BB12: Early Tuesday with Brendon
Good Morning BB Enthusiasts!
What should we expect on the live feeds today?
Well, given that Ragan told Matt yesterday that he more than likely is the one going on Thursday, expect Matt to campaign even hard(er)core for himself . The problem with all this is their tunnel vision. Matt, Ragan and Britney, despite the recent chain of events, are still gunning for Brendon while resentful that Lane, Hayden and to some extent Enzo have been sitting back and letting others do the dirty work.
For someone who proclaims to be a "super-genius", Matt cannot see the forest for the trees... He's been Brigade-blinded, as the other two "super-fans", Britney and Ragan, have been blinded by their hatred for Rachel which has leeched onto Brendon. Would not the best solution be to make a real final 4 pact with Brendon, evict Enzo this week, and gun for Hayden and Lane during DE which they suspect is coming?
Maybe I'm seeing things from the clarity of the outside looking in, but I would think that's a glaring fact staring them in the face... To get a perspective on what's been happening in their heads, since the PoV Ceremony and late into the night, please read Carolyn's scrumptious Overnight Report!
And don't forget about Peanutgate! At around 1:19 AM BBT (1:14 AM on FB), Enzo snuck a couple of peanuts into his beak... Will AGP call him on it and give him a penalty vote? Will that be enough to save Matt?

- No one else that is stirring on the feeds yet.
Well saying Brendon is up, is stretching it, but he's gone outside and he matches the decor! BB asks him to exchange his microphone which gets him moving.
BB: Britney. Please change your batteries. (*That's right BB. Wake their furry butts up!)
No sign of Britney... A few minutes later, BB asks the rhetorical question: Britney. Have you changed your batteries? A few minutes pass...
BB: Thank you... (**I'll thank you to show me life not lumps on cots... )
- Feeds switch to Britney groggily making coffee, then back up to HoH and bed.
- Brendon is up and about but Skippy has slumberphilia...
- Wait! Feeds switch to Brendon making tea in Rachel's mug... He takes it and a jug of water outside, saying Good morning to us. (**Good morning Brendon of the Blue!)

Brendon: Day 53... Well if anyone is listening... well my family... (he lists them) I miss you all. (He gets up to tidy the yard.) Nobody recycles. Nobody picks up the trash. So if anyone is watching right now... We're going to be voting out Matt which is the best thing that could happen for me because he used his DPoV to get out Kathy. You don't take out someone like Kathy. You take out a strong player. He kept Britney to do his dirty work for him. Matt was deceptive... and now Ragan will be left without his life partner... The hope is that Ragan is so distraught that he won't be able to compete and be taken out...
Brendon: That leaves Britney, Hayden, Lane. Enzo and I. The guys have won nothing. Only Britney and I.... That puts me in a tough spot. If I take out Britney, then I am left with the guys that have done nothing in the game... I am still convinced that Hayden and Lane are long time friends. If I take out Enzo, there's a good chance that Hayden will turn on me.... The good thing though, last night was the first night everyone was starting to crack... It would be possible we get DE. We take out Matt. I hopefully win HoH, I put up Ragan. Someone else wins PoV and we take Ragan out... Hopefully in the following HoH, Britney wins and doesn't take me out... We are each other's hope of going to final 2... If she takes anyone else with her to Final 2, she doesn't have a chance of winning... I am getting to like Britney... She is entitled, she said so herself the other night that she was a bad roommate...

Brendon: It's been a crazy season, but I'm here by the grace of G-d with a shaved head. Anything is possible...We've been studying together, but it has reached the point where we can't study together... I don't want to shoot myself in the foot...

Brendon goes outside again with a fresh mug of tea and addresses the feeds.
Brendon: If I haven's said before I would like to say hey to the family in Riverside... That's mi familia. My Chicano side. Lots and lots of family members... I don't know how I'm still here. I wanted to go. I have fought so hard to be in the game... I've won one HoH and 3 PoVs.. Rachel and I said I would have to win to stay in the game, and we were correct... I miss Rachel... We thought we had friends in the game... I guess not... If Rachel had stayed... more than likely we both would have been in the Jury House. So everything happens for a reason (*yeah because something else happened before that...) I could use the half a million dollars, but I don't need it. There are others who need it more than me. I would definitely donate some of it. I also want to say hi to my family in Escondido. They all lost their father in... (*bubbles.. no signed agreement there...)
Brendon: I wonder if Rachel is loving being in the Jury House and relieved to be out of the game. I wish I was there with her, in some way, enjoying myself... But I'm fighting hard to stay and it will be an uphill battle.... The others know if I make it to the end I have a good shot at winning.
He starts Jedi training through the comps... Still training, he goes inside to make more tea....

Britney comes out in her bikini and coffee, sitting down on the sofas.
Britney: Hello! (addressing the feeds) I just regurgitated my coffee... (because of Brendon's sweaty shorts).... Good morning live feed viewers... It's day 53...
Brendon: Good morning.
Britney: Good morning.
Brendon joins her. She gives him a run down of what's been happening in the house that we have not been privy to... Hayden busted a vase... (*Dude is klutzy!) Brendon goes inside to have his morning slop. Britney continues her monologue but the cams switch quickly to Jumanji where Matt is sitting up, pondering his next move, and the Lane is sleeping.
No doubt dreaming about Michelle in Indiana :) Matt gets up and goes to the kitchen and greets Brendon, then outside to find Britney talking to her mother through the feeds. Matt says he will leave her to it, and she says that he can talk to her too. It's brief but cute and funny.
Matt goes back to his post in Jumanji and the feeds follow him.
Matt thought bubble: "Who you looking at sucka?"
Matt drifts off to sleep and Genie wonders wtf she is doing here...

Ragan leaves the Cabana muttering house facts, greets Hayden who is on his way to the bathroom, and still muttering gets some cereal...
Ragan: Crunch. Crunch. Crunch.
Lane is up because he was called to DR. Hayden passes through Jumanji on his way to Taj. Feeds return to Ragan who is pacing and finally settles on the living room sofa.

Matt asks Ragan to go to Cabana to talk. He runs his pitch by Ragan.
Matt:What if I went to them and pretended... Look guys, if you vote out me... you're (Hayden & Lane) gonna have Britney's ear and Enzo's gonna have Brendon's ear, and then Ragan will have no one....
Ragan: I don't like it because it puts a huge target on my back...
Matt: You think so?
Ragan: You're saying that they won't have my ear... They want you gone.
Matt: They who?
Ragan: Those boys. They. want. you. gone.
Matt: But what's the reason?
Ragan: Because you're a strong player, no matter whose ear you have... That's why Britney is the way she is right now. I don't think Britney is kowtowing to Brendon. She's kowtowing to those boys. It's not Britney. It's them.
Matt: But there is that inherent selfishness.
Ragan: It doesn't matter. It's their selfishness that wants you gone.
They go around in circles.
Ragan: All this doesn't matter. This will give them the impression that I want them gone, when I want Brendon gone.
Matt: But they told me they think you want them gone.
Ragan: What did they say specifically?
Matt: They think that you're mad at them. I told them that you're a friend and that we don't talk strategy. (**Hard to follow because he isn't making sense nor is he presenting the situation accurately.) I know I'm fighting an uphill battle but I have to fight.
Ragan: And I don't expect you not to, but I don't want to be involved. I don't want my name brought up.
Matt: Despite that is there a feasibility of it working? If I stay here, that's the two mentally strongest people playing against Brendon.
Ragan: They don't want Brendon gone. They want him here to knock out the strongest players. Brendon is a definite lock on their side.
Matt: You're not counting Lane in the they on Brendon's side?
Ragan: No.
Matt keeps pushing his agenda and Ragan keeps shutting him down.
Ragan: If you have any chance to stay it's not appealing to the sensibilities of an alliance; it's to bust up an alliance. (**Ding!Ding!Ding! Like the Brigade?)
Ragan brings up the Kevin/Natalie lie from BB11.

They're all talk. Enzo is all about Eminem. Matt and Ragan come in and tell them about all the ants in Cabana. When they leave, Enzo says he doesn't care about the Cabana.

Ragan is telling Hayden and Britney what Matt has been and is trying to do, namely throw him under the bus. He is not making any attempt to shield or protect Matt in anyway. Rather what he is trying to do is to salvage his relationship with Hayden and Britney which he feels Matt has put in jeopardy.
Ragan: I did something nice for him, and then he turned it against me, pretending that he had no idea I was doing this. He knew I was going to talk to Brendon on his behalf. He encouraged me to talk to Brendon, knowing I didn't have to do that (because he had the DPoV).
Hayden: He made Enzo and I tell him exactly how we were going to vote. And I did because I respected him. And him doing it knowing he had the DPoV was a little shiesty.
Feeds cut to Matt and Lane in Jumanji not talking about anything important. Thanks Skipperoo! And back out again, as Lane joins Hayden, Ragan and Britney. Talk has turned to weather and food. Hayden says he has slop depression. Ragan says, "24 days."

LoL, Genie! I agree with you that Matt/Britney/Regan are blinded by (an unfounded?) hatred for Brendon. He could be what they need to get down to the final four.
It's hard to believe that Britney and Ragan think the only way they'd be put up on the block is if Brendon won HoH. Perhaps the statement is true for Britney, but def not Ragan. He's on the block no matter what next week, unless he wins HoH or realizes what is next move really should be.
Hayden/Enzo/Lane would put up Brendon and Ragan with Ragan as the main target (most likely imo).

For those who want to tweet Grodner, also tweet to @bigbrotherwatch. There are some in Twitterville that think CBS will see it before Grodner.
That final four power team is of course the smartest move. But they are all too wrapped up in some fantasy combined with neurosis. It could be great to see that kind of clarity and fierce game playing.
One thing I do give the BG3D credit for is being distant enough to know when to use people and cut their loses. I guess it's because they are NOT super fans and have more objectivity. It really is just a game to them.
I don't know about peanut gate. Britney put parm cheese on her eggplant every time. I know there was cheese in the meal, but adding unapproved cheese seems equally as bad. But BB does what BB wants.
Genie, your assessment makes sense about taking Brendon in for a final four pact but the fact is these people (Brit/Ragan/Matt) are strong in game knowledge but weak in social skills involving men.
The brigade as a whole (-Matt) understand how guys are and can appreciate or take another man like Brendon at face value.
Brit is to young, Matt has little man syndrome and Ragan, well, he has likely been intimidated my men like Brendon since childhood.
They don't possess the skills to look below the surface with him.
What will happen is Matt goes home, Ragan next followed by Britany. Enzo next with Lane mistakenly taking Hayden to finals.

Stephanie, I agree, Matt should have made his loyalty to the BG more obvious. The best way he could have done that was to put out Britney or Ragan with the DPOV. Instead, he chose to continue playing both sides, and he did it for too long.

Just to be clear, as I'm a little confused after this post, this week IS Double eviction, right? I thought I saw that at the end of Thursday's episode! So campaigning and penalty votes really don't matter, right?
Genie, I think that kind of thinking only come with players who truly don't give a sh*t what anyone thinks, like Dr. Will and Evil. I don't know if they were the best game players (for one they each had tactics that were totally new and surprising, and could never be repeated), but they had the objectivity of be completely independent minded. Will didn't need the money, it was pure sport for him, and Evil had his daughter to fight for, on so many levels that was more important than the game (he never would have won without that team, IMO).
Oh I forgot to brag! My niece flew her first plane yesterday as a test pilot. So proud of her!!

I find it totally disgusting that Enzo is able to get away with so many things
1) Enzo ate pizza 2 times while on the Have's not
2) Enzo ate candy in the HOH bathroom while on the Have's Not
3) He gets to take his penguin costume off to go in the Jacuzzi and lay on the side of it with no mention he has to wear it 24/7
that to me is BS,he deserves a penalty nom for breaking every rule Im so mad right now and about to give up on this silly game called BB, but rules are rules and everyone has to follow the same ones
I was team Enzo & Matt from the beginning of the show,( I ma bias to Enzo only cause he lives 15 mins from me) and Matt I liked his game plan so what he lied about his wife in the BB game you have to lie cheat and win comps
I cant see floaters win this game any more but enough is enough no one wants to get their hands dirty which to me is bull, in this game you have to get your hands dirty some how , Sorry I am just venting I hate favoritism and it pisses me off.

I am really surprised Britney didn't bring hair dye to do her roots, or her mom didn't send some in her HOH basket. I am really disappointed in the way this season is turning out. My most recent target of 'unlike' is Brit. I am frustrated that Matt, Ragan and Brit are only approaching this game from one angle instead of looking at it from all angles. Since Brit doesn't know everything we know, I don't blame her for putting Matt up. It could be a good strategic move from her viewpoint.
What I don't like is how her whole attitude changed as soon as the ceremony was over. She is suddenly acting as cocky as the BG. She seems to have jumped into the boys club so fast that I'm beginning to think she was the one who wanted to get rid of all the other girls.
I also don't like the fact that she was so close to Matt and Ragan but now she doesn't even want to talk to them. They are both alone, especially Ragan but apparently they aren't supposed to talk to each other because they are scheming. Who else are they supposed to talk to? Everyone else is avoiding them.
Brit and Ragan were super close. I don't expect her to throw her game away for him. But she does know her 'new' friends are targeting him. Not only has she not warned him, she seems to be joining in. Yet she thinks Matt is a piece of garbage for throwing Ragan under the bus to save himself.
So now I guess I am completely on board with Genie. I don't care who wins. I actually don't want any of them to win. Unless I find out Brit has something up her sleeve, I don't want her close to final 2. And although I have never given up on BB due to my frustration with the HGs or the final winner, if they continue to allow Enzo to cheat with both the costume and the food, I think this may be the last season for me.

Genie-I think it was Ragan and Brit discussing what the second comp will be and they think last year when they had DE it was the hot chocolate one that Kevin won. That was kind of like endurance, it was really fun to watch and it was on the feeds.
Cracks me up how much they know what's coming next and they are so often right. I think this is the first time when Julie says it's a double eviction, they all won't be shocked. :)

I agree with what you said and I have been saying all along Brit needs to team up with Brendon. When he came to her and told her that's her only chance to make it to the end, that they are all after her, she nodded her head in agreement but didn't really hear him. He was so right! I have no idea what she has against him, he didn't even put her up when he could have, and he didn't hold it against her when she put him up after swearing not to. C'mon Brit, start thinking for yourself for a change.
