Good afternoon, BB Lovers!! The HGs are on lockdown, and they think a luxury comp awaits them... It's certainly possible.
It's also possible that they're inside for either of the 2 following reasons: Much of L.A. is essentially on a recommended lockdown, due to fires, smoke and heat; or there may be a night time PoV being set up, but that's actually an unlikely scenario, since the HGs go outside pre Nomination Ceremony.... Then again, the HGs might be right about the Luxury Comp... There's plenty of noise out back.

***Sorry for the delay in posting. I have Family in Rancho Palos Verdes, and I just found out about the fatal fires there while I was checking to see if the HGs might be on lockdown due to the air quality... All are ok.

Jeff's teaching her how to play solitaire. We can hear Jordan blowdrying her hair in the distance.

Natalie: How'd you sleep last night?
Jordan: I didn't sleep good.
Natalie: Maybe I'm the only one who sleeps well in there.
Jordan: I was debating getting up and going to the splish splash room... Then at one point, I got up and saw Michele already had...
Natalie: Well, I don't mind sleeping alone in there, if you all wanna sleep in the splish splash room...

BB: Kevin, please go to the Diary Room.
Kevin gets up and heads down...
Natalie and Jeff are still playing cards.
Michele passes through en route to the bathroom, in a cute red top and that purple hoodie...

***I can't help but wonder if this DR call for Kevin is related to the lockdown... We shall soon see.
1:02pm BBT - Kevin's out of the DR and makes no announcement... He comes and speaks to Natalie for a moment, and then BB calls Natalie to the DR. Jeff is now alone in the Kitchen.

Kevin: Noooo. You wanna talk?
Jeff: Yeah.. soon as I'm done cooking. DId anyone ever tell you your bf looks like Enrique Iglesias?
Kevin: I thought I told you that.
Jeff: No.. He totally does though.
Kevin deals himself a game of solitaire.
Jeff: SO you think we got something cooking out there, or what?
Kevin: I don't think so. There's no noise.
Jeff: I was excited, but that's dying down.
They think maybe BBs having someone fumigate. Jeff sits down at the counter with his food.
Jeff: I hear people...
Kevin: Maybe it's practice... for a skill veto.
Jeff: Oooh.. already???
Kevin: Yeah.
Small talk while Jeff eats and Kevin plays... then..
Kevin: They're definitely building something... Don't you hear that?
Jeff: Maybe it's a chopper pad to take us somewhere.
Speculation continues... Natalie joins them and starts talking about a friend in California, and we get Fishies...

I am sitting here at my desk chuckling to myself that Kevin did not answer the door. He may not have heard Jeff knock but Jeff doesn't know that and I'm sure it is making him nervous. Now we get to see him get treated just like he treated Russ. What goes around comes around...

I am in L.A. and we have fires all around us. It is just bellowing in the sky from almost every direction. Plus it is 103 in L.a. Valleis are worse.
We can't even see the sun. I have lived here all my life (and that a long time..lol), and I have never seen it so bad. They are telling everyone to stay indoors and close all windows and doors.
I can empathize with them, I am near yosemite fires and the smoke is awful!

Is the San Fernando valley on lockdown, so to speak? As soon as I saw about the fires in Rancho PV, I lost focus and called my little sisters..
Here's my guess on what's going on with construction outside...
Night POV. Think about it. The final BIG luxury comp doen't usually happen until final four and there hasn't been a night comp yet...
I guess we'll know soon enough when the NOM ceremony lock down takes place and we see where the HG's are instructed to wait...

Wellll.... just finished watching the post-eviction interviews... Michele was right about Russell -- being a softie underneath the facade. Hopefully, she can continue to use that intuition to get further in the game. Right now, though, it looks like everyone but Kevin has a dagger in hand for her back (or neck)

The news says there is smoke everywhere because winds are blowing it. The far end of valley may be ok right now.
If the HG hadn't been hearing noises outside, I would say BB did the lockdown because of smoke.
We had and earthquke for BB10 and now fires for BB11. Expect the unexpected.
What if there is a family member behind the secret door?
If the lockdown is for a night POV wouldn't they have waited till after nominations?
Or will they send them to a room to wait?
Oh, no, Carolyn - a nighttime POV followed by an endurance comp the night before? Hope you get a good power nap in today.

Kevin DID tell one of them that he is always being told his boyf looked like Enrique Iglesias... and I thought it was Jeff. Daa Jeff, your talking to Kevin not Michele... You wont be able to convince Kevin he didnt tell you.
Of all people in the house Kevin DOES know nats a liar and how well she is at it, so I hope he takes the subliminal messages his family sent him and stands firm in who they kept reminding him he is, and doesnt also become victim to nats manipulations.

Ok, so I am thinking last night... Michelle told Kevin, she would put up Jeff and Kevin because they are the biggest threats.
I think it is intersting that Kevin told Natalie, she through J/J under the bus, knowing Natalie couldn't keep her mouth shut. He has to of seen everything Nat has seen and done in last few weeks. He knows, she would throw him under bus.
I am just wondering if Kevin isn't going to try to take Michelle to F2. Becuase he knows that Natalie would take Jordan? Just a thought...
Of course, since I am off J/J bus, would love Kevin and Michelle to make F2.
CAROLYN!!! I'm so happy to hear your family is OK. I didn't know you have little sisters. We think we know you but you know a LOT more about us than we know about you. That's because we type and keep you busy keeping us safe and 'trying' to make us behave ourselves.

They're not blood, but they might as well be. My best friend in college was their big sister.. She was killed by a drunk driver shortly after graduation. At her funeral, the girls came up to me and said, you have to be our big sister now. Done deal.

The place I had in mind is Maspero's on Decauter and St. Louis. Excellent seafood platter or poboys and very reasonable, and very casual. Your room should have a map of the Quarter in it so you can see where you are going. It's not far away from the Montleone at all. Maybe 5 blocks.
Hopefully tomorrow we can go to The Praline Connection with y'all for the soul/creole food.

I had a couple of guesses yesterday about the door. The most logical would be the taping of a game show , as they have done before(The Power of 10). But what I think would be cool would be.. being able to watch and listen to DR sessions.

Is anyone else sick of seeing Russell and hearing him talk? Everytime I hear him talk all I want to do is mute the tv/computer, it's worse than Natalie! He claims that it was just a game and this and that but he was so mean to everybody in the house on a real personal level and I just don't see how most of you can see past that and still like him. If anyone else would have gone around calling Jordan fat over and over and threaten to "mop Jeff's face all over the house" and make fun of Chima behind her back over and over again and so on, most of you would have dropped their support a long time ago.
If he was really only doing it for the game, then he had no reason to talk so much smack behind people's backs such as Chima and Michelle and even Jordan.. if it was only to get a reaction, what is the point of doing it when they can't hear you? He is a con-artist, he is a pathological liar and he is a jerk. He's 24 years old and he expects us to believe that he was a "banker", a special ops marine, an MMA fighter, a firefighter, and he graduated the university... AND he was paralyzed for 6 months and had 6 surgeries? Paaaahhhlease! It's all lies people, wake up.
I can't believe Jeff lost so much support these past two weeks, he was #1 and now hes' almost at the bottom, why? Because he said a couple bad words?

Elle - Oooooh, that door with the question mark does lead to the production area; I have always assumed that is how they enter to set up the new HOH, etc. But if Kevin is allowed to do go spy on people he would have to make a sacrafice, no? I'm really disappointed that J/J didn't get off of the paranoia train and welcome Michelle back into the final 3. Sooooooooo, now my hope is that Kevin and Michelle team up and take everyone by surprise. The others would never see it coming!
I think Michelle has played this game harder and smarter than anyone that's left in the house except maybe Knat. But since Knat can't win a comp to save her life, alot of her game is smoke & mirrors ... So, IMHO, Michelle to the finish!!!

In regards to your third question, last year BB didn't tell the houseguests any details about the earthquake - they all assumed it was fake. BB didn't tell them about Hurricane Ike either, but they managed to get the houseguests' family members evacuated ahead of time. I doubt they would tell them about the fires.

RE: Naming the fish. I was at a wedding 9/05/08 and the favor was a beta fish in a bowl, which the table elected I keep. I promptly named him Ted, after the spider on BB10. He is still alive today!
