Waiting on the Nomination Ceremony
Good Evening BB, Lovers! Happy Friday night!
With the results of the Have/Have-Not comp in, we're about to learn how well Enzo, Britney, Monet & Brendon hold up under the combined pressure of very limited food choices and a terribly uncomfortable living situation. Will it bond them as it did the first group of "Have Notties"?
Of course, Britney and Monet will also likely share the pressure of being up on the block... and sharing a room with 1/2 of "the enemy," since Brendon is a Have Not as well. Will they play it smart, and try to win his good graces, in hopes of that transferring into a vote? Or a select ReNom choice, should one of them win the PoV?
There's a little bit of last minute scrambling right now, in advance of the Nomination Ceremony, which will begin & end sometime before sundown, so that Andrew will be able to participate before the beginning of Shabbat, which starts at sundown and lasts until 3 starts in the sky on Saturday night... about 27 hours later.
If you've been awol today, I strongly encourage you to check out all the posts. There was a great deal of gaming, especially during the morning report, but also plenty during the others... If a new showmance is more your thing, then the overnight is for you.

That's generally the cue for the Nomination Ceremony about to begin... For the moment, Ragan, Kristen and Hayden are chilling in the Cabana Room. Ragan's stroking Kristen's arm gently, like girls do for each other, and Hayden's kinda looking on, like, how much does it suck that I can't lay there and do that without painting a big target on my back?!
Talk turns to the minor injuries they sustained during the food comp. The theme for BB12 seems to be, it's not a comp til someone gets hurt.
Looking at everyone in the house, I've got to say, Ragan is definitely in the strongest position. How did he put himself there? With subtlety, grace, intellect and a willingness to share without being gossipy.
After a while, Kathy and Lane join the happy Cabana crew.
6pm BBT - Joining Britney & Monet in the Have Not Room, they both believe they were targeted during the Have Not Comp... They're disgusted.

Toni, the tone about the thumb in vagina was quite serious. I think Regan was using a euphemism and that is just nasty and unsanitary... He couldn't be serious about that, but the conversation was real and not catty at all. Yes I know how we can toss that word around. ;)

I was so happy last night when Rachael stayed and won HOH! I don't know how I would have been able to watch the feeds this week if either Brittany or Monet won it. With that being said I was thinking about the pre-season interviews and how different Brittany came off in her interviews. I thought she would be a lot nicer and happier, but from what I have seen on the live feeds she is not!
Was very happy to see those 2 on slop, but sad Brendon is on it, now he can't sleep with Rachael in the HOH room. I can't wait for the feeds to come back and hopefully Brittany and Monet will be nominated! :)

Did we know that Annie and all the booted HG's are being sequestered this year? There's talk of a return of someone later on.
Jane, if BB follows a pattern then, it's likely a houseguest will return this season.
It's happened in BB3, BB6, and BB9. BB12 would follow suit.

Just finished reading all the posts! Wow, that took a long time! I am still on hold with one of my bill companies. I was on hold over a half hour and then got hung up on, I have now been on hold the second time for 15 minutes. I am going to ask them to give me something for free - or reduce my bill, something!

A few bits I'd like to share...
There was a look on Brandon's face yesterday while he and Rachel were on the hammock. She had just won HOH and was rambling on about how everyone will treat her differently now that she's in power.
His look (to me, in my energy vocabulary)said, "ohmygosh I think I've made a mistake with this gal. It looked like he was about to loose his cookies and this was before the HOH reveal.
Shortly afterward he excused himself to go inside and returned outside with a glass of water, sitting on the patio sofa with some others. Rachel came over to him and asked him why he left her and he responded that he went for a glass of water, then offered her a sip. The look of regret returned again to his face.
Brendon has made comments of being ready to be a have not. He's said he plans to spend more time with Lane, Enzo, etc.. to "feel them out"..
I feel he's finding ways to not be with Rachel.
I agree with a few other bloggers, he's wishing he never started this relationship and he's looking for a way out. It just may be the first BB showmance/break-up I've seen since I started watching the show.
On another note...Caro..(speaking of energy) I teach and practice Reiki. It's a method of bringing the body to balance through energy work.
When we experience dis-ease and pain in our body, many times it's because energy is deficient in that area. What affects us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, can show itself to us through a physical imbalance.
Back pain, especially lower back pain, can manifest when we feel we're not being supported.
Each hand and wrist can offer different ideals. Left hand is usually when life is asking us to "handle" more than we can do at this time. For the right hand, it can be what we're offering outward. Is it too heavy..are we giving too much away without reserving energy for ourselves..etc...wrists and joints are more about flexibility...

Probably, because they know I can't stay up late late tonight, and I'll be at work for the next two days. That's always a sign that things are gonna get crazy in the BB House. By Monday everyone will be singing Cumbaya around a heaping pot of slop in the backyard.
OK...I've never noticed this before...but right when I turned on the feeds to see the trivia....I saw it say that the houseguests were playing a secret game that they wanted to keep secret until show day...is that normal for it to say that even if they are just doing nominations or could they be doing some kind of luxury comp??
