Good morning, BB Lovers! Happy Thursday & Happy Kinda Sorta Half or Less Live Show Day! As Julie mentioned last night, it's time for America's Vote. Clicking the pic below will get you there. I voted this morning, more than 10 times, and there didn't seem to be a cut-off.
Also per Julie on the Wednesday Show, in addition to seeing the culmination of the Endurance Comp tonight on the Thursday Show, part 2 of the Final 3 HoH will play out live.
Last night on the feeds, we learned that part 2 will be between Lane & Enzo, so we've naturally deduced that Hayden won Endurance. Hayden and Lane further confirmed that a few minutes later right around 10:30pm, in the bathroom, when Hayden unknowingly interrupted Lane's... ummm... private time in the shower.

As many of you know, I'll be going to the Vegas Bash this year. I'm so psyched! ☺ Something I didn't know is that they'll be having their own live stream from the event. This year, Niki & Crystal, the event organizers, are doing it independently, with a ton more footage and time being made available, and Niki asked me to give you a heads up. Hayden, Lane & Enzo went to bed very early last night, amidst wishful thinking chatter from Enzo about tomorrow being the finale and plenty of really loud tooting.
They all got back up for a 2am snack and minor comp anxiety session... Enzo's still thinking that today will be the finale, no matter how many times Lane tells him no. I was going to transcribe this for you, so we'd have something of an Overnight, but flashback isn't cooperating at the moment. Instead of showing me 2am, it's reverting to live. Hopefully, it will be back on line when you try to access it. No matter. Truly, the conversation is nothing earth shattering.
OK.. so here's how today is going to work. As you may know, it's Rosh Hashana - the Jewish New Year. Shana Tova to all who are celebrating! ☺ Consequently, it's going to be a very light day in terms of coverage here on BBDish, but we will be back for the Thursday Show Viewing Party at 4:50pm BBT/7:50pm Eastern. I will admit that Brendon fought to be in the house. But he based too many decisions on 'personal' rather than strategic and worried too much about 'doing it for Rachel'. I don't believe he fought harder than Britney.
Depending on what makes someone a fighter vs. a floater, I feel that Kristin fought incredibly hard to stay in the game. The deck was stacked against her. She actually did try to warn a couple people way back in week 4 that there was a boys alliance. Brendon and Britney were two of the people she told when she was campaigning to stay. Brendon was too quick to talk about what a wretched person Kristin was because she tried to argue her case instead of throwing herself on a sword for Hayden. Had he been more willing to consider the possibility that she might have been right, who knows what may have been. Lane and Enzo wouldn't have powered through the game without Hayden. Maybe we would have ended up with Brendon and Britney in final 2. Being that they both played the game and they both got played by the BG, I could have been happy with them in the final 2.
However, when it comes to America's favorite player, I think that vote is based on our personal feelings about someone as much as or more than how they played the game. I still don't like Brendon. I don't necessarily hate him, but I really don't like him. He would definitely have my vote over Enzo though. I want Enzo to leave with his big screen tv and his meow meow shirt and nothing else. Mostly, I just want him to leave.
ABSOLUTELY I'll e joining you Genie. And I'm appointing myself the 17 Million watchdog which YOU will be breaking tonight.

Personally, I'm hoping that Part III of the Final HOH Comp is on Finale Night. I really liked the way that worked out last year. The HGs didn't seem quite as bored out of their minds during the final week in the House as in seasons past.
I'm definitely rooting for Lane to win Pt II tonight. Despite his "Gomer Pyle" DR sessions, which make me chuckle, I feel he probably has the knowledge down to make it through the competition. I mean, isn't the second part usually mental, involving HOH and evictee knowledge? I'm just worried he'll freeze up like he did during the last POV competition. GO LANE!

Yeah, Britney was fun to watch, as long as you are OK with people tearing others to shreds behind their backs. Were America aware of her vile behavior, she would have no chance at the $25 K. As it is, though, BB has basically handed it to her. On last night's episode, they went right from her heart-wrenching betrayal by the Brigade to the "who do you want to vote for?" segment. The way BB has presented Britney to the episode-only watching folks this year is, IMO, completely disingenuous and self-serving. Further, it is increasingly obvious that this is more of an indicator of how BB operates than it is an exception.

Things are winding down for sure. Can't believe they let them go to bed so early last night but even when they were awake they we soooo quiet so guess it didn't make any difference.
Voting for Britney! No way am I voting for Brenden. Anyone who wanted to give up & walk out of the house for someone they just met 2 months before is someone who doesn't deserve an AP vote. He may have played hard but even the thought of walking out for his "love" is just wrong.

Although I don't post often, I have been following this blog for 5 seasons now. During the season, I am on this blog every single day (thanks to my iPhone, more often during the day now).
I think I can speak for the huge majority of dishers who haven't posted yet or who post very infrequently when I say...
What an absolute pleasure it has been having you around all day and night. You are truly a wonderful trio of the dedicated ladies and so many of us would be lost without this blog. I have become accustomed to waking up to Carolyn, spending the day with Genie and finishing my evening with Lessa for so long now that bbdish is part of my Big Brother experience every year. I can't imagine a Big Brother season without bbdish. :)

My thoughts on this season and Big Brother in general (and how they relate). Maybe some agree, maybe most don't....
Why does Big Brother exist? For the most part (in my opinion) Big Brother is 1000 times larger than the 3 hour long episodes a week ....it's designed for us, the fans, the TV only viewers, the live feed watchers, the update posters, the bloggers, the DISHERS! It's been about us, the fans, since the beginning... whether intended or not. Big Brother is not about 13 (or 14) people locked in a house together for 3 months fighting to stay. It's about what WE think of those 13 people locked in a house for 3 months fighting to stay. It's not what those people do, how they act, what they say, what they look like, how THEY play the game.... it's about what WE think about what they do, how they act, what they say, what they look like and WE think they play they game. The network never forgets this... sometimes we do.
Although the ratings for this season are rumored to be the highest recorded, we know the truth. Is it because of the HG's and their incredible (not) skill at endurance comps or their dramatic ability to twist and change the (not) game or the mind blowing (not) spin on this seasons' theme (the saboteur)? Is it the HG's undeniably likable personalities or the "edge of your seat" ending to the season this year?
No, (in my opinion) this is undoubtedly the most boring, least surprising, endurance comp disappointing, live feed numbing and general failure on the show's part to produce one of the most memorable seasons in the Big Brothers' history. There is no "stand out" character, no "big bold move", even the reveal of the "Best Alliance (not) in BB History", the Brigade didn't affect the game since it happened essentially AFTER everyone else was evicted. Nothing unpredictable has happened once this season.
So, have we just wasted 3 months of our investment as fans for this season? No.
Then where has the electricity been coming from if not from the cast and why are the ratings so high? It's because of us, the fans, the hardcore dishers. If this season is the highest rated then here's why... I have to give alot of the credit to places like bbdish and people like Carolyn, Genie and Lessa for bringing so much more to this season than the HG's and Big Brother could have ever done..... ENTERTAINMENT!
Even without the live feeds, we are here. When the show is not airing, we are still here. "The blog must go on!" Thanks ladies for doing a wonderful job! You deserve a great big batch of delicious ooey gooey cookies! You saved BB12 for us! ;)

Cams #3 and #4 show us the three amigos sleeping, obviously with dream's of 500,000 silver dollars dancing in their heads.

Good morning everyone. just watched CBS morning show as always Britney was beautiful, articulate , witty and a big hit with Julie, who teased her about Lane,so cute to hear Brit tell her about the girlfriend she has made up for Nick. so nice to see a young woman who speaks so well in front of a crowd at her age I would have been that deer in the headlghts unable to move or speak. Now my reason for brendon to not win is he had the gall to call Britney a whore it could be he was speaking of someone else but he said Britney and it was soon after they were handcuffed together and she was so good about it . small man he is. Iam hoping Lane makes the final two. All of us who live in the south know when Lane conpared Brit to his dog it was a high compliment. When she see that she will love it

I kind of wanted to wait until I saw who made final 2 before I voted because if Hayden for some reason does not make final 2 he should get the $25k. But now I know he won the first one I'm pretty confident he will be in the final 2 and I will probably have to vote for Brit since she did make it to final 4. I would have voted for Ragan but he got the sab money.
There is really no reason for me to vote for Brendon since he played for someone else and not him. Yes he played hard, but it was all for Rachel(gag) and not for the love of the game, which I thought was dumb. Just my opinion.
Can't wait for tonight! Should be fun to see the jury house and Ragan's reaction to Matt's lies and if there are confrontations between him and Rachel. I really hope he just ignores her but he will probably say something to make us all cringe. I love Ragan, but sometimes I wish he would just keep his mouth shut!!
Gotta go with Brendan for the AFP. He gave up everything (his hair, his dignity, etc.) to stay, and even if he "did it all for love," he rehabilitated himself well after Rachel left.
I do have a bit more respect for Enzo now, because he was the only Bro-gade member who had the cojones to tell Britney about the alliance before she left. He said on the live feed and on the show last night that he had too much respect for her to let her be blindsided.
I know Britney is getting the sympathy vote, but please! Too catty, first with Monet and then with Regan. Setting up her persona for show-biz? The All-Stars?
I have been a BB fan since Season 1but have only watched the live feeds this season. I have a question. It seems the HGs are so self-delusional about how they come across to the general public. Do I think that because I'm watching the live feeds? I realize that our opinions are formed by the CBS EDITING if we only watch Sun. Wed. Thurs., so maybe the HGS are basing their opinions about themselves on the DR and what they think appears on the 3 nights a week shows?!? Comments?

That really should be sent to AGP and CBS to let them know why the ratings were so hi. You are 100% correct. It wasn't because the season was exciting. It's because of the fans of the game in general and the wonderful places we have found to make our own summer enjoyable. Were it not for BBDish (and maybe some of the other fan sites I don't know about because I never wander from the Dish) and for RealPlayer/SuperPass, I don't think the show would still be on the air even now, much less renewed.
The big Shoutout goes to BBDish of course, but the work Missy and Chelsia and others at Real, are what keeps us watching.

I love this show I always like the nicer acting people like Jordan, jeff Keesha Sheila, Rennie and yes Britney and the ones with a little brain power like Dan, Ragan, Dr will Matt etc. I never like the women who have sex knowing we can all see it Ididnt like the last two Natalies or the ones who cant say a sentence without the f word and the year they picked their noses oh dear and the men who need to wash more often as they have their hands down thie pants now in Rezos defense he said the other day his manly part has shrunk snd its liks a little mushroom and wifey already mad as he is not circumcized now there is nothing left.[ In case someone in N J didnt catch that on the feeds ] and the worse one to me is to call a woman a c..t [Enzo]. Yes, Brendon made a huge mistake in the beginning and he wanted to be evicted over Rachael, or did he? Those ploys worked very well for a certain Dr. in Season 2 and in All-Stars.
But I digress from my real point.
Brendon did stay and he fought harder and longer than anyone else this season to stay in the game. He overcame greater and greater odds with each eviction. He finally got got, but look at the things he did to stay as long as he did. The man shaved his head, promised to stay on slop the rest of the season, took chum baths, and stayed handcuffed to that one some of you want to vote for to win.
Brendon was the only one this season that had to play the game hard and for that he deserves our vote for AFH and the $25,000.

Enzo: so if today is a live show, who's getting evicted. YO! I'm telling you, it's the finale.
They've been told they will be in lockdown for 2 hours. That it's a normal Thursday, according to Brendon.
Every decision that is made in the house is a personal decision. It is made to get to the $500.000. Some decisions sucked and some players weren't quite as generous with the flattery when it came to game play. Brit can be very charming however I can remember many people being turned off when she would start trashing other houseguests. I believe that is one of the reasons that Rach got evicted. Brendon was not like that. And he did fight hard. I have to admit that I turned off the feeds when Brit and Ragan got started it was not fun to listen to. But when Brit is charming I love her and I voted for her to take home the $25,000 all the while feeling guilty about not voting for Brendon. He just didn't seem to have the social game down as Brit did. But that may have been because of Rach. Just my opinion.
This season has been a lot more enjoyable than past ones. I truly like the final 4 and hope that it boils down to Lane and Hayden. But then I feel bad for Enzo - lol.
Carolyn's best buddy, Skippy is on top of things today. The start of some music talk and he flips his lid/switch.
I doubt they will pay much attention to Skip's instructions today so I'm not going to try too hard to listen to them. I'm keeping the headphones close, but I refuse to spend my afternoon listening to BB's very own song, "Into the House".

Hi all!! This is the first time that I have commented, but I have been reading your comments and visiting the site many, many, many times a day(seriously worried I am obsessed). This is the best site I have found for BB info. You all are great at giving us the info that we need to survive between shows. I take the info I learn on this site and use it as leverage with my friends to get favors for info. LOL We are all T.V. onlys, but I think I might buy the feeds next year. I will have to quit my job and never leave the house but it is a small price to pay.
I have been watching BB since season one and am really glad to hear that this years ratings are the highest they've ever been. If for no other reason, it'll keep it on the air for at least a few more years. I am always worried that every year will be the last.

I do agree with you GaYTOR that Brendon did fight hard there at the end, but I just can't like the guy. Rachel ruined him. Had he played for himself and not for her it would have been different. I think after the show is over and they are out of the loop they will break up. She's not gonna wanna change her lifestyle for him, and he's gonna want her to. He's not gonna be able to put up with the men giving her money and fancy baubles. You can't blame him for that!
And like someone else said, Lane comparing Britney to his favorite dog, here in the South that is a compliment! Two of Lanes' dogs had gone missing, they found one, but not sure about the other one. That came from his sister.
Britney was a chatty cathy, but she did know her stuff and she did fight hard. She was playing for herself and not someone else. You gotta give her that. She may spend the money on frivilous (sp?) stuff but at least it won't be drugs ala Adam.

Anyone know what "liars" was about or to who that lane just wrote on the feeds?
Hola peps, i've been gone for a while from the feeds because I just couldn't listen to Britneys voice anymore. I for one was one of the people who did have the feeds and listen to Britney and Regan tear Rachel and Brendon, and the others, apart.
It got all to ugly for me, I had to take a break. And to watch CBS edit Britneys persona and cleverly leaving out her quick touge makes me sad.
You could not have watch the feeds and truly believe that Britney is a sweet young lady, not with that mouth. But thats just my opinion.
