BB16: Thankful Thursday, Premiere Notes, 2 HoH Room Designs and the END of the Early Bird
Happy Thankful Thursday, BB Lovers! I'm thankful BB16 has begun, I'm thankful the live feeds kick on tonight at 10pm BBT, and most of all, I'm thankful for YOU being here! Dishers are the BEST!

Now then, I've got a few words to say about part one of the Premier last night, But First...

OK.. I gotta tell you, I absolutely loved part one of the Big Brother 16 premiere last night. The HGs are such a great group, and I thought the editing was brilliant. My favorite sequence was definitely Dreamboat Cody -my name for it - where they flipped back and forth between PaoPao and Frankie in DR sessions, dreamy over Cody. Adorable. ☺
I also loved the insta-bond between self proclaimed peacocks Frankie and Joey - and not just because I called it. ;-) Amber's facial expressions, especially when Devin was mooning over Joey, had me cracking up. Also, Amber's throwing of the HoH Comp? Wow.. good thing she's a model, not an actress. That was the most obvious throwing of an event EVER.
Devin.. Oh, Devin.. And Cody... Long may you both last.. I am going to have so much fun screencapping the both of you.. I'm pretty sure one or both of you is going to be America's Sweetheart this season.. Cody, Cody.. That smile those eyes, those ABS! And Devin.. how shall I put this somewhat delicately? To me...
You look like an E-Ticket ride. Mmm. Mm. And bonus - You're Super Daddy! Who leaves a pro baseball career to be part of their child's life?? You do.. and that may well be the sexiest part of you.
I can't wait to see what they have in store for us tonight in part 2 of the premiere. In addition to meeting the rest of the HGs, and crowning the 2nd HoH for the week, they'll be filling us in on just what the twist means to the HGs. They left it uncomfortably open last night. Who else felt a pit in their stomach when Julie told Frankie to sit in one of the Orange Chairs after he'd just won the HoH Comp? Yikes!

2nd HOH room must be the pandora's box room that usually has a door from the HOH room. Guess we'll see tonight! CAN NOT wait!!

Morning Carolyn! I hope that you slept well last night! Tonight it begins. Looks to me there are 2 Hoh'a hmmmm... interesting. The HG's will be running room to room this season. Love it! Here is a thought puzzle to work on:
The Team America twist could be a replay of last year's MVP disaster where the Rachel Army blew up the voting. But what if the web-bot voting plan backfires. Is it an advantage to be the saboteur/Amer. Player?? You have to keep it secret but if you get caught doing shady things you probably get put on the block...and you can't defend your actions. Maybe we should vote for the folk we don't like.

Hello Carolyn! THANK YOU for your hard work & dedication in keeping us all so well informed :-):-) I rarely post mostly because the regulars always say what I'm thinking much better than I would :-) Blue always cracks me up! And so did GaTor....he will be missed :'( My thoughts on this season are lukewarm. I wasn't impressed by most the houseguests...I've never seen that many narcissistic personalities .lol ...can't wait to see the next 8 tonight.
Been coming to your site for YEARS. Finally decided to leave you a word saying thank you for all your hard work!! Nothing like having my morning coffee and reading the overnight report.. I wish I could stay up so late with the feeds, but work calls in the morning unfortunately! Cheers, to a good season!
Happy Thankful Thursday, Caro & Dish Buddies! Tankful that BB has started & thankful that we'll FINALLY get to find out more about this 2 HoH thing tonight!
So far, I'm liking the HGs....but I have to reserve judgement until the second 8 come in tonight. Will be interesting to see how the dynamic changes with the rest of them added in.
Couple things I'm wondering & will gladly accept opinions/answers on: How are they going to house *2* HoHs in the same room at the beginning of the week? And are they going to do this BoB challenge sooner so it's back to just one HoH sooner rather than later? And, with the America's Team alliance, is it only going to be Feeders that can vote on the members & their tasks? Also, is the membership going to change or stay the same?
Anyway, ready for night 2 & the LIVE FEEDS in HD tonight!!! :D

My fave hg so far based on personality alone has to be Nicole. She's so quirky and adorable. This cast is absolutely stunning visually so far. Great job on the eye candy BB! I'm so excited for tonight's episode and LIVE FEEDS - which I signed up for thru the BBDish of course!

Ok, my thoughts after the show and having an evening and morning to mull it over....Great casting job!
2 HoH's was no surprise as that was released earlier on this season...the two rooms however is a surprise, as Julie only showed one on the house tour...still thinking that after Battle of the block only one HoH remains in power, while other one is eligible for renom if POV is used...definitely makes an interesting twist...both HoH's will have to be strategic in who they nominate....
The team America thing, I'm not so sure of...Julie did say early on before the season that America's vote would affect the game "more than ever before", and the term alliance, in my mind means that they are working together in the game...my thoughts are that after all three are chosen, not only do they do saboteur missions, but I have a feeling that we also control their votes...simply because the saboteur controlled by America thing has been done before, and this year our votes are supposed to affect "more than ever before"
So it may be a benefit or a curse to whomever is chosen..what if our choices mess up our favorites' games? Interesting twist to be sure and of course I am speculating here....
Can't wait til all the blanks are filled in tonight...but knowing Julie, she'll only partly do so...
Oh, and by the way Carolyn, could you give fair time to screencapping the ladies too for us guys who want that eye candy? LOL
Here's how I think the 2 HOH's work: they'll have 2 separate rooms until Sunday's new HOH comp. whoever wins gets to keep their nominations. There will be usual POV comp and everyone except HOH is at risk to be a replacement nominee, including losing HOH.
We'll find out tonight!
Just saw on another little bloggy site that there will, in fact, be *2* HoH rooms! The second one is what has been the Pandora's Box room in past seasons. So, there is no direct access to the 2nd room AND both HoH's have to share a bathroom. Veddy eentedesting, to say the least. :o)
Also judging by the 2 pics, with the door in the same location (left far corner in both pics) the nest room has one less 2-way mirror on the right hand wall than the normal one does...the normal one has one almost in the corner by the bed...nest room has a large blank wall area there...so I'm guessing it is 2 seperate rooms...and it's quite possible that only the normal one will be used after the game progresses to where the teams are no more and gameplay goes back to classic....again just speculation, but makes sense...
So happy that Caro is our ever faithful blogger and disher. Its good to be back and, in advance, I thank Carolyn for every single thing she does to make this a fun place to be during the BB Season.
Forgot to add that I love the 2 HOH room idea. That is going to add for a whole lot more plotting and scheming . Thanks for posting the pictures. I'm pretty sure it is that room that they use to reveal Pandora's Box. Maybe that means no Pandora's Box this year?

I signed up for the live feed through bbdish Caroline, I have been a lurker on your site for years and a super big brother fan but I've always cheated and gone to nuttersfor the video feeds, this year I have had extra spending money and decided to spend it on live feed for myself. I don't know how to work it but hopefully with the help and guidance of your lovely commentators, all will be well!
I am so not on the Cody and Devin boat. Already sick of Pao-Pao going on and on about Cody.

Good afternoon Carolyn and all the rest of you awesome Dishers :-) Wow, what a great viewing party last night, right?! I couldn't keep up with the posts very well, unfortunately I'm still trudging through only having internet on my phone (which is reeeally getting old after 3 yes, but at least it's something, I guess), and the signal wasn't holding, but it was still just nice to be here and see everyone again. I will definitely be here tonight, being a two parter I wouldn't want to leave the party halfway through!! Hopefully I'll have better luck with the signal on this thing and I will be able to post more. See y'all later!

I think the 2 HOH's will select nominees from their group of eight and then the four nominees will compete as teams of two in BoB comp. the winning team will be removed from the block and the HOH that nominated them will be put on. POV will then happen where any of the three remaining nominees could be removed and replaced by the single HOH..
Not sure where it goes from there.. Maybe nominees who are not evicted then switch to the other team to keep them from getting targeted two weeks in a row.
If I'm righty then it will give incentive for nomination of weaker players who will not win BoB comp and therefore keep HOH safe...
What do you guys think of my theory?

That second HOH room is the one they used for the coaches. I wonder if HGs have to go through the normal HOH to get to the other HOH in pre-nom bargaining sessions. This would make it very interesting and awkward for whoever is in the main HOH room. Also will they have to bargain with both HOHs? That would be interesting. Guess we'll find out tonight.

When I saw 2 different designs I thought 2 HOH rooms for 2 HOH winner, and last night I thought when Julie had everyone sit and Frankie sit in orange chair she was explaining that by the end of the week only 1 HOH would be left standing..so I would think they needed 2 HOH rooms in beginning..
