If I'm bein' honest, I am one oversleepin', groggy dishchick. Ooh boy! Last night was an emotional rollercoaster on the live show, on the live feeds and here on the blog! While I'm certainly hoping for more excitement in the house, I could use a gentle day.

Lots of oohing and aahing over Family and Friend pics... Everyone but Rachel and Jordan are very happy... Porsche got pics of her little brother Austin, her dad, her best friend Nicole at Prom when her "boobs were much smaller," a Hi Dad shirt, her own bible, score bars, bitch mints, a ped egg, bagel bites, icees, fudgesicles, teas, hard cheeses, chicken noodle soup, little veggie things, a Rihanna CD, and a letter from her little brother...
Porsche: ok, it's from my little brother, so I can read it.

You're actually doing it. I know you're gonna have a once in a lifetime experience and have a great time. I'm doing my best to take care of everything, so don't worry. Kalia: Yeah, it's sad though, cuz like, of course you feel bad when people are upset.
***Unless said person is Rachel. Then it's just a bash opportunity.
Porsche: Yeah.
Kalia: But on the flip side, if any of them had won that HoH? We'd be freaking out.
Porsche: They'd be screaming at the top of their lungs. Rachel?
Adam: If Jordan would've won, she might've been... classy. If Rachel would've won? Forget about it. Rachel would've..
Kalia: Oh no no no..
Porsche: Jordan wasn't classy an hour and a half ago..

Porsche: Yup.

Adam: It's fine when you do it, but not so much when it happens to you.

Shelly: It's not a game anymore.. I mean, to them it's not a game. It was all personal.
Kalia: Well that's what happens when you come in here with a personal relationship.
Porsche: Yeah, that's true too.
Shelly (to Adam): I'm gonna check the door. (for a smoke) It's driving me crazy... and then I'm gonna go back to my thing.. and then I'll come back up here.. I don't wanna walk (around down there).
Adam: If it's open, give us a sign as you're walkin' by.
When Shelly leaves the HoH Room... Porsche refers back to the dog.. She thought BB put Rachel's dog in her basket. Kalia too. They move back to the topic of Rachel and Jordan.
Kalia: You know what's very interesting. I don't mean this in a bad or negative way, but they're both very clearly reliant on their guys.
Porsche: mm
Kalia: You know what I mean? In a way where it's like..
Adam: It's almost.. not good. Jordan's more independent.
Kalia: Oh, much more.
Adam: Jordan has her life, and I think that's what's good that they are separated and able to live their own lives.. Rachel cannot live without Brendon. Every time she tells a story, it's about him.
Kalia: I'm sure that they realized that they probably wouldn't make it all the way to the end with their couple..
Porsche: Yeah..
Kalia: Especially when you get this close? But, I think for Jordan, specifically? I think she's upset that he left, but I think she's more upset about (Shelly). I think it's the whole thing that Shelly (betrayed her), versus the fact that he left.
***Ding! We have a winner! You nailed it, Kalia.
Adam: Yeah.

Jordan is crying... In the timeline of events, this conversation happened while Shelly was still up in HoH.
Jordan: I just felt like I could trust her.. like 100%... and then.. the whole time I'm in there.. sayin' the nicest stuff... and she's probably like "hahaha. Joke on you." And like, I genuinely really liked her. And then... All the signs were there, but I didn't wanna believe it, cuz I was like, "she's such a nice lady." And then.. Like.. Of course, I would've liked to talk to my mom, but I felt bad for her, so I gave her that thing so she could talk to her family... and then she does that to me.
Rachel: Cuz she doesn't care.
Jordan: And she's upstairs with them... but she was outside last night talking crap about them..
Rachel: Cuz she doesn't care.
Jordan: I know.. but nobody sees it. Everybody's oblivious of it, and you tell em and they think that you're lying or trying to do something.. and then this alliance that you built and you think it string and you're gonna go far and do good... It was a lie.. all of it.
Rachel: This morning, it was 5 against 2, and now they're saying, it's the 4 of us against the 2 of them. Even better.
Jordan: It's just stupid. People that.. I guess because it's Big Brother.. It's not real life, you know?
Rachel: That is their real life. They're miserable.
Jordan: People in the real world aren't like that.
Rachel: They are.
Shelly comes down from the HoH and finding the sliding glass doors still shut tight, she heads into the kitchen... The girls go silent. No words are exchanged. After a couple minutes of silence,

Jordan: Maybe I'm getting to my breaking point... cuz I already felt like I was going crazy. I mean, you feel like you're in the competitions and stuff, and everybody's rooting against you, and nobody wants you to do good. And you're already flustered, because you did terrible...
Rachel: I know how you feel.
Jordan: It's just aggravating.. when you feel like you try and you keep going.. and in all reality, nobody cares.. and you protect these people.. and they switch back and forth.
Rachel: yeah
Jordan: and if one of us go, it's gonna be one of us by ourselves, and then nobody's gonna talk to us.

I was rooting for the newbies at first because I thought it was crap that they brought back in all those vets. But then, they all went over to the vets side and started kissing their butts and showed me that none of them had any game.
The vets proved their worth, but stupidly turned on each other and picked each other off to the point that I don't know who to root for anymore. Rachel/Jordan is hopeless, but I'm still hoping for a miracle. And what is up with Adam now calling that a "fake" alliance? I thought he had his integrity, but maybe not. UGH! This game is SO frustrating, but I can't stop watching/reading!
And by the way - thank you so much for the AMAZING job you do transcribing the feeds. I can't imagine what that must take to make happen!
I don't know how Shelly is going to live with herself. Jordan was crying last night not because of Jeff leaving but because of Shelly's betrayal. I think that will definitely go down as the biggest betrayal in BB history.

How emotional has this last 24hrs been!! Wow! I really feel one of the reasons this season has been so intense is because a lot of us were already "vested" in the vets whether it was to love em or not.. The connections were already there.
Although she didn't get the win I do love it that Jordan got some redemption with being so close on a question comp:) I'll heart that girl forever! And Rachel 10.0 was amazing to her last night!

Shelly is a user and a liar. She used Jordan (and Jeff). She hopes her family isn't upset. Give me a break already. What kind of example is she setting for her child. It's okay to lie if it's for money. My only hope is that she has a conscience and gets therapy. I would not do business with a company who employeed her. She's not trustworthy.
Last night was extremely emotional, i can't wait till I see all the fights that CBS did not have time to air. Sunday is gonna be an amazing show :D!!!

I'm in the minority, but I am happy for Porsche and would love to see a female, newbie final 2. Last night was bittersweet as a Dani fan, and I'm glad Jeff followed her out the door. His talk on the couch with Julie killed me. He was not the only person who wanted to make big moves in the game (example: Dani in week 3) and he certainly was not the only person who deserved to be there or win. And yes, Shelly won't own up to her lying and betrayed her alliance, however, she recognized this was a perfect opportunity to make a great move to advance herself in the game. It is a game, afterall, and people lose sight of that, in my opinion.

I'm putting this here because I know so much traffic comes through The Overnight Report™ and I want everyone to see it. If there was ever a week when a tip is so richly deserved this one has to be it. Their fingers have been worked to the bone and they need to be able to buy replacements NOW!

Soxy Deb - BBAD wasn't on until 1:00 last night for some reason. I woke up to check on it and saw that it was delayed for some stand up act. I woke up again another hour later and it was dead silent. Kalia and Rachel were just playing cards. So I turned it off!

I want to say I am almost to the point of not watching anymore. I think the newbies should NOT win. The only one I would be ok with winning from the newbies is Adam. He has shown honesty, which is a trait very rare in BB house.
GO JORDAN! I was very glad to hear she finally stood up for herself and gave Shelly a piece of her mind! Shelly used that girl and then still sits on her moral highhorse. She came into that room last night wanting to push JOrdans buttons and got a little more than she bargained for.
Rachael is being the woman I knew was there. She is supportive of Jordan and even though odds are stacked against them, I am still holding out for a miracle. NEVER know what happens in BB.
Really upset Jeff is gone. I was hoping he would get a little further in the game. I hope and pray Rachael can fight her way to a victory!

What a night! I am so disappointed in Shelly, really. She doesn't know when to quit. She should have given Jordan her space last night, instead of getting in her face. Jordan was more hurt about Shelly than upset at Jeff leaving. Rachel is being a good friend to Jordan and I have a feeling Jo/Ra may be with their men soon. Jordan's heart is bruised but she will get her own back, she's too classy to let what Shelly did to her hold her down for long.
I predict Adam wins next HOH and out goes Shelly... don't count Rachel gone yet, she's a fighter! I do think Jordan will be gone this week though, because she just wanted to spend the summer with Jeff.

@ Soxy Deb - Yes, BBAD was on last night, but it started an hour late. They often do that when comps run over, so that we can't see. Check your DVR settings. You will need to manually change the the times. You probably have it at 'Start on time' and 'End on time', or something along those lines.
I am ticked off at Shelly and hope that she doesn't win any money cuz it would serve her right!!!
@Soxy Deb-It was on last night in the Central Time Zone. My cat woke me up jumping on top of me so I quickly checked to see what was going on via BBAD and all I saw was Adam cooking and putting the dishes away. Oh yeah, and a brief conversation with Rachel and Jordan. Her eyes were totally red and puffy from crying so much. She'll definitely need an ice pack over those eyes to bring the swelling down.
While it is a game, I think Shelly's actions are totally out of line. She wants her daughter to be proud of her? While I think her daughter may be old enough to understand it's a game, I don't think she'll understand why her mother is starting to believe her own lies.
I'm sure she's a good person outside of the house but if Rachel had a hard time mending her life after BB, I'm sure Shelly is going to also.
That being said, I'm pulling for a Jordan/Rachel miracle this week. I've always been on Team JJ but the way Rachel stepped up to help Jordan last night moved me so much, and I no longer have a problem with her winning.

Good morning Carolyn! What a night! I don't know why people are so mad at Shelly. She is just playing the game. Both sides of the house knew that she was going back and forth spilling info. The vets should have voted her out when they had the chance. The biggest mistake Jeff did was throwing the veto to Adam knowing that Dani would put Brenden up and send him home. The vets including dani turned on each other and This was the time for Shelly to make her move and choose a side. My hats off to her for this. The vets blew it they can only blame themselves.

Well last night went as many had predicted, not me by the way, Dani would go and Jeff would be right behind her. Kalia and Porsche stepped it up. Good for them. The back to back wins by Porsche the Velour Princess was a shocker to say the least. Also the role reversal of Jordan and Rachel. Rachel now comforting and reigning in Jordan from her smack down with Shelly.
I stayed up for HOH reveal and a bit after and it was very quiet besides Jordan's sobs and HOHitis hitting Porsche and I guess her co-HOH Kalia. We did find out where Franklin is, I didn't know not sure if you did or not.
I wanted Adam to win just because it's going to be a very catty house all week and moving forward. He's the last man standing but can he make a last stand?
This will be a very interesting end game. Never, ever this many women at the end. There haven't been three women at the end since Janelle's season, right? Speaking of Janelle, don't be surprised if she's the returning HG host. Big hint on the fortune teller twitter. I know Genie calls it a gimmick but I think this one might come true.
I assume Porsche will nominate Rachel and Jordan but if a remon. is needed, who gets the short stick? Adam is the floater now so I guess he is most likely. He would be the pawn ounce again.

WOW!! What a night. I still can't believe that Jeff is gone and Jordan and Rachel might be next.
After watching Rachel beg for her stuffed dog, and Shelly having the attitude that she did, I cannot believe that there are cruel human beings in the world like that. Shelly is, and will be, by far the most hated BB player ever. I have thought back to past season, and I don't think I can think of anyone that I disliked more than I do her.
I understand it's a game, but Shelly has taken it to a personal level. If she was my mother, I would put myself up for adoption.
We'll wait and see how the rest of the season plays out, but I hope that Shelly does not get to final 2. The only think that woman deserves is a trip to a therapist.

The events of last night were definitely exciting...and draining. I'm shocked at quite a few things...I'll leave it at that. I ♥ this game, but at the end of the day it is just that...a game I am not participating in nor do I know the participants personally, although I may have watched them for the past 55 days. As much as Big Brother consumes 2 1/2 months of my life it does not have a direct effect on my life regardless of who wins or loses. No one is writing me a check for $500,000.
I don't like/respect a lot of things houseguests say/do...but I do respect their right to make their own decisions. Who am I to judge? I doubt I make their world go round, just like they don't make mine.

As I've said previously, I love Je/Jo and have a total TV reality show crush on Jeff. (Plus he hates the Green Bay Packers too. ha ha...Go MN Vikings.) I agree with what he said to Julie after he was evicted about somebody that hasn't done anything for the first 55 days is probably going to win. Not my kind of winner.
I don't agree with Shelly's tactics and maneuvers. It makes me wonder how she treats her friends in the real world and how many people did she step on and over to make it to her corporate position. I am all for women who can break the "glass ceiling" and are respected in their work so I used to admire her for that. Not anymore. Even Dr. Will stayed side by side with Boogie and maintained their friendship and alliance throughout...although Dr. Will was kind of using Boogie as his shield.
We now have a new goddess to worship--Dani:( Wait until Kalia sees the tapes to find out how Dani threw her under the bus, not to mention that Shelly and Porche voted to evict her and to keep Dani!!
Kalia seems to have regained her strength from being on slop because her mouth has been going non stop since the evictions and comps--UGH:(
Shelly isn't my favorite person but I think she finally realized that Jeff and Jordan were never going to split so there was no hope winning against them. As far as I am concerned, Adam was a chicken and afraid to make a move and calling his alliance with Jeff & Jordan a "fake." I'm for the newbies...the vets were all too full of themselves.
Good morning all. I am not very happy with the turn of events last night. Dani out was good, Jeff out was not, and Porsche as HoH downright stinks. I'm also not sure what started the huge smackdown before the live show yesterday, but it appeared to have sealed Jeff's fate. I am not sure if Shelly would have voted for him to stay or not in that situation anyway, but if she would have been torn, that smackdown sure did make up her mind for her.
I have been team vets since day 1, and in my opinion, these are the events that lead to their downfall. To begin with, they were short numbers (8 -6). Then:
1) ED left the show. Now significantly outnumbered.
2) Dani trying a big move WAY to early. Start of the vet collapse.
3) Dani's "personal" game play of evicting Brendon twice. Brendon and Rachel tried to convince Dani to work with them and go back to the original plan. Brendon called it when he said I would hate to see a Kalia or a Shelly get to the end because we are gonna take each other out. HE COULD BE RIGHT!!
4) Jeff throwing the veto not only cost Brendon his game, but in the end, Jeff his game as well.
5) Jeff taking out Dani.
So, since week 3, we have had the vets taking out the vets, and the newbies just skating in the middle. Exactly what Brendon told Dani would happen if they kept taking out one another. Only a miracle can save Rachel or Jordan this week, and for either one of them to make it to the finals. It appears the making of a very good season is going down the tubes.
Thursdays BBAD have been at 1 AM to 4 AM EST all season. However you didn't miss a thing. No blow ups, hardly any talking......although I have to admit I did turn it off half way through. It was beyond boring!!

DOn't get me wrong, what shelley does is disgusting on many "in real life" levels to me, and I think a lot of it was just unnecessary.I have hated on her many times.

Shelley will be just fine, and live with herself just fine. She has not lost her personal integrity. In the big Brother house, there IS NO NEED for integrity and honesty. It is not a popularity contest, it is a GAME for $500,000!!! Nobody knows how truly stressful and insane it is to be in that house, so none of us can judge the houseguests and attack their character for things they do on the show.

If so I think Rachel has a good chance to win it, thus taking her self off the block,Porcshe then puts up Shelly as a pawn Adam and Rachel could both vote her out. Really hoping this happens.
I wouldn't equate lying inside the game/house as the same as lying IRL. I would do buisness w/Shelly IRL and trust her just like I'd trust Dr.Wil to do a plastic surgery job on me.

so last night i couldnt stop thinking about big brother because i am so mad that Jeff left.. i had a thought and I wish it would really happen...wouldnt it be nice if during the veto competition there was a prize card called *Slop. And it was one of those competitions where you could trade with all other prizes and Jordan had won something already like $10000 or a trip.. so Kalia gets the *slop card and you see her in the DR saying "eww there was no way i could be on slop for a 2nd week...sorry Jordan this one is for you" so Jordan is all upset thinking she will be on slop for a week.. but after the veto competiion she is called to the diary room.. in there they tell her that since she won the *slop, thats different than just slop.. it gives her a choice. She can choose to not be on slop OR she can choose to be on slop for a week AND bring back one of the 3 jury members into the house... Of course she chooses Jeff and he comes back and says "oh love you're eating slop for me?" and in his Dr session he talks about how wonderful jordan is and how happy he is to be back in the game and now his main target is shelly...

I totally agree. They all said "I know she's lying, I know she is playing both sides" MANY times. their fault for leaving her in there imo

I really hate the way Shelly has played the game. I agree with so many that Shelly must be believing her own lies now and still thinks she is an honorable person. Shelly's "woe is me" for voting Jeff out just shows how insensitive she is to others. If she were my daughter I would have a lot to say to her about using people. I have way more respect for Kahlia because she didn't blow smoke up people's butts about her personal feelings for them. Shelly used people's feeling to trick them into trusting her lying ass.
I really hope somehow Jordan & Rachel pull off an upset because if one of them goes home I'll be done with BB13. I dislike all the noobs.

After that those 2 can go to jury feeling better!! Just a thought.
What a night..First of all, sad Jeff is gone. I was hoping Rachel or Jordan could have won HOH but it was not their night. To all you VET fans don't give up yet. I know Porsche was talking last night with Kalia about putting up Rachel & Adam (so he will finally choose a side) and if one of them win Veto she will put up Jordan. I hope she does and then Jordan win Veto and take Rachel off the block. You never know what will happen in BB.

I was so stressed watching the show last night--my heart pounding almost painfully. I was rooting for Rachel and afraid she was going to leave. I was glad to see Dani go and not surprised to see Jeff go, but very disappointed that Rachel and Jordan are now alone and headed for the block.
The good news for my life is that I'll return to working on my book instead of watching feeds most of the day. I can't bear to watch people being put down and in pain. But I'll check in for all the bb13dish blogs, and if it looks like Rachel is going to save her and Jordan by some miracle, I'll return to the feeds.
The only way I can think of for Rachel/Jordan to switch things up is if they use the one "power" they have -- the final vote majority. IF Rachel can pull herself off the block, and Adam goes up, she should try to convince Kalia that Adam will absolutely win once ALL of the vets are in jury with majority. No chance for any vote for the girls. While she does this, Jordan should LIE to Shelly, and offer forgiveness if she uses her powers of persuasion to keep her in. Despite Shelly's hard heart, she's miserable over Jordan and as this guilt grows, she'll be more vulnerable and if Jordan could manage to lie, Jordan could use Shelly. I agree with the poster who said that Shelly was a terrible example for her daughter: it's okay to lie if it's for money. Nope, it isn't. Not to the extent Shelly did, lying so much when she didn't need to, and betraying Jordan's heartfelt conversations. I used to want Shelly to win, now I just want her gone. Adam is the only newbie I will be happy to see win (even though I'd be happy to see him gone if it pushed Rachel for a win). And don't get me started on Porsche -- I mean, watching her selfish, shallow behavior on feeds sickened me. She may swear her devotion to her new friends, she she is spoiled and malicious (bed-gate, stealing, food-tampering). Actually Kalia is a decent person, and I could be okay with her to win, too (although listening to her makes me want to hit mute). Kalia truly DID care about Dani and never betrayed that friendship. I think she genuinely cares for Jordan, too, and would be happy to mend that friendship.
Unfortunately Rachel and Jordan can't read this blog to get any advice. So I'm just hoping Rachel pulls herself off the block then wins the next HOH and cleans house.

I watched the feeds through the night and I mean Porsche and Kalia are walking a new walk. OMG... Such cockiness. I am furious with Shelly. It's not what she did it's how she did it. Even though I'm not a fan of Kalia, I wish she would team up with her firdt friend Jordan and Rachel, secretly of course. If J and R go up as expected, I would hope for K to win the veto and take one down, forcing Ms HOH to put up Shelly. The vets plus K would have the votes to GET HER OUT and get revenge for all she's said and done to each one of them!!! This is the scenario I'm throwing out into the universe. Hope it becomes reality!!

Last night turned into what seemed to me like I would imagine a girl's middleschool slumber party. Even to the point of seeing a 40 yr old female rolling around on her back on the floor kicking her feet into the air in a "celebratory" display of immaturity.
So c'mon on Jorchel dont give up and work what you have left at your disposal. Jury votes at this point are priceless.
I'm giving shelly credit for making a big move. However, the way she approached Jordan last night was uncalled for. The way she was standing over her and pointing like Jordan was a child being scolded just made me.....arrrghh.... I just wanted to jump through the computer and....arrrrghhhh.....
seriously, this is great. I looooved Jeff/Jordan in their season. BUT this season, they came in like the GOLDEN couple and had all the newbies intimidated and worshiping them. Everyone was scared of them except Dani. No one would target them, and when "big jeff" got mad, they retracted and tried to make them happy again. I was sick of seeing it! I wanted to see the newbies gain some courage and start playing their own game!! Shelly finally did! And Kalia got out of her cowardly state and actually evicted Jeff. I loved seeing it!
Jeff saying that no one had a sack in that house is COMPLETELY untrue. If they kept worshiping him and playing HIS and JORDAN'S game, THEN they'd have a sack? NO! Truth is, Jeff, is that you came in this house acting like a KING and making sure all your minions fell in line. Well, finally the minions overthrew their king. You called yourself "BIG JEFF" for goodness sakes! You can't play Big Brother that way -- making yourself a HUGE threat throughout the WHOLE game, gathering followers, and expect NO ONE to turn against you and want to cut off the head of the snake. You cut off Dani -- she was the head of her alliance. You were the head of yours. What'd you expect to happen?!
Jordan, I love her as a person. But Jordan, you can't keep riding Jeff and then get mad when everything doesn't go your way. It would be fun to see her step up and play her OWN game now.

Porcha (sp? ) not as bad.. so I had to fast forward through most of it.. its like nails ona chalk board. On another note, I am seeing Racheal in a whole new light.. My heart was breaking to see Jordan so upset. I did love that she stood up to Shelly as she did, bet Shelley did not know she had in in her. ( remember when Jordan chest bumped Russell? Good morning everyone, and thanks once again to Carolyn and Genie! my daughter said we need BB rehab...we were crying after the show, hahaha. Pitiful! We were SO disappointed in Shelly, not so much for her gameplay but her mean spirited comments behind peoples backs.(especially Rachel) and the delutional holier than thou lying.
Princess Velour didnt win anything...they unfairly gave it to her for winning veto.
Its an unfair advantage for all the other HG's....I think it was CBS way of saying...we wanted a newbie to win!
People, you need to calm down re: Shelly. She did what was best for her in the game and guess what? IT PAID OFF. Rachel and Jordan need to pull themselves together. They've been on a power trip this entire game and as soon as something doesn't go their way, they get like this. Not cute, ladies.

Showtime never overlaps with the LIVE show.
On Thursdays it always is on an hour later.
Jeff's comment about people who are "sleeping" through the game evicting him really ticked me off. Does he not remember how his girlfriend won her season?

My problem with Shelly is not that she flipped. It's a game and you have to do what you have to do. My problem is that Miss Moral High Horse went to kick Jordan while she was down and is so ridiculous about Rachel. I just cannot like her.
That being said, I'm glad Porsche finally won HOH, even though I am sad Jeff and Dani went home. I think out of the newbies left I prefer Kalia, but I always like to see a first time HoH winner.

Here's the thing...what Shelly did was a legit game move, and a smart one. But I think we've seen people be sneaky and try to flip the house without being so hostile. There's being smartly manipulative, and then there's being just cruel. I think Shelly has been making bold moves, but not always in the smartest of ways, and she's been just needlessly nasty. Like hiding Rachel's stuff. I honestly don't think Shelly's "betrayal" is that horrible, because that's the game they're playing, but how she goes about things is just puzzling and awful.
I'm sad :( I REALLY DON'T LIKE PORSCHE. The only thing say is Porsche isn't going to like Porsche when she sees how much bigger her butt has gotten.
I am so going to miss Jeff :( Big up to Rachel for calming Jordan down last night! I can't even stand Shelley putting out all that BS about not lying and worried about how her daughter sees her. I think her daughter and the rest of america are super disappointed in her right now, way to look someone in the face and lie lie lie. She could have had a chance against them, and still play with respect, I really liked her too she just definitely lost me on that game play though, too dirty for me. I am pulling for Jordan and Rachel though, I hope people will take Jordan to the end thinking she wont have votes cause she already won. Or hopefully they win veto!

I am holding out alot of hope for a miracle for Jordan and Rachel,but have serious doubts.

I am ashamed to even say this, but I am truly bothered by what Shelly did last night. I feel so bad for Jordan. I am so lucky to say that I have never been betrayed like that in my life. You can call me sheltered but that was one of the meanest things I have "personally" witnessed. I hope somehow this can be turned around and Jordan can forgive Shelly for what she did. I hope some of you dishers can add some insight as to why Shelly did this, other than it gets her further in the game.
I'd just like to say congrats to Porche for her back to back wins (pov/hoh). She has grown a lot on me. Her good additude about the slop. She votes however she wants. And now the wins. She seems to really be enjoying the experience.

I can't believe what Adam said last night about getting out of the fake alliance he's been in all season. Doe he think they are going to buy that? While I despise the term 'floater' if ever there was one it's name would be Adam.
About the only good thing I can say about Adam from last night is that he followed through with his bullheadedness to evict Dani. Within minutes he started floating to the other newbies and within 3 hours he declared himself a full fledged newbie. This is week what? 50 how many days?

It was truly upsetting to see Jordan like that last night. She is such a kind person, and it is very difficult to see her hurting and beating herself up over not winning that HOH. She kept blaming herself for Jeff leaving, and on top of that dealing with Shelly's betrayal. What makes Jordan so lovable, her childlikeness, is exactly what makes her so vulnerable in a game like this.

I made a bet that jeff would go if Danielle left and it was right. I know that in Jeff's season there was no fast forward because of a self evict. He was furious about it but common its a game. Dani warned him. He had numbers but the numbers weren't strong enough. That F4 deal him and Jordan Porsche and Dani probably sounds great now but everybody slips at some point
I am really dissapointed in Jordan to be honest. Shelly realized she could not win with that alliance and jumped just like I said her and adam should. Shelly genuily feels like shit had atlk before where Jordan said no matter what after this game we will be friends. She her cursing out for doing what was in her best intrest was well something I didnt expect.
I think shelly shoulda waited a day but she want to say it was a game move that she though incredible highly of her but couldn't win with her. I agree with it and would do the same.
I said that if Jeff put Dani up and she was voted out it would end up in disaster for him and I said adam should wise up. Those girls no hes the fith in there alliance, Basically Adam no longer has an alliance (him saying fake alliance disgusted me after BFF for the week left)
Dani said the DE would be tough and it was. Everything she said was right except a week earlier. Dani set her troops uyo well she said if I leave this is what you have to do and how to do it. They stepped up and I congratulate them. I think Jeff is a great guy but he never learned from the last time when the same thing happened.
I will say I was very dissapointed at comments from Rachel and Jordan about Dani after she was evicted, Her being called terrible things because someone else put up your boyfriend and voted them out (they are in another alliance remeber) was terrible I never expected that from Jordan and hope her and Shelly do talk. It's agame and Shelly has to play for her not JEJO.
Shelly has my respect for the move but she need to learn to keep it at a game level. Its a game only fans and HG should remeber that. I know Jordan fans will respond with the betrayal but they knew it the night before and its a game just a game. Shelly played a mole really she is looking better to me and i know alot of people will respect her for that decision.

I guess AGP doesn't have much control over the game. We can put that to rest. This has to be AGP's worst nightmare. Twenty days to go, and one compelling storyline. I literaly could only watch lastnight when Jordo and Rachel were on the screen. It wasn't because I would absolutely hate to see S/K/P win, it was because their gameplay ain't interesting. Their personality ain't interesting. I wonder what happened overnight????

How can these four not realize that for Jordan, it is not really much about Jeff leaving it is more about how it happened. I saw Kalia say that they both are very reliant on their men. For Jordan, that is far from the truth. Jordan and Jeff have had a long distance relationship for years. For goodness sakes, he did around the world for free, and I saw the video about them two and that, and she is far from reliant on him. Gee, could it be the fact that they were slammed with DE, Jordan didn't have a change to process what was going on, she didn't even get a chance to tell Jeff bye in a goodbye message (where as all season long, everyone gets a goodbye message), and Shelly just turned on her after she thought the world of her? And then on top of that, Shelly gets into her face and gets mad at Jordan because Jordan is hurting? I mean, anyone would be tore up like that at that point in the game. I seem to remember, yesterday morning, Kalia was in the have not room crying... Literally sobbing, saying that she can't play the game without Dani and she would rather be voted out. I have never seen a season where so many women acted like they were in high school. As far as Jordan flipping out, I feel like she had a reason to do so, and I can't say that I wouldn't have done the same. What Shelly did was something that would hurt down to the bone, and Jordan thought of her as a mom. If your going to lie, own up to it. Also, just because your a mom and 41 does not mean that you are above acting like an idiot. It actually makes you look worse that you are 41 and a mom and you are acting the way you are.

Yes, a game is a game, I get it. I love the Dish, but BB...not so much right now. I'm through with this season if Rachel or Jordon go home next week. I couldn't stand Natalie from BB11, but my dislike with her doesn't hold a candle to my utter disgust with Shelly. No one deserves to be evicted more than she does, in my humble opinion. I am also disgusted with AGP for not telling Shelly to return Rachel's dog to her.

It's hard to know who to root for!
Kalia: The first three weeks I hated her. She was hypnotized by the vets and did whatever pleased them. THEN: She got with Dani and began playing the game. BUT, she's kind of a "MEAN GIRL" and I don't like her personality a lot.
Porche: First she's up the vet's butt and doing nothing but walk around in bikinis and sweat suits. Then once the power shifts she shifts as well - still doing nothing but walk around in bikinis and sweat suits. Never talking game, never a target, never winning comps. She reminds me of a major follower in high school - just grazing to whoever is the new "in" crowd. Finally she's winning comps - but her laziness in the game and conceited personality make me dislike her majorly.
Adam: please.... He's Porche minus the boobs, butt, and self absorbtion.
Shelly: Did not like how she was up J/J's butt and would actually SAY that all she was doing was trying to get THEM to final 2. WTF?! BUT now she finally grew a brain and made a GENIUS move in Big Brother. I don't appreciate her self-righteousness though. She needs to OWN her lying - the way Dr. Will did - and then I'd be more of a fan.
Jordan: Oh, sweet Jordan. I love her, but she's not cut out for this game. She's said numerous times she's just here to spend the summer with Jeff. I'm glad some are finally speaking up for Shelly and her move which was a move she had to make when she did.
I point out yet another reason not to have returning couples in the house. They are never playing as individuals until they are broken up via eviction.
Shelly was not, I repeat... NOT being ungrateful for having been given a phone call from home. Yes it was sweet of Jordan to give it to her and Shelly was and I'm sure still is appreciative of the kindness. But, a BIG BUT!... Shelly did not vote to evict Jordan. Although if it cane down to it she would have every right to and especially after the verbiage spewed last night. Shelly voted to evict Jeff.
By Shelly voting to evict Jeff, all she did was level the playing field. (AND, she didn't do it single-handed. Shelly is one person with one vote. SINGULAR.
Now there are no more couples in relationships. Everyone is playing their own game... alone, bottom line. This should have happened in the first few weeks.
Many are saying they won't watch anymore. They are done with the feeds and the show for this season.
If the numbers drop it won't be because everyone is boycotting. It will be the same reason it happens every year. When the number of players drop to 6 or 7, the game gets boring because there isn't much to do. When we get to F4 there will be a short surge, then when we get to F2 we will all be screaming about how boring it is.
Don't believe me? Go back to the archives and look at the lack of activity and look at what almost every comment says about the boredom factor.
We are now nearing that point.

I am confused with the people that state Shelly did what she had to do because she could not win in her alliance with Jeff and Jordan. What alliance would she win in? In reality, Shelly's game is to get close to someone and work them, ala Cassi, Dani, Jeff/Jordan.
Shelly is the prototypical type of person that causes some of us to hate salespeople. They are dangerously good at hooking us, reeling us in and getting what they want and then moving on the the next prey.
Hi all! Long time fan of the site but this is the first time I've ever posted anything. First off a big thank you to Genie and Carolyn! You ladies do a wonderful job! I'm not sure how I feel about last night... guess I'm still shell shocked! But my 7 year old daughter was devestated(I let her stay up past bedtime). She loves Jordan to death! I had to go into her room before I went to bed and assure her that Jordan was going to be ok and that Rachel was taking care of her, to which my daughter replied "Rachel really is one of the good guys!" I myself have never been a Rachel fan, but I am impressed with her the moment!
I feel so bad for Jordan.
Ultimately Shelly did what she felt she needed to do for her game, and that's all Big Brother is. I wish Jeff would have stayed...and Daniele would have stayed too of course. But oh well.
Now I want to see Jordan win that money again just as a big screw you to the newbies :P
Porsche seems so fake to me. So I often wonder if she isn't making up the fact that she knows Janelle. I mean, it seems like a silly thing to make up, but who really knows. She probably does know her and it's just my dislike for Porsche speaking. I was kind of starting to like her because she was getting a little more involved, but she just seems so...wrapped up in herself.
I think what makes me most sad...is that Adam seems to have completely flipped and is calling his alliance with Jeff and Jordan fake? Whaaat? lol

This is a conversation I would like either Rachel or Jordan to have with Shelly - sooner rather than later. In a calm, clear way in the backyard with most of other houseguests there(so it is witnessed and Shelly cannot put her own spin on it):
Shelly I hope you realize that the jury has the power over who wins big brother overall and when you look at the numbers the chances of you winning the big money are slim to nil - so what I would like to know from you is whether you think it is worth it or not - through the edited programs on CBS and/or the people who watch the live feeds on the internet your actions will be seen by all for a very long time to come - future clients, employers, etc. will just have to google your name and judge for themselves whether or not they wish to have anything to do with you. That said, since you won't win the big money you may have a chance at $50,000 and after taxes that will translate to - what? $25,000 or less.....and now we know the price of your integrity. Congratulations.
I meant to add to the commentary regarding Shelly, expect her to reel Jordan back in and smooth things over. She is savvy enough to exploit Jordan's conscience in a manner that Jordan will not only forgive her, but consider her a friend. And, if Shelly needs to, she will take advantage of her again.

BB isn't a morality game. It is about how far someone will go and what someone is willing to do. You are right about that. Shelly has shown she has no shame. No pride. No compassion. Maybe she should win the 500k, cause it will have the least financial impact on her life, and she will be able to trully way...was it worth it? For HG that need the money the answer will almost always be yes

Here's my perfect world scenario....
Rachel and Jordan pull Kalia aside and explain to her how Dani stabbed her in the back with her under the table campaigning. Portia and Shelly voted for Dani not you and we voted to keep you. When we go up on the block and you happen to win the Veto you can use it to save Rachel, now Porche is forced to put someone up you can "Coach" her to put up Shelly since she is so sketchy then bam they vote out Shelly. Adam will float back to over to the girls in power leaving Porche out in the cold.

I'm sad that Jeff is gone. I upset the Jordon is so hurt, she really thought Shelly cared, and maybe she does, but this has to be a double stab in the heart for Jordon AND Rachel.
I'm ambivalent towards the newbies...I hope J or R can win, but if not, I don't have a true preference in the Newbies. Maybe we will get to see one of them really step it up with good game play. Who knows.

There are so many secrets yet to come out. Jordan and Rachel both have a ton of stuff to use against Shelly, not to mention Adam -- if they can only get past the hurt.
I think that Porsche is very cold though and not easily hurt so she probably won't be affected by anything that was said or done against her. I'm a little blown away at her indifference to feelings in any way. Kalia is the opposite and easily hurt ~ they say you can't play this game with emotion and if that's true, Porsche is a sure winner this year already, because her emotions are at a big zero :)

Hi Caro and Genie and whoever else is here. Doctor appointment ran late so as usual I am behind.
MnM wondered if we would be upset it it weren't J&J that Shelly betrayed. I can't speak for 'we', only for myself. I have felt from the beginning that after the game ends, the smoke clears and the dust is settled, Shelly would be the one person the other HGs were most hurt by.
There is a way to manipulate the game and to manipulate people into thinking your strategy is a good strategy without manipulating their emotions the way Shelly has. The fact that it was Jeff and Jordon that were ultimately hurt the most by what she did, is because of the relationship Shelly created with them. She could have decided that for her game it was the best move but gone about making that move in a different way.
I don't blame Jordon at all for feeling the way she does because it is a natural human emotion. Shelly doesn't seem to have any genuine emotions or to really care about anyone in the BB house.
Confronting Jordon in the way she did showed total lack of empathy or in any way having regard for another person's suffering. She didn't ask if they could talk later, she didn't apologize for hurting Jordon or even give a genuine "Sorry but it's a game." Her only reason for approaching Jordon was to justify what she had done so she could make herself feel better and at the same time make Jordon feel like she had brought it on herself or like she somehow deserved it.
There are some behaviors that have nothing to do with who the favorite player is-they have everything to do with someone plain and simply NOT being a nice person.

Big Brother is a game. It isn't real life. Judging a person's character based on what they see on TV is like thinking a soap opera actor is really a sleaze because he/she plays one on TV. I think if I knew Jeff away from the game I would probably like him. Maybe even Rachel too. And I would hope that Shelley is not like she is in the house in real life because I think she would be an amazing business person. I think what caused the Vets downfall is their sense of entitlement they brought into the game. Their egos got in the way of their game play. I really don't feel too sorry for them if they can't separate game play from personal attacks. I didn't think the newbies had a chance against them in the beginning and to me it felt like I was watching a rerun of Season 11 and 12 and I was getting bored with it. I am pleased with the outcome last night (although I will miss Dani) The Vets had their time and now the newbies have theirs. Kudos to Porsche for playing a brilliant game. She has proven you don't have to be an intimidating bully in this game to win. Shelley didn't betray Jordan...it is a game and was part of her strategy to get her further. I think Josie has a better understanding of the game than many adults do as her interview when Shelley got the phone call proves. It is funny how everyone is saying Shelley is cruel because of her lying and "betrayal" but wasn't Evil Dick even worse and he is one of the most admired HGs for his game play. Shelley is a woman and she is called a cruel lying -itch for her game play. What a sexist double standard.
Oh lord. Shelly did not owe Jordan the game, either because of the phone call or their friendship. It's not a betrayal. I understand why Jordan feels like it is, in that fishbowl. Particularly because Rachel offers only support for that idea and no rational perspective. It is possible to genuinely like someone, even care about them, and still have to make a decision in big brother that boosts yourself. Jordan would no more have fallen on her sword for Shelly. I didn't see any conversation where J/J discussed making sure Shelly win the half mil.
I get why emotions are so high in there. But out here, maybe we could understand that everyone has a right (and a responsibility to themselves and their own families) to try and win the game. It is impossible to win and let someone else win at the same time. Impossible!
I think Kalia is absolutely right and should quiet down a few Shelly defenders in here this morning...Jordan is not upset with Shelly cause she evicted Jeff, she's upset that a person she trusted so much, who she called "a mom away from home" and who she selflessly gave the phone call home, was lying to her the whole time. I'm not saying Shelly is wrong for playing her game the way she wants to play it, I just think Jordan has every right to be upset that someone she thought meant something more outside the game, was just playing her the whole time. If Jordan is mad at anyone, she's mad at herself.

What a day can do to change the things up in the house - for the worse or better IMHO.
Good Morning all of you out there.
I have to say that I am disappointed in the outcome of yesterday, because as much as I like the newbies... I never like players who throw one under the belt. For me, that is one who constantly attacks somebody below the belt or behind their back for vicious reasons. I.e. Shelly and crew deeming Rachel umworthy of a win because she is a despicable human. If they at least said player, I can go along with that. For me, that says more about that person than anything. I now feel there is nobody I can root for in the house. :-( It will be ending like Adam and Ryan (Karma will find some of those HGs when out) and Maggie and Yvette.
There are only two people that I could find myself voting for now (with nose held) if they are in F2. That is Kalia and Porsche who at least have won and tried to win. Shelly who thought she would win this season, will not and she may have lost some friends as well.
Adam, could win, if he makes a bold move next, but reading the OR I doubt it. Adam will be sent packing at F4 unless he wins HoH or PoV. Instead, he could try to win PoV tomorrow and take off one of the Vets and then a replacement goes up who he votes out with a Vet. That is a big move. It will piss newbies off. But they want him gone before F3 anyway. (except for Kalia). If Adam then gets a chance to play in the F3 comp he may win a comp and play the final Q&A. This would be his strongest move. He will compete in the next HoH... with only Kalia and the Vets. If he does nothing, this is now Porsche's BB to lose.
Shelly will never win with all the Vets on the Jury.
I feel bad for whatever Vet will be left next Thursday... because these people are catty and mean. At least this week Ra and Jo have each other.
I am also thinking that my Vote for Favorite Player will go to Rachel - MAINLY TO STICK IT TO THOSE MEAN WOMEN who think they can decide who is a good person or not. Just like the NerdHerd in BB6 and their disgust when Janelle won the same. They all already know that Jordan is loved so that would not be a SHOCKER. Rachel winning would. Imagine Shelly's face.
That's just me and my thoughts and dwindling interest unless there is another shake up in the house.

The other thing I want to say about rooting for or defending certain players is this:
I don't root for someone based on who america loves/hates, who is america's sweetheart or who looks good with his shirt off. I have rooted for HGs that had as many fans against them as for them.
We have seen bad behavior from even the best people. Gloating when up, pouting when down, tears, tempers, and talking crap about others out of anger, paranoia, stress or boredom. The debate this year seems to be Jeff vs. Dani and why some people think one is o.k. and not the other.
I have heard Jeff refer to people as stupid, loser, idiot, moron, bi*ch and floater. (Insert effin in front of all names.) I have heard Dani refer to people by all the same names. In the case of Rachel she also commented on her mental health, her sex life, her non-existant pregnancy and referred to her by many other names including all of the ones in rule #5. I have also seen Dani and her friends use personal methods to cause problems for people by messing with their emotions or causing problems for their game by setting them up to take the blame for things they hadn't done. Some people consider this fair gameplay but it is not something I have seen Jeff, Jordon, Adam or even Brendon & Rachel do.
I look at it this way-if my child were in the house and had ever been on the receiving end of Jeff's temper or the things he said about people behind their backs, I could walk up to him on finale night, shake his hand and say, "You were an arsehole to my kid and you owe them an apology."
If my child had been on the receiving end of Dani's crap-talking, especially if Rachel were my child, I would not speak to her, I would not shake her hand and I probably would not even look at her.
Those are the things that make me choose the players I ultimately choose to root for. Yes, I give them all a certain amount of leeway and yes, I appreciate a good competitor. But at the end of the day, I also appreciate someone that can make it through the game with a certain amount of kindness and compassion. And if you are going to go the opposite way, at least own it like Will and Evel Dick. At least then I will respect you even if I don't like you.

Isn't it odd that Shelley seems to have gone into the game thinking she could win it by being the nice Mom figure that everyone likes but instead her evil corporate executive backstabbing self came out and Adam went into the game thinking he was going to be the dirtball evil metalhead and instead his apple-tini loyal-girlfriend self came out instead?
Big question in my mind (and perhaps Jeff's). Did Porsche play them all (including America?) by being the potted plant all game until it came time to get the last strong player out?
I know we call them newbies but they are all vets now. Either they have won key competitions or they have proven adept at being the power behind the power (Shelly). If anyone is playing the game like a newbie its Jordan but she pretty much skated to her victory by ending up in the Final 2 with an unlikable player.
Anyway, the past two weeks have been fascinating after a mostly soap opera-ish boring season - probaby why I haven't commented much this year.
Oh lord. I'm such a silly fool. Jordan is weak and Shelly is strong. I see that now. I thought Shelly owed Jordan for the rest of her life for a silly 3 minute phone call, that was bases for my reasoning. what a fool I was

ADAM is the Ultimate floater... If rachel/jordan dont make it, the final 2 deserves to be Kalia and Porsche. Shelly and Adam have done absolutley nothing to prove they deserve anything. those 2 are leaches, its awful what shelly did to Jordan.
and why on earth has Rachel not been given her belongings. what is going on with that. I feel like going in the house myself and getting it for her.
I think the problem with what Shelly did to Jordan was the backstabbing, not the voting of Jeff or Dani, but Jordan 2 days before ask her to tell her if she was flipping. Jordan also told her to do what was best for her game and she wouldn't be mad, they would still be friends...etc. etc.. and Shelly was like No.No. No Ugh She did not do it with dignity or with class..

Good Morning Friends, Ok! Here's how I see it. Shelly spent the first half of the season becoming Jeff/Jord friends. We even heard it frome her 8 yr old daughter that she worshiped these two and modeled her behavior and game skills after them.
So when they walked thru those doors her heart dropped and she ran not walked straight toward them quickly becoming Jordan's mother,sister,bf..
No one especially I do not blame anybody for making a bold game move to better their lives.
But what Jordan is so upset and heartbroken about is, she feels betrayed, She honestly beleved Shelly was her friend. Jordan already feels people view her as naive and dumb. She is heartbroken and embarrassed IMO.
It's not about a bold game move, it's about a 41 yr old women becoming a mean girl and stealing people's stuffed animals trying to join the Bad Girls Club.
She is still in the same place as she was before, the third wheel. Did she think Dani would have taken her over Porsche and Kali? So now where is she? She still is 3rd or 4th, same place different sides.
So who is Shelly? The person that walked thru those doors swearing to stay true to who she is, and make her family proud?
Or is she this sneaky conniving, manipulating, stuffed animal kidnapping, chain smoking, clean freak. Who will stop at nothing to get that 500G's.
I can only hope that the Gyspy women in the purple room wakes up while Jordan or Rachael are in there and grants them some magical power,one can only hope.

Very blue this morning after last night...Poor Jordo...Im glad Rach has been supportive of her..
One thing I will never understand is that WHAT has Rachel ever done that she deserves such rude, mean and personal attacks by SKP. I mean ok, she has been annoying at points but Rachel has never said anything personal about anyone as far as I can remember that compares to what the mean girls have said, to their face or behind their backs. I understand shelly has an issue cuz she was rightfully called out but what did Rach do to Porsche or Kalia? I just can't stand it.
Well, Jeff may have planted the seeds for his own demise by refusing to take sides in the Shelly vs. Rachel debate. He could have at least taken her aside and said that he wants peace but that Shelly is above Rachel in his lineup. Had she felt more comfortable in a F3 deal, she may not have flipped at least so early. But then again, she seemed to play the game pretty much by the second week as manipulating both sides to get what she wanted. Perhaps its right that Shelly's bad move was not being up front about her flip but she probably was afraid that Jeff would convince Adam or Rachel not to join the flip so had to do it covertly.
I would love to be a fly on the wall when Shelly explains to her daughter that it is alright to lie, deceive and backstap your friends as long as it means you might win something; which I might add, Shelly won't make it to the final three, so she destroyed a geniune friendship for nothing.
People are acting like Shelly's decision was such a betrayal to JJ, but she did try to discuss her concerns with JJ and what they did was to mock her behind her back and then yell at her, questioning her loyalty. They did the same to Adam. She never betrayed them personally, having never said an unkind word about either of them, which was not true of them about her, hardly.
Jeff and Jordan were always interested in Jeff and Jordan. Jeff took cash prizes rather than taking a veto twice, both times in which one or two of their alliance were on the block.
So, why doesn't Shelly's daughter deserve the prize over Jeff and Jordan? Jeff and Jordan were never going to choose Shelly's family over themselves and Shelly *should* be allowed to choose her family over the two of them without getting villified about it, whether you are rooting for JJ or not. They *all* knew this was a game going into it, JJ more than any of the newbies for sure.
That's my two cents anyway....
I am going to vote for Rachel for america's player as many times as I can just to stick it to the mean girls!
I guess the problem is, Mr. anonymous, that Shelly acts like her poor only daughter is going to be destitute without her winning this money. No, her child may not have a third or second home to party at when she's older but I doubt she is going to go hungry. Just saying, Shelly ought to be honest with herself that she's not playing for her kid, she's playing for herself and her ability to afford luxuries on top of her and her husband's supposedly generous paychecks. It's a deceit that may get exploited if she makes F2.
Grendon, this is my must have site during BB, and I just wanted say thanks for your posts. You always say exactly what I'm thinking, but in a much better way!
Also, thanks to Caro and Genie and everyone else. I think the great thing about this site is that we don't have to be catty to have different opinions!!

The question is that no matter how much people come in with, and Jordan's already won 500K, should Shelly play for Jeff and Jordan or play for her own family?
Clearly she and her hubby are well off, she's been really clear about that, but still it is *her* family, and neither Jeff or Jordan are her family, and neither Jeff or Jordan would have thrown their opportunity for the money to Shelly, so neither should she for them. That's all.
And as a parent, you never feel you can give too much to your children, no matter how much money you have.
That's my two cents more....
