps on purpose. I immediately felt that he was doing something right.
I hoped Keesha would be in the F2 because I just liked her from Day 1.
Memphis took a while to like or rather get to know him but once he & Dan got together I felt he was going to make it pretty far because of his quiet confidence.

Oh, I'm so glad to hear that they said that this afternoon to each other. My tummy just stopped jumping around from being nervous that they might. I could not take Jeery another minute. BBAD has been like when A/O were still there & I had to FF thru them. I finally just turned it off last night & told Dan who was stuck w/ him that I was sorry!
That many people picked Memphis for final two from the very beginning? I find that hard to believe but cool if it's true.
I thought it'd be Angie and one of the lower key guys like Ollie, Dan even Jerry.
This series was interesting. All of the most fun and nice houseguests were either evicted early (Brian, Steven and Angie) or they made it really far (Dan, Memphis, Keesha and Renny.)

I'm with you, Lee!! The only bright side to BB ending is the fall lineup is starting. Of course, I've had a couple of shows this summer to enjoy besides BB, like The Closer, and Project Runway, and about a week ago America's Next Top Model, but I am really looking forward to the premiere's of Grey's Anatomy, Lost and a few others. Okay, I admit it, I'm a huge Simpsons fan! I'm really looking forward to that one, too, almost 20 years now, or is this the 20th year? I'm not sure. It usually doesn't start until after the World Series, tho.

Keesha is the one who I thought we'd see in the F2 at the beginning of the show. I saw how she just sat and observed and listened to others those first few days and I just thought she was a very smart woman. She almost made it, too.
I didn't realize what a GREAT player Dan was until about 4 weeks in -- but then I could see him in the F2 and that's when I started rooting for a Dan/Keesha F2 with Renny as AC. *sigh* it almost went like that...almost. I didn't give Memphis much credit in the beginning and was never sure if I liked him or not. The only reason I ever accepted him was because he became part of the Fab 4. LOL He's okay, but I just don't love the guy, so here's hoping Dan wins -- he really has played the best game!

Apparently I have been watching way too much big brother...My husband told me about a dream I had last night LOL...
I started rolling in the bed and rolled over him like a log and he had to catch me so I wouldn't fall off the bed, and I did break a lamp with my hand, oops...He said, I said "We need to entertain the live feed viewers". OMG!
He doesn't watch the show and has never seen this blog so I know I must have said it...
A few weeks ago I had a dream that while I was on the show, I went into the bathroom and smoked a joint and a few minutes later AG summoned me to her office to tell me I was being kicked out...LOL

What I found is Howard Stern is having a 22-year-old girl auction her virginity on his show. Today 911. I can't find anything that says it's true or not.
