Friday Morning in the BB10 House

9:19am BBT
We hear the intro for "Saturday Night Fever," then the feeds cut to fishies.

Wakey, Wakey Houseguests!! It's time to get up, entertain the live feed viewers and fight for your lives in the game!

9:33am BBT
And they're up!

Keesha goes up to HoH to give Jerry the food for the fishies...

BB: Dan, Memphis, Renny. I said.. It's time to get up for the day.

BB: Thank you very much.

9:35am BBT
  • Jerry's up in HoH getting dressed.
  • Keesha's in the kitchen making coffee.
  • Renny comes out... Jerry comes downstairs, saying he was up til 4am.
  • Memphis & Dan are in the storage room changing their batteries.
Hard to believe, but that's everyone! lol.

Incidentally, here are the interviews from the Early Show: Michelle's first up, then Ollie.

CUT TO:
9:47am BBT
Backyard
Memphis & Keesha

Memphis is talking about Jerry being full of himself. Keesha asks if Jerry has divulged his plan, and Memphis says no, but he thinks (and hopes) the 2 of them will come out of this week alive.

CUT TO:
10am BBT
Backyard - Couch
Keesha, Memphis, Dan

Keesha: It's so quiet now... It just feels like it got cleared out real fast.
Dan: For the 1st time in Big Brother history, we're gonna go through one week's competitions in one hour...

Renny's inside preparing herself some breakfast.

After a few minutes of pensive silence...

Keesha: What will the PoV competition be?
Memphis: God.. Who knows...

More quiet.. then..

Keesha: Oh, you guys.. no matter how much longer we're here now, we're just gonna be on edge.

Keesha compliments how well Jerry did on the HoH comp last night, and says it certainly spiced things up with him winning...

CUT TO:
10:13am BBT
Memphis, Dan & Keesha are still outside on the couch.
Renny has just been joined by Jerry in the kitche, where she offers to fix him breakfast. He thanks her but declines.

Renny: It's almost an empty house, huh?
Jerry: Getting there...

Talk out on the couch is fantasizing about luxury comp prizes.. hopefully involving getting out of the house.

Renny: This is when everyboy starts to get desperate.
Jerry: I guess.
Renny: This is when everyone's trying to save their own asses.
Jerry: If I do one thing, there's a tie.. If I do another, I could end up better off.. Nobody knows...

10:16am BBT
Memphis heads inside to grab some more coffee.

Jerry: Whoever invented coffee, figured out what to do with those beans.. Thank you.

10:17am BBT
Keesha asks Dan if he found out anything las tnight, and Dan replies the same way Memphis did.

Keesha: I think we're all pretty much on the same level.

Memphis returns.

Memphis: I do too. TO be honest, what does it matter to him which one of us goes?
Keesha: That's true.. as long as one of us goes.. which is a sure thing... I'm not saying it to be a smartass.. i think he really enjoyed hanging out with you guys.
Memphis: Well, good. I'm glad.

Just in time for the end of the season, and all the nitty-gritty, real has just released a new coupon code. This one's for $5 off. Here's the link. The code is already filled in for ya on the other end. ;)

CUT TO:
10:25am BBT
Backyard - Couch
Memphis & Dan

The boys are discussing how to approach Jerry today... The talk centers around this: Somehow they need to get Jerry to realize that none of them can win in the end against Renny.

Talk then turns to how they may have to work on Keesha to vote Renny out... Keesha comes back out, and that conversation comes to a quick halt. Chatter for a bit, then talk turns to the time remaining...

Memphis: Well, it's either they're bringing someone back, or we're ending a week early.
***FYI - They're ending early. Almost 2 weeks early, actually. The season is 10 days shorter than last summer, which began July 5th and ended September 18th.

***Julie announced the finale date last night: September 16th.

CUT TO:
10:40am BBT
Backyard Couch
Everyone

Chatter about how much stuff they've accumulated in the house... weather..

Jerry: I'd like to meet the guy who comes up with all the games.

Keesha agrees.

Jerry: Keesha, I've gotten to chat with other people, but not you yet.
Keesha: I'll come up.

Keesha and Jerry walk inside.

Memphis: We're so screwed.
Renny laughs...

CUT TO:
HoH Room
10:42am BBT
Jerry & Keesha

Jerry: 2 people are gonna go on the block.. Someone has to go home...
Keesha: I know.. Of course you don't wnna go up.. I like everyboyd in the house right now...
Jerry: I don't play games.. There wont be a backdoor..
Keesha: I know.. I like everybody in the house. What do I say? I do wanna tell you, I hope you take into consideration, I didn't want you to leave.. Every time I've had the chance I've voted for you to stay...

Jerry tries to get her to name names..

Keesha: I know one of us is gonna leave..
Jerry: Somebody has to be sacrificed. Who in your mind do you feel...
Keesha: They all have their good points and they all have their bad points...
Jerry: I wanna tell you something about you.. I know you're very smart. Know that. I don't underestimate you. I'm not trying to hold court here.
Keesha: Thank you. I know..
Jerry: Let's put it this way, suppose I said you were safe this week, where would that leave me?
Keesha: Ok.. well I just want to reiterate that I'm not trying to take you out.
Jerry: Let's skip ahead to next week. Would ya put me up?
Keesha: Not if you saved my ass.
Jerry: What if I did put you up this week, but made sure you stayed? I ahve a scenario.. Things happen big time in here.. What it would come down to is you would have to trust me.. No matter what... Could you do that?
Keesha: I guess I would have to.
Jerry; I have a scenario.. i have something in mind. it's what I feel the safest with, but it doesn't involve sending you home... 2 have to go.. and if you win the PoV, then you'd take someone down if you weren't up. Who do you think would vote for you?
Keesha: Renny.
Jerry: Exactly. And the other 2 will vote for each other..
Keesha: I figured you'd put a girl and a guy up..
Jerry: I know what I want to accomplish, and I know who I want to send home... I'm not doing it out of spite, I'm doing it...
Keesha: For the game.
Jerry: Exactly..

Talk turns to how the money would be spent... Jerry says the boys would be helped by even winning 50k, as a down payment on a house...

Keesha emphasizes that they were 4, not one and one...

Jerry: Lemme at least tell ya this much: You're not my target, but you may go up. I'll explain my reasoning.. and if you win PoV, I'd like to talk to you about what I'd like you to do then. But the way I'm seeing the plan in my head, I don't see a way that you'd be leaving..

Jerry assures her that going up 1st is not the worst case scenario this week. Keesha agrees and reveals she's already discussed that with Renny.

Jerry: I've never broke my word to you. You know that. Even when Libra did that onion thing... I only competed against her that day.

Jerry: Right now, I'm telling you, I probably will put you up on the block, and I will explain the whole scenario... You're as safe being put up as you would be if I didn't. The PoV is the whole factor.

Keesha maintains calm and "it's a game" composure. Jerry asks Keesha to keep this conversation between them, and she says she will...

CUT TO:
11:12am BBT
Hippie Room
Keesha & Renny

Keesha is crying, and Renny is trying to get her to say why. Keesha wont. She says she's just stressed... Renny asks if Jerry told her what he was going to do, and Keesha says no. Keesha tells Renny she didn't badmouth anyone, and she wont badmouth anyone...

Keesha says it's inevitable that someone will, but it wont be her. Renny pushes and Keesha lets on that it's not her.

Keesha turns the conversation to her arrival at the jury house, and how alone she'll be in there. Renny tells her she will not be going to the jury house.

Keesha: (whispers through tears) You never know who's going...

11:18am BBT
Silence descends... then...

Keesha: I think.. that I'm really gonna need you this week...
Renny: ok.
Keesha: It sucks.

Silence..

Keesha: Who knows. Who? Knows?

Silence...

Keesha: I think he sees me as a threat.
Renny: No kidding. Who wouldn't?

11:22am BBT
Renny: Say it's you and Memphis on the block and Memphis wins the PoV, who do you think he's gonna put up?
Keesha: Dan.

Renny gets up and goes outside to the couch... No one's there. She lies down alone, holding her head in her hands, as if to think and work everything out...

CUT TO:
11:24am BBT
Bathroom
Keesha & Dan

Dan's brushing his teeth. Keesha weighs herself.

Keesha steps into the shower to change. Dan sings softly, "Keesha... Keesha..."

Keesha: This game sucks.
Dan: Why?
Keesha: Game.
Dan: If you gotta do something, I'm not gonna be mad at you, Keesha.
Keesha: I'm not gonna do anything... I'm probably not gonna be in a very good place...
Dan: I just want you to know that if you have to, I'm not gonna be mad at you.

CUT TO:
11:27am BBT
Dining Table
Dan - alone...

Dan: ... chance of staying.

Keesha passes through and asks Dan what he's doing there all alone.

Dan: Studying the memory wall.

CUT TO:
11:32am BBT
Backyard

Keesha comes outside in her bikini.

Renny: If you'da gone upstairs like that, there's no way he'd put you up.
Keesha: You're silly!

Dan comes out. Renny grills him a little about his whereabouts the past few minutes, then lets it drop... She thought maybe he was upstairs with Jerry.

Talk turns to family... Renny says whenever she gets worked up, her son says, "Calm it!"

Dan sighs...

11:37am BBT
BB calls Renny in to the Diary Room. Dan gets on Keesha about using sunscreen.

Dan and Keesha talk a bit about nominations. Keesha doesn't divulge what Jerry said to her, but she says she feels like she's going to be up on the block, and she's felt that way since last night...

Memphis comes out and joins the conversation. He adds that Jerry's running too many scenarios... overthinking it.

11:55am BBT
Jerry comes outside. Dan asks about coming upstairs to talk, once Jerry has his fill of fresh air, and Jerry says, "Whenever you want to."

I just read on another site that Dan's DR last night was leaked and he said he wants a J/M/D alliance and ditch the girls. Then I read that Memphis is telling Jerry that he wants a M/K/J alliance. Whoa is my head spinning! Did Memphis make a final 3 deal with Jerry?

I wonder if Jerry's will stop all his cussing now. I don't think that he will get the same reaction from Dan and Memphis if he starts talking about Keesha like he did from O/M.
Does anyone know where I can catch the early show interview?

I’m not happy with Jerry as HOH but there is nothing I can do about it. Hopefully, the most deserving person will win this game.

I don’t understand how a man his age could be so bitter about life in general. I wish he would mellow out (not just in this game) and appreciate life and people. To live as long as he has with a loving family and good health is a blessing that he doesn’t seem to understand. I do hope that his life does not end with so much hatred in his heart.

Life does not always go as we would like; but each new experience is a gift.

Dawn, thank you for all the awesome screencaps.

Noni – Regarding the game, last night you said it best I’m heard so far: “…The game is about deception and outplaying others, …….. without cruelty or crudeness.”

Gayton – I loved your exit walk (for Noni). Cute hinny.

Anon (that prefers to be an anon... but call me danisdone) – I disagree with you but you are definitely entitled to your opinion. This blog is so much more than a BB blog; it’s a home for friends. Your opinions are always welcome but your hatred toward my friends is not.

Good Morning Dear Carolyn!

Greetings to you all!

I believe that I wrote in an earlier correspondence that my pop’s VFW Post has been secretly watching the feeds. I busted them when I stopped to see my dad a couple of weeks back. This morning, prior to checking the Dish, I stopped by to have coffee with pop. Well, a celebration was going on. A HUGE celebration. Some were having a cocktail at 10 AM. Their pick, Jerry, is HOH. I never dreamed that I would hear BB information this way. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised now that pop is out of the BB closet. I made the mistake of mentioning that Jerry is a bit harsh. I should have ducked! A retired Colonel said, “I’ve spent almost all of my 87 years not saying what I was really thinking. Now, I’m ancient and close to going in the ground, I’m going to say what’s on my mind. I wish I would have started earlier. The kids in the house are thinking a lot of the things that Jerry is saying, they just aren‘t saying them. Oh, and I would have lied my ass off.” Having already put my life at risk, I did say that it was highly unlikely that Jerry will win. They are ok with this because they never thought Jerry would get this far playing against the kids. Gray power is alive and well.

I’m staying away from the VFW until BB10 is over.

Have a great day.

So sad -know it's time to get over it ! But to watch everyone have to kiss his butt and make nice! After all the awful things he said about them! Is just sick and I feel bad for his family -yes it's a game but one can't help but feel that alot that is said and done in this house is the way they are in the real world! I think if he wins I may have to really think about not watching this show any more! And to think I liked him at first !

Does it bother anyone else the way Jerry goes on and on about his "wins"? He was handed 1 HOH and 1 POV, actually won 1 HOH and 1 POV, yet he touts himself as winning multiple comps. After listening to his vile rants this season, I guess his bragging is pretty minor, but it still bugs...

Something totally unrelated to this season.

An earlier post from TOR commented about how much this person was disappointed by having Dick and Dani as final 2 in season 8. Because this is not the first comment like this I have seen, I have a question-what the hell did I miss?

I didn't know about this site, but that was the first year I had the feeds and thus the first year I started becoming judgemental about the 'character' of certain people.

I agree that ED is not everyone's cup of tea. I have stated many times, I respected his gameplay for his honesty and the fact that the odds were against him-not for his tactics.

I actually thought Dani played the smarter more strategic game and I would have chose her as the winner. My confusion comes from why she is hated by so many people.

What I saw was someone who was on the 'house' team (kind of like this season started). She went along with and got along with the house even when she had doubts (Nick). When she showed that she was the ONLY one smart enough to see through Eric, and made a decision based on what she thought was best for 'the team' she became hated.

The one who surprised and disappointed me most was Amber. Up until then she seemed like a decent person and claimed to love D&D like family. She lied to and helped set up Nick, yet Dani became the most hated one in the house. I have never understood this. I sometimes think that I was watching a different show.

I'm watching the interviews. There's nothing I can say that hasn't been said a hundred times before. But DAGNABBIT! You played in the POV Michelle. You were NOT backdoored! Jesse was put on the block to begin with. He was NOT backdoored!

And Memphis riding your coattails-what the hell did you ever do to help him in this game.

The only backdoor in this season is the one a few of these people should have left by. Frankly, I would have been too embarrassed to leave through the front door.

I'm moving to the comments for the right post on time. Will wonders ever cease? :p

Brook, I am indeed here and thank you. I don't dare put my real tush on here. MikeInBama has me beat by a trip to Uranus (pun intended of course.) Where is Mike anyway? I need my morning fix.

Piper, *giggle* I've been wanting to use that for a long time. As I said I don't dare use my other favorite.

OACD, TFF.. "Gray Power." But I suspect VFW Halls all across America are the same way. Love the 87 yo's attitude.

Carolyn, I did my best to turn ReporterXXX and XXXddugoXXX to the dark side last night. MUHAHAHA! give me a few more nights and I'll have them. :p

So they are awake. I'm depending on your updates today to keep me informed. I can't open the feeds today. Too much to do and pay attention to. We are getting a lot of news about plans for evacuation, UGH. And I have 3 songs to work on for tonight. "Age of Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In" for the opening production number. Then I am doing Janis Joplin's "Cry Baby" and Thelma Houston's "Don't Leave Me This Way"

60's to Disco. What a span, and the sad part is I lived all those eras so I already know the songs.

Anyone want to see what we are doing in New Orleans this weekend if we don't have to evacuate, go to www.southerndecadence.com and see the info and pics of past years. It's a crazy party of 100,000 gay men. I LUST Labor Day Weekend every year, but this could be a disaster as it was in 2005 for Katrina... But trust me. first word of mandatory evacuation and I am off like a prom dress and maybe even just voluntary. I'll decide as it gets closer.

Carolyn I won't say the "H" word but will be praying. At least you are pretty much prepared since you already did the big stuff for Fay.

Now, maybe just a peek at the feeds so I can get on with my day.

I'll try to get back.

If I suddenly disappear for a few days, everyone know I am safe. I'll just be without a computer. :~(

Piping in with my 2 cents worth again.

The interview keeps sticking and freezing. It was irritating at first. But everytime it froze it was a close up of Ollie in mid sentence-it really made him look like a doofus. I don't like him trying to pull off the nice guy, aw shucks routine so I am all for anything that makes him look like a doofus. (Yes, I am being deliberately mean again.)

Ollie said he is very versatile in the kinds of people he associates with in his life. Yeah, as long as they aren't gay.

Well now, looks like Jerry is only 3 competitions from winning the game. I dont think that anyone in the sequester house at present will be voting on gameplay. So far this has been the season of "Disrespectin' me".

I dont like Jerry or his tactics / hypocrisy. I do kinda like the fact he is in power this week though as it will keep the game a bit more spicy if he plays it right.

This is much like my (much) earlier post about how Dan putting up Michelle made for great viewing but did not advance his gameplay or his hope for winning in the finals.

For best viewing / life in the house I would hope that Jerry will put up both Dan and Rennie. This could easily result in a tie and Rennie should be the one going home. That should allow for all the alliances to be outted so people can see where they stand.

I always find the end of season a bit boring to watch, I didnt show to watch a love fest, this isnt temptation island, its Big Brother. We tune in to watch the same reason most NASCAR fans do, to see the big fiery crashes.

Well thats my two cents worth, I know it rambled, my appologies, doing this before the coffee has had a chance to fully kick me in the buttocks after all.

Thanx again Dishchicks for the wonderful sight, who knows, maybe i will stick around a while. 8-)

I have to totally agree with every thing Grendon said about the interviews. But I wish Julie had brought up the banna!

And Ollie doesn't regret any thing other than he 'didn't play to his ability'? I wonder if that's the answer he will give at the finale when he gets called out on the f**** comment?

I am still extremely disappointed at how they handled that whole thing, or DIDN'T handle it, but at least he is at the jury house. And he will pay dearly when he gets out.

And did any one notice the lack of crowd respond to his question about how great April is? Loved it!

grendon -- I was one the didn't like Dick or Dani. Dick for his behavior in the house. That was the season that taking it to a personal level really came in to play and I really don't like that side of the "game play", even if it works. But, that this the players right -- just doesn't mean I have to like them.

Dani, I don't know why. She appeared whiny to me, I guess. In fact, that's why I thought I wouldn't like Keesha. But I do. Go figure ...

I have to agree Dani should have won that game. But, sometimes we just like a person for reasons we can't even figure out ourselves.

Sad, but true.

Jerry to Keesha ....

"You will have to trust me."

Sounds like Jerry will put Keesha on the block, but she's not his target. Seems to be Dan as his target.

Jerry's plan is going up in smoke if the guy not on the block wins POV.

This is the best scenario for M/K/D to advance. Keeping the two boys off the block initially will sink Jerry's plan.

Jerry wants assurance that he won't be nominated next week. What a dork. The POV winner next week is the most powerful force, not the HoH nominations.

Grendon -

i'd like to express my admiration for your head for bb history. you seem to truly be a wealth of bb knowledge. i have watch every season since bb2 but there is no way i could retain all the nuances that you seem to be able to pull up. my only hope is at your mention - my brain goes "oh yeah!".

I wanted to weigh in on your thoughts about the donatos. i agree that dani's game was better that dick's. she was far more shrewd and definitely a crouching tiger (credence to our current renny). my belief is, we had a case of the squeaky wheel getting the grease. we've all spoken of there not being a whole lot of room for personal attacks and gameplay based on the like or dislike of someone. it is, however, human nature to vote with your heart to some degree and, i believe dick's votes materialized from a lot of personal feelings, fear, respect (questionable in my mind), humor and perhaps even desire to be in with the "big guy". popularity contests will exist until the end of time and the best (wo) man for the job will rarely get it.

Actually, BB is not ending that early... it started late. But it's not ending early compared to the last two summers. BB7 ended Sep 12 and BB8 Sep 18.

Ratings have also gone down. Predictability is a killer. Tuesday's show dropped to third place behind both 'America's Got Talent' and a 'House' rerun.

Now for something totally different---

This year's election will be a groundbreaker... no matter who wins. ;-))) That is predictably good.

Hello everyone. Welcome to Bizarro BB.

Carolyn, Gaytor, Everyone in the storms' paths - Huggies! Warm and safe passage though!

Jerry has a plan. I'm surprised he wants to keep Keesha safe with all the unsavory things he has been saying about her. That's if he goes through with it.

I believe Dan is his target. :(

Michelle and Ollie's exit interviews on the Early Show were very predictable. Michelle still doesn't realize that she was her own worst enemy in the game, and Ollie still can't accept that he is just lousy at this game.

As much as I dislike Jerry for all the bile he spewed with Ollie this week, he is playing things very well right now. It looks like the nominations this week will be well thought out on his part. He is smart in what he is asking of the other 4 and seems to be setting up a plan that should help him down the road a little.

I don't think Memphis has played a great game. Not terrible, but he benefitted a LOT through Keesha flipping the house and getting rid of Jesse. And through aligning with the right group of people.

I think Renny's game has been overlooked. She didn't appear aggressive and sometimes seemed a little off the wall. But she had a great insight into who to trust, how to keep her hands clean and what needed to be done.

I think Keesha has played a GREAT game.

I think Dan has played one of the best games ever except for that POV ceremony. I understood what he was trying to do, but I don't think it was necessary. It caused him to probably lose some votes with the jury and to lose some trust and credibility with his own alliance.

So...I guess my choice would be for Memphis to go. But my biggest problem in thinking about Dan or Keesha following the last 3 evictees out the door, is the smug looks of satisfaction on their 3 rotten faces. And thinking about the way they would be treated in sequester. I think most of the evictees would just leave Memphis alone. He hasn't technically done anything to anybody. Then, at least if someone else I like has to leave, at least one friendly face will be waiting for them.

I really want to see Renny in the end.

I think Jerry is thinking of putting Keesha and either Dan or memphis up...

Seems foolproof-but not so.

He should put memphis and dan up so if one of them win POV, they can save themselves...and only one is voting...Jerry breaks the tie.

Memphis is negativity is starting to wear on my nerves. I'd like to see him GO.

Good morning, Carolyn!
Good morning all my BB addict buddies!!!

All those that Gustav is headed for please continue to watch your local news & make sure you take all precautions necessary!

Carolyn-It looks like H is headed away from FL from the new reports I just saw. I hope that she doesn't change her mind so you be very careful.

What a wonderful night to turn so sad within minutes.

I cried when Keesha got her bracelet & letter from JJ. It meant so much to her to hear him confirm that all is good with them. He sounds like a wonderful guy! I hate the fact he has had to listen to J/O/M/A talk so bad about her on such a personal level.

Jerry was absolutely sickening last night. The man never shuts up. Jerry also made statements like he never got on a personal level like Michelle/O/A did. Excuse me but Jerry we all heard you. He said he gets mad & he's over it in 5 min. What?????

Memphis made the comment that Michelle will still be mad about all this in 10years. I'm sure he is right about that.

Michelle's interview showed she is still delusional. She was not backdoored & neither was Jessie. Still talking bad about K/L. Praising April for giving poor little her a couple of things. Didn't April say the top she gave her was to borrow? She played all alone. Pllleeeeaaassse!

Ollie's interview shows he still doesn't understand the internet feeds. He still has no clue that everything he & April did was out there for thousands to see. Saying he doesn't curse. Ah, okay!

I gather from the talk of the HG that the comp was about days things happened. What day the earthquake was on? ...#?

I also think AGP had Ollie make the statement about the red-headed cabbage patch doll in the DR at some point before they edited so they could dub it over what he really said. Because I rewatched it & Ollie's back is to you so you can't read his lips & they knew they weren't going to be able to use what he really said but they wanted to show the confrontation between him & Memphis.

I can't even begin to understand who Jerry will nominate. Why he thinks he has saved so many is beyond me. I guess I'm just gonna stop rooting for anyone & sit back & watch it unfold. I like all 4 very much so if 2 out of the 4 win F2 I will be happy. I just do not want Jerry to get a dime, not after the horrible side of him that has come out more than one time. To sit & talk sweetly to someone one minute & they walk out the door & he says vile things is beyond game play. I truly feel sorry for his wife & I would place a bet she will not come to the wrap party.

Genie, hey there! Jerry wants to keep Keesha safe because he thinks taking her to finals would be win for him, I think. He thinks she is hated,IMO. I think that if anyone brings Renny with them to end F2, they lose....she will win because she is truly loved by all.

My prediction - Jerry puts up Keesha and Dan, with Dan as the target. Memphis is the backup. Not sure what happens if Memphis gets the POV and takes Dan off. I guess Renny goes home.

At this point everyone is going to have a fav. Personally I want the final two to be Dan and Keesha. I think they have earned the final two. If I had a gun to my head I would vote Dan to win, purely on game play. I have always thought he's one of the best BB players ever.

As for the interviews. I didn't hate Michelle. She's a little wacko, but that's not news. Ollie, well Ollie's just not the sharpest tool in the box. Frankly, I think Ollie's problem is he's just not too bright. Didn't he go to college on a football scholarship? He strikes me as one of these dudes who went to college for football and graduated with a degree in football.

brook-thank you very much. I don't know if it's good or bad, but I seem to retain insignificant information that really doesn't mean much in the long run. But, at least I have an edge in a rousing game of trivia.

Rhonda-I think Ollie confuses cursing with swearing. I actually asked this question once. I was going through a phase of thinking everything in life was a sin.

Using the lord's name in vain, you know-GDit or JC-is swearing and is sinful. All the other words are basically just cursing, bad manners-a vice. However, I think a vice can become a sin because once you realize you are doing something wrong you are supposed to try to change the bad behavior.

Maybe Ollie doesn't realize he is doing anything wrong. (OK-I even had to laugh at that one)

Anyhoo-Ollie is not swearing, therefore he is sinless. He is however cursing, A LOT, therefore he is crude, rude and classless.

Just to clear up, he's only sinless on the swearing. He gets a definite failing grade on most of the other commandments. Especially the one about 'Do unto others.'

Hey Jane, how's it going? Agree on F2 I think. Those two both have played a good game. And your scenario of who Jerry will put up makes sense, but I was thinking he might put up Memphis thinking taking Dan to the end would help him since everyone seems to hate Dan.

Hope that everyone stays safe and well this holiday weekend. Growing up I always looked forward to Labor Day weekend cause it was my birthday, these days I dread it for many reasons.....past years weather, horrible news, etc., and of course my age!!!

Thanks Grendon, that does make sense about Ollie in a O/M delusional kind of way (smile). No, I do understand how he could misunderstand because he seems immature or naive in a lot of things. I kind of feel that this was a very new experience for him, not quite understanding how college was for him. Maybe a lot of his dirty mouth is learned at home and that is not considered cursing, who knows?

It sounds to me, like others have said, that Jerry plans to nominate Keesha and Dan with the intent to evict Dan.

I think that's a dumb idea. He should be gunning for Renny. Renny is the player out of the final five that we all know would sweep jury votes. That's what Jerry needs to play for. He's screwed no matter what unless he wins the final veto. At least get out the player you have the least chance of beating.

I hope that whichever guy is not on the block wins veto and saves the other guy. The Renegades taking it to the final two would be my dream scenario.

If Dan goes this week I don't know how I'll be able to deal. I might just break down and cry.

I don't know if anyone else has thought of this or not but I would not be surprised if Memphis and Keesha were a couple. If you watch the way they look at each other it looks like there is something there. Just a thought.

okay IMO I think Jerry should put up Dan & Memphis.

If you look at through his position that is his best bet of getting into and past the final three. I just can't see him beating Memphis or Dan in a physical comp. I'm not sure he could even beat Keesha or Renny but certainly not the guys.

Anyway so this is what I think he should do IMHO

nominate Memphis & Dan
If either uses the veto put up Keesha or Renny then he can break the tie.

I really don't see why Jerry thinks this is such a hard decision. It's not rocket science!!

Do you think he already knows what he's gonna do and just blowing smoke up everyone's a**? Or is he just that lost?

I just watched the Michelle/Ollie interviews. One word - Delusional.

I think Jerry's thoughts on keeping Renny stem from his belief that he can beat her on a physical comp in the final 3 HoH.

I also believe he will want to keep Memphis for the final HoH because Jerry thinks he can outsmart Memphis in the brain portion of that comp.

I also think Jerry believes he's smarter than Keesha, so in his mind, he just needs to get through next week and he's a shoo-in to win the final HoH.

Goin' to watch Housecalls. I've only watched once so far this season, but thought it might be 'entertaining' today, albeit it in a sort of delusional, trippy sort of way.

If Jerry's being upfront with Memphis about his plan, gotta give him kudos. It's a well thought out plan and it makes good sense. But that doesn't mean I have to like it. I think his gameplay is another case of too little too late.

He made boneheaded moves, stupid decisions and aligned with the wrong people. I can't stop him from being final 4 but pray he doesn't make final 2.

As far as his family and their needs-yes, I believe he is being sincere. I also believe that could have helped him win the game if he had played it differently. But in this case, bad behavior should not be rewarded. Three of the guilty parties have been punished. It would be a shame for the fourth one to get off the hook.

rhonda - I might agree that Jerry thinks everyone hates Dan, but I think Jerry is so sexist that he thinks he WILL win against any woman, that no matter how disliked the man, a woman is an easier win. By definition their game is worse.

Grendon,
Agree that Memphis would probably be treated least mean by jury house folks and for that reason as well as my hope that Renny makes it through this week, I hope it is Memphis that goes home.
Jerry seems to be counting on a split vote so that he can break the tie, so he will probably keep renny off IMHO. He feels that Renny is weak and won't make it to final 2 so he is not afraid of her yet, I believe. I think Dan is his ultimate target, and I bet Dan knows he has to win POV or die.
