Big Brother 14: To Have or Have Not, That is the Question
Good afternoon, BB Lovers! The HGs started the 1st Have Have Not competition of the Big Brother 14 summer at 1:10pm BBT! Who's it gonna be?? On the BBDish twitter and facebook, I'm seeing a lot of noise for Boogie and Wil to be Have Nots. Something like that could actually work in Wil's favor, as he'd have plenty of time to bond with Boogie in Have Not misery..
As soon as the Feeds come back from the Comp, we'll have the spoiler info here in this post, as well as the immediate follow-up. After that, we'll be back in a bit with the star of the day: Nomination Spoiler and Aftermath!
If you missed the Morning Report, please go and give it a read. Frank was all over the map as far as who to put up, but a disastrously flippant HoH meeting with Wil may have sealed his fate as a target. All the details are in the previous post, as well as the cameras and times for flashbacks.

Britney: I'm gonna keep optimistic that we get lots of candy cane flavors.. so I'm really not that mad with food. I'm not sure how the bed situation's gonna go, but cold showers suck. I was just upset out there cuz I got yelled at.. It wasn't for lack of trying. It was heavy!
Jenn: I think everybody saw that.

Dan: What'd he do after?
Danielle: He threw his gloves off and started cussin'. I've had it. I can't even try to be nice to him.
Dan: Shane's gonna snap at him.
Brit: What are ya'll schemin' bout again?
Danielle: How he took off his gloves and slammed them..

The HGs are all buzzing with energy in this post comp, pre nominations phase of the day. Frank still has decisions to make.. Enjoy!! The feeds tonight should be a blast! :)

Carolyn you can't seem to get a break lately. I guess freedom of speech (or writing) is ok for everyone else-but not for you who spends hours-days-months keeping us up to date. Haters Be Gone. Wish it was that easy. DO NOT throw in the towel because then they will win! I for one truly love this site. Opinions and all. May not like them all but then I keep my opinion to myself if I don't.

I thought here on the Dish we all respected each others views with grace… at some point in time each year we get someone who just tries to take our/your joy. My Momma always said to never allow anyone to take your joy. They do not deserve that power. If it is bloggers, boo for you, if it the house guests, I am sorry for your ears. I have enjoyed your blog site for years, and I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into each and every post. You are the first person I go to each and every morning and evening during big brother. It feels like we a family. I do not post as much as I use to as family difficulties have prohibited most of my time. Just know that you are Loved!!!!!!!!! And much Appreciated!!!!!!!

Geez Louise, folks! Give a blogger a break would ya. This is the BEST bb blog out there, bar none, for friendly banter and non-confrontational commentary. If you want total impartiality, 24/7 coverage and frequent updates, go ahead, get the feeds and start your own blog. It's a free country. Meantime, please do not dis the Dish. It is perfect the way it is and the rest of us love it here.
Afternoon those with the golden fingers :) Idk who I want to be a half not, definely not Ian, he's had it to much even if he did volunteer. Will for sure as he hasn't experienced that enjoyment yet;) As for the rest, I'm not sure who would be the most entertaining on it lol.
Wanted Boogie to be a Have Not, but I'm happy with Danielle being a Have Not.

I think Danielle a have not. It was that contest where they filled their costume with liquid and then someone had to "hump" them to get the liquid out.

Aw Caro! Can't believe people are hating. This is a blog after all not the New York Times. You are allowed to express your opinion and we love to hear it :D
People need to understand: if you go on a website and they do not share your opinions, no one is forcing you to stay. There are plenty of other sites like Caro said. I'm sure you can find one to your liking.
Hating Caro for anything is a very low and despicable thing to do. She works tirelessly to bring us all the BB happenings and does a brilliant job at. Again, please take your hate somewhere else. Here, it is not appreciated or tolerated.

Don't let the haters get to you. Any chance you can still make the 50th Anniversay party? You deserve a break after everything you do for FREE for those of us that can't be on the live feeds all day.
Just remember there are a bunch of people that visit YOUR site that love it. The BB season wouldn't be the same without you :)
Personally, I love your witty comments even if I don't share your opinion on the game or the players (though I usually do). They are what make the blog your own. It would be really hard to just transcrbe all day without adding a personal touch now and then. It makes it more fun to read when you know there are hidden nuggets to find. We love you :)

I don't post often (about 5x per year, it seems), and I'm noticing more and more lurkers stepping out in support. We all appreciate your efforts on this blog and I wouldn't dream of looking anywhere else to get all the "scoop".
By the way - I just read something yesterday about how the internet has changed the volume and intensity of attacks on the opposite side. (Any opposite side) Because people feel anonymous, they are much more willing to spew hate and wrath, without fear of physical retaliation. In the "old days", a bully might have to worry about a bigger bully coming along and cleaning their clock. But now, they feel empowered. Sad state of society, imo.

Frank gave Joe his Get Out of Jail card in the storage room. Now Joe just has to act sad, like he is the target, and keep his mouth shut. He's good at one of those things.

Ian says he had his stomach pumped because he ate to many Flintstone vitamins as a kid. I did this same thing, ate half a jar of them, didn't have stomach pumped. Doc just told my parents to not give me vitamins for a year lol. Those things were delicious.
Interesting bit there, right around 8pm bbt, Frank mentions that DR asked him to put up Shane so they wouldn't have to make the veto comp for more than six people. Since Shane has the Veto ticket and can play no matter what.
This is THE best BB blog out there...hands down! Part of what makes it so incredibly entertaining are the personal comments interjected amidst the transcriptions. I LOVE it even if my thoughts differ. What would be fun, entertaining, or insightful about reading straight transcriptions??
Caro, please know how much love and support you have and do not let a few ignorant people ruin this. This blog is amazing just exactly the way it is! I've been reading from day one back several seasons ago.
Ian is such a quirky little dude, you have to like him!! I do wish that BB would take hime aside and remind hime about the content that he is or is not allowed to talk about in the BB House---it seems whenever he is leading the discussions we get fishies!!!

So I haven't posted this season but have in past seasons and didn't think I'd care too much about the rest of the season once Janie left. Now I'm here because I hope Dan, Dani, Shane and Brittany go home and win absolutely nothing.
Anyway I'm posting because this is Carolyn's blog first of all and probably the most impartial BB blog around so if you don't like this blog you will most definitely not like others. She does this as a favor to us and I'm sure she enjoys it but when you come here and put a damper on the mood in comments which is always so lively know that you aren't in the majority. I for one am appalled by people spewing hate. I post my opinions and enjoy everyone's input too, including yours(even though my opinions a lot of the times don't coincide anyone else). I love this game and all the diversity here and in the house. People need to realize, you too are a fan, you will have your favorites, just as they do. You put in so many tedious hours keeping us up-to-date and people should be more appreciative!!!! I thank you 1,000,000 times over for all you do(even though you're not team Boogie lol) I love you and the site and all the commenters!
Did I miss something? Haters? well then they must be new to this site cause all of "us" regulars have been coming to this site for years. This is my second year and really first commenting.
I'll be the first to admit that I don't always agree with your opinions, however I am mature enough to either 1) disregard them, 2) not let them get to me... After all these are thoughts about a reality show not my personal life or 3) laugh at them.. which i often do...
I find your comments quirky and funny even if they vary from my own..
You are talented, respected, enjoyed and loved!

I haven't spread my love to Caro yet, but she knows she has it.
Trust me, I don't always agree with her but I respect her right to have an opinion and to express it anywhere and any time she wants. I will never leave this site unless she blocks my IP address or asks me to.
This situation has me so pissed I had to shut down and didn't get happy again until I watched some Olympic Diving (Men's of course.) ;-p~
This is also very similar to what I have been contemplating writing a GaYToRtorial about. I've started and stopped it many times because I don't want to stir up any more trouble than what Carolyn has had. I may give it a go tonight and then it will be read in moderation first, then it's up to The Dish Goddess as to whether she thinks it is worthy of publishing.
I may not get it done tonight but it is for sure that one is coming soon.

Why are we having so, so many fishie breaks this season? They bring up fish even when nothing is being said or done that viewers aren't suppose to see. It's really annoying.

Yes, you should have asked her about "her finances". I was livid and to avoid being struck by lightening for saying something I shouldn't (plus the severe storm here) I shut my computer off.

Carolyn, I just wanted to say- I almost never agree with your opinions (lol!) but I still LOVE BBDish, you, and everyone else here. Thank you for what you do, and for creating a site that does not get absolutely hideous when it comes to comments. I can't read any other blogs because the commenters get SO nasty. Why can't we disagree and be civil at the same time??
