- Apparently BBAD is on - but only on HOH, where non-players (Cody, Derrik, Donny and Hayden) are sitting. It was mentioned that Victoria was in the SR for three hours. It seems it's still being played. Zack can be heard in the background, screaming about a piece missing and hitting a buzzer repeatedly. Production also asked if he was sure he wanted to quit with time still going... All this is on BBAD... He sounds very frustrated. (thanks esco and daemon!)~L
10:13 - BBAD went to Fish, as the HOH lockdown ended.. Still no feeds. Frankie perhaps taking the non-players down to reveal the winner?

Zack: I realized after like 20 minutes I had the order wrong - I had them perfect in like 5 minutes, but the order was wrong. I was throwing and screaming.. I blew it. BLEW IT.
Donny: So when you zip lined, safety hook?
Nicole: No, as soon as you saw what you wanted you dropped to the ground..
Jocasta: you needed to make sure you turn...

Zack: i literally hit the camera in the back yard. I mixed up Victoria and Donny. I tried to give up like 3 times. I was like I'm done. Done.

While the PoV is happening and the feeds are down, if you were away from the feeds this afternoon, there is a must-see flashback conversation between Derrick and Cody on Camera 3, starting at 3:57pm. Derrick has caught Nicole in 3 lies now, and Hayden in a couple, too. Derrick and Cody come to the conclusion that it is better for their game to stay on the Detonator train and keep Zach this week, or Frankie, if he goes up as a ReNom. Otherwise, they're falling for an elaborate ruse, they're losing a number and they're giving a number to Team Donny/Hayden/Nicole. Derrick and Cody will keep this to themselves until after the PoV Ceremony, otherwise, if Hayden or Nicole catch wind of it at all, Derrick and Cody will be at risk of going up as ReNoms.

That was fast. I didnt think Derrick would bust Hayden overnight. Nicole yes, but I thought Hayden's spiel would by them at least a week
Derrick is really good. I think he would make a mistake though if he doesn't take the opportunity to get Frankie out. Zanies sure has him and Cody in their sights. At least, for the first time this season, we may not know the outcome until Thursday.

I would say that I'm going to stop commenting now but, nah-who am I kidding. I will gladly eat humble pie though and say 'thank you Derrick for seeing the light and protecting Frankie.'
The problem, or one of them, is that there aren't many people I actually hate this year. There's Caleb of course, but like I said before, keeping a villain around adds drama and gives us something to complain about.
I have loved Hayden and rooted for him, Nicole and Donny to team up. But it seemed like they were leaving Donny for Cody/Derrick. That was a huge mistske. Partly for Hayden because Cody and Derrick have both talked about taking him out sooner rather than later. For Nicole it was Brigade chapter 3 or 4. She should have known better. It also left Donny alone with no one towork with.
Now, it seems as though Hayden and Nicole may have planned on sticking with Donny all along. That's good except now Derrick is on to them.
It's hard to be completely happy at this point because I like several people and don't want to lose any of them yet I do want a shake up in the house. It does get boring seeing the same side run things, which is why I wanted Nicole to go after Derrick instead of Frankie. Derrick is running things. If he and Cody aren't split up they will skate to final 2. I would be ok with Cody going. I don't think he is playing a great game. He is following along in Derrick's shadow but everyone in the house loves him.
I guess this is the first time that I really just don't know. As of now, I would say get rid of Jocasta and Victoria. They really haven't played the game. Then Christine and Caleb can go. No one really likes or trusts Christine and I wouldn't want to risk Caleb getting to the end. That leaves us with Derrick/Cody, Zack/Frankie and Hayden/Nicole/Donny. That's a good group of 7. Athleticism and brains. Entertainment and game talk. Still a villain of sorts in Zack and just plain old niceness with Donny. Let the 7 of them battle it out and if someone who played a great game makes it to the end I will probably be happy.
Horrible news. I was so ready to see some big moves. My only hope is for Jacosta to win. Ekk. That would never happen

The conversation between Derrick and Cody questioning Nicole and Hayden's loyalty had me going No! No! No! But a little while after that (after Frankie came and went) Cody left the room and had some other convos (which I didn't hear), when he came back he is back to thinking that Chris & Frankie are the ones playing them. Derrick and Cody know that either Frankie/Chris or Nicole/Hayden are playing them and they have mixed opinions about which 2. Cody is correct it is Frank/Chris throwing them under the bus. The Quad Squad is my dream alliance and I was so thrilled for them to do it. I hope they can get over the paranoia and stay true to one another.
For anyone who ever thought that AT really had formed an alliance, I'm sorry to tell you but none of the three ever really meant it. Donny has said the two people that he trusts least in the house are Frank & Derrick. Frank is always trying to get the HOH to put up Donny and he is currently pushing that big time for a re-nom. I wish I could give you a time/cam stamp but I don't have it...a few days ago Frankie was talking to Donny and he forgot about the AT alliance altogether.....finally Donnie said what about our At thing? Are we still in an alliance? For a split second I thought I saw an "oh sh*t" look on Frank's face and being the actor that he is, he was able to try to cover it immediately. But Donny already knows that Frankie is not trustworthy. When Donny & Nic won HOH and talked about their noms together Donny said he would not put up Frankie because he was too scared "his boys" would come after him but if Nicole bd'ed Frankie then Donny will gladly vote him out.
Also for anyone who is wondering why Donny isn't in the Quad Squad you should know that Hayden and Cody had a very long talk the other night/morning (the day Hayden said he never went to sleep) and although the 4 of them would have liked for Donny to be included Hayden said that Donny wouldn't do it because he doesn't trust Derrick. The following day(s) it was discussed among them several times and they decided it wasn't worth the risk to invite Donny and that at this point a 4 person alliance was big enough.
I do like Donny a lot but he is to scared to make a move and he will remain a loner in the game so I don't think he will make it to finals.
I missed it! What lies did they catch Nicole & Hayden in! Gosh, how fast things change direction in the house lol!

Derrick is SUCH a flip flopper!!! At least in my opinion... jeez I hope Frankie or Zach still leave this week because they are both getting on my last nerves! And honestly their gameplay is starting to fall apart... it's either this week or NEXT week! I know I'm in the minority on wanting Frankie out but a man can dream!!!
I'm ready for a shake-up!!! Derrick is the SOLE reason this house is so peaceful... it's honestly SUPER boring... this season has gone down as one of the worst in my book because there has been zero drama and arguments... I was soo hoping this week would put some spice into this sugary game!

Cody's mistrust of Frankie is so blinding to him that even though Derrick just told him to beware of Nic's lying, he is duped by her again and rushes back to proclaim how he and Derr are being played by -- Chris and Frankie. This was just before fish.
Nic accomplished this by selectively reporting to him a recent convo wherein Chris said Nic should put up Cody or Derrick if Jo came down. By not telling him that Chris said that in the context (her asking Chris who she should put up) of getting out Zach because Zach's was targeting Nic, and that those two Co & Dk would be safe against Zach, Nic made it seem like Chris was targeting Co & Dk.
Nicole is showing herself to be a very adept player of the Game of Thrones. Her game is Borgia like, using poison and intrigue to secure her ends. This will work but only if folk don't talk to each other.

Nic and Chris are in the living room whispering. Folks in BB chat claim that Chris tells Nic that Hayden was making out with Victoria. Of course that's a lie. I wasn't able to hear if Chris did say that or not due to the sound. However Nic did ask Chris who she should put up if one of them comes down and without even thinking about for one second Chris says put up Derrick or Cody. She says they are safe and won't get mad. F & C want to manipulate Nic to unknowingly bd Cody or Derrick.

I'm still hoping whoever wins the POV uses it and Derrick goes up in his place. That's the best game move anyone can make. I'd love it to be Nicole that makes it. For once, I'm hoping DR suggests the right thing to someone to get this into play!

If the Quad Squad do decide that Frankie is the better target, I still don't think they will remain true to each other. Derrick and Cody are using Hayden and Nicole to do their dirty work but have no plans of staying loyal. Cody has made it known that he doesn't want to risk keeping Hayden around too long. And mere moments after coming up with the Quad Squad name and pledging loyalty, as soon as they left the HOH Derrick said to Cody, "We know it's really a 2 person alliance."
That's what frustrates me about Nicole and Hayden. Why do they think Donny doesn't trust Derrick. Everyone thinks Frankie runs the house because he talks to everyone. But no one trusts Frankie. With the exception of Donny, everyone does trust Derrick which is exactly why he is the one that has been able to run the house. No one else stands a chance if they don't get Derrick out. Right now he is on the fast track to the grand prize.
I was disappointed that Donnie squashed the America Team task of he and Derrick throwing a couple of votes away from Amber and to Jocasta. I thought they could have blamed Zach and Caleb. It would have been an easy $5000 each. So now I wonder how committed Derrick and Frankie are to America's Team. They may have gotten tired of Donnie.
I still like Derrick and Cody as F2 and hope Zankie get out soon or Frankie will skate to the end and win it all.

I was so excited with the formation of The Quad Squad. My four favorite people in the house! I like Frankie, but it's time to shake things up and make some moves. I'm okay with him leaving to get things going.
Now it seems like this alliance is already fizzling out.

Since I don't know which of the main players I am willing to lose, I am hoping that all of these fractures between Detonators, TA, Nicole & Christine, Caleb & his hair will be enough to start giving us some drama and some HOH's where we aren't sure who will be targeted. The biggest move that would shake up the house the most is to get rid of Derrick. Cody would still have people that would work with him but no one he would trust. Frankie doesn't really have anyone but Zack. Caleb doesn't really trust him. Christine would not want to take him to the end. Zack is unpredictable. If Derrick doesn't go the game will most likely not change.
As for all the lies that are being discussed-I think half truths, misunderstandings and (as Derrick said) embellishments is more accurate. And seriously, why wouldn't people lie? It is Big Brother.
Hoping Nicole wins...but doubting she will.
I wonder if Frankie put Christine up to telling this alleged "makeout" session between H/V to throw Nicole off and he can try to be the consoler or to deflect away from the boys as a possible renom. If the convo occurred, I hope cbs airs it.
I understand what you mean about getting rid of Derrick in order to shake things up. But I sure do think he is playing the game so well. He is super smart (IMO) and I would miss his gameplay.

I really like all the house guests this year (except Caleb) but I'd really love a shake up to happen. And this has nothing to do with what is currently happening but.... Why is Cody constantly touching all the women? During the Hoh reveal he was weirdly touching Christine's head on the bed and it was so weird! I don't think I saw anyone mention it but it really bothered me. Not sure if it was really him, or the fact she didn't tell him to knock it off.

I'm torn between knowing he is playing a great game and not wanting to lose people I have been rooting for (Hayden) and people that entertain me (Zack and Frankie). That's why I have been as flip floppy as the HGs this year. I guess, for at least a couple more weeks I can continue to live with the game being predictable and lose people like Jocasta and Victoria before the other HGs start taking shots at each other.
I heard someone else talking about Hayden and Victoria and how they thought it sounded like H&V were making out when they thought everyone was sleeping. I can't remember for sure who said it. It wasn't Zack or Frankie because they were in HOH. It wasn't Christine because I remember it wad a guy. I think it was Caleb but it could have been Cody or Derrick.
This is doing us poor east coasters in. I wish BB would find some happy medium between west and east. So tired of getting up in the mornimg to find the HG still have not gone to bed yet and them they sleep all day. Totally nuts sometimes I wondered why I bothered with the feeds as I sleep when they are up and they sleep when I am up. So frustrating

Wow! 12:21 Eastern Time here. TVGN actually has something the feeds don't. I find this a little strange. Adam And Eve sponsor TVGN ( well one of a few) . 3 plus hours for Veto Comp? It's either endurance and it's zack and Caleb holding on for dear life, or something has happened? Then again, maybe it's just a way for everyone to tune into TVGN and buy the sponsors products? I don't think it's endurance as there was a leak. The comment was about hitting your buzzer when done so it's some kind of timed comp. hope this helps.

First time commenting this year and a fan for many years. I am watching TVGN and I keep hearing Zach in the background (obvious the guys locked in HOH room don't hear what we hear on TVGN) - Zach is going ballistic - hitting a buzzer numerous times and complaining about not enough pieces and "white side" this side, that side - not happening - yelling at someone "Talk to me Bro!"very interesting. I think it must be morph also
Yes, watching the non POV peeps in HoH and you can hear audio bleed of a very frustrated Zach ringing a buzzer and failing... he is not nice to the production people.

Victoria has been kept in the storage room during this time... on a kitchen chair... surrounded by food and half naked

You're so right. There are a lot of great, entertaining and likable people this year. Everyone except Jocasta, Victoria and Christine bring something entertaining to the show in their own way. Caleb may not be likable, but he has been entertaining.
I can see drama on the feeds tonight... with a very pissed Zach either way. Either cocky because he sucked less than the rest or because he lost.

Lol if it's raining and it's part outdoor or had to be moved indoor. Maybe they are experiencing technical difficulties with their HD memory wall thingie. I've been switching back-and-forth to jokers since I don't have TVGN. Apparently Zach is really upset about a missing piece.
Obviously it is a timed competition, so at least one person has taken a really long time maybe that was Victoria!?? Since something was mentioned about production asking Zach if he wanted to finish since the clock was still going, perhaps he did fall asleep and doesn't know how much time has transpired while the first POV players went.
On another note: Apparently the Nicole and Christine conversation happened at 4:59 PM.

Apparently the boys were discussing Zach as the saboteur and having already has 20 K as the saboteur. If Derek and or Donny are suggesting that how would they know how much the saboteur makes? I hope someone picks up on this and wonders about them

Yeah I knew what they were talking about, but they wouldn't have any idea on how much the saboteur could be expected to make. Annie would've made 50K if she completed her five-week task and the saboteur's existence was announced the houseguests. So for a Superfan to suggest 20 K, I think it's an unreasonable amount and should cost someone else who is a fan to be suspicious. Eric as America's player which was hidden from the houseguest only earned 10k. What I find most interesting is that the 20 K is right on par with team America's earnings. I'm hoping Hayden picks up on the slip or, what I'll call an unconscious deflection.

Regarding Nicole and Hayden's first kiss the other night....they think that it is a secret and that no one knows about it. They want to keep it on the down low. What they don't know is that Chris ran upstairs and told Frankie in the HOH room. Last night when Frankie was telling Hayden to just for it and kiss her, Hayden said no way she would kiss him on the live feeds. Frankie knew that was a lie.

I've been reading Carolyn's blog for 9 years and I have been reading, enjoying, and agreeing with you for, idk how long, it seems like forever. If you weren't here when I arrived then I think you were here shortly after that. I generally agree with everything you say every year but on rare occasions I do disagree with you. I think I may have figured it out this year....when I do (rarely) disagree with you I notice that Shi Shi comments that she is also (rarely) disagreeing with you about the same things and I couldn't figure out why until now. Here's my current theory, I think that you watch the feeds at different times than when I do and I think that Shi Shi might be more on my schedule. My theory is solely based on the comments you each leave. I could be wrong!
This year you and I do have differing opinions on a few things.
The Quad Squad or whatever name they change it to consists of 4 people Nic, Hayden, & Derrick and Cody. They claim to be loyal to the final 4 (of course this is subject to change every 10 minutes because after all it is Big Brother!). Similar to the Brigade only in the fact that there are 4 people in the alliance. The Brigade was all guys and they allowed Brit to come along only as an expendable asset. Brit was never in the Brigade - it wasn't ever her alliance. The Brigade also started at the beginning of the game and the QS is only starting now in the middle of the season. The QS consists of 3 guys and 1 girl from the inception. Within the 4 there is 2 sets of 2 people in final 2 alliances. (Actually Derrick and Nicole are also a final 2 deal) All 4 say when it gets down to the final 4 it's everyone for her/him self. But they also say separately, me & you are still final 2. Der & Cody are using Nic for their dirty work and they have agreed to do Nic's dirty work by getting out Chris, etc.
I like Hayden a lot. As for keeping Hayden safe he is way more likely to be safe with Der & Cody. They like Hayden and if they will all chill and stay true to the QS Hayden will be safe. Frankie had decided the other day that Hayden was the biggest threat in the house and he needs to go next (after Amber). He had a meeting with the boys plus Chris and made sure everyone would agree to get Hayden out no matter who won HOH. Der and Cody pretended to go along with him at the time but talked afterwards that there was no way they would do that (They were already in talks with Nic and Hay about a possible alliance) The target only changed when Donny didn't want to do the AT task, then Frankie changed it to Donny. Frankie has said Hayden is the biggest threat in the house and that he wants him out many times.
The reason that Nic and Hayden know that Donny doesn't trust Derrick or Frankie is because Donny told Hayden that and more than once. If Donny did trust Derrick then they wanted him in the new alliance. They decided it wasn't worth the risk to invite Donny and then he may turn on one of the members.
Thus far in the game Frankie has gotten every thing he has asked for. He thinks he is running the house and he is to a great extent. But without Derrick he may not have gotten everything he wants. As you said Derrick is on the fast track to win this game. If he doesn't get caught in a double eviction and he doesn't do himself in with paranoia, he may just win this season and if he does, I say good game! I think he is the best player in the house and he is most certainly the biggest BB fan in the house. It would be great for a real Big Brother fan to win.
In conclusion, I always love to read your comments!
