Good Evening Big Brother Lovers!! I hope everyone had a wonderful day!! I sure did! :)
I had a great ride around the island... and brunch with my mother... and then more cycling... and hurricane preparations, just in case Ana or Bill decide to head my way. I'm not worried yet... just thought it would be wise to prepare now, before the lines get long and all that jazz. ;)
It was so nice coming home to all of your comments just now... so, so sweet!! I'm smiling ear to ear, rested, rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of the season!

Hello. Just left a comment in the last post not realizing you were starting a new top post! I,too wonder how much CBS will reveal to the viewers. I did read Chima's email to one of the online news sites. Interesting. I don't think she realizes how much the feed and AfterDark viewers actually see and hear. I do hope she has or will talk to someone about what has happened so she can come to terms with it and move on.I wonder if CBD will make an announcement about her departure, or just air it like it would have been. Depending on when the POV happens, they will have to explain on Tuesday night. That is one show I dont want to miss. Ok, I am going to go check out Twitter for a bit and be back later.
I've got a lot to say here so cheers to anyone who actually reads it all.
First of all, I assume the houseguests are allowed to talk game in the jury house. I think it's good as well. If you think about it, it's still very much like they're playing. While it's true that each new juror knows more than the previous one it's still up to all 6 (would be 7 if it wasn't for a certain Miss. Thang) jurors to decide if what the others are telling them is true or just B.S. to make the person they want to win look good. It's healthy because the competition isn't over yet. I mean, what are they going to do, have someone sitting there to wag their production finger every single time one juror tells another that someone still in the house deserves to win? I doubt it.
Next topic: Chima. I read that Examiner e-mail and it was pretty much what I expected. If you watch BB UK you know these lines even better. Whenever a housemate is portrayed in a negative light they say that viewers don't see the whole story. They seem to forget about a little thing called 24/7 live feeds! Viewers seem more than the houseguests. Even if one person is getting a more favorable edit than another you have to realize that you're in that house for weeks to months. The truth cannot be hidden that well for that long. Eventually it slips out. If you're in there for a week and are kicked out first then maybe I'll buy the argument. But Chima, honey... you were in there for six weeks. Russell and anyone else you don't like will be in there even longer. ;) You can't tell me that we haven't seen everyone's true nature. Does everyone's personalities radically change when we get fishies for competitions or discussing peeps who haven't signed wavers? Besides, at the end of the day, most of us are smart enough to judge players on their game play. We're not here calling housemates rotten human beings. (That's Ronnie's job.) Bottom line: be nice and you'll be treated nice. Act like a whack job and you'll never be allowed around sharp objects again.
My final topic is Lydia. When the show started I wanted to love this girl. Despite her bad choices of friends and things in her mouth I still desperately fought to like her. I think I saw a bit of myself in her. She was eccentric and clearly had a lot of personal hurt. But at this point she's making Natalie look mature. That's telling. I always hate it when housemates fold up their tents once the chips are down. The great thing about this game is that even if you're failing at the social aspect you can theoretically win enough HoHs and vetos to stick around until the very end. Jeff/Jordan are so solid. Russell/Michele are so hot and cold with one another. Use that to your advantage! Trying to find a technicality in the rule book is not good game play. Besides, even if you are reserved to leaving... so what? You signed up for this game. Enjoy your last week in the house and then let your mouth enjoy the jury house. You're still getting paid to have a vacation. You didn't win 50 or 500 grand but so what? Things could be worse.
Finally I must say that the unitard thing is over. It was a cute thread between Jen, Sheila and Michelle. Adding "CAPTAIN UNITARD", goggles and gold booty shorts is not necessary. Lydia is creative. She would have made the costume her own without BB's help. Less is more sometimes people.

Hi all, I posted in the last section just as the new post opened, so I thought I'd post again.
Does anyone else find it outrageous that production has had to bribe some of these HG's this season just to play the game in peace? Have some of them forgotten what that signed up for and that it's just a game? This pink hair was over the top! We all know that was not part of the BB plan and just an effort to keep Lydia happy about the unitard!
Has anyone else noticed how much Natalie now talks about her boyfriend now that Jessie has been evicted? Funny if she doesn't have one after this show!
As far as Chima........not worthy of the time of day! Enough said!

Michele has the HOH camera right now. Seems they are not giving her the whole shaft on her HOH. Bout time someone who doesn't complain and plays nice gets something.

I was talking to my friends Tittie Toulouse and Paloma are this year's Grand Marshalls (again since Gustav ruined it for them last year) and we are all praying to get through this Decadence. Poor Tittie said if it happens again this year she is done. She will pick a successor. It's expensive to hold that title and as we lovingly say she is Grand Marshall XXXV and XXXV.V ( Not sure how to do halvsies in roman numerals. )
Anyway. 38 years of Southern Decadence history and that has happened twice now in SD history, 2005 for Katrina and 2008 for Gustav.

Must say that Lydia's behavior bothered me very much. No, not as bad as Chima, but when someone starts trashing others things and threatens to try to get someone to do something violent. This is a game and lying, scheming, etc. is part of the game but the other personal attacks and physical attacks make me very uncomfortable.

Carolyn and Genie. SOOOOOOOOO happy you two got a much deserved day off! Sounds like you both had a nice relaxing day. Even Jordan told the other HGs they are taking today off, no talk of game. How perfect was that! Not sure what the widows were doing/talking about, don't really care.
I love that when you get the feeds, not only do you get free downloads of music, you also get a free movie. I watched it today and it was SO GOOD! I cried so hard, but it was wonderful! (a total chick flick with Katey Segal) called A Higher Love. i highly recommend it to anyone who loves to get emotionally involved in touching, sweet, wonderful movies.
Of course Canada started on time, they always do! They don't seem to have the sports going over their time problem like we do.
Hope they mention Chima tonight!!!

But I am so perplexed by one thing that has been mentioned in the feeds, but never mentioned here: what the hell is Lydia's secret???? And does it have anything to do with why she got all the extra "considerations" regarding the unitard?
Kscooterfox....so sorry to hear of your loss. We have been dealing with a similar tragedy in our family. My brothers wife had twins at 24 weeks and one died after three days and the other is fighting very hard but everyday is a struggle. I remember last week you were so exicited about the new baby coming. Once again I'm sorry and God Bless.

Hi all!
So... seriously do not love Kevin and am not fooled by the DR sessions at all. He has stated more than once his concerns about how he'll look on tv. What he says in the DR means absolutely zilch and I'm done being fooled by his charms. It's what he actually does inside the house that matters to me: Not only does he NOT discourage the girls, but last night he was actively encouraging Lydia and Natalie's plots, laughing at Lydia messing around with the mac, said "Jordan is being taken advantage of," come up with a plot to make Jeff so angry he'll explode (his and Natalie's idea) and then come up with yet another plot to lie about Michele. All while claiming higher moral ground. Sorry Kev, you can't see it both ways, and if you win this competition, I'll be disgusted.
It also amazes me that some who thought Jeff wasn't playing the game, actively support Kevin. He doesn't even have the bravery to speak up, but then wants to act like he's the voice of sanity and reason when he's hidden in DR. That's not someone I can support. The only decent thing he's done is tell Natalie that he had no choice but to use the power and that anyone else would have in his situation.
I really, really liked him up until about the last 48-72 hours. Now, I'm completely done with him, unless something has happened today that I've missed and he's gone to Technobrains with the truth or an alliance or something. :( Just my .02
Also: Okay, I'm still noticing weirdness between J&J and I'm getting a little concerned. And as much as I know Michele loves her husband and as much as I love her, I really wish she would make her crush on Jeff a little less obvious. Darn, girl.

Kudos to Kevin for keepin it real, both on the show and the feeds. Nat and Lydia don't seem to have any fight left in them... all they do is sleep! Kevin is at least hanging with the others, and one or more of them might soon realize that he could be a key player in the game.

Kevin on his calendar or whatever, Jeff at the grill... I love a grill man. I'm the one in our family and yes I love me. That sounds much worse than I mean it. I was once told you have to love yourself before you can love anyone else and that is so very very true. I have lived by it for about 30 years or more now.
Russell is on the elliptical and I think Jordan is still tanning. Michele has just gone to the kitchen and I don't see Lydia unless that was her outside tanning.

Actually I hate to admit it but I am enjoying this edit. We sorta knew we wouldn't get the Chima news until Tuesday so this is a typical Sunday show and tey really are showing the best of in the time frame.
They are really showing Michelle for the player she is. I love it. I love Michelle. We all know who I want to see in F4, and after that may the luckiest person progress to the next level.

Has anyone else noticed Kevin's eyes. They are soooo pretty. They are like a glowing brown color. I hadn't noticed them before this Sunday night show.

I had a feeling they would not cover Chima tonight. They had to lay the ground work for Chima's "breakdown" to occur. They also needed more time to edit that along with the new HOH comp, new noms, & the POV comp & ceremony so it would look like a "normal" episode accept for the HOH portion. It should be interesting to see how APG & CBS handle Chima's "breakdown". Well, back to watching Natalie, Lydia, & maybe Kevin put their "plan" in action about the "lie". I say maybe Kevin because I think he has a conscious as opposed to Natalie & Lydia. He knows the "plan" is wrong but with those two, he has no choice but to play along. It should be interesting to see how that goes over before noms on Monday.
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to all the Dish Chicks for the work they do every season keeping us non-live feed viewers up to date on the house. I've just introduced myself to the Showtime chat room and just so you know Carolyn, I have been giving you kudos in that room advising everyone to come to your blog to keep up to date.
