The Overnight Report

Good morning, BB Lovers!  Happy Saturday to you!  It's PoV Day in the BB 16 House, but first.. Let's dive into the live feeds and see what our captive critters got into in the wee hours last night...

Camera 3
HoH Room
Frankie and Caleb

Caleb: Gosh man, getting in that top 3 or top 4 is gonna be so scary.
Frankie: mm hmm
Caleb: ahh.. And it's gonna be so Sucky.
Frankie: yup
apologies to Caleb.. i would probably unfriend someone for this unflattering of a pic.
Caleb: Cuz it's gonna be such a hard decision.  You know?  Who has to make the decision about who'd not making it to the final 3? That has to suck.

Frankie: Oh yeah.
Caleb: I don't wanna be that guy to make that.. I mean, I'd like to be the guy, cuz I know I'm goin to the top 3, but oooh..
Frankie: Do I have to start making my case to you now?

Caleb: hahaha.. Case?
Frankie: My case, on why you should take me..
Caleb: No.  But between them?  I love both of them equally.. It's just, it's gonna be hard, either way.
Frankie: Oh yeah, that's gonna suck. That's gonna suck.  We know that.  That's what got me so nervous and aggravated with you today.
Caleb: When?
Frankie: With not putting Nicole.. The big deal with the Have Not.. You don't wanna be the bad guy.
Caleb: I hate bein' the bad guy.
Frankie: I know.. We sat there for 2 minutes in silence, and I was like, Caleb, just be like, Nicole.  Just f'in point to her.
Caleb:  hahaha
Frankie: Like everyone in the house f'in hates her, we want her to go home, just point to her..
Caleb: I know..
Frankie: ..and be like, let's go about our day.  But that's where you and I are so different.
Caleb: Yeah.
Frankie: I'm like, pfft, rip the bandaid off.. I'm sorry.
Caleb: Sorry, see ya.
Frankie: Yeah, exactly.
Caleb: Y'all hop in the Have Not room, make your bed lightly, and stay warm..

Frankie: But I'm like, but I'll make you mushrooms.. I'll cook for you.. You know?  Like I make  em feel good after.. but I'm like, ah f*ck, just do it.
Caleb: I know.  It's just harder for me..  Cody's the same way.
Frankie: Exactly.  Both of  you are. That's why I had to..  It will suck, but you have to do it.

Cam 1
Derrick and Victoria are making use of some of the goodies BB gave them tonight - body paint.  Victoria's painting something on Derrick's arm.

Cam 3
Caleb and Frankie, cont'd.

Caleb: Yeah..
Frankie: Ultimately, we're here to fight for control, so we can make some decisions.
Caleb: Yeah..  I'm just sayin' that final 4..
Frankie: When there's 4 people in this house, the person who wins that HoH is gonna have the most horrific internal struggle ever.
**unless it's anyone but you. The rest are pretty clear, at least to each other, that you'll be the one ousted.

Caleb: I don't think so. The person that is not on the block has the worst.
Frankie:  Ohhhh
Caleb: Because whoever it is is gonna nominate 2 people, if neither one of them win the Veto, that person says..  Cuz there's one vote.  That person says... I vote to evict Boom.  They're not goin, the other one is.
Frankie: Holy shit. I didn't even think about that.
Caleb: Yeah, so it's not even the HoH really.  It's that one person.  And then not only that, say you're the HoH, you put up me n Derrick, ok?
Frankie:  Cody wins the Veto..
Caleb: Say I win the Veto, you have to put Cody up as the replacement nominee.
Frankie: But say Cody wins the Veto.. then he can guarantee who he wants to come to final 3.

Caleb: He guarantees it..  He says who he wants to go with him, Derrick or me.

Meanwhile, on Camera 1, Speaking of Cody..

Cam 1
Cody and Christine

Cody: There's a comb in here.. I peed all over it.  Oh, it's yours?? Is it black?
Christine: Yep
Cody: Woop, peed all over it. Sorry..

Cody stops talking momentarily so he can focus on his manscaping..

Cody: ooooh.. back to smooth life..

Cam 1
Derrick's turn to paint something on Victoria..
Victoria: I want neon colors. That's light pink..
Derrick: Yes it is.  You're not color blind.  Congratulations.
Victoria: I wanted neon.
Derrick: I gotcha.  You're gonna have neon too.
Victoria: ok

Cam 3 and 4
Caleb and Frankie, cont'd..

They've been counting votes, going through the jurors one by one..

Caleb: Hayden, in all of our defense, He said he was part of us, but he was working against us ..and that's why he went home.  Sucks for him.  He shoulda stayed loyal to the people.. He'd still be here if he was.
Frankie: I agree.  He was workin' with Nicole the entire time.
Caleb: Yeah.  The entire game.

Frankie: It's unbelievable.  I just said to Christine.. I can't believe that it took us so long to figure out that Nicole was playing this game.  I didn't know she was.. for like the first 7 weeks.
Caleb: I didn't talk to her much..
Frankie: Then all of a sudden I was like, wow, you have been playing this game.. Good for you!
**condescending much? Geez, Frankie.

Frankie: I think that's probably my biggest mistake to this date...  was not recognizing her as a threat early on.
Caleb: She started winning all them comps, I was like, dang!

Frankie:  I started thinking about it the other day.. Is there anything I regret?  Any decision I made that I would change.. The thing I wished I had known earlier was Nicole..  I dismissed her, and you can't dismiss anyone in this game.   I was like, eh, she's nothing.
Caleb: yeah
Frankie: I was like, eh, don't have to worry about her.  Then all of a sudden, I was like, wow, she's a f*ckin'  vicious beast.
**vicious? c'mon, Frankie. vicious??

Caleb: I honestly just hope it's me n you, first n second.
Frankie:  me too.
Caleb: Cuz that means both of us go home with.. a lot.
Frankie: Me too.
Caleb: You can build your schools.  Whether it be me win the whole thing or you win the whole thing, if I take 2nd place?  That's 50k.
Frankie:   Me too.
Caleb: I'd love it.  Every penny of it.
Frankie: That would be so good..

Caleb: Just imagine that.. On day 2, I remember you diggin' into the refrigerator right there.. and you were like, I think we can make it to the end.
Frankie:  Yeah.
Caleb: And I was like, I think so too..

Caleb: Then you're like, "Let's do it," and we're still here.
Frankie:  Yeah...  It's unbelievable.. Exactly where we started.
Caleb: We literally had our one hiccup in the whole game, and it was late, and it was squashed..
Frankie: It was squashed, yeah..
Caleb: The day of the hiccup.
Frankie: Exactly.  One day.  Day 50, man.  That was a crazy f'in day.  49.  50...
Caleb: I do want you to know, as bad as I know it is, standing up next to you, against all those people, it would be a rough one.. it would be a close one.. I would still choose you.
Frankie: Yeah, me too.  I would.
Caleb: Just because I'm a man of my word.

Caleb: We made that on day 2, and if we made that happen on day 90?  You're talking about 2 of the best Big Brother players in Big Brother history.
Frankie: Yeah.  You have a much better shot than I do, but I'd still take you.  I think I have the worst shot out of anyone.
Caleb: You just don't know..
Frankie: I just feel like everyone on the jury hates me.
Caleb: It just depends how they vote.  if it was final 2 right now, you would have more comps.. and if that's how they vote, and that's to me how they're supposed to vote..
Frankie: Got it. Have to keep winning..
Caleb: That's how I would vote.

Caleb: I'm votin' on who played the best game and who literally won the most comps.
Frankie: yup
Caleb: Cuz if you're winnin all these comps and you're still here, you done somethin' right.

Frankie: Victoria's gonna vote for Derrick.
Caleb: Yup.  Jocasta'll probably vote for Derrick.
Frankie: mm hmm
Caleb: Derrick's got a good..
Frankie: Derrick and Cody are the people that I think are non-beatable.

Caleb: They're non-beatable?
Frankie:  You can't beat em.
Caleb: Mmm.. I think Derrick could be beat.  Cody.. he's just.. He's loved by everyone in the house.
Frankie: mm hmm
Caleb: Derrick's not done anything wrong to anyone..
Frankie: Yeah, but he hasn't played a great game.
Caleb: yeah
Frankie: I mean, he hasn't won anything.
**because he hasn't had to, since you'll all do his bidding every week. But thank you for the insight into how you think this game is going..

It's snack time, and the topic is Devin..

Caleb: Frankie was like, "Caleb, you may not be scared of Devin, but I am.  Please do not go up there!"
Christine: That's funny.
Caleb: "He will rip me in half."  hehehe
Victoria: Frankieeee..

Meanwhile, across the table, Cody and Christine are too close for Caleb's comfort again... Earlier in the day, he called Cody a homewrecker and said his holding Christine's hand on the hammock was just over the top.

Caleb: Why don't you just make out?
Cody: Caleb, with another inappropriate comment again.  Caleb, just keep em comin' buddy.  F'in hate you.

Camera 1 and 2
Derrick and Nicole
Have Not Room
Lights out, Pillow Talk..

Nicole: At this point, I feel like I'm completely alone, so I would have to win literally every Veto or HoH, but I'm gonna give it a try.  That's kinda how I feel.
Derrick: I respect your honesty.  I really do, Nicole.  I respect your honesty.

Nicole: People are so set in their ways, if you do talk to someone, all it does is come back to bite you in the butt. It's twisted and turned.. This is not a strategic season.  I do not think there's much strategy.  I think it's so unanimous.  Everybody seems to be working together, and then you have 1 target every single week. It's not the BB that I know and love.  A buy back is so pointless.. I'm done.
Derrick: You want my honest opinion?  I do agree with you, but when you talk about somebody like Dan Gheesling, in my opinion, and you may agree or disagree, he's one of the best players, if not THE best player, to ever play this game.   What he is able to make people do, not everyone is able to make people do.
***now just change the "he" in that sentence to "I" and it's crystal clear.
Derrick: That man is a genius.
Nicole: He is.
Derrick: Literally. Not just figuratively.  Literally a genius when it comes to this game.
Nicole: Yeah.
Derrick: So what I would say to your statement is, I don't know if it's necessarily that people aren't able to turn..
Nicole: Yeah, I understand..
Derrick: I don't know if there's a Dan Gheesling in this house this year.
Nicole: I don't think there is.
Derrick: Does that make sense?  And if there was a Dan Gheesling, you wouldn't know it.

Nicole: The thing is .. and I would never put this target on your back by saying this to anyone else.. I feel like you're the closest thing to Dan I've ever came across.
Derrick: Oh Jesus.. I.. huge, huge..

Nicole: heeheheh
Derrick: Huge, huge, compliment.
Nicole: I'm just being completely honest.

Derrick: Huge, huge compliment.
Nicole: And I would never say that to anyone else.
Derrick: Huge compliment, and I appreciate it.  Thank you.
Nicole: I really am being honest.
Derrick: What makes you say that, though?

Nicole: Derrick, I know you are playing the best game in this house, and I respect you so much, and you could pretty much do anything to me at this point, and I would still...   (fishies)
**And, dear Nicole, you just signed your own BB death warrant with this admission... unless you win the PoV.   Fingers crossed for you, honey.

This conversation is really enjoyable and continues for quite some time to come, if you'd like to catch it on flashback.  We're going to rejoin them about 15 minutes later when they circle back from glowing reflections on Hayden to the present situation..

Nicole: I feel like I'm letting down the people in the jury, because they could have had my chance.
Derrick: Jocasta wouldn't have done shit.
Nicole: I know.. but she could have made it far, because she's not a threat.
Derrick: No, she wouldn't have. She would have gone home right away.  Trust me. She woulda been goin' home this week.
Nicole: (deep breath)  God, I need to win this, Derrick, so bad.  I was thinking how bad I wanna win.. I would literally like lose my hand when I turned a certain age.  To win this comp.  Is that weird?
Derrick: Yes.
Nicole: hahahaha!
Derrick: Oh my God.
Nicole: You don't know how bad I wanna win.  I hope it's something I have a chance at.  I hope it's not that ball one.
Derrick: Which one?
Nicole: Where you throw up balls and catch the other one..
Derrick: I don't think so.  It sounds like they were building a lot more.

Nicole: It's more important to win the Veto than the HoHs, but it's risky.
Derrick: Correct. I think you're doing the best you can in the situation we're in, but I do think that some people are in tight with other people..
Nicole: mm hmm
Derrick: And there's not much you're gonna say..
Nicole: No..
Derrick: Other than getting some power of your own..
Nicole: Exactly.
Derrick: ..that's going to give you leverage.
Nicole: Yip.
Derrick: That's just it, ya know?
Nicole: Yes.
Derrick: I wont speak for anybody else.. I truly, truly believe.. I don't believe; I know.  I know who you are outside this game.
Nicole: mm
Derrick: And you're a great, great girl.  I would love for my daughter to grow up just like you.
Nicole: Thank you, Derrick.  That's very meaningful.  That means a lot.
Derrick: And no bullshit.
Nicole: Thank you.
Derrick: So.. that being said, I would love to see you continue on in this game, but you have to do it for yourself, because nobody can do it for you.

And this, dear dishers, concludes the Overnight Report.

Absolutely loved the convo with Nicole and Derrick in the H/N room. It was nice to see how he made her feel so much better and her big smiles. She also had a real nice time with Victoria by the kitchen table earlier. Those two are bonding.

Hoping for a Nic or Vic win tomorrow/today. Vic said she could save Nic earlier in the day... but she is afraid Derrick would go up. Vic and Nic would need one more vote for Derrick to be safe if that happens. Or Vic would have to get Derrick and another vote to get Christine out if it stays the same. I personally think Nicole would be a better ally than Christine for the DE.

Good morning.
Don't tell me that Derrick can't mist. He is good. It is amazing, every player spills their guts to them, and he uses the info against them.

Unless an unlikely scenario occurs during the DE, it looks like this season is still on cruise control. Nicole is in the position of having to win either POV or HOH every week to make it. Every houseguest would nominate or vote against her. The boys still have threes targets to get out, that is some long odds.

It would be great if this season ended with some excitement.

Frankie has just been so nasty since Thursday night- when he realized he wasn't loved by us. He can't get over the overwhelming no from Julie and the applause Donnie got. Can't wait for him to find out Donnie will be on B & B. Was starting to like Caleb again until he put Nic on slop. Good vibes for her in the veto. Thanks Caro for all the great updates.

Good morning

So Frankie told Caleb that he has the least chance of winning out of the 4 guys and he just feels like everyone in jury hates him.

I know that was strategy. "Take me to the end. No one will vote for me." Frankie is so unaware that, even though it was unintentional, he was telling the complete truth. They do all hate him in jury. Everyone left in the house has made it clear in their private moments that they can't really stand him. That means that when/if they get evicted there will be more Frankie haters.

I either want Frankie to make F3 and then be cut so that no one in jury has to deal with his fake 'love' and diva attitude or I want him in F2
and then to lose by a unanimous vote just so he will no how much people dislike him. (What would make that even sweeter is if he was in F2 with Victoria.)

Never has someone fallen from grace so quickly in my heart. There have been people I disliked from the beginning and people I gradually liked less and less over time. I don't remember anyone, who in the course of a couple weeks, could go from being someone I enjoyed as a person and rooted for as a player
to being someone that has made me feel completely disgusted.

It's not even the fact that he is mean. I saw the humanity in Amanda last year. I knew that she went beyond game and that there would be backlash and she would regret it. I rooted for Evel Dick and respected that he was, if nothing else, brutally honest. When Amands and Dick went on a tear, it was strategy.

There is no strategy behind Frankie's meanness. He simply does it because he really doesn't care. He can not fathom that someone would not like him, regardless of how he treats them. He glitters after all and people love shiny, sparkly things.

It really is not the fact that he's mean. Most of them are right now. I guess why he has really turned me against him is because of his sense of entitlement (which I do admit, a lot of people have been pointing out all along.) When he is in attack mode there is venom in his voice and daggars in his eyes. I understand Nicole saying that he scared her. When Frankie says "You mean nothing. You ARE nothing," he really, really means it. And he expects everyone else to agree with him. To me, that is far more hurtful than Amanda Zuckerman or Dick Donato.

Carolyn, will you be blogging on the new reality series "Utopia"? I heard it will have a 24\7 with live feeds like big brother but for a whole year! Might be interesting .,maybe a combo of big brother and survivor!

I think it was horrible to put Nic as a have not. Hopefully, Nic will be the one responsible for him leaving.....and gets the opportunity to say to him " I'm nominating you, Caleb for kicking me when I was down by making me a have not after putting me on the block. Don't let the door hit you on the way out!"

Good morning Carolyn and Disher Friends!

Some things you may have missed...

Before Derrick went for the 5k in the HOH comp he had already taken a number of bad spills and he was so far behind that he would never have caught up with the others. One of those times when we were screaming at fishes it was because Derrick asked production to clarify the punishment. He first wanted to know if he were to go for it would there be ANY repercussions for the other HGs? Would they suffer in any way including being woken up by the Hollas. Once production promised that no other HGs would suffer Derrick then asked the other HGs if it would be OK for him to go for it. A couple of the HGs were already telling him to do it before he started. They all agreed and told him to go for it.

The Slushy stuff -

During the HOH comp each HG had a container that they had to dip into to fill with water and then try to make it to the other end without spilling to much of it. Well it turned out that in the bottom of the container there was a substance below the water that was thicker and they dubbed it slush. Some HGs discovered it and started filling their scoop with it instead of with the water. The thicker, heavier substance did not readily spill like the water did so they were able to fill their container faster and in less trips. That's how Christine went from doing only OK to almost winning the comp. Too bad Nicole didn't know that at the beginning because she may have won HOH.

Much later that night in the HOH bed with BMC (the houseguest formerly known as Caleb) and permanent HOH dweller Frankie....

Frankie played BMC hard. In addition to the I'm so proud of you, you're the man stuff, he also played the fame game hard. He told Caleb that he would get his sister to sing for him and then changed it to Ari singing a duet with Caleb. Then Frankie talked about wanting to have his own staff working for him (because now he has to do everything for himself!) and he could hire Caleb to be in his shows with him as a singer and/or actor for skits. Frankie told Caleb that he could travel the world with him and be famous, etc. Basically Frankie said all the things that make Caleb's heart go pitter patter.

If Big Brother is chess, then Victoria is the King this year. She has no moves and no chance of winning... Checkmate for everyone left is getting the King to the F2.

The only redemption I see for this season is anyone but Frankie or Derrick making F2 with the King

August 30, 2014 at 6:24 AM

I think Frankie's bashing Nicole to BMC and earlier to Christine was so over the top that it was just gameplay, but not sure on the reason. The same for him telling BMC that Derrick has played a bad game, Frankie knows its not true but BMC said good players win comps so obviously Derrick is not a good player. Dan made one mistake in 2 seasons.. Not taking Danielle F2. Its Derrick's 1st season. He probably beats anyone if he make F2, but how will he do next time he is on BB?

I really think Frankie is heartless at times. Gameplay is gameplay, but he crosses the line. I'd rather Christine stay than him. Ugh. BUT Carolyn, you rock!!! Have a great, safe weekend y'all!

Poor, poor Nicole. I really do like her a lot and she does have game. She is a good competitor in comps and she isn't afraid to make big moves in this game - more so than any other female this season. For those 2 reasons alone I would like for her to stay and play. But the one crucial thing she is lacking is the ability to sell herself and her value as a player to the powers that be. Before she was evicted she tried to save herself but she had no idea what to say or what would matter to the people she talked to. She did the same thing with Caleb after he won HOH. She doesn't understand how to present an argument to "X" (whoever the person is at the time), that will show that individual how keeping her will benefit their game. She doesn't see the points that need to be made, she doesn't see what is most important to "X", she gets flustered and repeats the same things over and over and speaks in fragmented sentences. She doesn't pick up on cues concerning what to address. I find it painful to watch. I would love for her to win POV or at least not go home this week. If she stays on the block with Christine it would be so easy to turn the tables and get Christine evicted but I don't think Nicole could be the one to orchestrate that move. She just doesn't know how. There is the possibility that "the house" may do it for her. I for one, hope they do!

My wish for the week is that Christine gets evicted followed by Frankie during the double eviction. Then an epic old fashioned endurance comp for the HOH that lasts and lasts on the feeds and through BBAD. I want to see who wants it bad enough to stay up there and fight!

One last point regarding competitions - remember when they used to call this HOH comp we just had a skill comp? There were mental comps, skill comps and endurance comps. This HOH comp we just had was called skill because you had to go back and forth, try not to kill yourself falling down and not spill your water in route. BB called this an endurance comp Thursday night- why? The comp wasn't who could keep going back and forth the longest if it had been then Caleb would not have won because he was on his last leg by the time it was over. Pun intended or not.

I think that Big Brother called this an endurance comp because they know that the fans have been begging for one. Just because you slap some lipstick on a snowman it doesn't make it endurance!

Good morning Carolyn, all

After another long, long day yesterday it's nice have some time and catch up on BB.

Even before I read it I knew you were thinking the same as me, Nicole you are gone for calling Derrick the next Dan. She is on to him too it seems. Victoria kind of figured it out last week. It's interesting how the supposed "players" are not figuring it out. I so hope Nicole can get a win Veto win. Victoria will not use the Veto on her if she should win, Derrick will make sure of that.

Frankie and Caleb, the clueless cousins. I see them going next if possible. We know that Derrick and Cody want Victoria and Christine with them in the F4 so they are going to do everything they can to make that happen. It's going to get interesting very soon.

The only thing I'm not certain of is will Derrick take Victoria of Cody to F2. Money says Victoria but I could see it happening the other way too. The hit men want to be the next renegades so it could happen.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. GO NICOLE!!!!

Good morning Carolyn thank you.
I am never in favor of men who use the shower as a urinal! He's not living alone! They are not sanitizing. That's just gross. Caleb's knee looks jacked up. And he is speaking up to cody. This could be an intetesting week. I love Nicole that over trusting sweet soul and hope she gets POV, but maybe Caleb will send Christine out either way. This loyalty this with Caleb serms true and could have interesting consequences.
See you Dishers later. Have a nice day.

Nearly every word out of Derrick's mouth is game. He rarely deviates, which makes me wonder why the heck would he blow his cover by bringing up Dan to someone who knows the game as well as Nicole. He is trusting her not to repeat the convo in the BB house so he must be, once again, working the jury. There is a pretty good chance Nicole will be leaving soon and Derrick wants her to tell the jury what an awesome player he is, almost as good as Dan. And then for good measure he throws the daughter thing in to butter her up. This guy is smooth, but I don't like him, I never liked Dan either, but I think Dan is a nicer human being. I never really got the impression that Dan disliked his opponents, it was all game, but in my opinion Derrick hates Donny. All that fake Donny is a great guy coming from Derrick is baloney. Derrick is lying 24/7 even when he is in DR or alone talking to the camera. He's probably working the viewers for America's Favorite in the off chance he isn't in the final two, but jeesh, I wish he would give it a rest, I find it tiresome.

I prefer a competitor who plays their heart out, wins comps and overcomes obstacles; Derrick hasn't had any obstacles and the alliance just fell in his lap, Bomb Squad was a gift from Devin. (Of course BS evolved into the Detonators, but now it's kind of one and the same as Caleb is back in the mix.)

I would not mind a Derrick win as much if he had to sweat a little, but I guess it's not his fault that he's playing with a bunch of dummies :)

HI Carolyn, thanks for the overnight report. Your comments make it so much fun to read and were needed for me during the Frankie/Caleb interactions.

Nichole has been my favorite since day one and I hate to see her so down. I hope she wins today but not sure that will do much but keep her around for another week.

I am not sure if it is my love of Nicole or if Frankie is getting more vicious (I use with a wink to the overnight report) with each house guest he wants out the door but wow he seem to be getting ugly. All that hate seem to be starting to show in his face. He looks stressed all the time, his smile at the beginning of the season seemed to be filled with joy and fun now is looking a little maniacal.

Derrick is growing on me, his interactions with Victoria (last night as an example) make me think he is going to be a fantastic dad to his little girl.

Unfortunately Caleb can't be the one to send Christine out because he doesn't have a vote. Last week they were on the verge of going against what Cody wanted. I think they are getting to the point (finally) of playing their own games. They are only going to follow the wishes of the HOH if it benefits their own games. The only way Caleb will have any say in who goes home is if it's a 2-2 vote and he has to break the tie.

Re Amanda, I don't think all of her attacks were strategy, she was out of control with fury at times, way worse than Frankie. IMO both have issues, but I am not a psychiatrist so I'll leave it at that. I know I wouldn't fare well in that house, I would have gone off by now!

Apparently Caleb got HGs choice for veto and he chose Cody. The primary goal was to keep Nicole from winning POV. Frankie has won more comps than Cody. NO ONE wants Nicole to go home more than Frankie which would light even more of a fire under his arse to win. So.... I am wondering if Caleb and/or the other guys wanted Frankie to not play for a reason. Just maybe they are looking at backdooring Frankie as an option this week.

Ryder: AMEN. I sure would like to see a "who can stay on the swing" or "who can keep their hand on the BB key" like the good old fashioned HOH comps of the past. They were epic. THIS HOH comp was certainly not a test of endurance. It was a race.

@Katie RIGHT?! Donny can totally tell the jury members about TA. Zach's going to flip. Every blowup he had and the reason they thought he was a loose cannon was due to TA. I hope he and Donny hash it out until he realizes he was duped then tricked into being voted out, and doesn't just think it was cool to be involved.

Regarding Team America

If I remember correctly when the 3 were chosen (this was after Joey was evicted) they had to decide as a team whether or not they would tell the rest of the house and as a team they had to all agree. Of course they agreed to keep it a secret. If any one of them betrays that secret then the member who tells will forfeit his earnings from the TA tasks. The other 2 members get to keep the money. I have no doubt that Donny and Derrick will keep the secret. Frankie on the other hand could get pissed for one reason or another and tell just to hurt Derrick's game. Donny can't be hurt because he is already in jury. If Frankie was in a situation where he thought he would benefit by blowing up Derricks game he may use the information to turn others against Derrick. I don't think he will do that but I wouldn't put it past him. You have to remember that the TA money means nothing to Frankie. His family is very, very wealthy. According to Frankie he brought close to four thousand dollars worth of designer bow ties into the house. Four grand for just bow ties. As I type this I am realizing that the money he spent on just these ties is enough to build one-fourth of a school. Wow! If he added up the price of his BB wardrobe alone (not counting his clothes at the 3homes he lives in) I wonder how many schools he could have built??? I can't even...

Back to TA

I forgot to respond to this last week when so many people were questioning the discrepancies between how much money the TA members thought they have earned so far and how much the fans think they have earned. The TA members were counting one more win than fans were counting. The reason for the discrepancy is because they have technically won one more than you think. The week when the task was to create a verbal altercation between 2 houseguests during the POV (?) meeting (Zach vs Amber) the TV show wrote "failed" on the screen but the TA guys actually won. BB changed the task from having to have 2 people speak to only having to get one person (Zack) to talk for 20 seconds. When the fans heard about the change everyone had a fit and said that shouldn't count because how can it be a fight/disagreement if only one person speaks. BB listened and called it a fail - BUT - TA did get Zach to talk for more than 20 seconds so BB counted it as a win for them and they each earned the 5K. Since BB changed the rules about what they had to do it really is only fair to pay them for fulfilling the task.

Shabbat Shalom.. Thank you Caro for all you do. I was hoping I might share one of my favorite songs with you. I wish Victoria could hear it. It is in Hebrew but no matter the language, Leonard Cohem's Hallellujah is universal..

IDF sings Hallellujahi

It really is a remarkable rendition no matter your language.
I hope thee link works
