Big Brother 12: Late Afternoon Friday, July 9th
Whole lot of scheming going on in the Big Brother 12 house this afternoon. With Brendon's PoV win upsetting HoH Hayden's plan, the whole house is scurrying to avoid becoming the pawn. Brendon is making every attempt to make deals to secure Rachel's safety along with his own. And a plot to get Annie up as the replacement nom was hatched in the Cabana Room on feeds 1 & 2 at 3:45pm.
Brendon's deal making abilities seem to be meeting deaf ears, as exhibited by Britney, who went immediately after to share what Brendon had told her with Enzo... He's safe, but Rachel, not yet.
The backyard re-opened just a few minutes ago, and a few of the HGs are taking advantage of the sunshine.

Brendon & Matt
Brendon just told Matt who he really is, in terms of his education, and the fact that he has a full fellowship. And that he's working on cancer research.
Matt: So what is it, you have a BA?
Brendon: I have a BS and an MS and I'm working on my PhD. In order to come here, I had to give up a 6,000 dollar research fellowship. I just don't wanna piss them all off.
Matt: How does the physics tie into the medical field?
Brendon explains.
Brendon: My school's pretty much paid off, so I don't need a lot of money... I'm a simple guy... I've always said, if I were to win the lottery, I'd give a huge part to charity.
Matt told Brendon about his wife's condition, and Brendon is attempting to bond with Matt over this, as well as their mutual intellectual prowess. They seem to be getting along, but we'll see...

Lane enters and the conversation changes.
At the moment, absolutely no one is safe... Names are being thrown around left and right. Annie is in the most danger at the moment.

Talk is about backdooring Annie... Lots of talk.
Enzo: I think we gotta backdoor Annie. I've already put it into people's minds.
Matt: I agree. Kathy would be a waste.
Enzo: No one knows about the brigade... (alliance name?)
Matt: I think we gotta backdoor Annie. We are so f'd if Kathy goes over Rachel. We've wasted a whole week then. I don't see Annie staying over Rachel... If we don't get her out, we set ourselves up with a 3 persona alliance, when they've got a 4 person alliance, and this coming HoH, we've only got 3 people competing.
Enzo: Ya know what.. We gotta put Annie up and get her the Fk out this week. I think Annie's the saboteur. She's always running around. She can't stay in one place. It's always something. She's faker than a 3 dollar bill. If she's not the saboteur, she's got 4 alliances already. I've already planted the seed. I've got 3 people that are definite. Let's get Annie the Fk outta here. That would be such a power move.
As much as they're talking about Annie, they're also quite aware that people will be talking about them, as well. Making sure the coast is clear on the HoH spy cam, Enzo heads downstairs to see if he can grab Lane...
So.. "The Brigade" is Lane, Enzo, Matt & Hayden. I don't know why, but the Village People doing YMCA just flashed in my brain.

Lane's too dense to take Enzo's cue, so he goes to the girls. Monet, Kathy and Britney - They're all on board. Enzo goes back upstairs to report back to Matt. They see Annie heading their way via the spy cam, so Enzo bounces and heads back outside.
***I have to say, Hayden is one low key HoH. Although he's drawn the ire of Brendon, he's barely running his HoH at all, or so it appears.

Enzo & Matt bring Hayden in to the plan to backdoor Annie. He's game.
Hayden: This could be huge. This could be a game changer.
Enzo: I can't wait to see the look on her face.
Matt: Dude, get ready for a shit week after that, but you gotta just take the jabs, and if she says something, that's just a nail in her coffin.
Hayden: Let's tag her. You guys have to win HoH. The brigade to the end.
Matt: If this goes through, it'll be the longest alliance in Big Brother history. Gang of 4 since day 1.
Enzo: I just wanna have fun and make ratings.
Hayden: Big Brother's gonna be pissed if Annie goes. She's got so many alliances.
Britney comes to the door. They let her in, and she starts telling the 3 of them that Brendon tried to make a deal with her. So far, they're just letting her talk...
Enzo: Who goes this week?
Britney: It's tough, because we have one girl who has a definite alliance...
Enzo: But then we have another who's got 10 alliances.
Britney: We just have to play HoH on defense.
They start talking about "if it's endurance..."

Lane makes his way up to HoH, finally. Britney's talking about Andrew... Hayden thinks the PoV Ceremony will be on Sunday.
Britney: As soon as the PoV was over, this house just went crazy.
Enzo: Crazy!

Grs1723 - I think they’ll vote Rachel out still, no matter who is up against her. I think they all see her and Brendon together as a threat. I mean they did watch Season 11 in sequester, so they know how far a couple, Jeff and Jordan, can get together. Although, these two don’t give me the warm and fuzzies like Jeff and Jordan did.
RedRhonda - I heard Andrew mention about the slop and his religion. As long as he has his own bucket, he’s good apparently.

Love this site. I've been lurking for years, but I'm finally ready to join the crowd. Thanks for doing such a great job every season. I've got the feeds (not working so good for me), a google account, and hopefully my sanity cause the insanity has already begun in the house. What is the deal with everyone hating Andrew? Being Kosher isn't a crime yet, is it? Has he really said and done all the stuff Annie says he's done? So unlikely that Andrew is the sabatuer, he's way too socially inept.
If Rachel had her whole face "redone" what the hell did she look like before? Was she a mobster who turned on her crew/family? Was she the one who "fell from the ugly tree - hitting every branch on the way down?
Would be very interested in seeing before pics.

Carolyn, I was wondering if you find it difficult to run your feeds on both your lap top and your desktop, My hubby runs them on his and I have them running on my DT. if we are watching the same camera I am delayed 10 minutes......
Rachel looks shockingly like Lindsay Lohan, and also has an affectation like her. But, I don't know about the having her whole face done thing. Photographs can be really misleading.
Annie's obsession with Andrew is odd.

So far this new setup is not winning points with me. I installed Chrome again remembering last year but it's not much better. Still lots of hanging and small cam delays. I never know when to switch cameras because my side cams are like an hour behind sometimes.
I really wish we had the option to use Real even. Hopefully this is early season glitches and they will get on the ball and fix things.

Jay :) I'm running the feeds on Firefox on my laptop and Chrome on my desktop, and the ff is definitely ahead. When it gets too far ahead, I refresh both so they're within seconds of each other.
Yes I do Big C! LOL, Wendy. Was wondering if there will be pause, rewind, etc. And if I try to change Cam's, I have to refresh the page or I get nothing. Also, no sound on quad and nothing on Cam 4. Still debating if I will keep them this season. I know ~ shock and awwwwwwwwww. Am I just special??? LOL

Evening everyone, This is my first post this season and im not into this cast so far but I am glad Brendon won POv with that being said I think it was a bad move to tell Matt his secret because i think Matt is the Saboteur along with Cathy, Andrew, Lane, Annie, and possibly Brendon. ( I know thats half the cast) but those are the ones who get my vote something about Matt doesnt sit well with me so far, but as we all know that can change pretty fast like this game.

Matt Hoffman. So is he Jewish too? The Texas guy has a last name that could be Jewish too, I think, but I doubt he is.
The CBS bios don't say if they are single or married this year. Strange.
Eh, I can't find it. He said he made a website for her called www.stacysstory.com, but the only thing I can find that pertains to both of them is about their wedding registry.
Anywho, the story he told in the HOH that she has a very rare bone disorder. He said that there are growths on her bones that resemble the way wax rolls down a candle. He said it affects one of her legs. He was talking about how they used to be active and hike/run etc. but since her condition was diagnosed she isn't able to. There is apparently no cure. But there is a temporary relieve where she can have surgery and they can go in and shave the growths off the bones. But the condition is not considered life threatening so insurance will not cover it. Matt said he hopes that with being on the show will somehow allow him to make some money so that they can get the surgery for her.
I can't remember the name, but it was some huge name.

I found the following about Matt's wife condition. I found it on 2 different sites..but I didn't actually hear him say this just read it so not sure if it's true or not.
She was diagnosed with a degenterative bone disease that has no cure and he is there to win the money for her surgery to get the bone shaved in her left leg because their insurance won't cover it. The disease is not life threatening.
See if I can keep a 3 year streak going of one of my first day favorites going all the way... this year my 4 favs off the bat are:
Enzo, Matt(Reminds me of Eric BB8 and Dan BB9 if they had a baby lol), Britt, and I really dont have a strong 4th yet... but If i had to pick someone right now thats subject to change it might be Hayden or Kristen (my eye candy of the summer love her)
You know what - we have yakked a lot about the ladies boobies - or at least i have :P I think i need to pay more attention to the male boobies for a bit - I'm quite impressed with the eye candy this season so far but i have no doubts my candy will fall into a pile of crud sooner or later.

Tonight is the Jewish Sabbath and we won't be seeing Andrew for the next 24 hours for the most part...
