After a morning of madness and scheming in the Big Brother house, the live feeds cut to Trivia at 1:48pm BBT, indicating to all that the Power of Veto Competition is underway!4:53pm BBT

Adam has won the Power of Veto!
- Shelly got a phone call from home, and she took solitary confinement as a punishment,
- Jordan's got the unitard.
- Jeff got money.
- Kalia got a Caribbean Vacation.
- Daniele won a Veto Ticket, guaranteeing she gets to Play in PoV.
The PoV Players are Daniele, Adam, Shelly, Jeff, Jordan and Kalia. Porsche is hosting.
As soon as the feeds come back and the PoV Winner is known, we'll be posting that right here, as well as the aftermath and fall-out... No matter who wins, there is sure to be drama! This season is full of it! It's a shame to leave yourself in the dark, when the 3 day free trial of the live feeds is here for the taking!
In the meantime, I'd like to issue a challenge to BB. Stick this in the next female HoH basket. It'll be great for a laugh. ;0) Come on. You know you wanna. Just for shiggles...

Shelly has said she would like to be a motivational speaker. I do think she has the talent for it. Unfortunately you can't motivate Player A to go out and kick Player B's butt and then go to Player B and tell them to go after Player A. Especially when you are locked in a house with the players you are pitting against each other.
I think Shelly is used to being successful-at work, as a wife and mother, and in life in general. I think it's hard for her to fail and especially when she knows the world is watching and she can't even get any private time.
This is complete assumption on my part but Shelly seems to be quite a tomboy. I wonder if she had a father that was really into sports and competition.

I am really disgusted by the way Shelly was acting yesterday. I can't believe she was still trying to play the victim even though she brought this on herself. She got caught in her own web of lies. It really bothers me how she continues to blame Rachel for everything. It's unconscionable that she would make everyone in the house feel bad for her and make them all think it's not her fault. Ugh! Does anyone else feel the same?

This is my first year with the feeds but I've had BBAD for a few years. Is this usual to take so long?
Also, since people pay for the live feeds and for BBAD, why don't they allow us to peek in? I've noticed that BBAD starts at 100am EST when the HOH comps are still in progress. They have never done that in the past. I've always looked forward to it.

They have always shown the comps on BBAD if they were still in progress. They also do turn the live feeds on for endurance comps. The feeds come on shortly after the Thursday live show ends.
The reason it may seem like BBAD never used to show comps is because for the last couple years the comps have been lackluster and no one was still 'enduring' by the time BBAD started.

If Jeff took money from Jordan, I'd be willing to bet that Jordan encouraged him to do so. Or at the very least she's ok with what he did. Their relationship is very different from B/R's ... guess that's why Rachel can't believe it happened. Or maybe it's just her own disappointment over not being able to play plus concern that she or Brendon will go up in a backdoor scenario.

I just don't get Rachel. Does she want people to like her or not? She says she does but then makes it almost impossible. Maybe she thinks now that America loves her she doesn't need the rest of us.

Oops, you're right Steph... somehow i had it in my head that taking punishments gets you the POV, but this is obv the one where you get something and either choose to keep it, or trade with someone.

Brendon said he wouldn't have wanted Rachel wearing a thong with Kristin's unitard last year because apparently it was see through. Rachel wore some incredibly short dresses with a thong and had several oopsie moments including having her bum blurred out on television when she jumped into Brendon's arms.

Hi, Dishers! I just love this site and wanted to say how much I appreciate all that you all do. I don't comment often but check here constantly. I got my feeds through this site and wouldn't get as much out of them if it wasn't for your reporting and pointing us to the right flashback.
I'm glad that Adam won the POV and Jordon looks so adorable, lol Shelly gets a call from home, that's nice even if she has to stay in solitary confinement.

I had to screen cap Jordon and Shelly laying on either side of the door. And then her and Kalia with the hands. So adorable. Those are the heartwarming moments that I so love :)
just got home from a road trip...i was so hoping that Adam would win!!!!
So...my daughter stopped in and checked out Jordon (she doesn't watch but knows a whole lot haha) and thought it was the cutest thing.
I love, love, love that I can come here and catch up so thoroughly between the blog and you wonderful dishers.
I am happy Adam got it, I am happy Shelly got the phone call, I am happy that Kalia got a trip and that Jeff got money. I don't know what Dani got yet (i'm sure I'll find that out on my next read through) but Jordan is an absolute ray of sunshine in her outfit and it makes me smile.
I just hope the leaves slop for Porsche...hope, hope!!
Did Jordan give SH the phone call? Ya think BR/RA would do that? No way. I think the call home will be great for Shelly. Just what she needs.
I am so happy that Shelly gets to talk to Josie and Tony! That just made my night! When you haven't been able to talk to your child for a long period time, that one phone call when you do get it, is the best thing in the world! All the money in the world is never enough. Just that phone call and to hear their voice..........One more time....

We have an answer from Dani... at least until something changes.
Dani had the decency to tell Shelly at 12:08 am to not sit in solitary and freak out because she's going to put Brendon up and has the votes to evict him.
True or not... whether she'll change her mind or not... but I think she'll stick to the plan... this was a kind thing to do (not to mention, a jury vote).

I was thinking the same thing. It does look like a Keffiyeh, i.e. a Palestinian scarf. If that's the case, I'd be curious as to why? I mostly expect that she doesn't really have a clue.
