Thursday Morning in the Big Brother 15 House

Happy Double Eviction Thursday, BB Lovers! The HGs are just now being woken up.. I wonder if BB is playing them this song for their wakeup music...

Please remember to join us for the Double Eviction Live Show Viewing Party tonight.  As always, we will have East Coast Live Streams available for those of you on the west coast, with TWC and/or football preemptions..

Avenue Q: Everyone's a little bit Racist

I kinda doubt it, but it's what's been going through my head for the past 30 minutes or so. Give it a listen if you get a chance...

Also, PLEASE hop into the comment section of the Overnight Report, and let me know which "Twas the Night Before Double Eviction"  are your favorites. :0)  It's not too late to make an offering either.

9:41am And.. they're up!! Helen, Judd and McCrae all have neck pain.  I wonder what that's indicative of..

Judd: Oh my God.. Crae's up before 6 o'clock.. in the evening
BB: Aaryn, please go to the Diary Room.

Normal bathroom procedures.. I'll let you know when something interesting happens.

Judd: It's day 49.  My cousin Jake's birthday.
Spencer: Happy Birthday, Jake!

9:48am
Candice: Jessie, it's almost time, babe.
**Jessie's still cocooned under the covers.  BB must've told them HoH lockdown is starting very soon.

Andy: Only one song this morning, and it was the lazy song.

9:50am
Aaryn and GM stake claim to comfy spots for HoH lockdown..
Candice is downstairs, doing her hair..
Helen, Andy, Judd, Helen and Elissa are in the kitchen, chatting and laughing..

Andy: Helen, I don't really want this to happen, but I kind of hope you get evicted tonight, so McCrae is surrounded by black and white photos.

Talk turns to Nick and the likelihood he's taken out a restraining order.  Then random chatter..

Everyone keeps singing, "I don't want to do anything.." which was their wake up tune.

10:06am
Chatter in the kitchen has turns to Kim Kardashian's marriage pre Kanye situation.. then sleep laughing..

Helen: We'rve been in the Big Brother house longer than they were married.
Candice: I think they were really in love..

Aaryn: Helen, did you hear me laugh in my sleep last night?
Helen: Yes!  Did you know yu do that?
Aaryn: Yeah.. I laugh in my sleep and cry in my sleep..
Helen: It's a full long laugh.  I thought I was hearing things.  I've never heard someone do that before.  I was like, is she awake??

10:09am
More HGs make their way up to HoH..

Elissa: Are we the last ones?
Andy: I think you are.
Candice: Hey Boo..
Judd: hahaha

10:12am - Trivia!  It's live show day.  Trivia happens.  Sometimes it's intermittent, other times it lasts until the live show.  One never knows.   I'll be checking in periodically throughout the day to see what's up, and I promise to share. :-) If you'd like to be alerted, please follow @BigBrotherDish on twitter or Like Big Brother Dish on Facebook. :)

Carolyn-Judd said his neck pain was probably caused by head banging to Nirvana.

Lucky13 gets my vote for the poem.

I love Avenue Q

Morning again. Sounds like stiff necks came from headbanging during the party. Or just crazy dancing.

Happy Double Eviction Day :)

All the poems were great, good job all.

Got to work tonight so won't be with you all for show party but I'll be thinking of you.

Have a wonder day everyone :)))

The nite of Double eviction in the big brother house
Not a House guest was stirring not even a louse

Their lies are all told
Down to the roots of their hair

GM wishes for pandora
And Nick will be there

I don't have a very high opinion of any of these people. I always have a favorite by now. I used to Love Andy but he is such a rat! Maybe Judd. Or not. Definitely not Aaryn, GM or Amanda. I think Candice doesn't have a clue how to play and she has been treated horrible by The Mean Girls. Spencer is just vile! I like Helen but I hate how she manipulates everyone (but at least she is playing the game) And Elissa has worn on my nerves from the beginning. So who does that leave me with?? I guess I am cheering for Jessie and McCrae! Or maybe I am just waiting for the misery to end

A random question...I saw a tweet last nght that said Aaryn and Judd made out, is that true? When did this happen? He is really getting some recent (yet fake) action in the house!

Wow-Season 12 Ragan REALLY does not like Amanda. That's understandable. A lot of people don't. But I am a bit surprised.

Don't get me wrong. I loved Ragan when he was on BB. Him and Britney together were comedy gold. But it wasn't just that he made me laugh. I felt that in the real world he was probably a very nice person who had a good heart.

However, when he and Britney would spend countless hours bashing Rachel and they would say some of the most vile and disgusting things, it actually became uncomfortable to watch. I didn't even like Rachel and it still got under my skin. And I felt quite sure that when the game was over he was going to regret the way he acted and he was going to be ashamed of himself.

When Britney was on last year she talked about how embarrassed she was when she saw herself. She said that she was ashamed and that people had every right not to like her because she was awful. She even tried to counsel Frank when he was angry, telling him that the game was only 3 months of his life and to not say things he would regret because they could affect his life on the outside.

I guess I'm just shocked that Ragan, of all people, would be so quick to jump on the Ameanda (as he calls her) bandwagon. I would think that he would be a little more understanding of what these people will face when they leave the house.

Good Morning and LMAO Carolyn!! That video is soooo right!!And sooo fitting for what we are seeing on the show this year...

"If we'd all stop being so PC, maybe could live in harmony" Truer words were never spoken!!

As far as what's happening on the show...wow...where to begin? lol

Let's see, We have the Sheep, and the shepherd..

"The house" being the sheep, with Helen as the Shepherd. Shepherd has the sheep convinced that they all must stay with the flock, and those who don't are the black sheep the next week. (oops...maybe my inner racist came out there...lol)

Happened with Howard the week before, Candice this week, next week will be Jessie's turn.

In a way it's excellent gameplay from Helen...quite an easy way to determine a target from week to week, yet appear to be just going with the flow without a target on yourself...At the same time keeping an outspoken, wanna be leader of the pack in the flock (Amanda) in the house, and let her believe that she's actually the shepherd...keeps the target off your own back...then play the mom card to make everyone trust you and come to you with everything, so you can in turn tell them how they should be thinking if they want to stay safe...good play, Helen, Good Play! Even though I would like to see her leave so these people can be thrust into sudden and utter confusion by having to devise their own strategies...

Funniest part of all of this is that the common denominator in all the house arguments has been Amanda. Yet nobody in the house has compared notes and realized this yet. Maybe because they all live in fear of being labeled the next black sheep, I dunno...

Good Morning all... what a day ahead. Candice is going first, but then who?

I think Jessie is a fairly safe choice for all... but Judd is also at risk because of ongoing paranoia due to the MVP. I swear having America vote for MVP has backfired on popular players more than helped them due to paranoia.

Great song clip, loved it and fitting. Seems true to me. Even those who bitch about racism the most do it in one way or another.

Personally I am an equal offender. There is something to stereotypes and cultural differences... making fun of them is not always done out of a mean heart. For goodness sake, to have somebody (Candice) tell another Houseguest (Howard) that he is intimidating for the other white HGs because he is a big BLACK man... is also a form of racism or prejudice. Hello... wasn't Jeremy supposedly intimidating too?

A person can choose not to like a black person without being racist... but you would not know it these days. It's a lot of politics... because if you are a black person who go your own way and don't follow a certain agenda... you are an Uncle Tom so the stupidity flows from all sides.

Candice has walked around in that house with a chip on her shoulder because of idiotic ignorant statements of other Houseguests. Elissa has been acting as her personal "Al Sharpton", on occasion being more offended than Candice herself. Sure, throw something at me... that is OK, I am used to it, being married to one of those "Uncle Tom's". But this is again, about a game and how life is in the world. We judge each other. A lot. But it seems some prejudice is acceptable and some not.

The double standard and the fans this year has taken it to a different level that I don't even enjoy it anymore. There is one thing to not like what somebody said... another to call and threaten families, employers and more. Twitter is nobody's friend. And social media is ruining this BB experience of sorts. Some of these HGs are hated more outside the house than abusers of animals and people. It's disgusting. The feigned and selective outrage is sickening.

This is one of a couple of the sites about the show that is mostly fair by focusing on the game... because after all, these HGs are all people. They will pay for their actions outside. But do those who watch have to be as bad? Because many are as bad or worse than any of the HGs... and they don't have the paranoia and pressure cooker of a house to blame it on. The Houseguests better get serious counseling going out... no suicides needed. It has happened in other countries.

The social agitators are out with their pitchforks... and it says more about them. They are showing bullying behavior way worse than in the house. Also, the term bullying is used a bit too much because it makes real bullying seem less severe. I hope these HGs come out and watch the show and learn and get some insight of themselves and grow from it. It will be hard to live down. I do feel for them... because I don't think anybody is a HATER in the house... just plainly ignorant and lacking in personal awareness.

I think it was Grendon who mentioned the social structure being something like in prison. Pretty accurate. Everybody has a bitch and have to watch their back.

Enough of my rant for this season... I just had to get it out. Let's bring on a telling Live Show and thank goodness that none of them know what the outside really thinks or they would have mental emotional breakdowns.

Oh... next year, bring on a house of minorities from the conservative and the liberal points of view and then we can see how the crap is thrown around with no excuse for racism. Make sure to have some gay people in there too.

'Big Brother': Is big meltdown coming?

By Hal Boedeker

Staff writer

8:12 AM EDT, August 8, 2013

advertisement

It has been a booming summer for bigotry, from Riley Cooper's racial slur to the desecration of a Jackie Robinson statue. To witness the nastiness with regularity, just tune in CBS' "Big Brother."

The next episode, at 9 p.m. Thursday, could be the most dramatic yet, because one of the racists might be ejected. Two house guests will be booted, although the players think only one is going.

"Big Brother" is billed as a social experiment, and this edition certainly has told us some troubling things about society. For all the talk of the country's strides in overcoming racism, "Big Brother" reminds viewers that some people still have a long way to go.

The show often plays like "Bigot Brother."

CBS will need to provide therapy for some players when they depart the house, because they have come off so disastrously.

Aaryn Gries, a pretty woman, has an ugly mouth. Her racist and homophobic comments have cost her a job with a modeling agency.

GinaMarie Zimmerman, a tough-talking New Yorker, used the n-word and lost her job as a pageant coordinator.

Neither woman seems prepared for what awaits her outside the Big Brother house.

But the biggest villain is Amanda Zuckerman, a real estate agent from Boynton Beach. She has seemed such a strong player, a point reinforced by her showmance with McCrae Olson. But Amanda has self-destructed on the show in recent weeks.

She is a bully. Imagine watching Lucy of Peanuts participate in a reality show. Amanda has lost all sense of how she comes across.

She makes racist comments and continually taunts Candice Stewart, a black contestant.

Amanda has alienated fellow players, even McCrae. America keeps voting her as the contestant to go. Her plummet is the stuff of reality-show legend.

If Amanda leaves the house Thursday, she could have a meltdown. She thinks she is entitled. It's going to be riveting television when Amanda learns how much viewers despise her.

She is the player most deserving of ejection. But life after "Big Brother" is going to be extraordinarily hard. The "Big Brother" experiment blew up on her. Instant TV fame can be harsh and unforgiving.

From TMZ regarding Spencer's disgusting sense of humor and fall out:

"Big Brother" contestant Spencer Clawson just learned a valuable lesson about child porn ... don't even joke about that crap ... because cops will go after you.

In case you didn't see the clips from this week -- Clawson grabs the microphone attached to McRae (another houseguest) and while pretending to be McRae, Spencer goes off on this really uncomfortable riff about child porn, saying, "I like to beat off to child porn. Did I ever tell y'all about that? I love it. Beating off to child porn is my favorite thing there is."

You'd think he'd stop there, but no ... he kept going, saying, "I love it when they're around three or four years old. My favorite ones are when you can tell they're in a basement."

And the jokes didn't go unnoticed ... especially by Spencer's hometown police in Arkansas.

Chief AJ Gary from the Conway Police Department in Arkansas tells TMZ, "The Conway Police Department was alerted to comments made. Due to the nature of the comments, our department moved quickly to look into the matter. At this time we haven't found that any criminal act was committed."

Good news, but still ... don't make child porn jokes. They're not even funny.

If this comment gets posted prior to the show tonight, let's look at tonight's double-eviction tonight from a different perspective. Aprox. 1:25, camera 1&2, Jessie and Judd get in a fight.

Gotta say, I agree with Judd on this one-she was just trying to get attention.

Oh Good Lord

Now Judd has anger problems. It literally scared her and freaked her out which is why she didn't defend herself. Good golly, they were in the HOH room locked down with all the other HGs. Was she really that scared.

Jessie is upset because there are no good Christians in the BB house and people lie and people are mean to each other just to win money. I'm sorry, in a perfect world it would be a nicer house but what the heck show did she think she was going on. In season 1 there was no such thing as alliances and no one had a reason to fight. Guess what? The ratings were terrible because people thought it was boring.

Bravo!!!!

I thought you were spot on. And I have also worried that this may be the year someone loses their life over a game. Either by suicide (I worry about GM) or by being shot or jumped (I think Amanda and Aaryn could be potential targets.) So for all the people spewing hate on twitter and other places in the name of defending Howard and Candice, tell me one thing-is that what Howard and Candice want? I don't really think so.

August 8, 2013 at 1:47 PM
Blogger Grendon said...

I'd like to come up with a funny answer for the DE but I guess I am sick of the fighting to the point that I would like the people in jury to get a little break.

It's pretty sure that Candice is leaving. I would be fine with Jessie or Elissa following. Jessie, because I personally don't care for her. Elissa, I guess for the same reason. I don't hate her but she has not added anything to the game in my opinion. They both get along with Candice so it would give them a break for at least one week. I'm not having as much of a problem with Spencer as I used to but I guess I would be o.k. with him leaving. I think he and Candice would call each other out a couple times but it wouldn't sink to really ugly levels. By the end of the week they would probably be tipping cocktails together and laughing about the suckers left in the house.

Actually there are three others in the house that drive me even nuttier than Amanda and that is GM, Jessie and Candice. I think 99% of what is bothering Jessie is jealousy, GM is just sad and Candice I just really don't care for.
