BB13: How does the Final 3 Head of Household Competition Work?
How the final 3 HoH works:
Endurance is part 1. The winner moves on to round 3.
Part 2 is a skill. The losers of endurance play against each other, and the winner of part 2 moves on to part 3.
Part 3 is Questions. The winner of part 3 decides which person will join them for final 2 and a chance at the 500k.

Adding that Part 3 is always a very interesting one. I don't see AGP ever changing the format for this one.
It's a 'how well do you know what the jury members think of you' type thing. And it often goes to a tie breaker with a question like "how many hours have you been in the house?".
The actual questions are along the lines of (Jury Member X) starts to say something about (Y). Tape stops. Julie asks for an A or B answer, and tape continues, revealing the answer.
Besides Endurance this has historically been my favorite comp. It's very telling about what the two playing think about themselves, or what they think a jury member thinks about them.
Basically, this one is a total crap-shoot at such an important juncture of the game.
