Last night in the Big Brother house, a Catholic School teacher won $500,000, a mixologist won 50k - in addition to his previous win of a million dollar classic car, and a Hooters Waitress/ Actress won $25,000 with a little help from a few million BB lovers who fell in love with her over the past 10 weeks!!
Oh whatta night it was! The backyard interviews with Gretchen are already up on the CBS site. Here's the link.
We'll have more details about the wrap parties up for you within the next couple days, both here on BBDish and over on TRD-BBDishin'!
Today, don't forget to check into the media player on real (real is where the live feeds are) to see when they upload the backyard interviews with Evel Dick from last night... If you're not sure what the media player is, here's a pic of what it looks like. The media player is the first thing that loads when you launch the feeds from the Real Player, Superpass or Big Brother icon on your desktop.
Once you launch real and your media player comes up, just click where it says Post Finale Coverage... ;)In the meantime, if you're going through BB withdrawals... just check in on the Replay of the feeds. :) You have to launch from within real for those too.

I wish I was the proverbial fly on the wall when production revealed to April and Ollie that their sexcapades were seen live by millions of viewers. It must be a real reality check for all the HGs to come out of sequester and see how they were portrayed and how the public really sees them.
Sorry that Jerry got second. He can thank the BB edit for getting that close. Renny disappointed me last night. Keesha deserved it hands down.

Any word yet on when Big Brother 11will be? Are they going to air another winter show or leave it as it has been all these years and just do the summer thing? I love your site and keeping us all up to date with what's going on. I did miss the video you had posted in the past but your play by play was so good I felt like I actually watched it. Wow! Knowing Carolyn will be out for most of the day could make for a lot of books. I don't know that I'll write them but I see a great opportunity here.
Even now I am in show afterglow. In re-watching the finale, I thought I missed something the first time. On watching again I knew what it was. Julie didn't get a chance to talk to Angie. Sad... She was more like the HG who was never there more than Brian and he left first.. Angie left week 3, right? But Brian DID have a lot to say and said it very well. Still Julie should at least acknowledged Angie. She should have been before the tool man.

Carolyn you are so wonderful for all you do for us BB addicts!!! I am so happy that Dan won. And like many other fans shocked that all 7 jurors voted for Dan!! Yay Dan and Yay Keesha for winning the 25k!!! I was disappointed to hear that Jerry was a close second. I loved when Brian called Jerry out for being a jerk and when Stephan called Michelle and April out for talking about Keesha's looks!!! What a great ending to another great season!!! Until next BB thanks!!!!
I've got a BB Hangover. Would that be called a bangover? If it is, it certainly wasn't with any help from Blue. That lil bugger can run and run fast. I never did catch him. But I'm not giving up. We still have Survivor and TAR.

I can't believe everything worked out perfectly!!!! Dan winning, Keesha winning and Memphis winning also. This has been one of the best BB ever! It has been made even better since I found your site and thru your site I found the live feeds for the first time!
I can't believe I ever watched BB without them! I became so addicted to the feeds because of Dan's personality and his interaction with Memphis and I truly feel they will be friends for life.
I have enjoyed reading everyone's comments here and feel as if I know everyone as a friend.
I have been posting anonymously because I forgot my password. Any idea how to get that info?

Carolyn, This is my first and only post I submit for the BB10 season. You and the rest of the Dish Chicks are a godsend to us "working class" folks. You provide me the ability to keep tabs on the houseguests while I am at work. I found your blog last season and became an instant fan. The hours and effort you and the others on the site provide make the game so much more enjoyable as compared to the regular viewers who choose to only watch the network show.
Since these few words fall short of the apperciation I feel,I leave you with just one wish...a happy,healthy,and prosperous life for all involved until we meet again for BB11.

I can't believe its really over. I stayed up far too late rereading all trhe posts and comments of the last few days reliving the final moments in the house, and of our time together. I wish I could reread the whole season...... kinda like watching the refeeds. What a time we have had together this season.
I don't know about all of you but Dish seems to have changed this season, at least it seems that way too me. It seems to have grown into a family here, with so much going on inb addition to BB.
That's what makes this place so different. Sure, we're all BB addicts, that's the . But most of us have become of the family that resides here under Mother Carolyn, who cares for us, scolds us,congratulates, keeps track those of us missing or in trouble, and provides us with a safe and friendly place to gather.
She has brought together the fabulous crew of ReporterX, Dawn, Kim, Stacee, TRD, Chelsia and the others to make Dish the best. Through her I found the fab Lessa, who has been a friend and great support to Carolyn instead of a competitor, as those on many other sites would feel.
Can you imagine a better place to have your morning coffee, than catching up on events here and being entertained by one of Gaytor's famous monologues?
My enormous thanks to her and everyone here for encouraging my poetic efforts, and giving me a place to share my rhymes. It has given me a great deal of pleasure to try and create something to give everyone a giggle or two. I am so honored to be mentioned on one of Carolyn's designs, to have a place on a Dish mug was never something I thought I would aspire to. It's like winning an award!
I think there is no more caring bunch than all of the fine folks here showing all the caring and love for those Dishers and their friends and families who have suffered from this terrible hurricane season, and to those who have to deal on a daily basis with health or family issues. It's been a haven for me on my bluer days, and given me smiles on days when I thjought I couldn't find one.
I feel richer for knowing all of you, what a talented, wise, clever, and funny bunch of people to share time with each day.
Carolyn, I hope you are off spoiling yourself a bit, and have booked that time in a spa.If you haven't yet and if your looking for a bit of change of scenery but not too far, I know a fabulous one right near Sanibel, just off the causeway between Ft.Myers and the island(used to go there regularly) But maybe you are more in mind to fly of to fab places to be pampered. What ever choice you have made, be good to yourself, you really deserve it.
I will send Caro my Renegades tribute and Saute to Dishers All, when I get a little time.

Gaytor! LOL, for the life of me I could not come up with Throckmorton Mining! We used to call it "thrustmorton" LMAO! And Big Daddy's was always "big daddy mack will make you want to scream"!! LOL Man you brought back memories, ah those were the days....perhaps I saw you at the Miss Gay USA? I saw it in '97!
I just want to say that I was pleasantly surprised to see who the houseguests voted for the player instead of based upon how they themselves got played. I was so impressed with how gracious Dan was and what a great sport Memphis was in placing second and not even getting 1 vote. Whether you loved em or hated em...they both did themselves and their families proud at the end. Being a winner doesn't give you the right to be pompous and losing doesn't automatically mean you can turn into a poor sport. These guys both deserved to win...and they sure earned my respect for how they handled themselves after the vote was in. Congrats to both Dan and Memphis!! And a big congrats to us the bloggers who got together and righted a wrong by voting en masse for Keesha to win America's Player. I must admit that I originally was voting for Renny...but as I read the blogs here I realized that by voting for Renny I might be helping to hand the $25k to Jerry. And that would have been a travesty to those of us who watched more that just the CBS shows and saw who really deserved it. The fact that the 3 of the fab4 won money makes this season for me the very best yet. And we all know that Renny is going to do well for herself after getting back to her real life. I bet we haven't seen the last of her. So really all 4 of the fab4 were winners and so were we the viewers for a change. And finally...it was awesome that Michelle and April got called out for being such ugly people and railing on about Keesha. As they were trying to play it off it was obvious that everyone knew exactly what kind of women they both are...JEALOUS!!!
Couple highlights of the show to me were when the jury house was coming out the great receptions that renny and keesha got and how the audience nearly stopped applauding when Jerry came out. Such an ugly soul that man displayed...something I believe he will only come to regret in the long run. The other great moment for me was after all the prizes were announced seeing Memphis and Keesha hug and hearing on the after show interviews Keesha saying that she still loved them both. WTG Keesha for getting past the game and realizing that your friendships with both the boys...in addition to your great friendship with Renny...were true and will probably last a lifetime. Another reason that picking Keesha for America's Choice was absolutely the right choice. And to see how surprised she was when she won...worth every late-nite moment lost watching the fab4 having fun in that house.
For the first time in Big Brother history...the right people all won and the fans won too.
And acourse because of the amazing Dishchicks those of us who have become avid fans have the best site to check for updates when our darned real life interferes with our BB addictions.

Back again! Just was listening to Renny's interview and she is not being especially gracious...and for someone who had cameras and mikes following her around 24/7, she kept mugging for the cameras and she seemed awfully fake to me...
However, that wasnt the part I wanted to comment on...its that in the background you see Jerry kinda standing around by himself as pa's are coming to see Keesha and taking her with them...and there he stands...all alone with his bottle of water. These are great pieces - Gretchen is asking some tough questions...

Great job everyone. Last two seasons I only came here as one of many BB blogs but this season you were the first and always the best. Like everyone has said it became about more than BB and it's just a very nice place to hang out.

My friend in St. Louis was so surprised at the way Jerry acted on the few clips they showed of him acting like an ass. She was a tv only viewer and I had tried to tell her that he wasn't what she was seeing. lol!

Just got done watching Jerry and his denying all the things he said about Keehsa. He said 'you must have me confused with someone else'! lol I think he still doesn't get 24/7.
I think I have now watched Dan win about fifty times! I am still so so happy. Loved this season so much.
And sign me up for BB rehab too! Obviously!

What to say? Can I just copy Noni's great comment and put my name on it. She says it all and remembers the names of our Dish Crew which I can never put together at one time.
Noni, I feel the same. Being included on a mug/etc. is like winning an award and I was so humbled by it. I actually had big AlliGaYToR tears in disbelief.
Noni, Piper, RedRhonda and so many others, as I said I never remember everyone at one time :( ... You all say things so eloquently, while my job here is resident smartass and I can only hope I fulfilled my duties and to the best of my abilities.
We really had one heck of a season with all the storms. Those, like Fay who had Carolyn on edge and tortured Florida for days upon days, Hannah whom if I remember got the East Coast, Then Gustav that got Beorn and me and so many others in our area, especially to the south along our coastal parishes and more to the west than what affected me. I had a great time during the evacuation though, and being with 7 other computer addicts I at least got to check in occasionally, either through Mama Caro or in person. Then we got Ike... so much total devastation to such a a wide area and one so highly populated. And Ike didn't stop with the coastal areas but decided to stretch all the way to the midwet and the upper east coast.
But we survived. While my prayers still go out to all those still dealing with Ike's destruction, we know of no one here that had loss of life. Those material things can be replaced or as I went through with Katrina, they will always be fond memories of that which we lost. Life isn't replaceable.
We had the best season ever, although some disagree and they have every right. We all have the right to pick our favorites. Mine just happened to work out perfect in my eyes.
I will argue with a fence post that Dan is the best player ever and not just because he swept the votes, but that is a good indicator. As Memphis and Dan said... The Renegades did something Chill Town was never able to accomplish, in TWO attempts, and that is make it to the end TOGETHER! Score 1 for The Renegades, 0(x2) for Chill Town.
Babble Babble Babble... You can be sure I'll be back for another round or 12.

Speaking of Ryan, I didn't see him at the finale last night. Sheila was amongst the missing too. I thought she would have been there since she does HC's. Maybe they'll show up at the wrap party.
I'm glad Gretchen asked Renny about her family since we were all worried about them in the hurricane.

Noni - I wish you could see how my cat has reacted to the Dancing Snoopy. He sits in front of my computer on my desk & watches me type, chases the cursor or just sleeps. Today he noticed Snoppy for the first time & it was hilarious. I was laughing so hard I was crying.

Now, I've watched all the interviews with Gretchen on CBS.Com/BigBrother. Most were pretty good. Some were too short, some were too long. Much like memories of the men in my life. :-O
I'm off to watch HC's since it wasn't up when I checked about an hour after it was live and as usual I forgot about it.
Can't wait to see Bunky and Ollie.. I'll be back to comment on that one I'm sure.

Everyone: I haven't had chance to watch the CBS interviews yet, so I'll try to do so today. But, I wanted to let everyone know about Bunky's interviews, (although, now I see that a few people already posted comments here about them). I saw them at Lessa's site yesterday and watched them all:

He interviewed all 13 HG's in the BB backyard immediately after the finale show. I enjoyed the fact that Bunky obviously knows a lot about the season and it was so great how he called out Ollie for his horrible words! I think you'll all enjoy them, plus, it will help satisfy a BB fix - most of them are at least 6 minutes, up to about 9 minutes, so it will keep ya busy for about an hour and a half or more!

In the first episode of BB10, Memphis won a sweet 1969 Camaro in a car-pulling contest (don't ask). Small problem -- "Big Brother" couldn't give the car away because the show didn't own it. We're told someone else actually held the title. In fact, the car had already been returned to the owner almost immediately after the contest.
Memphis the Mixologist was none the wiser because no one told him about the snag while he was inside the house. But on Tuesday, Memphis gained his freedom, losing to Dan, and learned the car he had come to treasure wasn't really his. Another problem -- the car has been repainted since it was on the show.
We're told producers are now scrambling to buy the car from the real owner. Sources say the real owner will turn the keys over for $24,000. A '69 Camaro online sell for anywhere between 7 and as much as 80 grand. Fact is, Big Bro doesn't have a lot of bargaining power, so they are more SOL than HOH.
We made several calls to "Big Brother" -- so far, no comment.

Good afternoon Carolyn and my fellow BB addicts! WOW! Just got doen watching ALL the interviews! OMG! Jeery was so ridiculous! Oh he claims he didn't win America's fave cause his daughter told him that the phone lines were down in houston cause of the hurricane, um it doesn't work like that, you use your cell phones to vote, not regular phone, PLUS your family's and friends votes alone could not have surpassed Keesha's! He still can't give the girl any credit!
And EW! April's interview, I really didn't care to see that but I was just curious to see if she would answer the sex questions, of course she didn't, eventhough Grethcen told her we saw it on the feeds, she denied it! UGH! And that fake smile the whole time! EW!
Ok, Renny, I didn't like the way she acted during her interview at all, yea she was happy for keesha winning the america's choice, but she kept on acting so weird during the interview, i don't know how to put it in the right words, it's like she wouldn't even look at Gretchen, she was all about the camera, I don't know, i just didn't like it.
I won't even other commenting on the rest, loved brian, steven and angie, my fave was Keesha of course, liked dan and memphis, the rest i could do without. Jessie's had to be the lamest! All about his bodybuilding! Whatever, get over yourself! UGH!
Okay, enough ranting.
Just wanted to drop by and say hi to everyone, I'm having major withdrawals. This was definitely the best season, with the best people winning everything, and an emotional season too, doesn't happen very often when you get so attached to certain houseguests that you feel their pain!

Hey Carolyn! I know it's Thursday now but there was no Thursday post. I just wanted to stop by to see if anyone else saw the news that I saw today. I was on TMZ and there was a story about Memphis and million dollar car...turns out CBS gave away a car they didn't own and now they're scrambling to purchase it. Poor Memphis!! Now he's a million dollars poorer!!

So here we sit, waiting, waiting, waiting, for pics, gossip, interaction with each other so we don't have to play with ourselves, although I got email for Blue and I think he IS playing with himself. :-O
Just kidding about hollering at you. I know what you are doing and YaY! But 1 week from tonight and we get our first Survivor. I'm not sure when TAR starts because that isn't a fav, but I am going to be here for it anyway. Knowing what is going on has never been a prerequisite for me to comment about anything.
And, I just found out Sunday is the Emmys. I've been leading such a sheltered life for the last 11 weeks. I'm an awards show NUT, so I plan to be here commenting on who was wearing what and ripping them to shreds like Mr. Blackwell or Kojo. Or maybe the two of them combined if I get a case of the 'raging queenliness'.
