As soon as the feeds do go live, I'll be capping and sharing the details of what's going on with you right here in this post.. Just to let you know, the live feeds tend to be pretty crazy on the first night, so you're really better off watching them than relying on anyone to transcribe! After a little while, Lessa will open her post, and the 1st Late Night with Lessa of the Big Brother 14 season will begin!

Feed 1: Janelle's holding court in the swirly black room, and they have a PoV comp tomorrow. It sounds like Kara is on the block.. and they all believe she's very nervous about the comp.
JoJo: If you eat nothing but Gummy Bears, you will lose weight.
Wil: This room is making me dizzy.
Janelle: I miss the old bird room..
Meanwhile, upstairs in HoH, Boogie's chatting up Willie... Boogie's complaining about Joe, trying to get him put up as a renom after the PoV comp.

Willie: I know who your horse is in this race. I'm tellin' you. I'm gonna do everything in my power to make that safe. He's gonna be safe. Even if it stays the same.
Boogie: WIth the power of veto, are you motivated to win?
Willie: I'll drop out if it's him there last with me.
Boogie: It'd be good if you tried to win, and just keep in the same.. Frank genuinely likes you.. If she goes, or he (Joe) goes, people wont care.. They wont hold it against you. It'll be like you were never HoH. You're very popular. We can work together on a week to week basis.. I think you get it. You're not here to win approval from anyone.
Willie: I'm here to win 500,000 dollars. I talked to Frank.. I told him he;s not my target. At the beginning, he really wasn't.

i have a basic non-understanding on time zones LOL being where i live we stay on the same time 365 days a year but i'll be here till the feeds kick in for sure!
I am sooooo ready! Got SHO2 on in the living room and ready to hit the feeds as soon as they are live! Very occasional commenter (since season 10!). Constant feed watcher.

(I know, it's exciting, and the commentary would be mind-blowing if I shared it), but, some truly juicy stuff is about to take off, and entertain us for the next 3 months! (my fingernail growing commentary could blow your mind, as well, but some things are simply too cerebral.)
Hello. When I click on the watch live feeds it brings me back to the same page. I am using Firefox. I cleared my cache and temporary files. I have also tried Google chrome and Internet explorer. There seems to be another problem. Can you help me resolve this?

Anyone successful watching feeds on iPad or iPhone? No go for me.
This is what super pass help section says. "iPhone/iPad customers: Because the SuperPass website video players are written in Flash and iOS devices do not support Flash, we've created a website specifically for iOS devices to ensure iPhone and iPad users can watch the live feeds and live shows through their devices. Unfortunately, Flashback won't be available on iOS devices due to technical issues (iOS devices crash due to the way the archived Flashback stream is configured). "

Fell asleep for all of 30 minutes or so, woke up anxious and had to checkin...
Does anyone else find it out that we started with 12 HGs, one is gone the first night, and the mentors aren't "evicted" in the sense that are are nominated and voted out? It seems like starting essentially with 11 HGs is not enough, especially if there is a double eviction?
I would say its another year where someone reenters but it was clear that the girl evicted tonight isn't coming back (Julie expressly said the mentor had to evict the player FOR GOOD), and also, Brendon came back last year... two summers in a row, unlikely.
Another (significantly less likely) hypothesis could be that the returning mentors eventually WILL play against the new HGs once there are only two mentors left because the others' had their entire team evicted... then if they can take second behind one of their teammates or beat another mentor's teammate in the F2 their prize doubles or they get an additional prize. It seemed pretty clear that the mentors would never abandon their role as coach to me though, at least based on the first episode.
Finally (this is a twist I have wanted BB America to do for years now, its called "House Next Door"), I am hoping that American BB does a spin of the regular HND and there is a group of 3 unseen HGs still sequestered and the first vet to have their entire team eliminated comes back into the house with a new set of players, or something up that alley.
I don't really think any of my scenarios are likely, but I do find the 11 HG thing odd...
So sounds also like the VETO is tomorrow obviously and that JoJo is hosting... interesting.
P.S: One of my theories I am fairly certain is correct is that Dan intentionally chose players he believed the house would perceive as non threatening... his whole strategy S10 was to come off as weak, even pathetic if he could, so no one thought he was worth wasting an HOH week on... then at the end, he was firing on all cylinders. Methinks he is employing the same strategy here as a coach.
I'm so excited that the season has begun, but I always have a hard time the first week or so until I really get to know everyone.... Right now I still don't know who is who and it's so frustrating not knowing who people are talking about. Maybe I should have taken more time and put more effort into studying the bios.....

What a great start to the season!!!
The premiere was great, the game talk is in full swing already and all is right with the world again.
Couple quick observations....1. Dan's picks for his team were interesting, someone posted earlier that he may have picked what he thought would be "non threats" and that was my first thought also. Keep in mind he really only picked 2 people since Jodi was the only one left. Now he is down to 2 and one of those is nominated already. I loved Dan in his season and believe he is already working behind the scenes to make sure he isn't the first coach down to one player in the first week.......tho strategy wise that MAY not be as bad as it sounds. Deals can be made etc etc. ......omg I love this game and to be thinking strategy again gives me tingles lol ;)
Anyway.....2. Boogie and Willie talking game in the HOH was interesting. Willie was not caving to Boogie or telling him what he wanted to hear, he was listening to him but still seemed like he wasn't ready to give up his own plan while at the same time not shutting Boogie down either. That is smart play this early with a Vet player who might be a little intimidating for no other reason then his experience on 2 previous seasons. I am keeping my eye on Willie.......he might just be a player. I know it's early and a week from now I might be praying for Willie's swift departure but so far I like what I see.
3. Love Ian. Period. I am so rooting for him right now (see swift departure comment re Willie above but I really think Ian is sticking around for awhile and I'm going to like that). Ian is obviously brilliant but also confident in himself socially, or at least more so then some past HG's that were cast as "nerds" or "geeks".......if Ian can run a decent social game I'm not sure he can be stopped. Some of this I am basing on Ian's pre interviews but mostly from watching him in the house tonight. And I super love that he is a true blue died in the wool honest to God superfan like us. He remembers every season, Boogies game, Dan's game, Jani's game, Brit's game. He knows more about them as players than any other HG in there. Could serve him well.
That's all for now thi I could go on for days, my mind is spinning with all this season has to offer. Buckle your seat belts BBLovers, we in for a helluva ride this summer and I for one am thrilled!!!!
BTW.....been a BBdish reader and supporter for years and can't thank Caro and Lessa et al for all the hard work they do to keep us updated and just be there to share the one we all love......this insane, totally awesome, pulling my hair out, forks in my ears by August, AMAZING GAME we all love so much. It might be just a game but for us it is an experience and without this blog it just wouldn't be the same. Looking forward to posting with you all this summer but now back to the feeds and maybe some sleep.....maybe;)

Just asking 'cuz at this point my head is spinning at how much game/trash talking is already happening I easily could have missed something re: how this game is going to play out long term.
2 questions for anybody that might know...... What and where is the coaches suite? And did Julie say specifically in the premiere that once a coaches team is gone they are gone?
Also under random thoughts I wonder if at some point team members will change to different coaches. Haven't thought this thru yet, like much of this new game I am having trouble wrapping my mind around all the different levels of strategy this "coach" twist brings.......HG's haven't been there a full week yet and it is full game on already.........:0 THIS GAME etc. etc.!!!!!!
