Big Brother 10 Tuesday Night Show
Happy Tuesday Night! :)
I'm back, grounded, and ready to blog the show tonight. I can't wait to see the PoV Comp, and the stuff that lead up to the rift between Jerry and Brian.
Please feel free to blog and comment on the Tuesday show within this post. I'll be publishing your thoughts during the commercial breaks, then adding my own once it's all done.

I take it back, as of 5:52pm BBT on the live feeds, the push for Brian begins. Steven and Angie are discussing it out in the backyard right now... They want to try and pull Keesha and Memphis in. Steven believes "Our crew is way stronger than their crew. They have a bunch of crazies on their crew." Steven's going to try and get Keesha, and Angie's going to work on Memphis.

Intro to Ollie and April's burgeoning romance... Preparing America for it. Nice...
And straight into the Veto Comp. Complete with costumes made for ratings... Hysterical how they all dove straight into the honey, wanting to have a fast start, and oooof! Stuck! Adding feathers to the honey? Made for comedy.
OK.. guess what?! We were alll wrong! Jerry did not win PoV. Jessie did. Shame on us all for assuming the veto next to Jerry meant he won it. Shame on me for not waiting for definite confirmation and going along with the crowd on this one. I know better.
It wont happen again.

Moving right along. Loved the April, Libra, Ollie sequence. Kudos to Libra for figuring it all out and putting a stop to it. And the ambush on HOH? Wow!!! Talk about game on before the live feeds even got turned on. Topped off with a complete blindside in the Veto Ceremony for Brian... Icing on an already deliciously well edited cake of a show.
This first Tuesday Show just got better and better as it progressed, from start to finish. Bravo, AGP. Bravo.

Getting ready for the Tuesday premiere episode! It shall be very interesting to see what happened with HoH n Veto!

Sorry, but I JUST read ure update Carolyn and I am VERY excited at even the prospect of Brian staying. Not liking that other side AT ALL! Granted it's a snowball's chance in hell of happening, but still, I can wish can I. Now all Brian needs to do is NOT go into the DR if he stays and say something like "Brian is awesome!" or "Brian rules!" or some annoying 3rd person crap...

The Julie Chen doll comment... wtf? I don't understand! It was kinda funny in a funny situation. I don't think he was making fun of her or being rude about it.
The jews run hollywood comment? I don't get it.. but again, it was in a joking situation, a situation where people were joking around. (That clip you showed, what was so bad about it?)

I keep thinking about the puppet show. It's funny because Brian is getting the "puppet master" cut here. Perfect set up for him being put on the block. I think the editing tonight is masterful!

Hey All...must say to begin with. Prejudice and ignorance in my opinion is just stupidity and being closed up in your own A** not to be open to anything. Way to much in this world and it really must stop...sorry, just really gets to me something awful. Was a really pet peeve with my kids growing up that they were to always be open about everyone one and everything, not judge, do unto others..etc. Thank god both of them grew up to be non-judgemental,loving people.
Some of these HG needs to shut their traps and listen for a bit. One learns quite a bit from looking and listening...not shooting off the mouth, or inserting your foot into your mouth.
Sorry Caroline if this is way to long and off the subject, but some of the topics in the house today really set me off...race, suicide, and others.

I just haveta say that the theme song /opening credits video where they show the 13 HGs was brand new and I really liked it! I don't know if they played it yesterday(I miss the first 2 minutes) but I thoroughly enjoyed. Again, still waiting to see what happened to screw Brian over!

So jessie won the pov...I almost commented about the POV, when the first picture of it hanging next to Jerry's Pic....there is really no place to hang it next to the pictures in the middle row. So I wondered if that was the new spot for it. I guess I was right?

Was beginning to think during this week that Jerry was going to be easily manipulated.
Am anxious to see the rest of the ambush, but glad that he's not rolling over and doing their bidding. He obviously figures it out, but looks like he is going to figure things out for himself and not just take others words.
He just went back up a notch and gained my respect.

Carolyn, you said when you posted the veto winner, you weren't sure or comfortable doing it.....I may be old and have hard time keeping up with the mouths on the feed, but I remember that blogging night!!! :)
I really hope Brian goes. I don't know what it is, but I have a very strong respect for my elders, lol, and I just don't like the way he is playing Jerry. It's one thing if Jerry gets voted of because he is a threat, or because he is losing comps or whatever, but blatantly playing him like that doesn't sit well with me. I don't know why I feel differently about him than every one else. :shrug:

Geez, the live show was great. It might have been that I didn't get to watch this part of the feeds or see any of it or the aftermath on BBAD. Kinda reminds me of how I enjoyed the first seasons on tv only before I discovered any of this.

Now I have some perspective on how bad last season really was. I'm so glad we've got game players this season. I must say Libra's observation about Ollie being the front man to make them feel good - then Brian entering by the back door, was fab. A little Sherlock Holmes and a little Godfather.
I have to say that Biskit's comment literally had me LOL.
After watching all the feed videos today, reading all the comments, etc it was a nice diversion. Thanks Biskit.
I agree that it was a nicely done show tonight. I loved the mission impossible bit with April and her coy pose and request, with the gang waiting to pounce.
Thanks C and crew for all the clips and recap!! I have never posted before, but read several times a day since the middle of bb9. I don't know where I would be without you. I think I would have given up on last season if I didn't have you.... I will never be a TvOnly again!

Brian is the only one who really "played" this week....would HATE to see him go so soon....I think it will get boring without him.....last season when I was SURE of who was going home, it always seemed to change at the last minute...not counting Brian out yet!
Well at least now we understand as to why Jerry turned his back on Brian. 8 people going up to threaten you will basically sway ure opinion all the time! Still though, not liking the Libra/April/Ollie trio. I applaud them on their game move though!

Wow, I loved tonights show. These HG's really have some sense. According to the edits, it seems like Ollie was the mastermind behind Brian's betrayal...Have to give him credit if that was the case. And at the same time he defended his honor with April!
And I loved the plan for April to ask to use the HOH bathroom in order to get Jerry upstairs for their 'meeting'.

It's little things that give you insight into someone. Keesha comes back from the diary room syaing she is having an allergic reaction and its spreading and they're concerned.
After Michelle races by hewr side to spear her with concerns and questions, she calims to be getting an allergic reaction too.

OK... so here is my take on all the houseguests:
Jerry: screams alot (i just switched feeds cause his voice is ANNOYING). Bad game play. Feels like he needs everyones approval before he does anything (Angie is host, is that OK?)
Memphis: obsessed with himself. Says he has connections to get Keesha on a soap star. Obsessed with himself. But, I don't hate him.
Angie: love her. Open mind. Thinks for herself. Hope she lasts long. Love her.
Renny: annoying. Get her out. Crazy. Funny too. Would rather her gone over Brian because Brian seems like he can play a better game then her.
Michelle: crazy bitch. Get her out. Takes the SMALLEST things and blows them up. Very opinionated and twists words/actions to make it horrible. Already getting a "good evil" vibe from her... don't be surprised to see the evil people! crazy.
Libra: controlling. Loud. I like her and I don't. She is the glue to "her side"
Brian: I like him. He played the game too hard. I don't like his arrogance.
Dan: no opinion yet except how he is a woman hater. Therefore, I don't like him. Still trying to get to know him. Very much a sheep though.
Stevan: well, he seems to get the raw end of the stick. Like, somehow he is on the bad side, but no one ever approached him. He is alittle ignorant... overall, very much like people form Texas I know whom ARE ignorant (except they are worse). I don't hate him, I don't love him. Hope he wises up.
Jessie: young. muscle. dumb. want him to stay for a while.
Ollie: hate him. traitor. weasel. sheep.
April: dumb. nuff said. sheep.
Keesha: she said she wants to work her way up in Hooters... really she just wants fame. Umm, no opinion of her yet. I kinda like her... kinda don't know much about her too.

I actually think Memphis could really make a run at winning. His only problem is maybe he is too cocky and his mouth. He needs to develope a crush on one of the girls and just be happy go lucky. Everyone one else will self destruct in the next couple of weeks.
Genie Sea ~ I agree with ya about Michelle. She's very longing to be the center of attention. She went on a tirade because Angie didn't cry to her...seriously? Chill out lady, ure overbearing! Trying to jump into bed with a guy on day 6/7 that u hardly know? Yeesh! I was about to say that she is going to be like Natalie, but I hope for her sake, she does not do ALL of what Natalie did.

I live in Maryland and have Comcast cable. I was wondering if anyone knows if they are going to have BB ondemand again this year. I missed tonights show and I like being able to see the ones I miss. As always Carolyn you are doing a great job. I would be lost without the Dish!

Carolyn, how could you just not watch that POV and laugh your a** off? That was one of the best comps they have had in awhile.
Ry, there is something about Libra that I can't put my finger on...it is one of those things I am waiting to see. I think that she has nose in everything, perhaps that is it...just not sure yet. She seems to show up whenever something goes down, so does Michelle???? Just my opinion.

Here's some random opinions of my own.
I love Jerry. Bless his heart.
I am [for now] a fan of Renny and would ride her to the end if I were in the house.
Libra rubs me the wrong way. She seems to have the potential to become another Omarosa....yikes!
Steven seems like a bit of a letdown to open-minded-gays all over the world. haha. Hopefully he will redeem himself soon!
The game play has started rather quickly and I'm grateful!
The POV comp tonight was hilarious! Renny all covered in feathers was priceless. She looked like a yeti!
Here's to ridiculously long days in front of the dish, and whacked out BB dreams at night....finally!

YAY! Finally BB done the way it's supposed to be! We finally get good editing again, nothing like last season's crappy edits. As much as some of these houseguests bother me, like Libra, overall I think it's a great cast, lots of game players, love watching a season where everyone is pretty much into the game. I really hope Brian can pull off staying, I really like him despite how hard he played everyone in the beginning, he was too cocky, but being on the block has humbled him now and i love his sense of humor and the puppet show was classic. I can't stand Ollie for betraying Brian just cause he likes April, come on, it's supposed to be bros before ho's! LMAO!

The POV was very amusing.. seeing Renny in a swim cap trying to swim through honey lol. When the feathers were sticking to them they looked like snow people!

Hello, lovely Carolyn, this is an exciting season! I LOVE LOVE LOVED the honey!! And it's so funny how we can change who we like in a minute, I'm starting to like Renny, she definately quieted down. It's all just fabulous.
These houseguest are good this time. So much better then #9.
I was waiting for Jerry to get popey strengh and win that POV.
I kept thinking any minute now he is just going to start tearing those pillows up.
It made the show more fun not really knowing.
But to bad I just can not help myself.

First off, we are not ignorant rednecks. They exist everywhere.
Secondly, Steven now lives in Texas but he is not from here. He is from a very small town in Lousiana about 20 miles north of Lafayette -- that is Cajun country and definitely not the same as Texas.

We had strong storms last night so of course over half the show was gone because the channel boasts that it "always breaks in" with severe weather updates. They need to know that they can do that Only if BB isn't on. Thank goodness you are here so I didn't miss a thing. You are awesome. MUAH!
