After a double espresso and an endurance comp that didn't last as long as my coffee, here we are! With BB blue b*lls...

Brendon is cooking and Enzo is being polite, keeping him company.

Rachel is offering to Ragan and Matt to come stay with her in Vegas because she can get "pimped out" suites for free. She wants to host events with Ragan. Hayden comes in and says he's still sore.
Any excuse for a shirtless cap :) He goes into the kitchen with Enzo and Brendon to help out...
Brendon is making a fish concoction... Hayden is grabbing some pizza. He goes to the Cabana to offer pizza to the others.
Brendon leaves the kitchen and the game talk resumes. They are whispering furiously, making it impossible to catch. No doubt plotting Rachel and Brendon's demise. Talk turns to Kristin being a class act.

Rachel: I just want to apologize. I know you miss Kristin and I'm responsible for taking her out of the game.
Ragan: It's not it at all. If I were in your place, I would have done the same thing.
Rachel (starting to cry): I feel like it's been a distance between us. I didn't want you to choose between me and Kristin.
Ragan: I appreciate that you let me make my own choices. I'm your friend. I'm her friend. Just as I would be upset to see you go. I got upset to see her go... I had to remind myself that this is a game. No one is dying.
Ragan is doing his best to reassure her and explain why he will be missing Kristin.
Ragan: It really bothers me the sh*t that Andrew said. She is a really caring and compassionate person and it's the opposite of what Andrew said. I will always be her friend. And I will always be your friend.
Rachel: I feel like I had no other options...
Ragan: I understand that you needed to do what you needed to do.
Rachel: I feel like I will be losing my friend in the house.
Ragan: You won't. You absolutely won't. I'm not that type of person.
Rachel: It wasn't personal with Kristin....
Ragan: Oh I know. There was that thing with the competition, but the rest of the week was fine...
Talk turns to the competition and how hard it was.
Rachel: I wondered what the viewers are thinking right now (**Umm that everyone in the competition was lame?)
She leaves him to sit quietly and collect his thoughts. Matt comes in shortly after, asking him what Rachel said.
Ragan: She was in here shedding crocodile tears. (Ragan gives him an overview of the conversation)
Matt: She was using you to get to me...
Ragan: Basically.
Matt: Whichever one stays will come gunning for me. Everyone is the house knows this and they will be complacent.
Talk turns to Kathy and her approaching Ragan to tell him that she will need someone this week. Then onto some Brendon bashing...

While the power couple sit eating at the counter. Brendon is giving her a pep talk. She's having none of it. She asks him to stop and goes into the Taj.

The Cabana crew make fun of Brendon for a bit when he leaves, then spend more time talking about the competition than they did competing in it...
Brendon goes into Taj to smooth over his dysfunctional relationship, assuming the dominant position. I see their lips moving but cannot make out a word. Anyone know how to lip read?

Britney(mouthing): I tried.
Rachel joins the Cabana crew. Talk turns to teeth.
Matt is out of DR. NO "Who wants to see my HoH room?"....

The cameras have been following Ragan and his flatulence around the house.... He lets one loose and says "For you America."
After he walks in on Enzo in the WC, he uses the bathroom, washes his hands and goes to the storage room.
Ragan: We need libations.... Where are the libations?
He walks through the house, filling it with his aroma...
BB: Ragan. Stop that! (**because he was trying to listen through the backyard door, not for stinking up the house. heh)
In the next 10 minutes, Hayden and Brendon have checked the storage room for libations. Brendon goes to Taj to make the bed for his queen. He then goes to the Insect Room to make up the cot for Kathy. This is followed by a major housekeeping binge.

As for keeping you on your toes. Get thee to the dungeon. My custom measured manacles do just that. You have to stretch to touch the floor. (I'm not sure how tall you are but if you want to be taller this ride is for you.)
My manacles always spin around, kinda like that ceiling fan I was talking about earlier but they keep you vertical, not horizontal. That way I can "Spin You Right 'Round Baby Right 'Round" at my whim.
Ahhh I love that song as I do all those 80's Disco Classics. But the dungeon only plays House and Trance.

The debate of whether or not it would look suspicious for Matt to not accept the money because of wife's fake medical bills.
Matt also said they had no health insurance. When you get a medical bill there is a code for each item/treatment and the amount charged for each. Generally with insurance, there is a cap, meaning the physician has to accept what the insurance will pay which is never as much as the actual charge. No insurance, no cap, HUGE bill.
If Matt's wife was really in need of the medical care that he lied about, $5,000 would cover just about-----nothing.
I think if I were his wife and I really did need the money, I would prefer him to gamble on final 2 and the best way to get there is pass on the bribe and take out your strongest competitors.
Oh now we get to hear about cheesy Vegas. Just shoot me please!
Pandora's Box will unleash Jordeff onto the BB House and they will effectively replace Brenchel as the new Power Couple in the BB House. Let this happen please!

Gaytor - I find myself defending Rachel too much for comfort tonight ... but she's a pretty successful model. She hasn't told the house. It's sex kitten bikini stuff, but it it's legit. She had a spread with Seven Tyler and is a Maxim girl. She surely got on the show through an agent. So though some might consider that work a little whorish, I think the only happy endings are a check.

Jane, I don't think the things you listed are whorish at all, but she can't make a living doing only that. She has to have a side job, and I really think she may just be in those situations because of how she craves acceptance as we have discussed before, but never touched on her 'work'. That's just my NSHO, but I'd bet on it just by the way she has acted and how she has talked about those expensive bottles.
Unless Vegas has changed since I was last there, and I admit it's been a long time, I just don't see those things going on on the Strip. Then again I have never been a High Roller (except for work on my wigs), thus I have never been in any of the VIP Lounges.
Honestly, I am VERY naive in so many ways.

Congrats Syn on the 10.4 in 28 days, I so need to do the same thing. How are you doing it? Eating healthier foods, or that combined with exercise. I need to know your secret because I need to lose 20 to 25 lbs for my own good, and to get my a1c down to good range. I'm terrible about eating all the wrong things at all the wrong times.

OMG Y'ALL... me & my best friend are laughing our asses off right now, at Brendon trying to kiss & comfort Rachel, and the looks she's giving him. She is the CERTIFIED QUEEN of the "witch face." This is honestly one of the funniest moments of this season. We are dying over here.
For a second, we both thought Brendon was going to cry.
This is what Rachel gets for putting all her eggs in one basket, IMO. Even when Brendon wanted to go and socialize with others, knowing that isolating themselves from the rest of the house was a terrible move, Rachel would often want to stay alone with Brendon. Now, she has no one else- and she knows it.
I personally think that not only is the "honeymoon phase" over for Brenchel, but that Rachel is no longer "in love"(lol)/infatuated with Brendon. I don't blame her, tbh- he is totally smothering, and I'm pretty sure that's why his past relationships have all failed. But Rachel has no one else in the house. Their showmance really injured both of them, IMO.
Personally, I think the other HGs are making a big mistake gunning for Brendon before Rachel- I used to think Rachel would have a Lydia-style meltdown once Brendon left, but now I'm sure that Brendon leaving will be the best thing that could happen for Rachel's gameplay. Brendon is the one that will be heartbroken and have all the wind taken out of his sails once Rachel leaves, not vice versa.

Seriously though ... I had a terrible habit of eating fast food about 5 days a week, sometimes twice in the same day. And I made terrible food choices when I was eating the fast food. I started eating at home more, making healthier choices. I also stopped drinking soda completely. I was a total Dr. Pepper addict. I had my first caffeine tonight in 28 days. I drink tons of water now. And if my only choice is fast food in a pinch, I'll get grilled chicken or a salad. And instead of fries, opt for a baked potato or side salad.
I've done no exercising other than swimming every few days. I'm going to start a treadmill routine tomorrow.
The hg's are cracking me up...
They may be lame on endurance comps but are the funniest cast for sure.
lol! Maybe I take back everything I just said in my last comment... Rachel is acting like if Brendon goes, then she has no hope. And if she thinks that/acts like that, then it will be a self-fulfilling prophecy, even though I think she could totally kick ass and make a stronger, better alliance with Ragan and Britney with Brendon gone.
If she could convince Britney that the boys really don't have Brit's back, then they could have a true alliance and do some serious damage, IMO. They're the two fiercest competitors in the house.
Rachel, right now, is being a poor sport and showing just how weak she really is. She's letting herself have a pity party instead of thinking long-term. I think it shows just how weak her strategy/game play has been that she was totally reliant on Brendon winning this week, you know? She should have been making stronger personal connections with other people in the house when she was too busy constantly making out and spending all of her time with Brendon.
She had a STRONG chance at taking this thing home, and right now, she's blowing it. Big time. Rachel, stop being a big, whiny baby, and play the game!

Syn, that is great and it takes a lot of willpower to stay away from fast food. It's especially difficult for me with all the great New Orleans foods on every corner. Po-Boys are my favorite food, but so is ice cream and just about everything else that is bad for me. It's a constant and very difficult fight. I watch carbs, but not close enough, I still do carbonated and caffeine but always diet. I can't stand the taste of colas with sugar, I've been off of those since NutraSweet came out.
I do drink gallons and gallons of water. It's the only way to stay hydrated in weather like this. That and Powerade, which now comes in 0 calorie. The water is mostly during shows. I carry at least 3 quarts and they are empty by the time the show is over.
Wishing you the best, honestly. I wish I had easy access to a pool. Not only would it be good for exercise, but it's the only exercise I can really do because of my lumbar back issues.
I have a free membership to a gym through my insurance but it has no pool. I'd have to go down the street to the Hyatt and use their rooftop pool but with all the hotel guests using it, I feel strange trying to get in for just exercise.

My biggest vice has been portion control. I never really have eaten/snacked between meals. But when I eat a meal, I've been having trouble learning portion control.
In a world of "Super Size" me when we should be eating the Kid's Meal portions, it's hard to determine what a healthy portion is.
Lip reading, Genie. I watch BBAD with sound muted but closed captioning on. BBAD rarely misses even a whisper. And that frees me up to play in the feeds to what is more interesting looking.

Syn, do you know the trick that helps in portion controls? Eat on a smaller plate. Always place all your food on a plate. Go for something just a bit bigger than what we now call a salad or dessert plate.
Dish sizes have increased several times over the last 60 years. in the 50s a dinner plate was 8". Then it went to 10" and now the standard is 12" with some even being 14". The smaller the plate the less you will eat.
The mind plays a little trick on your appetite. If you see you have eaten a full plate, the mind tells the hunger urge that you are full. That REALLY works. I've bought smaller plates. That's been studied and proven to work through studies done by dietitians. Just a suggestion in case you don't already do that.

Syn, while I have played in dungeons close to 'Fangtasia' style, my own is nothing like that.
Playing in a dungeon does not have to include pain, just mote variety with the toys kept there.
I've been on both sides of the pain factor and really don't care for either. It's even made me laugh at times, which is wrong on so many levels.
I talk a kinky game, but I'm really not. I can be pretty vanilla in the bedroom. I do have fond memories of sex in public pools though. And even better memories of a few private ones. Come on. You know your parents would love me. teehee.

Syn, congrats on your weight loss. I actually have lost over 150 pounds (have kept it off for almost 8 years now, give or take 15 that I lose and gain once in a while!) I know how hard it is- and the less you have to lose, the harder it is, I swear. You go!
Portion control (and sweets) were always my big problems too. I come from a southern family (though I was born and raised in Vegas, my family is all in Georgia, and I've spent a LOTTT of time there)- and southerners loooove us some food!
Genie- I had to laugh at Enzo talking about how he's going to "feel it in the morning and be sore as hell." Is he for real? LOL!
GaYToR - Good point about the plates. Lately I've been going the paper plate route though. I hate doing dishes. I have done better at portion control since I started this. I notice I get just as full on less food, especially with all the water.
And yes, I'm sure my parents would adore you.

ellaelise, a huge congrats to you. That is amazing and something to be very proud of. I have gone down close to 100 lbs over a really long time but at the moment I really need to take 20 off, and 25 would be even better. I fluctuate so much. I'm a stress eater and I have more than enough stress for myself if anyone wants some if it.
You are so correct about those last few being the hardest. I almost get there and then get frustrated and start gaining again.
Now all this talk about food is making me hungry. I feel the need for a bag of popcorn.

BBFanatic - The house guests don't like them because they have been dominating everything and been avoiding the chopping block. Plus they've had their relationship shoved down their throats... As to everyone else, not really sure. Their faults aren't any more or less than other peoples'. Personal preference I guess :)

BBFanatic - I personally don't like Rachel or Brendon because they are in a situation of their own making and they constantly whine about it and what targets they have because of it. And how much they have had to fight to stay in the game.
They got nominated on the block together Week 1, they isolated themselves and began their showmance. They further isolated themselves from the rest of the house. They continue to isolate themselves from the rest of the house.
Brendon is constantly taking over conversations when he does talk to other houseguest and tells them that he had an experience that winds up being bigger and better than whoever is talking. He's also a cry baby at every turn. Nothing is EVER fair for him.
I can't go into how I feel about Rachel (besides breaking Rule #5) because she is the biggest fake to everyone in the house and also everyone outside of the house. She is not being a real person, and I don't like it when people have to put on this much of an act.
Brendon just made a bed for Kathy in the Insect Room. That's sweet. He didn't have to do that. And the sad thing? He will be mocked and reviled for it...
When Ragan farted and said "For you America" For a second I thought he found out he was voted to be sab but then I remembered uhhh pandora's box had to be opened first. ha!

Stephanie, I think that if Matt chooses to open Pandora's Box he gets a special power (ie Julie's constant "Most Powerful HOH"). The consequences are that the saboteur is released, which will probably not be communicated to him, just that something bad will happen.
