13 Days til Big Brother 11
Happy Friday, BB Lovers! We're very nearly there!! Just 13 more days to go.
I'm nearing the end of my week long pre-season family cycling vacation - they got smart this year and kidnapped me for a week, knowing that once BB starts, I'm all yours! :) Actually, once I get home on Saturday night, I'm all about BB - just don't tell them that.

Some good speculations running rampant but we know to trust what you dig up for us as the right stuff.
I do like the possibility of starting with $0 prize money. It was done in BBAU a few seasons ago and it was quite interesting. Rewards for completing weekly tasks and FINES for BB rules infractions. I've said for seasons now that the 'cast' needs to quit being wannabe divas and Big Brother needs to get more strict. Fines could be a good thing (Martha Stewart).
Is it a posssibility that the HG's won't know about Michael Jackson passing? Given that they are in the house so many days before the show airing and then they are in the hotel rooms a week or so before going into the house, could it be they won't know he died?
Won't that freak them out if they don't know and it's a question Julie asks when they exit?
I just seen the Showtime After Dark advertisement!!!!! I did a little dance!!! I am so exciting - it seems like it has been years!

There's some new info floating around out there regarding the theme and twist now that the housemates have been sequestered!

Alrighty, so I couldn't wait anymore! Here is the office from CornerOfficeX that I got from RealityBBQ:

"First up, we have a theme throughout the house this year – called 'The Have and The Have-Not’s'. You should be able to get the general idea regarding what that’s about from the name.
Now to much talked about High School theme that has caused various rumors to spread out over the internet. Here is how it will work:
Big Brother has cast people who they believe represent some typical high school stereotypes. However, it will not be Big Brother pairing them up. Once they enter the house, they will be told to form the cliques themselves – Big Brother will not force them together like Big Brother 9. In other words, Big Brother could have cast someone that they see as a Jock but the houseguests could decide that they are a 'geek' instead.
Once these cliques are formed, they will play as teams for a while, but they will eventually split off into individuals and play the Big Brother Game by themselves. "
I am not sure how happy I am with the whole team/clique thing. It started S9 on such an odd foot and didn't really allow anyone for outside alliance building besides who their alliance/teams was friends with.
I'd discuss more but my post will be 900 paragraph long, so I'll just wait for another post, lol!

If ya'll think about it, CBS did put up 12 pics of "??" HG's. They were split up in 4 groups of 3 (each group split by color). There could be 4 groups of 3 in the house for a few weeks and then split down to individual play.
I'm thinking the HG's will have to say who is a jock, nerd, goth, cheerleader, etc., before or right after they enter the house. This is all based on first looks and limited interactions.
Once that is done, Julie will probably reveal that these 3 people are going to be put into this group, these 3 into this group, etc. These "cliques"/groups prob will be chosen ahead of time by producers before the HG's actually decide who is who, so as to not have producer interference complaints.
Jeez there are just so many possibilities playing around my head!
Where's July 9th when you need it!?
