Big Brother 12: Happy Finale Day!! Here's The Plan!
Happy Finale Day, BB Lovers!! What a long, strange trip it's been... Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up about what's on the itinerary today!It's all about the door prizes in BBDish land today, so let's get it started! The 1st person to comment and correctly tell me which Big Brother Alum (not from BB12) entered the house with this item (that I happened upon in eBay Daily Deals) is going to receive one just like it!
I'll be hopping in to moderate and publish your guesses around 10:30am BBT/1:30pm Eastern, give or take a few minutes... So fear not, whoever is first will show up with a time stamp as first.
Checking the Big Brother related auctions on eBay this morning, I got quite the nice surprise. At long last, BB8 Carol's Big Brother Bag has been listed at a more reasonable price. After 3 years of listing this item, the seller is finally coming to grips with the reality that no one's gonna bite if it's too high...
Also, today is the final day for bidding on Evel Dick's Shadowbox. It's a very cool item, made 100% by Evel Dick and full of BB memorabilia.
Here's the scoop on what's happening on BBDish today:- The Survivor Premiere Viewing Party, hosted by GenieSea, will begin at 7:50pm Eastern. Genie will be hosting Survivor Viewing Parties here on BBDish every Wednesday this season.
- The Big Brother 12 Finale Viewing Party will begin at 8:58pm Eastern. There will be doorprizes a plenty! Mugs, TShirts, Live Feeds for BB13 & More... If you're on the west coast and you want to watch the Big Brother 12 Finale live on east coast time, the link will be provided in that post.
- The Big Brother 12 Backyard Interviews are scheduled to air LIVE & Uncut on the live feeds tonight, following the finale. Per CBS' ban on former HGs conducting backyard interviews this season, Missy will be doing the interviews, and they should begin approximately 15-20 minutes after the show ends. We'll open the Backyard Interviews post as soon as they go live... or maybe a couple minutes before. ;)

Yes the news about Brit's house is terrible but could have been much worse! I am sure she will be so relieved that Nick and their dogs are okay. I am glad they aren't going to tell her until the Finale is over so she can enjoy the show.

Hello everyone. It's so nice to stop in and see everyone today before all of the excitement.
I quit my job this week, but haven't been around to join in the hangout chats.

Hi Caro! Happy Finale Day!! I hope you have a wonderful time on your trip! I am so bummed about Britney and Nick's house! That is so terrible. Hopefully she will win the 25K to help replace some of their losses. Remember when she said she hated her furniture? Maybe she will be able to get some new! I truly feel for them, it's rough. I think it's good of AGP to wait until after the show to tell her, don't spoil her night any more than it will be. She and Nick will be in my prayers, as will you! For a safe flight and a happy time!!

jluvs that is hilarious! When I worked Twitter was my comic relief. Twitter is probably the only reason I didn't end up on CNN for losing my mind completely.
I am a little behind on catching up with the feeds and updates this week. I guess I figured there wasn't going to be too much happening.
I always have such a feeling of 'letdown' when the season comes to an end. Unless we have another writer's strike I know I have a whole new school year, halfway through summer vacation and 3 seasons before my show will be back on. This year seems worse than ever. Between the non-existent endurance comps, the blacked out feeds and the HGs themselves it's like being a kid who waited all year for Christmas and got the crappiest present ever. Oh well, I can still hope for Enzo to walk away empty handed. That would give me something to smile about.
On another note, I am so sorry about Britney's home. I really hope she wins fan favorite. I realize the personal life should be put aside from the game but I haven't seen such a heartbreaking royal screw since Keesha realized she had been 'played' by Memphis. I hope she walks away from the game with a little something to help her get back on her feet.
