Cody: And he could've gave it to Nicole.
Cody: Clown. Tellin' you right now, Jeff would've gave (sic) it to Jordan.
Caleb: Yeah he would have.
Cody: And Jeff and Jordan may have connected better..
Caleb: Dude, they just kissed on national television.
Derrick: It was awkward.
Cody: It was awkward. It wasn't a good one.
Caleb: No. But they still kissed. If she didn't want to kiss him, she wouldn't have let it happen.
Cody: If Jeff and Jordan were both in jury, Jeff would've given it to her.
Derrick: I'm sure he would.
Cody: I'm gonna say it to her the second I get out of here.

Derrick: And if he was really donating the money to charity, that means he didn't need it. He's doin' ok.
They spend a couple minutes speculating about Grande bank.. then.. back to game.
Cody: Know what I also think? I think Frankie's gonna handle it like a very good player would. He's gonna be like...
Derrick: Contrary to popular belief, I think he already knows.
Caleb: I think he does too.
Cody: That's why he's sleeping.

Derrick: Yeah.
Caleb: He didn't keep you safe though. The votes would've kept you safe, and he couldn't vote.

Derrick: Yeah..
Cody: The week before, when he sued the Veto on Caleb, don't insult me by saying, "I kept you safe by putting Zach up next to you."
Derrick: Yeah... We've done everything the right way so far.. I think we're gonna do this the right way. Sit him down, give him a lot of compliments, be honest with him.. Just a game, dude. We think you're a good guy..
Caleb: The dude's gonna go into the jury house and start tellin' people lies.
Derrick: One hundred percent!
Caleb: Derrick said this, Cody said this about you the whole time you been in here, he's been crushin' you.. blablabla..
Derrick: yeah.. He might, but I don't think they're supposed to talk about.. and once he leaves, I think he's gonna be like, "I don't give a f*ck about this house. I got a youtube channel to get back to. Lemme get crackin'. I hope I got another 60,000 people following' me while I was here."

Lockdown is over and the guys have moved outside to the pool table, where they also seem to be playing a game of "they hate me more" regarding the jury members.
Cody: Donny Hates me.. Christine definitely hates me.
Frankie: She hates me more. She told me on her way out. She said, "I hate you."
Derrick: I was like, I don't know what that means.. hehe
Cody: She said that??
Frankie: Yeah. I said, do you hate me, and she's like mmmmm... I was like, Oh, Ok, great.
Derrick: I don't think anybody at the after party will be like "don't talk to me." She's the only one who's gonna be like that.
Caleb: When the game's over, the game's over. For me.
Derrick: I think for us, for the Hayden thing, he's probably just like, "You porked me."
Cody: Oh, he knows it. Nicole knows it too.
Derrick: I wonder if that's why she took our shit.
Cody: I don't want to wait up all night to be called to the DR.
Frankie: Victoria's in there right now.
Cody: Gahh... What can they even say to her?

Following quite a bit of incorrect speculation about dates and comps and the like, Derrick gets back to work on to the meat of the matter.. In the event that Caleb does not win the PoV at final 4, is Cody on board now with getting him out? It'll take a while to get there, but the answer is yes.
Derrick: Do I think he's gonna beat us in a 3 part HoH? Probably not, but it's possible. With her, it's not.
Cody: Yeah, she's not gonna beat both of us 2 times out of 3.
**I adore Victoria, but let's be real. She's not going to beat both of you 999 times out of 1000.
Derrick: The odds are very slim. But of you say to me, D, I just can't do it, then we'll keep him here.
Cody: Yeah, no.
Derrick: We'll ride the bus and see how it goes.. But I would hate for one of us to lose out on that money.
Cody: Yeah.
Derrick: I would hate it. We've played too hard and too well this whole time. I guess my way of justifying it in my own head is, I only made promises to one person.
Cody: That we would go to the final 2.
Derrick: You're the only person I could get backlash from if I crossed you. If I crossed you, I'd get crushed.
Cody: If I crossed you, I'd get smashed.
Derrick: And I definitely would not be able to approach your parents and be like, Hey, I've been playing with your son this entire game. Cuz your dad would tell me to go f*ck myself, and he would have the right to do so. Cuz I would tell my wife to say the same thing to you.. Honestly.
Derrick: I've been loyal to you this whole time and I'm gonna f*ck you the last week? Not happening.
Cody: mm hmm
Derrick: I'll take 50k because that'll get me what I need, and I can still look your dad in the face.
Skipping ahead a minute..
Derrick: If I win the Veto, I would say to him, "listen, you're too big of a competitor. You're right, you are a beast.."
Cody: Honestly, at that point, if I won the veto and we're gonna send him home, I wouldn't even care about sayin' it in front of Victoria. I'd be like, "listen, dude, me and that guy had a final 2 from day 2. I gotta let you know.. It's been great. I wasn't tryin' to play you, but we are playin' a game, and I hope you can respect, like, the loyalty aspect of it, cuz this guy and I, we made a bond with each other on day 2.
Derrick: And by doing so, you're throwing us both under the bus equally, which is fair.

Good morning.
Victoria is finally playing the game, too bad she only started when it was for someone else. I'm enjoying watching her and Derrick work the house. She has done a great job for him.
I think I would now like to see them as the final two. I guess it'll all depend on who gets the next POV.

Well I was with Grendon yesterday on rooting for Frankie to win POV as it was the only way to keep me interested for the next few weeks.
Having both Derrick and Frankie in for F4 would have been interesting.
Now we will have 3 people who absolutely adore and worship Derrick.
So I think I am checking out especially as I start work on monday and I am in the UK so really nothing to keep my attention.
I just love this blog! This is my first comment tho over the years. I just want to extend to you my appreciation for this blog. I wake up and wallah here are all of the updates I need to get my day started..So thank you from the bottom of my heart. Continual appreciation to you. <3

I don't know about the jury, but I'm bitter! Why? The TA 50k bonus is a joke. Derrick wins and gets extra money for no logical reason. Frankie gets evicted and wins America's Favorite thanks to Ari-bots. And the actual favorite (Donny or Zach) loses out thanks to Twitter. Heck, without the Grande internet presence, Izzy would get America's Favorite over Frankie!
Now Derrick is working on Cody to keep Victoria until Final 3. Don't get me wrong, I like her, but dragging that girl around is starting to remind me of the movie Weekend at Bernie's.
And who knows what Derrick's true motives are, will he take Cody or Victoria to Final 2? If he is in a position to choose he can take whomever he likes, more power to him; but he doesn't deserve an extra 50k. And Frankie does not deserve America's Favorite.
Bah humbug!
Re a couple of comments from yesterday:
After all that studying I really doubt Derrick threw the competition. Besides, it would be impossible to know who is in the lead as the players do the morph comp in isolation and he could be throwing it to Frankie for all he knew. I am really surprised Cody won, but he did it fair and square so good for him.
Also I was very surprised that someone here expressed offense at Victoria for wanting to marry someone of her own religion. With the divorce rate being what it is, perhaps the country would be better off if more people recognized what is important to them and marrief accordingly. IMO.

I can't even tell you how perfect your timing is.. someone on twitter just riled me so much, I put myself in time out.
Ho hum. Blah. Yuck.
Caleb, you poor foolish boy. You can't play in the next HOH and with Frankie you may have had at least a 50% chance at F3. Now, you got nothin'. Get those goshdarned big boy pants on and win that dadgummed POV or yer takin' a one way trip on a diesel truck to the cotton pickin' ole jury house.
Let's look at the scenarios. HOH is safe and POV is the only thing that matters because there is only one vote.
Derrick wins HOH. Victoria votes out Caleb because D tells her to. Cody votes out Caleb because D tells him to. So, if Caleb does not win POV he will go home and wonder how his boys conned him into getting rid of the only person who may have taken him to F2.
Cody wins HOH. Victoria votes out Caleb, duh! Of course she isn't voting out her bestest friend. Derrick votes out Caleb. I mean, shucks Caleb, did you really believe that 'bros before....you know' horse poop?
Derrick finally gets a little blood on his hands. If he is HOH, even though noms don't technically matter, they still piss off the two people OTB. If Derrick is the sole voter, Caleb finally shakes the cobwebs out of his brain and realizes HE has been the true pawn in this chess game. (BTW-Off topic but, how does the mystery that is Caleb's brain actually work? He wants to be in F2 with Cody because his dream is to go to the end of the game with a beast and for the two best dudes to square off. But he doesn't want to go to the end with Frankie because Frankie is a beast? Is he prejudiced against glitter? Color me confuzzled.)
So...I don't know if Derrick will go into the HOH guns blazing because, once again, he feels pretty safe. All bases are covered and he isn't fighting for his life. But let us just look at this one almost impossible to even fathom scenario-
Victoria wins HOH.
Caleb wins POV and becomes the sole vote.
Derrick is put OTB as a renom by the girl he had shaped and molded to be his ace in the hole on his way to a guaranteed win.
Derrick is evicted by a guy who reminds me of a muscular, tatted version of the scarecrow looking for a brain.
Bwahaha! Sorry, I know it's mean. I do think Derrick should win but.....I'm bored. If they aren't going to entertain me I will make up my own fantasy scenario to be entertained by.

I almost think that if Victoria gets to the end she might win. Everyone in jury has to be mad they got played by Derrick. I would think they are all irritated that they got sent to jury and Victoria who has done nothing and made it all the way to the end. It would be hilarious if they all got together and gave it to her.

Checking in between jobs, have a couple hours and of course they are sleeping :P Got my internet problem with the feeds worked out. Turns out it was Firefox blocking the page. WTH I didn't ask it to block anything, the nerve lol. Oh well now it works. Now just to get some time off again. I have Tue. off but the feeds will probably be blocked on Mon. night so there's that.
Derrick is killing it. His right hand, Victoria or Cody, one of them is his right and the other his left. They both are going to get him the money. Wonder if Frankie gets the same reception as Christine. Either coming out of the house or when he gets to the jury house. Caleb's fate is now in his own hands. I better win POV or it's buh bye to him as well.

Good morning/afternoon everyone...I don't understand why everyone thinks it is so boring! This is when it starts to really get excited for me. I could not go to bed until Derrick did this morning because I really enjoy watching his mind work and his ability to convince people that his way is the right way. If he doesn't win it will be a travesty.

Hope everyone has a great day. It is actually pretty cool here today. It's in the 70's unlike the 99 and 100 degrees this past week. I'm loving it!
As per request... did not go to bed until 5 BB time and just got up. Now off to the beach to sleep as it's a hot summer weekend still. It's time to reclaim regular sleeping hours before long. :-)
PS. Off to bed I was thinking about a couple of things... It's almost morning here in LA... but I can sleep on the beach, since we are expecting a hot weekend. :-)
I read somewhere today that the TA members are allowed to out themselves, but none of the others. This makes sense to me and why it has not been used as strategy. Not that it would benefit anybody much... but still.
As for the schedule... with Frankie now heading out the door on the very down low taping on Monday (most likely), he will walk out to a room mostly filled with CBS employees to keep the secret until after Tue's show. The feeds will most likely be down Monday most of the day and Tuesday until show airs. After Dark will get footage taped earlier in the day on Monday.
Since this is not an open Eviction with fans... I don't see Frankie getting the same reception as Christine. For good or bad.
I do believe somebody will leak the HoH as usual. POV comp will be playing out Live Wednesday, I think.

What an interesting night on the feeds. It seems Frankie has an inkling he might be going home. And as much as he has driven me nuts with his boosting and raunchiness, he did entertain me many nights. He can be a really funny guy. I wish I could have his abs workout routine on You Tube. It’s fun. I don’t wish him anything bad when outside of the house. Again, it’s just a game… even if it is about an amount of money many in the real world kill people for. There is no way the Hitmen will make the mistake by keeping him.
Caleb is still pondering his fortunes via the Bomb Squad and unless he wins the F4 Veto his game may be smoked as well. If he wins the Veto, I can very well see him compete in the Final Q & A. If he wins that… he could win… and I believe he would take Derrick, no matter if it is Cody or Victoria as options. Having heard him talk about what he would do with some of the money if he won makes me feel a bit bad. It’s incredible, since when the Season started I was not a fan. And the whole Amber situation did not make it better. I have respected his loyalty, because it is a trait I value in a person. I wish him future success in the midst of some personal insight. He has also made me laugh with his colloquialism and being that English is not my first language… it fascinates me.
Victoria, she has danced and pranced her way to where she is, by following Derrick’s lead. She has not been useless as most say. She has served a clear purpose and if she ends up in F2… she deserves it. She would have been gone long ago, without Derrick convincing the alliance that she is a reliable vote or as the eternal pawn. She has been on the block 8 times. More than any other HG. As a side note… I am glad BB bought her a new necklace for the one Hayden broke. I don’t know if it was intentional or not. Either way, destroying another’s property is not OK in BB. I remember Jen in BB8 destroying all the cigarette packs that belonged to Evel Dick. BB replaced them. I really hope that Derrick is not the one who sends Vic packing… it will break her heart… just as what happened to Jerry in BB10. This is where the real drama will play out… who Derrick keeps between his loyal Hitmen competitor or his trusting side kick. Neither HG’s family will look upon him kindly if their kid is betrayed. But as Derrick said … He loves his family more and hopes the others will understand. This one always hurts.
Cody, the handsome flirt, and yes… according to pre season interviews his strategy was to flirt his way to the end. He has succeeded thus far. People also say that he has been useless. But he has done everything when it needed to be done. He has won when on the line. He has been loyal… so I don’t really get the ‘he is not worthy’ mantra. He clearly is, smoking all of them in the morph comp by cutting his previous time by 10 minutes, by an astonishing 2.20. Cody also deserves to be where he is. Will he remain loyal to Derrick… or take Vic or Caleb if those are options? Derrick has been talking all night about this bond and trust the two of them have to keep Cody in line. Time will tell.

As for the master mind this season…
Derrick, his game has been subtle as the EW article stated. It has been like watching a chess player moving his King closer and closer to the end. His evaluation of positions and setting of goals and long-term plans for future play has been interesting to watch. This is DRAMA to me. While evaluating a position strategically, a player must take into account such factors as the relative value of the pieces on the board, the pawns, the safety of the king, and the position of HGs known as pieces. It has been intricate and many seem to having missed it. I can see Derrick being a very good detective on a case.
So, my question at this point is… will both in the F3 bring him to the end? I can’t wait to see it play out. Derrick has also accomplished by not being nominated once in 42 nominations. That is impressive. Closest to it is Jason Guy (who is now a news reporter/journalist in FLA), Jason was never nominated during his 78 days and 12 nominations/renoms and he lost the final Q & A to Lisa and she evicted him and picked Danielle for F2, and Lisa won.
I am starting to feel the withdrawal coming on… as usual this time of year. Good thing many other shows are coming on, and maybe I should get more of a social life. I have truly enjoyed this season on every level. So many likeable houseguests… even those who were not good players were hard to say goodbye to. How refreshing.
People in chat are still condoning frankies words and actions from the Vic's "tag team" incident. It just plain hurts my brain trying to figure out why people are so hot to defend his words/actions of that day. They are saying things like , "He winked so it doesn't count", or that Vic started it by teasing caleb, or that he wasn't refering to Vic when he was saying " props" while doing the hand motions. Or "It was just a joke RELAX!"I have no tolerance for people getting away with immoral ideas/ acts just because they have added a laugh to it. A prank or joke is only funny if all involved laugh. Hurting/humiliating someone or a group, is not forgiven just beacuse someone shouts " It was a joke!"
I know to some it was just a small thing. That bigger, more news worthy things should occupy our time. But i feel that unless we have convo's about how men ( weather they are gay or not) feel they are entitled to "joke" or talk down about women, in the media, in songs, in the work eviroment, behind their backs or to their faces, it will just continue unchecked.
Such a trivial thing people say. Is it though? And who says it is? Men? Would Vic? Does her family?
People say this is just a game. It is. But it is also a social experiment and all our human flaws and foiables are reveald. Arn't we suposed to learn from our mistakes and try to better ourselves? Arn't we suposed to do onto to others as you would have done unto you? Is common human dececy so hard to uphold for 96 days? We learn so much about ourselves by watching BB, from inside the house and the live feedsters on the outside. Mob mentality,lying,bulling, racism, bigotry, homaphobia,ostrasisim, cruelty, mysoginism,jelousy and hate. But we also see love, heros,Freidship,laughter, joy, companionship, rallyig for the underdog or the bullied,excitment, competitiveness, and true world wide disscussins on right vs wrong.
I am a huge fan of this show and have only joined LF and chats in the last few years. I hope BB continues for years to come and LF's also. But i sometimes have to turn of chat because of all the hate and vitrol about Hg's and their looks. People behind their keyboards shouting hateful ugly things is so depressing. I hav imagined being on BB, but i would be too scared. I have thought in my head that on the first night in the house i would have to privately excuse my appearace, and say to them " yes i'm fat,and old, and ugly. I have pimples at 42, and i may fart or burp occasionally. My eys are crooked, and my chest is small, but please don't say visious things about me" Isn't that sad? That i care so much about what people have to say about me. But we all do. Why?? Why can't it be about actions and intentions and words instead of looks all the time? Maybe if i was beautiful my outlook would be different. I would like to hope not.
I have to stop because i feel like i am just rambiling now. But i want to say that discussion is never wrong and that no one is always right. That hope and selfleness and love will trump al else every time. Corny but true.
Just want to thank you for having this forem (outlet) for us.

@Jumbo It saddens me that you don't see the difference between values and for example, skin color. Why? Because it seems you judge people the way you hate to be judged. It's not about the person's cover... it is about the internal core of a person. If a couple does not share that core... they are less likely to make it in the world. We are not our bodies... we are spirits. I am grateful for a free society where we can agree to disagree. This is not intended to dog you, it just makes one think. I do agree, however, to rule somebody out due to skin color not knowing a person... not good. But again, we are all attracted to different types.
You are born with a skin color just like you are born with eye color, and you can't change that. But you can be any religion in life. Well, in a free society that is. One has little to do with another. One can be of any political affiliation no matter skin color too. Different dogma. But follows the same principles.
This is about Victoria... and who she would like to marry. People in life most often marry a person of the same faith, or same political affiliation. It's about values in life and not what we look like. Skin color is just more melatonin in the skin. We all bleed red. And to not like somebody because they want to marry somebody of their own faith... I find SAD. After all, this was the argument why you did not like her from early on. If it was about how she played her game... or not... 'nema problema'.
Just want to say...this blog is the BEST. The way it's laid out, the way you title each post, the wit and humor you interject...and many other reasons. I have followed quite a few of the blogs over the past 16 seasons, and yours is le creme de le creme. Blessings!!!
Hi there Caro and the others that may read this late post.
Caro I guess you could say that I took a sanity Saturday. Slept from 8ish this morning until the phone woke me after 12. It was my new helper saying that she'd go to the other gal and let me sleep until 4. I did just that! She left here just before 7. I've been watching the feeds since then and reading the posts and comments.
I'd like to let @Tella know that Jason Guy is my early morning news anchor on my local NBC channel 2 station in Orlando. He's on News Early Sunrise from 5 to 7 am before the Today Show starts, and again the neen show. Anyone that happens to be bringing their families to Disney World can see him weekdays before breakfast in their hotel room if you'd like to see how he's aged. Last week one day I watched YouTube version of his season and actually had to search for him when in groups. Of course all of us have aged in 12 years. I had to remember that he was 25 then and 37 now.
I have a big question. ...I thought the rules said that you can NOT tell the person on the block that they are going home. Last night I was sure that the guys decided not to let Frankie know they are sending him home. Now at 5:55 Saturday cams 3 and 4 Derrick, Caleb and Cody are deciding to tell Frankie he's going and Victoria that she's staying. Of course we know that Derrick has let her know that she's fine again this week.

I have to disagree on that. Religious beliefs are not the book's cover. Dependent on those beliefs that could make up the very core of who a person is. And if you live your life based on those beliefs I can understand wanting to be with someone who believes the same.
Hey all! I am a long time reader and very very infrequent poster. Carolyn thank you for all you do! I don't think I could make it through a BB season without this site!
I have loved watching Derrick this season. It is seriously fascinating watching him talk everyone into basically whatever he wants. If he doesn't won I will be very sad.
I dont like how she played the game either... Hopefully my earlier response is posted or I will be SAD too. Please dont take that the wrong way
