BB16: A Moment of Clarity Amidst the Madness
The feeds went into the Jeff Loop at 4:20pm, indicating the start of the PoV Comp. In the minute before that, we had a beautiful moment of clarity from Nicole and Derrick, with regard to Victoria this morning... It hit Nicole especially hard, as she was the one who found Victoria on the bathroom floor..
Derrick: Yip.
Nicole: That's why I think I get so emotional. I started to cry..
Donny: This mornin'?
Nicole: I just started to cry right now when I was thinkin' about her bein' sick.
Derrick: We were havin' a conversation a couple days ago.. don't remember who it was with or what it was about that led up to this but, ya know, we've been with each other for 65 days, 24/7.
Nicole: mm
Derrick: With the exception of your friend Mariah, if you were to tally up the hours that you were with somebody through a year, that's one of your closest friends, I guarantee you it's less than that.
Nicole: mm hmm
***And this is one of the reasons why, from this point forward, they will ALL be part of the BB Family so many of the Alumni speak of..

That's great!
And so true! Think of the bind these people have with an experience so few have. Even though it's a game they are human. Many people in a competitive game will lie, cheat and steal, but it doesn't mean they would do it in their real life. Some people can't handle the pressure of living with someone they don't have a lot in common with, but outside the house, they can forge a friendship that compliments those differences. Nine of us in here will ever really know what they are going through, and that's why I get so upset and disturbed when people pick them apart and judge them as if they can ever put themselves in their shoes.
I'm glad you posted this moment of clarity. I hope these people's critics spend a moment thinking about this.
