1 More Day - The Overnight Report

Ommmmm...
Good morning, BB Lovers! :0)  Happy Tuesday!

One more day til the Big Brother 15 Finale!  I hope you'll join us here for the festivities, starting at 8pm with a viewing party for the Survivor Premiere, and continuing on at 9:30pm for the Finale Viewing Party!  There will be live streams for both. :-)

I'd like to take this opportunity to Thank You for spending another season here with us on BBDish!  It's been a rather.. mmm..  challenging season, and in 24 hours, we can say together, We Made It!

Since Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr will not stop repeating this in my head right now, I'll share, in hopes he'll let me move on.. "Free at last!  Free at last!  Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!"  Almost.

Let's dive in and join the vermin.. errr..  critters.

If you love what we do around here year after year, and you'd like to contribute via the tip jar, that would be much appreciated!

Thank you for your support!

And away we go...  As a reminder, Andy and GM have promised each other final 2. Andy has also promised Spencer, and GM has also promised Spencer.  Any time there is solo time, this is the topic of conversation.  I leave it to you to determine who is being honest with who..  Personally, I think they both will and should take Spencer to guarantee themselves the big payout.  I believe the only reason Andy and GM have struck a final 2 deal, is for a tiny sense of security, just in case the other wins.

11:04pm
Spencer has just been called to the DR.  GM is putting make up on for her coming DR session.  She invites Andy in to "watch her put on makeup."

Andy: I wonder if our families have watched the live feed.. and like know what we're doing.  I almost feel bad for Spencer. I think he's kind of picking up on it.
GM: You think so?
Andy: Well I don't know.. I just feel like any second that he gets me alone, he, like, instantly asks.  You know what I'm saying?
GM: Oh.. He hasn't asked me anything. That's why I think he thinks you're automatically gonna kick my ass, and like, he's telling you to take him, you know?
Andy: I think that just, also, me and him are closer, so in his mind, there's a good chance I would take him, just cuz he's like, my good friend.
GM: Oh, ok.
Andy: ya know?
GM: Yeah.
Andy: But like I said, you have nothing to worry about.
GM: Thank you.  Vice versa.

GM: I think taking him would kick my ass in the long run.
Andy: (too quickly) I do too. (pause)  I think people will look at it.. Well, I don't know.. I try to roll through the scenarios in my head all the time.
GM: I do too.
Andy: I really do think he has a compelling reason for why he could win, but I think people would look at it like, "Oh, you took the safe choice. F'ck you."
GM: Exactly.
Andy: I like Spencer, but I really do care about you more, and even if I lose, knowing that you get the money makes me so happy.
**take a moment

GM: I think he's portrayed like an asshole.. Sometimes the things he says is (sic) asshole-ish.
Andy: Yeah
GM: So I'm thinkin' like, people would like us better..
**perhaps that's because you think so infrequently.

Andy: Because we've talked about out families, and how this money really could help us, they want you to get some.
GM: Yeah.
BB Loving World: NO.

This conversation is ongoing, and you're quite welcome to watch it on flashback, but if I transcribe another word of it, my head will explode.  And... I really don't want to mess up my keyboard.

OK.. we're moving forward into the night to find a similar conversation between either Spencer and Andy or Spencer and GM...

11:30pm
Andy: I almost don't want to be alone with him.  I just keep telling him, I don't know yet.
GM: If he axes me, I'm gonna say that.
Andy: I wonder what the hell the jury's gonna say? For the Final HoH..

It's GM's turn in the DR, which means it's Spencer's turn to speak privately with Andy..  He makes a good case.

11:33pm
Spencer and Andy

Andy:  I wonder what the hell these stupid jurors are gonna say.
Spencer: I don't know. I'm nervous about it.
Andy: Me too.
Spencer: You don't got much to be nervous about.  You're in the driver's seat. I'm in the back.
Andy: Who do you think's gonna be super vengeful?
Spencer: I don't know.. There's a lot of fans on the jury, so that helps.  Obviously, I want you to take me with you.  You have Candice, Jessie and Helen who were there for a while.
Andy: Yeah
Spencer: Helen has a lot of influence over Jessie and Candice..
Andy: Yeah
Spencer: Helen said that GM would vote for GM to win if she was in the finals..
Andy: Yeah
Spencer: Then you had Aaryn come in, who is obviously a huge GM fan.
Andy: Believe me, you're telling me things I already know.
Spencer: You had Amanda drift in, who they're all glad to see, and who sent her? (GM was HoH)  And then Elissa walked in, and she's gonna be bad-mouthing you over calling her a liar.
Andy: Yeah
Spencer: I mean, you see what I'm sayin'?  That right there..
Andy: Yeah.. I know.

Spencer:  McCrae, if he said that to you.. He could get over it though.
Andy: yeah
Spencer: Judd... and I honest to God don't know if he said he was votin' for us or not votin' for us..
Andy: I don't either.
Spencer: ..and that's scary as f*ck.
Andy: yeah
Spencer: It's almost better to give him the choice between us..
Andy: yeah
Spencer: ...instead a f'in.. Cuz we did lie to him that entire week.. tellin' him, he's fine.  I know Ginamarie has said to me that she thinks you're gonna win it, which indicates she'd probably vote for ya... and that's good.. if you didn't take her.  Umm.. As far as bitter jury, dude, you just don't know.. If Helen's mad at you, which I believe her to be.. One of her best skills in this house was getting people to vote how she wanted, and she's already got weak minded Candice and Jessie there.. Honestly, dude, if it's you and me in final 2, I won't get a single vote. Hands down.

Spencer:  Candice, not gonna vote.  Amanda/McCrae, not gonna vote.  Aaryn hates my f'in guts.  Helen and Elissa don't respect me as a person, much less a gameplayer.
Andy:  Yeah.
Spencer: I mean, holy shit, dude.  You're a logical guy, Andy..
Andy: (nods yes)
Spencer: ..and obviously, I want you to take me to final 2, if you get that decision..
Andy: yeah.
Spencer: But the thing is, you've thought each step of the way..
Andy: yeah
Spencer: ..and you've made good decisions.  Taking somebody whose got the credentials to beat you?
Andy: yeah
Spencer: ..is f'in' game suicide, bro.
Andy: yeah.
Spencer: I mean, you're sayin' that you think it's gonna be a bitter jury and you're playin for runner up.  OK.. so if you are playin' for runner-up, why would you take somebody who would for sure have the credentials AND the f'in voter base to make sure that you're a runner up?
Andy: Yeah.

Spencer:  Why wouldn't you take someone who has absolutely no personal relationships?  I don't have one single friend in the jury.  You've been my best friend in this house, and you're here.
Andy: yeah.
Spencer: You're the only person who would be at the jury house who would say, "Hey, Spencer has done this or done that."  Sittin' next to me? They all hated my guts, cuz they knew that I knew that I was gonna stay, and it pissed em off.
Andy: yeah
Spencer: None of them motherf'ers like me at all.
Andy: Yeah, well...
Spencer: And that's just, I mean, f'in' period, end of sentence, bro. I mean, if you think you're playin' for runner up, f'in GM's the one whose got the credentials to make that happen.
Andy: yeah.

OK.. While Spencer makes a very good case, he's now entered into the lather, rinse, repeat phase of it.  As he has with GM, Andy promises Spencer he'll take him to final 2.  I shall now go hunting for Spencer's upcoming one on one with GM..

Here it is!

11:58pm
Kitchen
Cam 1

Spencer: Is Andy already in there?
GM: Andy just went in there.

Spencer: While I've got you alone... Are we still good?
GM: (responds with a mouth full of food, and I can't make it out, but it seems to be in the affirmative from what happens next)

GM: I'm so nervous.
Spencer: Oh you're gonna be fine. It's stuff you know.  It's about people. Yeah.. I mean I knew that nothing's changed as far as Andy's gonna be tough to beat..
GM: I know.
Spencer: I'm gettin' paranoid, cuz it's out of my control.
GM: Yeah, i just.. I mean, we were equal on the f'in other questions.
Spencer: I know.  He's fallen out on like the 1st and 2nd question on other stuff before.
GM: I know.
Spencer: And really it's guessing, a lot of it.
GM: You're right.
Spencer: So as long as you just listen to the questions, listen to the answers..
GM: I wish I could like practice somehow. Not practice, but like..
Spencer: There's no way to practice.  You just gotta stay calm, and listen to questions..

Spencer:  And based on the person, you're probably gonna know.  Think about all the time you sit around doin' your nails with them.  And like, you're gonna know the Aaryn question.. You'll probably know the Helen.. Most of it's girls.. and you've spent a lot of one on one time with them that Andy hasn't spent with them.
GM: I know.. I know..
Spencer:  Sweetie.. You have me in that final 2 with you?  Your ass just won a half a million dollars.
GM: hehehehe.. I don't know why you say that.
Spencer: Shit.
GM: Yeah, but just.. It's an equal chance, Spencer.
Spencer: Oh yeah... Point to one person up there (on the memory wall) that I'm friends with that's on the jury.  That don't hate my f'in guts.
GM: Judd..  McCrae..
Spencer: F*ck them.
GM:  Howard.
**on the jury.
Spencer: shit.
GM: hahahaha!
Spencer: Even, just say they all voted for me..  You still won the damn thing 3 to 6.  You still got a half a million dollars.
GM: (very softly) oh my God.

Spencer: Andy'll win it damn 9 to 0 against anybody.  He's played a good game.  I don't fault him for that.  But like.. He's got a master's degree.. He's got a lot of earning potential.. You know what I'm saying?
GM: (she nods yes)
Spencer: Me n you, we're real people.  Not that he's not, but..
GM: I know.
Spencer: I'd love to see you with that half a million dollars.  Think of all the good you could do with it.

GM: (softly) Oh my God.. Oh my God..
Spencer: And I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you can beat me.
GM: I wish it was like.. another endurance thing or something. That's the only thing I'm good at.
Spencer: No.. You're gonna be great at the questions. I think it'll be a lot more obvious than what you think.
GM: I was thinkin' bout.. like if there was a tie breaker.. I think it's how many times we went around.. I tried to ask Andy, but he didn't wanna talk about it.
Spencer: I think y'all went around total about 60 times.
GM: I was thinking 63.
Spencer: If that's your gut, go with your gut.
GM: I was thinking of 88, but 63 is my brother's football number, and that's what..  That was my birthday here.
Spencer: Day 63. Oh dude.. F'in serendipity right there.  That could be just meant to be.  I would say that'd be perfect, cuz he said he'll say like 74.. cuz he said 7's his lucky number, so is 14, so he usually does 7s and 4s..
GM: 88s kinda close too.
Spencer: But you don't wanna go over. I have it on good authority that everything didn't last 30 minutes.
GM: ok. So it'd be 900 seconds again?  If it was a seconds thing.

Spencer:  If it was a seconds thing, um.. 600 seconds is 10 minutes.. So 1200.. He'll probably put 1400 seconds.
GM: I don't think it was 20 minutes.
Spencer: I don't think it was 20 minutes either. I'd probably say 1800 seconds.
GM: That's what I put on my last one. Hehehehe.  Oh my Gawd.

OK.. This is ongoing, but, again, You get the picture... Andy and GM are taking each other.  Andy's taking. Spencer.  Gm's taking Spencer.  Everybody's taking everybody. WooHoo!  The rest of the evening is filled with riveting card games and the like that you are quite welcome to watch on flashback.

This, my dear friends, concludes the Overnight Report.

Notably missing from Spandy's conversation: Andy telling Spencer not to worry, he's 100% taking him (like he told GM). Is Andy seriously thinking of taking GM?

I hit the tip jar to get us through the last days here. As my Scandinavian ancestors would have said, "Uffda."

Last nite if I could of crawled through the TV and smacked Andy and Spencer I would of ~ one talking with his mouth full of food is irritating ~ what its not appropriate for anyone but a female to cook and wash dishes? I have yet to see Spencer do anything in that house ~ laundry, cleaning, dishes, cooking ~ absolutely nothing but be a disgusting PIG ~ oink oink~ Andy and his choice of clothes does he really think America is loving seeing him wear children's attire ~ guess he thinks Julie will mention that ~ she might telling him to grow up and be an adult but will not compliment him ~ GM is such a lost cause and again someone mentioned that she probably will not comprehend her being fired for words that she did not take to be offensive ~ plus if she gets the money that will only be just as someone said they are just "jealous" ~ thank you again Carolyn for the countless hours you have had to endure and all your skills in transcribing that garbage for us ~ I have been reading your blog for the past couple years ~ will miss you and others.. hugzz

Good Morning Carolyn, all

Happy Tuesday, last full day with these wonderful people ;)

I think whoever doesn't take Spencer risks losing. Spencer next to you is a guaranteed win in my opinion. I don't know why Andy or GM would want to risk splitting the votes. Maybe Andy thinks that it's a win taking GM since a woman has never beaten a man when they're final two. This year though it could happen. Please don't let that happen.

Yes I'm ready for this to be done. Spencer is working hard for $50,000, but the thing is, he's not just blowing smoke up Andy's bum. He's telling him the real deal. I don't even know how this idea to take GM ever became a real option for Andy. If he takes her, that would be the bitter, runny icing on the burnt, sugarless cake that has been this season.

I'm still going to hold out hope of an Andy/Spencer F2. Otherwise, I'll just look forward to Amanda's reaction to McCrae entering the jury house (HA!) and seeing Dr. Will speak to the jury.

Have a glorious day everyone!!

(I'll be peeking in at the comments as always, but it's bittersweet today. I'm starting to miss you guys already.)

I'm 87% sure that Andy is lying to GM and that GM has also figured out that her odds of winning $500k are infinitely higher sitting next to Spencer. The 13% probability that they DO take each other is that the Winner of HoH this week may make it a "talking point" that they are so confident in their game play that they took along the more deserving house guest. The only guy who can make this argument is Andy. GM would take Andy if she is very stupid or doesn't really want the money and was just in the house for the social/fame/hookup.

Good Morning All!

I completely agree @Michigan Man. Taking Spencer is a guaranteed win for Andy or GM. How could that not be obvious to them?

I am horrified at the thought of a GM win so I am visualizing her taking Andy to keep the vomit from rising in my throat.

Good Morning Carolyn and BB Buddies!

Happy Tuesday to everyone!

If Andy wins he most likely will take Spencer to the F2, for all the reasons Spencer mentioned.
But if GM wins Andy wants to make sure she takes him.
So he is playing both sides as he done through out the game.
Reverse that situation for GM, she most likely will take Spencer if she wins but in case Andy wins she wants him to take her.
Either way I think Spencer will be going to F2.
It's all just game talk, that they will continue to have till Wednesday when round 3 is played.

What I'm waiting for is Andy giving the thumbs up! The kiss of death , that your about to be screwed!*LOL*

Good morning Caro and everyone else that's here this morning.

Somewhat off the subject of the current final 3, I found myself laughing while watching my early morning local news. My NBC local station is WESH, channel 2. The news anchor is none other than Jason Guy.

Does anyone remember who was 3rd place in season 3? Yep, good lookin' Jason Guy.

I'm off to see the surgeon, keep me posted if these critters decide to get out of bed today and happen to do or say anything entertaining today.

Good Morning Carolyn!!! Thank you Sooooo much for another wonderful season!! I haven't been on the feeds much the past few days because honestly, I have no need to just sit and listen to an entire rehash of the season through their rose colored glasses. So I may be missing some puzzle pieces here...but why are we or Andy and GM thinking that Spencer in F2 guarantees a win for whoever is sitting beside him?

I have an odd feeling, and it's just a hunch, that taking Spencer to F2 guarantees a second place for whoever takes him!

Spencer hasn't really actively, and vocally played like Andy and GM, however he has also not really pissed anyone in jury off as much as GM or Andy. It's quite possible, with this cast, that Spencer could get the Jury vote!

And honestly I can't say I'd be upset if it happened...

While Spencer makes a great case to both of them to take him to final 2, I think he might actually have a chance to win it. No one else was on the block as much as him and stayed. He could easily argue that he was the unevictable HG. Keeping everything he and the other 2 have said out of it, he has just as strong of a case to win as the other 2.

Carolyn a million thanks for all you do. Every time I catch up Im amazed at what new idiotic thing GM has said. If it wasnt for all you do I would have given up on this season a long time ago. Hopefully next season we have better HGs...still hoping for an All-Stars

Good Morning Beautiful BB people*

Good Morning ((Carolyn)) our lovely hostess with the mostess

I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you.
Thank you for the community we have with each other (I don’t comment much, however, I am always checking in and following your comments.)
Thank you for sharing your personal lives as well as your comments on the game; it allows all of us to feel a sense of personal connection.
As I live alone with both of my grown children living afar, I find it comforting to have a community I can come to when I am home with too much time on my hands.
For this, I am so grateful*

For those of you who may go through withdrawal, I recommend watching Big Brother Australia 2013 on Youtube. It is the MOST hysterical BB I have ever watched. The guests are lovely; there are NO harsh words by comparison to ours guests.
Big Brother talks to the guests frequently and the viewers get to see all of the diary room comments.
The public votes to evict, the players vote to nominate. Six people are nominated each week. The day following nominations the players go to the arena and compete for a super power to remove and replace a nominee.
There are competitions every day, for meals, and/or, sleeping arrangements, and grocery shopping money. Between noms there are secret tasks that players are instructed to pull off. They are almost always pranks on other house guests and it is hysterical!

Start at the inception of the show, you WON”T be sorry!!

I look forward to seeing you all again next season.
Be happy and thankful throughout each moment. Even in times of hardship we can find one thing to be grateful for and it WILL raise our vibration and attract the love we all want to feel always.
Carolyn, I’ll be writing you through emails if that’s okay. I cannot go nine months without knowing how you’re doing.
How can I ever express my gratitude to you for creating, maintaining, and giving your heart and soul to the Dish? Thank you doesn’t cut it.
I love you to the moon!! XOXOX

Seeing him of course made me want to google his good BB3 friend Danielle. I found an interview on You Tube called LIVE with Danielle Reyes on BB15. (I can't post the link because I can't watch from my desk computer, which is where I blog from. And I can't figure out how to post the link from my phone, where I'm watching from. SMH.) I'm really enjoying it! Check it out...

Interesting what Spencer focused on when talking to Andy and GM when they were alone.

Andy: His focus was laying out all the reason why he should take him to F2
(which tells me he is not as confident that Andy will take him to F2) Ah he knows Andy very well and does not have the trust in him that he has with GM.

GM: His focus was on her confidence in wining against Andy in round 3.It was a pep talk of sorts.
(which tells me he is not confident in her to have the confidence in herself to beat Andy)

Spencer is doing a good job working the two of them for his F2 spot.

Good morning Carolyn

I haven't been posting because, well...there just isn't much to say. In the best of years it tends to get a little boring at the end and we all know this is not the best of years.

I would say that referring to the jurors as weak minded and stupid just adds to the reasons that I wish we were not stuck with this group as our final 3. Andy has mentioned several times that he thinks he has played the game very similar to the way Dan played. All I can say is uh...NO! Don't flatter yourself Andy. Dan was cut throat at the end of last season and I didn't like it but Dan was a much better player. He did not base his strategy on being a mole. He did not spend the entire game lying and jumping to different alliances. He did not sit around talking crap about people all the time. Sorry Andy, you're not even in the same category.

On to more important things. I found out Sunday about Britney's beautiful baby having cancer. I was heartbroken for her. I was telling my husband about it and said that I felt since the America's Favorite Player was a choice that we vote on that it couldn't be technically considered part of the prize money. It was something optional and not mandatory. I thought that under the circumstances it would be wonderful if we could choose to give Britney the money to put towards medical bills or to set up a savings account for her daughter. When I went on the computer to check the update I saw that you had the same thought. I guess there is something to be said for two great minds thinking alike. Also, I think it would be a good statement not only on how undeserving we feel most of this year's cast is, but also on how much we have come to truly love and care about some of the extended BB family.

I thought of one more thing to say-

Since Andy and Spencer have both told Ginamarie how happy they would be to see her win the half million, why don't they just forfeit the game and give her the money. Elissa can happily walk away with the America's Favorite prize that she had already won before America even knew who she was and we can give the second place prize to Britney.

I agree. I don't think Spencer is an automatic second place winner. Actually, trying to figure out how this jury will vote, what they consider good game play, who will be bitter and who will vote based on friendship, I think any of the 3 combos (GM/An, GM/Sp, An/Sp) could possibly be a 5 to 4 vote either way. I have never posted and just found your site this season, but I wanted to say Thank You! For your updates and your hilarious commentary. Also, (and imagine hearing this in Andy's voice) : Can we all agree this was the worst season, ever? I almost feel none of these people deserve any money at all. Is it bad I think they should be sent off in disgrace? Sorry, had to do it, I am so sick of all of them! Does anyone know, when Andy and Spencer were talking about Julie being drunk, were they just messing around? I missed some of that and wasn't sure... Thanks again, Carolyn!

I love BBAU too. Ben is so sweet. I like Milayla and her dog the best.
Buy they have NO feeds. It's more of a scripted show. If the hg's say terrible things (like Spenser's perverted talk) we'll never know. And Tlly has been bleeped s few times so she could be awful behind scenes. I really wish US BB would have daily challenges and stop boring days. Keep them busy!!

I've decided to break the cycle of bashing this years cast.

I think they are the natural progression of our demand for yet more outrageous behavior in our entertainment media. It appears, to me, that our enjoyable experiment in human nature has turned into just another Real Whatever of Wherever..

What is observed it changed by that observation, maybe we have been observing too long.

***i'm so touched, I'm printing your comments today.
September 17, 2013 at 9:26 AM

I know that wasn't meant for me because one of the two comments I made very early this morning, before we knew if there would be a TOR today, didn't make it past the moderating team's fickle fingers of fate, and I'm really not sure why.

I know it was before 4:30 AM BBT because the one I made at 4:37 AM BBT did make it. I can't go back to see what may have been illegal about it because it was done via phone since Danny is working on ways to raise money for a wedding and move. His fundraising ideas are curious to me and more often than not, confusing.

I do know I spent a couple of hours on that comment being extra cautious to not break any written rules. I can't and won't try to second guess the unwritten ones. I know for sure I didn't break Rule #4. I was most cautious to not mention any other commenter's name. If my thoughts were so shallow they were transparent, then maybe that was the reason for the verdict. I did try my best to protect the innocent.

I can't go back and rethink or recheck it because it was done via phone so it was all lost upon my finger hitting publish and will forever remain a mystery. All I can say is I was having a good laugh and trying to share what I found was humorous.

I only recall I was having that good laugh because I was seeing comments from posters that swore in recent days they were done with the season and wouldn't be back again until next season. I wondered if their accounts had been hacked since their names were appearing again.

But I'll make this one easy on all of us. This one will most likely be my last one of the season. Tomorrow night I want to concentrate on watching the show so that somewhere in it I may receive some lightning bolt of understanding as to what made these people tick. I don't expect to gain any insight but I want to be paying attention if one should come. I don't want to be flabbergasted to find out I somehow missed the meaning of life according to Brian because I was paying more attention to reading and typing when I should have been watching a riveting 90 minutes of CBS television.

Again, I wish I knew what sin I committed in the wee hours of this morning but I can't so I won't dwell on it. I also won't spend hours proofreading my posts again to tear apart every word for fear my feelings and thoughts are misunderstood. If it's meant for me to understand a higher power will guide me to the answer.

Everyone have a great time tomorrow night ripping the cast to shreds and enjoying the wisdom of Will Kirby. I'll sit quietly and dissect the meaning of life at my own pace and not let outside influences affect my pace of doing so. I also think I have a bowel movement scheduled about the time the light of Allison Grodner shines down upon Will Kirby. My time will be equally fulfilling and enlightening.

Until next year unless they pull an All-Stars season out of their.... wherever they pull such ideas from.

Give me all new people or give me the remote.

(Any discrepancy in the time when I started this post and when I hit the publish button right now can be attributed to Abigail Devereaux and her decision to lose her virginity to the dying Chad Dimira on "Days of Our Lives". That has nothing to do with proofreading for the fun of it or because I have tons of time to waste.)

Carolyn, thank you for your hard work this season. This was my first time to have read comments from someone who has the feeds. It was definitely different from just watching the show. I have appreciated you and dishers' comments. I didn't always agree with people's opinions, but I always appreciated the thought and passion behind them. I hit the tip jar several times, when I could afford it.

Here's to hoping BB16 has some better casting procedures in place and we can have fun again. I was so excited when the gaming started hard and fast, but the negativity soon took over.

Saint Carolyn, I cannot express my gratitude for all that you endure during a regular season, let alone a season full of hate and vileness such as this one. You truly are dedicated and amazing! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

One last thing, maybe two, maybe 16.

My answer to the Quickie Polls.

Quickie Poll #1 - Answer: A

(The actual answer is Andy, not the other two in the sentence.)

Quickie Poll #2 - Answer: A

Yes I am a fan of Andy Herren and I don't care who knows it. He has played circles around all of the other 15 cast members combined this year. His vileness, while not enjoyable to me, has been far less than any of the other cast members or production and staff for encouraging any of it with any of them and we all know they did.

Andy is a product of his generation and thinks very little of the words so many were offended by. Andy is also a victim of social media and its wish to become the moral compass of our world. That's the same social media we spend way too much time on, stealing the thoughts of others and trying to make them our own, in hopes it opens the gates to Heaven more widely for us than for our neighbor. There is something in the Bible about he who is the most boisterous in his defense of all that is wrong and how he will be the last to enter the kingdom of Heaven for such actions.

It goes along with the part about praying silently, not loudly, just so that all others can hear what a Pius and holy man he must be. Somehow I relate that to something I said in the past about those with a superiority complex.

Really, is this BB15 cast so undeserving? They, short of someone walking away before the next 32 hours or so, have completed their contract. They have fulfilled their duty to AGP, Fly on the Wall Productions, and CBS by staying on the entire number of required days.

They kept themselves in the limelight although that piece of citrus was quite bitter to taste.

They also, according to those that supposedly know, increased viewership in certain, if not all, demographics. In a more fair situation, for that they would be rewarded with a bonus and as far as we know they have been or will be.

For all we know, as I have pondered before, the real joke is on us because we continued to watch. Someone in one of the corner offices of CBS is laughing themselves silly because they know they did it to us again. We've bought into their garbage for 15 seasons now and show no sign of waning.

All these years have done something special for me. I've always had green eyes but every year they come closer to the true color of JADE. Yes, I've become jaded. I'm just not sure if Big Brother should be blamed or credited.

I would like to see Tully go home!..next would be Mikalah (sp)
But then the house would be a little boring lol

Thinking back TOR and reading Andy and Spencer's convo.

Andy was saying a lot of "Yeah".
Hmmm it reminded me of soooo many convo's Andy had with other Hsg, usually he would say that a lot when he was not being honest.

So I had to go back to the feeds to check out his body language!
and their it is... the covering of his mouth, not engaging in convo and eye contact or the lack of it was IMO Deceptive! At one point even frustrated w/ the convo which Spencer picked up on and then ended his case.
NOW.. I would have to say It looks for now anyway that he may indeed bring GM to F2.
Based on that I predict a 50% chance of accuracy.*L*
or
just wait for the kiss of death, two thumbs up which has a 100% accuracy!

Hi Shi Shi

I have been watching BB AUS and enjoy it a lot. I've fallen a little behind though. Finishing up our BB and catching up on this final season of Dexter since we got our Showtime back. I liked UK. I would have probably watched Canada if I had known about it when it started. That's pretty much the extent of what I would be able to watch in the BB world because if they don't speak english I would never know what was going on. I love a good foreign movie but there are no subtitles for BB.

Caro, I have just hit the tip jar and do wish it could have been 10 X's more. You seem to be my BFF during the summers, we meet for my early morning coffee and we don't fight over the remote when it comes to our Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday tv viewing. You have introduced me to many other big brother lovers that I also consider my close friends.

Once again I just want to say thank you ( would also interject sleep soon, nightie nite) for all the time you put up with the hg and their sometimes vile words. I do think each and every one of the dishers should consider hitting the tip jar with what ever amount they can spare just to keep our queen in what ever she needs to heal her eyes, ears, sore fingers and aching back.

To continue my need for a big brother fix while driving to and from the surgeon and then waiting my turn for more torture, I downloaded to my Kindle Dan's book about his 4 times trying to get cast on BB. I just put it on text to speech and off I went. The book is a quick read and finished as I pulled into my carport.

I'm going to be laid up another 8 to 10 weeks per my surgeon. The site of the surgery has left a hole the size of a nickel and is now about 2 inches deep. The nurse will continue to come to rinse with a new solution, repack and put new dressings on everyday until it's healed from the inside out. He also has put me on an antibiotic since there is a bacterial infection in said hole. No wonder I've been running the low grade temp that seems to spike to 101.7 every afternoon. TMI?

Caro, you can delete the last part if you think it's a tad too personal. ;-)

I have lost complete interest in who wins this game. I will not be madder or happier in any scenario - who wins $50,000... Who wins $500,000, and who walks with nothing. All of the things I want to see probably have no chance of being shown. For example:

Aaryn finding out that her agency dropped her

GinaMarie discovering that while Nick might very well honor the bargain he made to take her on one date, he does not feel anything remotely for her the way she feels for him

GM discovering she has been fired.

Spencer finding out that he is facing a review at work and most likely would already be fired if not for having a union.

Andy reading the post his employer put up making it sound like they have no plans to use him in the future.

Amanda getting to hear McCrae's interview with Julie where he really fishtailed about moving to Florida to continue his and Amanda's relationship. And that it appears she is also now unemployed.

That's what I want to see the reactions of!!

Re; Body language..*LOL*
Probably something left over from my months of watching the Jodi Arias trial, Dr. Drew would have on body language expert comment on witness testimony...
So its always in the back of my mind while I am watching these Hsg interact.
I have to say that Andy while some aspects of his game were good, Most of the time I wished week after week he would get busted (sorry Gaytor) for two reasons , #1 Attitude(arrogance) #2 He was not as good at lying as he thinks he was But that the other Hsg were not any better at picking up on so many obvious clues he was not being honest with them.
Oh and I do love it when someone who thinks their getting over on someone gets busted...okay that's #3.
I'll be watching to see if this body language interpretation works on BB...*L*
or
just another somthin somthin coming out my waaazooo!;)

Carolyn I could never stay mad at you, and I hope you never stay mad at me.

"You know I worship the quicksand you walk on." - Ouisa Boudreaux

I thought I was done for the day but I can't let this go.

I've talked about Big Brother Australia for years and always said that BB US would do good to take lessons on how the game of Big Brother should be played. BB AU has always been huge on no interference from Production. I love the strict rules "big Brother" has for the housemates and the way he doles out punishment frequently and fairly. It's not the perfect game but I doubt any country could ever please me when it comes to their strictness with the contestants.

Besides their version of Julie Chen, Big Brother is the only voice they ever have contact with. No PA's in the middle of the night to plant seeds in a Diary Room. When "he" speaks they all listen, and they treat him with respect or suffer the consequences. Big Brother is the boss, not the Housemates like here.

I first found BB AU in the 2006 season and even bought the live feeds. I did it again in 2007. I'm not sure if those are any longer available to non-Aussies but they were great. It was the best two seasons of Big Brother I ever watched. My favorites didn't always win but no one in chat rooms talked badly about any of them constantly, favorites or not.

Now I'm going to have to start watching this season too. And get in touch with friends I made those two seasons. At the time, I was one of the few 'Yanks' that watched the feeds.

Happy Finale Eve!

Carolyn thank you so much. I've enjoyed reading your reports and everyone's comments this summer. You've made what has been an awful season watchable and fun. I'm just sad that you transcribed such terrible thoughts from this group.

This isn't the first disappointing BB finale, I mean, I still burn a bit thinking about Maggie winning in Season 6, but this season? This is the worse. There's no one to root for. Instead, at least for me, it's who I don't want to win. That's Andy. It's not so much how he played the game, but his attitude.

Have any of you heard the horrible racist remarks people (and a section of the media) are saying about the newly crowned Miss America?

That is the world in which America has become these last few years. When those (whether media or public leaders) with the microphones spout off vile words, and fabricated issues, it is teaching our young ones that it's okay to do the same - or at least not to filter what they say and not empathize on how those words may hurt.

I wrote to Julie Chen and her husband hoping CBS could open up dialogs on respecting others. It's not just BB, it's the world in which we live, and shame on us if we don't address it. Saying nothing just gives license to continue down that spiral.

Anyway, BB & summer are over, and now autumn is here - woo hoo! On my drive to my oncologist this morning I saw many, many beautifully red maples and golden oaks. Ahhhhh ....

I hope to see you next season. I'm going to miss you guys. Again, thank you so much!

Happy Holidays! (in advance)

I'm hoping to rest today and be able to watch the missed episodes and join you tonight. If not, know that I am thinking of you.

Having an Invisible Illness has been particularly hard this summer and the depression especially bad. At the risk of sounding over the top, I'm not sure I would have made it without a group of such warm welcoming open people to remind me I'm not alone.

I will see you tonight.
