Michelle comes out and tells Dan that she had no idea Jerry was going to do that, and that he had no right to even suggest that she would put him up. April says she's mad about it, because Jerry made it all about him when it was her HoH week, and she's the one who was betrayed.Spa Room

Just not a smart tactical move by Jerry. If he had kept his feelings more private, he wouldn't be a target. Now he is a target, and of those in his alliance, he's the first one that the others would sell out.
Yeah, I'm back on the not liking Jerry train. I don't see why he keeps calling Dan out for hiding behind the cross when Jerry hides behind his military paraphernalia.
Nice acting, Michelle - it's not like you didn't know what he was going to say!! One thing about this game that I cannot deal with sometimes is the way people are never really TRULY in any kind of alliance - they're always lying to everyone. But, that's the game and that's what makes it interesting I guess!
Jerry needs to step back and play the game. He seems to forget he did the same thing to Dan.
Well, at least there is one good thing about Jerry using that speech. Now all of America can see what a spiteful, hateful old man he is and a disgrace to the Marines. Where did Honor go?

Interesting afternoon indeed.
They are all playing different cards. It should be a hard game. Big Brother has always been brutal. It's been a game of fights. It's been a game of betrayals and how people react to them. Nothing is new in this season.
I don't care who wins anymore. It's fairly a known fact here that my least favorite is Libra. I have wanted her gone since week 2. However, as a game play, I now think that getting rid of the more likeable one is smarter. Leaving Libra in leaves another target and she will never win in the end... unless next to April. (Jerry won't make it that far... nor does he care.)
At first I really liked Jerry and now he is just getting on my nerves. I haven't seen Dan use his religion in the game and that's all Jerry and Michelle keep saying. I hope Memphis doesn't stick with Michelle. I would like her and April out next.
April is making me ill out there with Dan right now. She is bashing Jerry for bringing up Dan's religion when she did the very same thing either last night or the night before last. And now Michelle acting like she didn't know the speech was going to happen.
Jerry is just utterly confusing to me.
What happened to him being a student of the game? He seems to have basic knowledge if that. Why does he think he has a say in a veto renom?
Also, he needs to get off of Dan's back. THINK, Jerry. Let's say you think Dan is AP. Wouldn't that explain his vote last week? It wouldn't be his fault. Also, if you are nice to him and eventually go up on the block then if Dan is AP then you automatically would have that one vote in your favor.
Yes, I know Dan was AP for one week. I'm trying to think from the perspective of a suspicious player who doesn't know the truth.
Eric figured out when he was AP that if he forms an alliance with the people America likes then things will be easier for him. It works both ways. Think, Jerry. Be nice to the guy you think is AP so that America won't want Dan to get you nominated and won't want to vote you out.

I am so sorry to say this because when Jerry first came into the house I had some really high hopes for him. I gave him huge props for taking on this game at his age and for being in such great physical condition at the age of 75. I am very sad to say that his words and actions this week have caused me to dislike him and be very disappointed in him. He is literally crucifying Dan for the same thing he did to Brian week one. I was brought up to have manors and to respect my elders but he is making it almost impossible not to think very bad things about him and wish for him to leave the house ASAP!

These people really are losing their minds. I really tried to like Jerry because of his age, but he makes it so hard to like him, it seems to me (and I know that not everyone will share my opinion) that Jerry really feels he always has power, but to be honest even when he was HOH he did not have power. I really don’t have a favorite this year, for some reason no house quest stand out to me, but I want someone that really is playing the game to win… just my thoughts…

I just love that Jerry keeps embarrassing himself. He made that whole speech about Dan and Dan wasn't even involved in the POV. The nominees are Keesha and Libra and he ranted about Dan. I can't wait to see that on Tuesday.
At first I wanted to jump through the screen and attack Jerry for bad-mouthing Dan for going back on his work when Jerry went back on his word the first week and there was nothing wrong with that, but now I just love watching Jerry make a fool of himself. He's an idiot. I wonder how Jerry's going to feel when he finds out Dan voted the way the entire country wanted him to vote.

I'm glad Dan is being classy about the situation, though. Jerry has constantly attacked him and Dan has handled it well. Blowing up at Jerry would just make Dan stoop to the old man's level and I don't want to see that.

These contestants make watching BBAD easy. I just listen to the first two minutes of their converstaion and move on to the next one. No sense in listening to the same thing over and over again.
I have to say, Michelle is the worst in that regard. Pay attention to any of her convos and see how she doesn't react to any new information the other person may put out, but just keeps repeating herself with little regard to context.
First off I want to thank Jerry, he did what no other HG has ever done, he has put the world largest target on his back. The whole house is totally going to be after him now more so.
And the Dan/Jerry conversation:

so dan does the same thing - and took his cross off when breaking his word.
nobody else is making a big deal about dan, except jerry! go figure.

It seems that many don't understand that MICHELLE IS PLAYING THE GAME and she is not honest to anybody. She is playing by herself and playing them against one another. She no longer has a true alliance.
This is good game play. She knows what she is doing. If you watch the feeds you can tell she tells each HG only what she wants them to know to benefit her end game.

I do think she believes her lies, or at least that the world has owes her to such an extent that she is entitled to her hatred and lies, which might as well be true even if they aren't, so they aren't really lies to her.
Ollie is telling Keesha that Jerry's speach was disgusting? He egged Jerry on last night out at the hot tub. He agreed with Jerry on everything Jerry said he was going to say.
Plus did all of you hear Jerry last night on BBAD. His language dropping the "F" bomb every other word. I bet he is making those grandkids and great grandkids proud. Not to mention his wife. Don't get me wrong.......I know they all talk like that in there...but he, a Marine with honor code etc........what a fake!

BTW- I don' think her thing for Jessie was that real. She came in saying she wanted a showmance and she's stubborn, a fighter. I think it was a challenge. Then they truly became friends and it distracted her, but I don't get the sense she really misses him much, unless it suits her in the moment.

Well what Michelle is doing wrong here is saying she didn't know! We all know that Jerry constantly repeats what he says and to who! So... with that said let's start counting how many times he says I went to the HOH room and told Michelle what I was going to say and not to worry I am NOT going to use the POV! I see a Michelle / Jerry fight comming on personally. Then the rest will have a go at him!
The first HoH, Jerry broke his word to Brian. In fact, Jerry betrayed Brian so much that Jerry had to remove him Marine Corps regalia so as not to disparage "The Corps." Comedy ...
Is Jerry pushing the Dan stuff so hard so people won't call him a hypocrite? I'd love to see someone actually call him a hypocrite, so the fireworks would really go off for another night. Hopefully on a non-booze night, and Renny hides the knives before the explosions. ;)
Michelle actually loves the Jerry Show. It takes all the pressure off her next week. I don't think anyone has Michelle as their #1 target right now, and that's unusual for a departing HoH in mid-game.
I feel so bad for Dan with Jerry slamming him all the time. However I think that this is the first time in weeks that the hampsters are all in agreement with each other at least for the next hour or so.
I had trouble with my blog account on the weekend and got it back except for the picture of my cat.

April is a patheological liar.
In addition, Michelle lies is game only, nothing personal (e.g. April: "Michelle is blowing Jessie")
Michelle (her lie about the banner)-- is just good game play..e.g. remembering that lie and sticking with it, with the same story (not a different story all the time-like April does) and that is her protecting herself from actually lieing (remember it was Angie, Memphis, Jessie and her together).
Guard on re Memphis (not telling him about Jerry practice speech in the HOH) - WELL DONE MICHELLE!!
Remember this, when Angie & Jessie were on the block - Michelle & Jessie still stuck with Memphis and Angie on the outside (in addition to the fact that Jessie went to bat for Angie, whereas Memphis didnt). So when Jessie & Memphis were nominated - Memphis no longer stayed with Jessie & Michelle.
Moving forward, now that Jessie is gone - it is game on for Michelle (great move for not nominating Dan & Libra as Jessie had wish).
Why should Michelle "backdoor" April? Michelle knows that April needs her now. In addition, most importantly, you want April out, get her out yourself. Michelle is no dummy...she knows everyone else will go after April.

Actually, other people have made a big deal about religion and Dan taking off his cross. (Michelle and April) They just do it behind Dan's back instead of in front of him. I think Michelle is actually the first one that said Dan could burn in hell.
Michelle and April were both aware that Jerry was going to say something during his speech. Michelle may have witnessed the dress rehearsal, but April knew it was going to happen and encouraged Jerry to speak his mind.
Michelle and April both made it all about them in their efforts to "comfort" Dan.

I agree with you on many points but as far as Michelle's views re. parenting. I think the majority would think the way she does. I am not talking BB majority. Replace the person in this situation to a Mom X... the majority most likely would think it would be strange for a woman to leave her twin infants to go on a TV show for 3months. It doesn't matter if dad is OK with it, that is not the point.
I find it neglectful. But this is just my opinion. I don't even think the military send their female soldiers away until the child is about a year. Maybe I am wrong? But then again, a game show is hardly as important as the military... even if one signed up voluntarily for both. Being away from an infant due to a show at this time of development is selfish. This does not make me think she is a bad mother over all... but I do question her judgment, even if she does it for reasons that could benefit the family down the road. Problem is, this person and controlling personality would never win. I hope the sequester money is worth it.
I respect your opinion in the matter and would appreciate the same back. We just think differently.
I agree Michelle is playing the game. And now Jerry has the target on him. So with the target on Jerry, April and maybe Dan by the other HGs she is going to try and sit back and lay low. I dont think that she is trying to kiss up to April nor do I think that she is trying to become friends with her, she needs her vote this week. And sometimes I wonder who Michelle really wants out this week, Libra or Keesha......I think that she should get out Keesha not Libra. Kessha is more of a threat then Liba is espicially if Keesha is gone..JMHO Vicki

I have never seen a BB season like this one. Let's see, who do I want to win??? Jerry has gone off the deep end. Jerry removed all of his military clothes because he didn't want the military to be ashamed of him when he went against his word and voted out Brian. (sweet Brian, still love that puppet show) Little does Jerry know, Dan had no choice in his vote. I can't wait to see if Jerry apologizes for all the names he called Dan when he finds out about the AP? Also, for someone who has watched BB since the beginning, Jerry sure doesn't have a clue. Next, April is on everyone's side, hoping that she can make it to the end. The other house guests must be stupid to not see that April and Ollie are a couple. April needs to go. Libra, mom of the year, NOT. She needs to get home to her babies as she is just getting herself disliked by more and more people. Keesha, can't stand your laugh, how fake is that? Memphis is all over the board with who he is playing with. Michelle, I did like her but now I am not sure. Her mouth needs to be washed out. Finally, the best two HG, Renny and Dan. I hope they are the final two and if that happens, I don't care who wins. Renny is so funny. Dan is a very caring person. Too bad he needed the money and became AP for everyone to dislike him. Stay under the radar now Dan and you and Renny can take it all.
