The Overnight Report

Good morning, BB Lovers!  Happy Sunday to you!

There is hope, Team Donny.  Derrick is extremely conflicted, and there's BIG game talk with him and Donny in your immediate future..  unrelated to the Team America task.

Yesterday, amid the worry over Victoria, Donny came up with what I believe is a fake Team America mission, designed to save himself.  He told Derrick that their mission was to come up with their own mission, to be completed by the PoV Ceremony, and America would vote on if it was interesting enough, and he had the perfect idea:  You and Frankie throw the PoV Comp to me (if you're selected to play), and/or Save Me from eviction this week.  Checking the Team America Voting page on CBS,  the last task is still there.. no new task.

The flaw in Donny's hail mary is that he told them the mission must be completed by the PoV Ceremony, and conclusively saving him cannot be.

After several DR visits for both Derrick and Frankie, they're still talking about what to do for the task, (which is pretty fishy, considering that for every other challenge, they've each had to get confirmation from the DR) and they're leaning towards something more creative or another saboteur thing, because they don't think they can save Donny without making it extremely obvious to the house that they're all in cahoots. Even so, the notion of somehow making the Donny Save happen is still getting tossed around by them after midnight, as we rejoin them for the Overnight Report.

Let's dive in..

Derrick, Caleb and Frankie
Reminiscing about Zach.. We join this conversation in progress.

Derrick: There's no doubt why he was selected for the show.
Frankie: No.. He was great.
Caleb: Yeah
Frankie: He was great.  And I miss him!  Even though he was such a f*ck up.
Derrick: I do too.
Frankie: I miss that little f*ck up.
Derrick: I do too.
**We do too.

Frankie: Can you imagine if the 1st competition Jocasta won for the summer was the one to get her back in the house?
Caleb: She almost did..
Frankie: And do you think she would've actually done something?
Derrick: No.
Frankie: Shuffled around, doin' nothin'.
Derrick: It would've been easier, cuz she would've gone home next week.  You wouldn't have had to worry about people winning and putting you up.
Frankie: Damn.
Derrick: It was close.

Caleb heads outside.

Frankie: I really want to win this double evict.
Derrick: Yes, Rose. I agree.  But if we don't, we work around it, ya know?
Frankie: Yup.
Derrick: We don't win it, we still got outs.

Nicole, Victoria and Christine

Christine is talking about the differences this season, and Nicole is responding, altering between biting her nails and biting her bottom lip.

Christine: Oh the Key thing.. Don't like that one bit.
Nicole: That saves a lot of time on the show though, how it just pops up, instead of pulling each key.. But as a viewer, I think I would like more the key pulling.. I like traditional.
Christine: That's what I'm saying.  I don't like change.  If I was watching the season from home, I'd be so frustrated!

Nicole: mm hmm
Christine: Positioning (the order of keys) it was a big deal!  It was cool.
Victoria: And now it's just 2 pictures popping up.
Christine: Yeah, it's boring.

Nicole: What else?
Christine: The competitions.. We compared.. Frankie's played 11 competitions. Donny's played 20.
Nicole: Woah!
Christine: Isn't that nuts?  I wouldn't like the twist, cuz it knocked girls out like that (snaps fingers)
Nicole: It did.
Victoria: Yeah..
**actually, Christine and Amber being in the guys' alliance did that, not the twist.

Derrick and Frankie are brainstorming what to do for the Make Up Your Own (quite probably fake) Team America Challenge this week.

Derrick: So you want us all to play one of the 8 evicted HGs for 3 hours straight, and you can't break character once?
Frankie: I don't know.. That's complicated.
Derrick: Do you think that's elaborate enough?  That's what I'm asking you.. Cuz we have to have people on board with doing it.  It's not as easy as it seems.
Frankie: It's complicated.  That's what I'm saying.  It's elaborate.

They throw out more ideas.. A play.. A Broadway show.. A Saboteur thing.. Hiding things again.. Stripping the sheets off of every bed..

And then.. glimmers of hope for Donny.

Derrick: The easiest thing, we're not doing it, but the easiest thing would be to flip the vote. That's 5 grand in the bank for each of us, no problem.
Frankie: How do we do it?
Derrick: Honestly, maybe it's cocky, but if me and you wanted to do it, we could.  I don't know if it would ruin our game.  It very well could.  They could be like, Frankie and Derrick are playin' games, on the block, one of yous goin' home.  I don't think it's worth the risk.
Frankie: I just want her gone so badly.

Derrick: hehe.. I like how you say that.  Thing about him is, right now he's bein' nice to us, but whenever he's safe, he's not nice to us, and that's what I have to remember.  He sliced us.
Frankie: And she is most likely coming for me.. and Christine.  And if I'm sitting there next to Christine, I'm ok.
Derrick: 100% ok.
Frankie: If I'm sitting there next to Caleb, I don't know what would happen.
Derrick: I'm voting for you to stay. I don't know what Cody and them would do.
Frankie: I don't know either.
Derrick: I think Victoria would vote for you to stay.
Frankie: I think those are the only 2 feasible option for her to put up.
Derrick: Well, first she has to win..  The odds are not in her favor.  She's gonna be under so much pressure.
Frankie: If I'm sitting there next to you, I'll just shoot myself in the face.
Derrick: We're absolutely boned.
Frankie: It would just be the worst thing.

Frankie: Who would Donny put up?
Derrick: Honestly, I think he'd put up..
Frankie: Caleb..
Derrick: I don't know.  Probably me and Christine. But then, I don't know what that guy's thinkin'.  He could put up me n you.  He could.
**and very likely would..

Derrick: ..and it would be huge.
Frankie: hm
Derrick: Right?
Frankie: Yeah.  It really would.

Derrick: Tell me what to do.
**I believe he's holding a religious object..

Derrick: If I flip this, he's gonna send me home. (**yup)

Less than a minute passes, and Donny enters the room.

Donny: Are you alone?  ok..

After a minute of chatter about potential options for the task..

Derrick:  Besides that, how're you feelin'?
Donny:Well, I'll tell you how I feel.. Last week, earlier on, you was sayin' it's lookin' pretty decent, you'd keep me posted, and I haven't heard that yet.
Derrick: It's not lookin' good for you.
Donny: It's not looking' good.

Derrick:  Contrary to what you may believe, I've been pretty straight up with you about that stuff.
Donny:mm hmm And I knew you would be.
Derrick: I'm torn, man.  I'm so torn.
Donny: You said it to me, America put us together for a reason.
Derrick:  Oh Donny.. there's no doubt in my mind that who you are outside of this game.. There's no doubt that there's somethin' in your story or somethin' you did, or something you do, people love you, and I should love you too.

Donny:What's the big distrust that I've done to you?
Derrick: Because I know, in my heart, for whatever reason, there have been points where you've probably said my name.. and maybe you don't mean anything by it..
Donny:  mm mm
Derrick:  But there have been numerous people, on everything I love, that have told me.. I'll give you an example.  I don't mind sayin' it.
Donny: mm hmm
Derrick: I told you that I had talked to Jocasta before she left, because you had asked me about it.
Donny: m hmm
Derrick:  And right before Nicole left, she said that you had said that.. and you were the only person I had said that to.
Donny: What now?
Derrick: Remember I had said to you, and this is nothin' bad, this is me bein' straight up with you.  Jocasta kinda knew she was goin, and I said to you, "yeah, I gave her a little bit of a heads up," not a blatant, I still told her I had her back..
Donny: yeah
Derrick: I didn't, obviously.  And I feel guilty about that to be honest.. And Nicole, when she was campaigning (before she was evicted) said, "Donny said you had talked to Jocasta before she left, and you're playin' a good game," and generally, the reason I talk to her, cuz I know I don't have her vote.. I'd stabbed her in the back right before she walked out the door.  I genuinely was just tellin' her for my own conscience.  But I felt back when I heard that.  Now maybe Nicole misconstrued it..
Donny: She did.
Derrick:  I'm sure she did. There's no doubt in my mind she did.

Donny: Because when you even told me that you had told her, I already knowed.. cuz when she was sittin' there in her seat, she said, Donny, I'm goin home.  I said, no you're not, Jocasta.  And she didn't say you said it, but once you told me, I realized it.
**ahh, but he was referring to how you repeated it to Nicole, not Jocasta..

Derrick: I'm torn because I know.. Alright.. I'll just lay it out there. F*ck it.
Donny: Absolutely.
Derrick:  I want this money as bad as you do.
Donny: mm hmm
Derrick: We can both agree on that.  Only 2 of us are gonna win it, any real money.
Donny:That's right.

Derrick: And if I knew I was gonna get 50 grand, and somebody else would get 500, just by stickin' with him the whole time, I would do it.
Donny: mm
Derrick:  Cuz 50 grand to me's life changin'.. but I really don't know the road map to get there.  And at this point in the game, 65 days in, it's wearin on me.
Donny:  mmm
Derrick: ..because it's a lot of pressure,
Donny: mm hmm
Derrick:  ..I'm missin' my family like crazy, and I'm doin' this a lot more than I was doin' it in the beginning.  I just don't know what to do.
Donny: At this point, everyone's runnin' scenarios.  I was Head of Household 1 time.  I wasted it.  I put Caleb up, just so he wouldn't put me up first.
Derrick: Right.

Donny:That was the only thing.  I've got nothin' against the boy.
Derrick: No.
Donny: I put Victoria up, cuz that's who everyone told me to put up.  I wished em luck.  I even coached Victoria.  She didn't cry like she normally does, because I had made her feel good about it.
Derrick:  Right, and she thought you were really rootin' for her.
Donny: And I was!  I was!  I didn't mind bein' dethroned.
Derrick: I get what you're sayin'.
Donny: I didn't mind bein' dethroned, because everybody else had another agenda.  I helped get Devin out.  I sleep.  I go outside and set by myself.  I shake my foot.  And people has been so paranoid.  And I've never done nothin to none of em.
Derrick:  No
Donny:It must sound too good to be true, but I really haven't done nothin' to none of em.  Christine has been so scared of me, and I've never done nothin' to her..

Derrick: Nobody's mad at you. Nobody dislikes you.  Everyone in this house loves you.
Donny: mm hmm
Derrick: They're scared of you.
Donny: But how so?

Derrick:  Because Donny, you have more heart than anyone in this house. And you're an intelligent man.  And you're a great guy.  And if you're in the final 2 with somebody, and I'm not up there, I'm givin' the money to you, because you deserve it more than anybody in this house.  Period.

**Donny appears to hear the subtext loud and clear, and he's momentarily crestfallen.

Derrick: So for that reason, people are scared of you, cuz you're the best guy in this house.  Hands down.
Donny: You n Frankie shouldn't be scared of me..
Derrick: nononono.. I'm not sayin' me.  I'm tellin' you..
Donny: why they are..
Derrick:  ..what the perspective is.  And has anyone ever said that to me directly?  No.  Cuz everyone's scared of everybody in here. Nobody trusts nobody at this point.  That's my perception.
Donny: yeah.
Derrick:  That's my perception.  Take it for what it's worth.  Has anybody said that to me directly?  I'd be lying to your face if I said somebody did.
Donny: mm hmm
Derrick: But that's my perception.  Because when I see you compete.. as a fan of the show.. you are the Frank (Eudy) of this season.

Derrick:  Hands down.  You are him.
Donny: Thank you.
Derrick: It's the truth.

I'm skipping ahead about 15 minutes in the conversation.  If you'd like to watch the whole thing on flashback in the live feeds, the times and cameras are always listed.   We're currently at 12:52am on camera 4.

Donny, Frankie, Derrick

Donny: She came up with it, it's Operation Revolving Door.  When someone comes back in, they go right back out.  I don't think that would be hard to sell someone.
Frankie: Yeah.  I don't know.  I feel like this is all talk-about-able, I just don't think it should be the Team America mission, because it can't be accomplished by the Veto Meeting, so it doesn't matter.  We have to do something that needs to be accomplished by the Veto Meeting.  That's Monday.  We can't get the votes flipped by the Veto Meeting. So it's a mute (sic) point.
**Donny set the parameters, and they're not working in his favor.

Derrick: You mean getting him to take him off the block is not gonna happen?
Frankie: Correct.
Derrick: I know..
Donny: Well, I mean, getting the votes would be what would have to happen, not to take me off the block.
Frankie: No, but the mission has to be accomplished by Monday.
Derrick:  The mission has to be done by the veto meeting..
Donny: Well,  I can say this, because I asked em.. it's a different scenario now.. all you would have to do is.. mission by Veto.
**fishies galore..

Frankie: I think it would be too strange if we started campaigning before the Veto Meeting.
Donny: Well, you wouldn't have to campaign much.  You sent Nicole home first last time, you could send her home again, and then me next, and we all get 5,000 dollars.

Frankie: Yeah.. Or we could put on a play and get $5000 and then worry about that on Tuesday.
Donny: True.
Frankie: I just feel like it's simpler..
Derrick: I definitely want the 5k.
Donny: I definitely want it too.  I mean, it's the last thing I'll get.
Derrick: If we did this right, that'll be $25,000 for each of us.  It's ubbelievable.
Donny: Absolutely.  It's life changing..

Fishies

Derrick: I think we can agree that you going home is not a done deal.
Frankie: I agree.
Derrick: But I also agree with him that it's not plausible to make keeping you here.. If we keep you here, it's gonna be because..
Donny: It'll be several days of talkin'.  It wont be one..
Derrick: And it also might be Nicole stepping on her own dick by saying something...
Frankie: Exactly.
Derrick: It's possible.  She did it last time.
Donny: Yeah
Derrick: She starts runnin' around talkin' to people, throwin people under the bus.. That in itself could flip the vote.  Plus, us going out proactively.. and needing to rush it for a deadline?  Is not working.
Donny: I agree.

Team America agrees on the (very likely fake) mission:  BB Broadway, coming to you Sunday night during TVGN time..

Derrick: Now that we've agreed on it, I hope they call me in soon, or you in soon, and we can tell them BB Broadway.

Frankie has a hug for Donny.. then..

Donny: I mean, she went home before me last time.
Derrick: I know.

Derrick and Donny

Derrick: I'm telling you to your face, I'm not sold on sending you home.  I gotta figure out not only what's good for my game, but what's good for my conscience.   As sad as that sounds, cuz you're supposed to leave that at the door when you enter here, but I'm not doin' that, so...  That's where I'm at.  Honestly.

Donny:Well, I appreciate ya bein honest.
Derrick: That's all I can be.
Donny:My bags is gonna be packed anyway.. if it's a double eviction.
Derrick: You could stay and i could be out the door next. I know at any given time, I could go home.
Donny: But I could stay and win HoH and somebody else could be goin' home in your place..
Derrick:  Right. I getcha.  I gotcha.  Trust me, I gotcha.  And I don't think you're comin' after me.  I don't.
Donny: hm

Derrick: Because Frankly, Donny, whether you like me or not, you don't have anybody else.
Donny: I have no one.
Derrick:  I know. I know.  I'm callin' a spade a spade.
Donny:mm hmm
Derrick: There's no one in here that you can trust more than me or less than me.
Donny: There's no one you can trust more than me, also.
Derrick: Agreed.  There's my cards.

Donny: mm hmm
Derrick: I don't know what else I can say.  This is Big Brother.  You're not supposed to do that.  And that's what I'm doing.  So.. It might seem like I might be in a better situation, but that's for this week.
Donny:  mm
Derrick:  And unless I win HoH..
Donny: But at least you're here to fight.  I'll be gone.
Derrick: I agree.  I agree wholeheartedly.  I think what we do is get this 5,000 dollars.
Donny: mm hm
Derrick:  Because I'm not guaranteed to be here after Thursday..
**The HGs are certain there's a double eviction coming this week.

Derrick:We gotta get that money tomorrow, and then we figure out, if there's an opportunity, if there's a light, we take it.  I will talk to you throughout the week.  You have my word.

And this concludes the Overnight Report...

Good morning. Thanks for the update on the Derrick/Donny talk. Really interesting. I will not get my hopes up! ;-)

If it was just Derrick I think he might try to save Donny this week. He has enough influence on Cody to make it happen. Looks like Frankie is really against something like that. I think Derrick is right in his assessment that he would lose against Donny. We have a few hours yet, maybe.......

Interesting blog on Zach...

g'morning, Carolyn!

wow! if Donny did make up this TA mission, i'm impressed. i didn't think he has it in him. i guess desperate times call for desperate measures.

if he's able to pull this off, more props to him but he better brace himself when Derrick and Frankie find out - IF this is indeed a fake mission.

at least it is something different from the predictability going on in the house... Zach was the last saving grace of this season, and with him gone, it's just sooo boring now.

Good Morning Carolyn,

It's been a delight to watch the feeds tonight. It seems that during a crisis most of them found their humanity. There have been moments of real love shining through the cunning scheming of the game. I love these HGs, even the ones who annoy the shit out of me. I can't sit here and judge... because I have never known what it is like to be locked up and away from everything for such a long time with paranoia taking over.

The talk between Donny and Derrick was heart felt... and both know it is a game. I keep reading Tweets, even though they make my head want to explode. So much hate for HGs and people think they know these HGs outside of the house. So sad. But the one thing now being pushed is to make the TA task (real or not) a FAIL, so that Derrick and Frankie get the message 'we' don't like them. People are so short sighted... because that also means Donny would not get the money he would like. $5K can pay for a few months rent where he lives. It's just vindictive and fans don't even have the House as an excuse. I don't get it. If it turns out to be a task... I will happily vote so CBS has to part with another $15K. Derrick is off with one task... so far I believe they have only accomplished 3, which means $15K each.

When Donny left the talk with Derrick, Derrick was crying... and Victoria walked in. She asked what was wrong and he explained how bad he felt for Donny. It was nice that he told her what a good man Donny is and that this is a hard game because you react to things differently than you normally do. She seemed to take it in... maybe she can see it more clearly now. It's so easy to become catty and talk gossip about people when there is nothing else to do. Also, Victoria and Derrick talked about the fact that BB had called Vic's mom to let her know about Victoria and how she is doing. Vic and Derrick had a nice long conversation talking about life after the house. She clearly will miss him a lot. She says her dad and mom wants to thank him for being there today.

Anyway, it's been calm on the feeds and an overall nice evening with good chats. The only one stepping in it was Frankie talking about being gay, nature vs. nurture and how he sees it... He has really pissed many Lesbians off. Seriously, I wish people would lighten up a little... and I know he has a point... it's not all black and white in the world of sexual attraction and preference. I have a client who was part of the most famous Lesbian couple back in the 90's... she is now in a straight relationship and has kids. So, yes, things can be fluid. This client explains it that she fell in love with a person, spiritual being who happened to be this or that... and not just the outside. Makes sense to me.

OK... off to bed I go. Hoping for a less dramatic Sunday ahead.

If Derrick thinks that this mission will put them at $25K then they must not be getting confirmation of an acceptable completed task right? My satellite went out for a few minutes with rain - did they complete the hide items task? How many have they completed? I'm just thinking that they won't know until the end how much money they made. If one of TA is in the finals do they only get the $50K or $500K or do they also get the TA money?

Jerry, thanks for Zach blog link. Interesting. I, too, find myself a Zach fan without realizing how I became one. He was my least favorite in the beginning. Perhaps people can see that he has a good soul. Definitely entertaining and witty!

If Donny was creative enough (without coaching) to create TA task to save himself, he deserves to stay, hope it works out for him.

Nicole better get creative and reinvent her gameplay...

Ok, you KNOW DARN WELL That Frankie and Derrick have talked to the DR about this TA mission. That makes me believe the DR is playing along with Donny and NOT telling them the truth. I am so over Frankie, I literally can't stand him, I LOATHE HIM,he can not leave soon enough and it looks like he's in this for the long haul, at this point, I can only PRAY he leaves 3rd, which we all know is the WORST place to leave, so close yet so far. So, I continue to pray and honestly, Derrick has disappointed me so much this season, but If Donny or Nicole are gone I hope he wins with VICTORIA 2nd. That's how much I can't stand the others.
I MISS ZACH :(

If this is a fake mission then production would have to be involved (answering Derrick and Frankie's questions) and I thought they can't be?
For the first time in the game Derrick is getting snowed. I'm afraid he'll save Donny and then he'll be Donny's first target.
I just hope they get him out this week, then get to eating their own!

I don't believe it's a fake mission. CBS makes the rules and just because there's no vote *for* the mission doesn't mean they didn't change it up. America does vote on if they accept what they did and if they succeeded. Plus, both Frankie and Derrick go into the DR and read the mission rules. If it were fake, they would have found out already.

I think BB Broadway is lame, though, and I knew Frankie would propose that. Can he be more attention mongering? Why not let Donnie teach everyone how to prune a tree? :)

As for Derrick and Frankie saving him, that's easy. Both of them vote out Nicole and Derrick tells Victoria to do so and bing, bang, Nicole's gone. Cody will be mad but all Derrick has to do is tell him he's more terrified of Nicole winning HOH than Donny. Donny hasn't won any comps lately. He's worn out, shot his wad. Nicole is fresh from jury and very motivated to win HOH. Plus, he makes up a lie telling him he was told that Nicole said if she got HOH she was putting up Derrick and Cody because Hayden told her to. (Of course, he doesn't really know it's not a lie since Nicole told Donny she would put them up.)

I have to say I'm not sure what Donny would do if he won HOH. If they saved him, would he still put Derrick and Frankie up? Or would he believe he owed them and put up Christine and Cody? At this point, I really don't know if he'd be strategic or loyal.

Happy Sanity Sunday Carolyn, all

He's a sneaky fox. This is why they keep talking about getting him out in the first place. It's his aw shucks I didn't do nothing to nobody attitude that has him here in the first place. That and the silly misconception of who he really is. Remember the whole he's ex military was from and Caleb Devin talk early on. It sounds like saying the task has to be completed "by" Veto is going to mess him up though. He might of miscalculated that part. I'm really surprised Derrick and Frankie are taking this at face value and not confirming with DR. Unless DR is playing along, which I don't think they are. Oh well I guess at least we get something to watch on the feeds tonight.

The bad thing about this is that Nicole would be going again and I really like her so I'm torn. Donny is loveable but not very interesting to watch on the feeds when she's not there. He's starting to interact with the rest a bit but to little to late I think.

The other thing is would they save him from the block by Veto? If that happened then someone else goes up, Christine perhaps, and they could get that person out instead. I don't think they will try that either though since Cody is HOH and has a very big dislike of Donny. They could save him with the vote outright of course since Frankie and Derrick could vote to save him and Derrick could easily convince Victoria to vote for him. All he has to do is say vote to keep him and it's done.

This would be an interesting house flip. Leaving Cody, who can't play for HOH, and Christine and Caleb on their own. Of course why flip the house and work with two people you don't trust over your loyal to a fault lap dog and puppets you already hold the strings very tightly on. I don't see it happening.

Have a great day everyone, see you back here tonight :)

Thanks for TOR Caro. Any word on Lessa's recovery? Wishing her well.

I think tbe HOHs in this game would take more risks if they could play for the next HOH. Christine thinks we miss the slow boring agony of HGs pulling the keys? Give me a break. It's a good change.
I was put off by Donny and his Duck Dynasty beard this season. But I've really grown to like him. If he's making up this TA, that's a bad move. He will be caught and out. As the target, I guess he might as well try something. Derrick needs to feel his buns on the hot seat soon.
see you tonight

Derrick is just trying to secure Donny's jury vote. This is why Derrick is SO good. He takes time to baby each and every houseguest. That had to be so exhausting but hopefully it will pay off for him.

PS. I have to add that I was very impressed with Donny's knowledge of previous Houseguests who were very smart. The fact that he brought up one of many plays BB5 Nakomis came up with is a true BB fan. Thumbs up.

@Yellow Dog They showed on Thursday's show that the last TA task was accomplished and this brought them to three. If you go to CBS.com and check the BB page about Team America they show the Tasks and the reveal. They failed Tasks 3,4, and 5. Derrick, Donny and Frankie still think they pulled off the task with the fake fight, which was TA #3... but we were told NO since it had to be Amber responding to Zach's attacking her and she said nothing.

As for 'this latest' task... who knows, maybe BB wants to give Donny another chance before he heads out the door. And coming up with their own task that we, the viewers, have to vote FAIL or ACCOMPLISH on by Wednesday. We should know soon enough.

Earlier in the season when Donny was on the block Frankie asked the DR if they still get to do missions if one was voted out... he said at that time talking to Derrick that they would still be able to as long as there are at least two of them. But who knows, he may have lied.

I have been hoping for a Derrick/Donny final 2 since the beginning but it didn't look like that would happen. Now, maybe?.....

Hey all! Just a quick note to update ya'll - thank you for all the well wishes and good vibes! We had a great time pre-surgery as my mom had me bring some of my photobooth props and we suckered the whole surgery team into pictures. Ha!

(go here, if your curious :) http://gonfalon.org/surgery/ )

I only remember a couple of them, as the lovely drugboy gave me the good stuff and I have zero memory from that moment till I woke up in recovery. He says I was perfect. While asleep. HAHAH.

Surgery went well, though I ended up loosing a bit more blood than they anticipated and ended up staying the night in the hospital. Our little town has the best staff ever, and they took great care of me - possibly because my hubby can look a bit intimidating, but mostly because it's what they do. I was able to come home Friday night, and have spend the days since comfortably drugged and bundled up on the couch or in bed. :)

Yesterday was rough, but I feel pretty good at this point, enough to be annoyed that I get tired just standing up. I figure that's a good sign. And the sudden random naps kinda piss me off too - I had to watch the season premiere of Dr. Who THREE TIMES before I caught the whole thing. *L*

But alls good in Lessa-land.. and if Random Naps don't attack, I'll be here for the Sunday Show, with mah boas on!

Love you all - and thanks again for the thoughts and prayers. The Dish Family is the best!

Happy Sanity Sunday. Here are my thoughts on the possibly fake TA Mission.

If they have to make it up, there are no rules to be read to Fr/Der. Production could easily misconstrue clarifications by the two by saying, if it's your made up mission, you make the rules/boundaries. Or divert by saying "what did donny tell you". That's what I understood him to say too. Something waaaay generalized. I don't think they would actually lie to DER/FR about it. The problem is the time frame issue that was set by Donny if it is made up. While I believe it's hilarious and a great gamble by Donny to make it up, I think there may be some validity to it: if we don't vote until afterward, there'd be no reason to tell us in advance. Has anyone heard either FR or Der talking about the parameters received by production? It makes sense that the other two would not be on board without clarification from Production. Either way, Frankie suggesting doing a skit or play (during tvgn no less) is such a ridiculous attempt and it would not pass America's scrutiny. Most wouldn't even see it. I watch feeds but don't have TVGN as an option by my cable provider. It's ridiculous and a self edification/entertainment for only him. This ISN'T SUMMER CAMP; it's Big Brother. If it's legit and refuse to help save Donny (his suggestion), I will vote against it; it's so effin selfish of them not to try something that America would obviously approve of being a good enough challenge and it would be simple for them to pull off IF Der/Fra wanted to do so - they have enough influence over Caleb and Victoria to garner one additional vote. It's not like on of the alliance is on the block next to Donny - it's effin Nicole. The ONLY problem is that they are that scared of Donny putting them up if he wins HoH (the odds are against him). Granted, they should be scared because Donny knows....he has every reason to want to put them up. Neither Frankie nor Derrick have ever really had his back. Their refusal will prove it. They've used him the entire time to divert attention away from themselves. They've known they could boot him at anytime and still have TA intact and get missions. They could've booted him and still made the TA money. They kept him as a shield and a fake alliance. I don't know if he's booted to jury whether he can spill the beans there or not. I sure hope so. If he isn't going to make the final, I hope he gets as much TA money as possible and gets booted as the last arrival to the jury house (4th place) so he CAN spill the beans. My gut is that the mission is real since we have not been asked to vote on anything else yet.

I think one big problem here is that Derrick is so enamored with his own voice he forgot to listen...Donny sent out so many red flags yet they went right over his head to be ignored. That could mark the beginning of Derrick's downfall. Donny is conniving and a huge liar and a real pretender. He is "alone" because he chooses to be, not investing anything into his social game because (he said) he didn't like anyone in the house. Poor poor Donnny.....I'll gladly take out my miniature violin and play for him. There are some real people who are not liars amongst the remaining houseguests: Nicole, Cody, Victoria and Caleb. Also last nite Donny and Christine and Derrick were involved in a racist conversation about "Mexicans." They tried to whisper but they were snickering and giggling....They knew they were in the wrong

I think if Derrick or Frankie asked prod outright if there was a TA mission, prod would tell the truth. Remember when Natalie told everyone she was 18? Later, the houseguests wondered why she was allowed to drink alcohol...but no one questioned prod in the DR. From what I remember, if they asked asked production about Nat not being 21 and drinking...they would have had their questioned answered.

I know I complain about fans a lot... and worse it gets. Today some loser fans sent a photo of Derrick hugging Victoria yesterday with an angle where it almost looks like they kiss. And one idiot wrote to his wife Jana "Looks like he has moved on honey, start filing your divorce papers because he is on to bigger and better".

The real haters are loser fans... and as I keep saying, they don't have the house to blame and their heads need examined. It really bothers me when the HGs families are attacked.

The same losers also hate Frankie more than they 'love' Donny as far as the TA mission goes. And they don't care to help Donny get more money because the hate for Frankie is stronger. Sounds like a middle east war to me. :-(

Follow up to the last post...

Derrick's wife deleted her Twitter, I guess the losers are happy.

Some of us enjoyed her posts, because we like game play and loved seeing photos of the little one.

@Lessa I had no idea about your surgery!! I've been away before the last week, so I missed it somehow.I'm so happy to read that you are OKAY! Prayers for you and Thnx 4 update!
((((((LOTS OF HUGS SENDING UR WAY!!)))))))

I have been thinking a lot today about this TA task, real or not real, and Donny truly is a genius if he can pull it off, not only because of everything you've all been saying, but if the 3 TAA do something together in front of everyone else and as paranoid as the HG's are at this point in the game, just seeing those 3 doing something together will cause ones like Caleb, Vic, Christine and Nicole second guess, if there is possibly an alliance between them! Cody might think about it for a short minute but Derrick will work his magic on Cody and fix that real quick, but having Caleb start thinking about a 3 person alliance between them could certainly stir it up!! So, although I'm not a Donny fan, I must say, brilliant hail Mary move on his part, whether it works out or not..it could plant just enough seeds to flip the house and send Nicole packing. I did like watching Nicole, tho, on the feeds, when I had them. It's whatever for me, I just don't want Derrick to freak on Donny if he finds out it is a prank. I'm still Team Derrick, and the world is watching, Sergeant!

It is becoming so difficult to watch them give Derrick this game. I remember when people fought for power and turned on alliances??? I thought that was the spice of the game. This season is reminding me how people in high power continue to follow the leader while shaking their heads "agreeing".

@Tella I am so with you about all that is going on this year.. I don't know if you saw my comment on a later post, but Jayna (Jana?) Had put up a precious pic of their daughter on her Twitter and a Derrick hater posted something very nasty to her and made me so angry, that I tweeted back to him, prolly didn't help tbe situation, I hope I wasn't part of the reason, because I truly enjoyed her tweets and was even going to order some of her delicious looking cupcakes, and now I CAN'T because of the Haters. It amazes me the humanity out there that would attack a toddler over the Big Brother Game!
SMH!!!!
