This conversation started a few minutes ago... It is a surprisingly calm meeting of the minds about the events of last night.
Michele asks Russell about the wink last night as he was heading into the DR, and he says it was just a little extra f-you.. a wink and a blown kiss.
Russell: I wasn't mad at you. Not at all.
Michele: Alright. My concern is just where are your true alliances. Your major distrust of me just scares me.
Russell: Like you, I'm just trying to have friends on both sides... but just because i'm friends with someone doesn't mean anything...

Russell: I was trying to figure out what was going on, and the more I dug into it, the more I realized that she'd just gone about it the wrong way.
Michele: I'm sorry I kinda had to throw you under the bus a little bit, but it does cover us..
Russell: Well, I'm kinda outta the game at this point..
Michele: I've got your back.
Russell says he didn't tell any of her secrets, and she instantly calls him out on telling about her PhD. He admits that he did it in anger, and he apologizes... Sher ribs him a little and lets it go.
Michele: I hope you still want to win. And I think you can still make amends with Jeff and Jordan.
Russell: I don't know really how to approach it at this point.
Michele: Oh, I can do that...
Russell puts forth a couple of ideas on how to approach it.
Michele: One side of the house wants me out..
Russell says he's the target now... then...
Russell: Ya know what's funny, we're probably the 2 smartest people in the house, and we're in the bottom...
Michele: Did you say Jeff's mad? I don't think he's mad.
Russell: (mentions Jordan, then) Other than that, Jessie's mad at me, Natalie's mad at me.. I'm kinda in a sh-t position right now...
Michele: Next week...
Russell: I'm gonna root for you. I gotta hand it to you. I really think you can win this. You're a smart girl.
Michele: Well, thank you. But don't give up. Part of the equation here is you...
Russell: It was so funny.. Everyone's like, You're in an alliance with Ronnie! I was laughin'.
Michele: Well, at least it insures that the kid's going home.
She laughs... recounting Ronnie's assuring everyone he wasn't lying, meanwhile lying during the conversation...
Russell reverts back to Chima...
Russell: How good was my self-control on that one?
Michele: She was probably about 5 minutes from getting kicked out of the house.
Russell: I really didn't want to, but she took it there... She really did.. Then she started attacking me persinally with my looks, and I was like, do you wanna go there? Really> i have way more in my arsenal... But everyone so kisses her ass...
He refers back to the racism accusation that wasn't heartfelt on her behalf and purely game.
Russell: I told her, you have to realize the kid has a personal life outside the house and you could've ruined his career... Nah, but I'm not mad at ya.. You did what you had to do.. I was just trying to get it out of the way so I could have my talk with her...
Michele: You just seemed so angry...
Russell: I was angry because she and I had already gotten into it, and then she brought you up..
Michele: And I was like, i don't wanna go up there!
Russell: Yeah, but if you win this week, awesome, I'm back in it... Anyone else wins.. It's HoH or PoV, cause if I go up, someone could take me down, then I'm guns a blazin for Chima.
Michele: You're fine. Stop being so neurotic.
Russell: How do they do that? How do they cast all these people.
Michele: Even Jeff yesterday...
Talk turns to Kevin and how no one even perceives him as a threat... Then back to Chima and her desire for an all girl alliance...
Russell: No one thinks strategically here except me, ___ and you. Yeah, Ronnie's smart, but he's an asshole.
Michele: He's trying to convince me already, he's all, well, if I'm leaving, you're playing for 2nd place...
Russell: I think I stole the asshole card.
Michele: Dude, I have my hands on that card too.
They're laughing about everything that went down last night...
Russell: If you win, I'll be really happy.
Michele: Like I said, I'm playing for me, but I also want to protect my friends.
Russell: I'm trying be honest, and are there things I've lied about, yes? We all do. It's the game. Russell tells her she's his dying shot. They believe Jeff and Jordan are still good with him too... or can be brought around.
Russell: You, I genuinely like. I admire that you're smart, and that you'll stand up to Chima.
Talk turns to Natalie.
Michele: THe people who say you can only think about this week, it's like, no you can only think about this week.
Russell: Exactly. It's a chess game. I don't know if you're gonna get in trouble sitting here with me.
Michele: I don't give a f.
Russell: I just don't want you to get yelled at by Chima.
Michele: I'll just say you were apologizing and I was taking it.
They break up the conversation lest they be discovered...

Ronnie hopes he'll get to come back and host a competition. Lydia says she'd like to too. Ronnie tells her she wont be able to if she's on the jury.

Ronnie: I still can't believe how much Russell and Chima got into it.

Michele: I was in the middle of cleaning, and they called me to the DR again. I'm cooking, I'm cleaning, they always call me.

Tanning and chatting about men and dogs...
Talk turns to the fighting last night...
Michele: When I'm mad like that, I just go for a run. I used to throw things... now I just go for a run.

Jordan comes out, asks if there's tanning lotion. Lydia directs her to it.
Michele puts forth the theory that the fighting actually helped with all the tension that had been building up yesterday. Lydia starts bashing Ronnie to the willing ear of Michele.
Lydia: He keeps wanting to talk about sh-t that's happened and no one wants to talk about it.
Michele: Once he starts, he wont stop.
Lydia: I was eating, and he brought up Russell and Chima, and I just ate as fast as I could, got up and walked away.

We continue with Michele and Lydia, who are talking a bit about the magical power... Both agree it hasn't been revealed yet. Michele tells Lydia that Jessie, Natalie and Chima campaigned long and hard to her to keep Ronnie here... She then informs Lydia that there's a very short list of people that could be put up against her where she would even consider voting her out.
Michele: They trash you.
Lydia talks about her relationship with Jessie a bit, and Michele lets her know that Jessie's said plenty of nasty things about her as well.
Lydia: Natalie totally fires him up on the anti Michele bandwagon.
Michele: She fires everyone up against each other, then comes in on this fake peafce maker bandwagon.
Lydia: This whole protection bs.
Michele: I'm like, I don't need your protection, bitch. She even admitted Ronnie's a snake, so I asked her, why do you want to keep a snake, and she's all um awe, um...
Lydia: Ever since her and Jessie kept him, suddenly he's their yes man... He'll do whatever they want. I'm all, don't try to offer me protection...
**They're talking too fast for me... In a nutshell, it's a mutual stroke, combined with an information exchange dump about Jessie and Natalie...
Lydia: I really hope you, me, Chima, Kevin, Jordan.. I really want a female who's not co-dependent on men in here to win.

2:28pm BBT - The Michele/Lydia conversation continues. They've moved fully into the female alliance talk... Girl Power, etc. Important to note, they do separate Jeff from the rest of the men in the house.
All the while, Jordan's in the Hammock, tanning.

Chima passes through, made up and wearing a skirt... They compliment her.
Kevin: Wasn't that nice of production to tell us the names of the people who had to get up early?
Lydia: Yes. Very! Thank you, production!!
Talk turns to the power, and they get it to the tee.

Jordan: So is that secret alliance true? With Jessie and Natalie?
They move to the conversation to the pool...

Then Chima and Lydia educate poor Jeff about vaginal stretching and ripping during the birthing process... Poor Jeff is mortified.

Michele: I knew I couldn't trust Ronnie when almost on day one, he was talking about who he wanted to get out, and he was all over getting you and Jeff out. From that day... His goal was to get the nicest people out of the house first.
Jordan: Really? I can't help it, I'm just not mean.
Michele: I'm not mean either, but I'm not gonna take that from an a-hole. Just stay strong.. You know what you know... No matter what anyone else tells me for the rest of this game, i know you will not backstab me.
Jordan: And you wont backstab me. How long are you and Russell gonna pretend to be mad at eachother?

Jordan thinks either Michele or Kevin will win the "wizard power."

The look on Jessie's face is priceless.

Jeff and Jordan have now moved to the Pool Room... Jordan's putting a long sleeve shirt on. Jeff's already waiting for her under the covers.
Jeff: (whispers) Did you ask her? About that thing?Jordan starts to respond, then Michele comes in. Michele asks if she's interrupting, and they both say no, of course not...
Jordan has made herself a raft bed on the floor. There's nothing wrong between her and Jeff... They'd just been having a talk in the living room about how once it's time for sleep, they both enjoy having their own space.
Michele: So what's new in Jeff world?
Jeff: Nothin'.
Michele: That's good...

Michele: After that fight, with Ronnie, Natalie came and cornered me and tried to get me to keep Ronnie... They've got nothing right now.. They tried to push me into some bs alliance.. They pretty much told me not to talk to anyone else.. I'm like, ummm, I'll f'in talk to whoever I want to .. Then she's like, you should be fake with all the people you're not friends with... Do not trust them.. They're snakey snakes in the house.

Jeff: I was talking with Kevin and Lydia and Natalie was joking around that she would put Jessie up as a pawn... I'm all, really???

***Guys, I've been at it since 5:30am eastern, and it's now 7pm eastern... I'm getting a little loopy... and less than efficient. It's time for a break.

They move on to talk about the Wizard power. If Ronnie wins he will put up Russell. Natalie's target is Michele.
Lydia comes out. The conversation changes. Except..
Ronnie: I would put up Jeff, Jordan or Kevin.
Lydia and Natalie are arguing now. Lydia points out Natalie's discrepancies.
Lydia: You told Michele that she supports a racist, bigot, so that makes her that, right? You obviously support a misogynist, he's disrespected females, all the girls in the house. You're saying one thing and doing another.
They are questioning why Jessie and Natalie are still talking to Russell. Natalie is comparing Ronnie and Russell. Natalie is adamant about continuing to talk to Russell. It goes back and forth.
Lydia: The only difference is he won, and you will still be friends with him because he won and you want to talk to the strong people.
Natalie: It's the same are what happened to Ronnie. I am not going to isolate him. I'm not going to shoot the sh*t with him.
Chima: Jessie does.
Ronnie takes this time to point out that his lies where game lies and is blaming all the other lies on Russell. He also takes the opportunity the beg for the Mystery Power.
Ronnie: I will do anything in my power to scr*w over the game

Ronnie and Natalie turn to Michele bashing and how she is a "plagiarist" about the POV speech she gave.
Chima: The speech was awkward anyway.
Ronnie: Everything she does is awkward. She is a outcast with no social skills...
(Jeff is on the elliptical during this Michele bashing, but he says nothing. Wisely, keeping his comments to himself.)
Inside, Jeff passes by. (Feeds 3 & 4)
Russell: I have leprosy. Don't come to close.
Jeff: I've had it the whole game. I'm immune.
Russell goes up to HOH.
Jessie: I'll be up there in a bit and plan my own demise. (**?)

After challenging Jessie's hanging out with Russell outside, she goes inside and give Jessie a big hug. Baby talk engage. Natalie comes in, and puts an end to what Lydia was about to say.
They go to the living room where Natale begins to inform Jessie about what Chima and Lydia were saying outside. She is making sure to put Lydia in the worst light, that she said that Jessie only aligns herself for the strong. She declares that she is not voting for her, and that he shouldn't be either. Jessie tells her to be quiet indicating that people are in the rooms and can hear. (**Was she even ever planning on voting Ronnie out?)
They move to the bathroom and Natalie continues her reportage. It's Lydia, Lydia Lydia...
Natalie: She's f*cking talking sh*t about you to my face.
(**I'm thinking I should have taken that nap!)
Natalie: If I win, it's going to be Lydia and Michele. Although I woulnd't mind putting Kevin up just to split them up.
Jessie: Slow down.
Natalie: Don't let her play you for a fool. She is talking sh*t about you to my face.
Natalie is fired up and all over the place. She is even thinking votes in Jury house. Jessie tell her not to tell anyone who she is putting up. Natalie says she told the whole room. Natalie has her nominations speeches all ready too...

Natalie needs to talk to Russell right now. She won't wait. Jessie will keep watch for her. They try some guerrilla tactics to get Russell's attention through the spy cam, but they give up and go back to the bathroom.

After challenging Jessie's hanging out with Russell outside, she goes inside and give Jessie a big hug. Baby talk engage. Natalie comes in, and puts an end to what Lydia was about to say.
They go to the living room where Natale begins to inform Jessie about what Chima and Lydia were saying outside. She is making sure to put Lydia in the worst light, that she said that Jessie only aligns herself for the strong. She declares that she is not voting for her, and that he shouldn't be either. Jessie tells her to be quiet indicating that people are in the rooms and can hear. (**Was she even ever planning on voting Ronnie out?)
They move to the bathroom and Natalie continues her reportage. It's Lydia, Lydia Lydia...Natalie: She's f*cking talking sh*t about you to my face.
(**I'm thinking I should have taken that nap!)
Natalie: If I win, it's going to be Lydia and Michele. Although I woulnd't mind putting Kevin up just to split them up.
Jessie: Slow down.
Natalie: Don't let her play you for a fool. She is talking sh*t about you to my face.
Natalie is fired up and all over the place. She is even thinking votes in Jury house. Jessie tell her not to tell anyone who she is putting up. Natalie says she told the whole room. Natalie has her nominations speeches all ready too...

Natalie needs to talk to Russell right now. She won't wait. Jessie will keep watch for her. They try some guerrilla tactics to get Russell's attention through the spy cam, but they give up and go back to the bathroom.

Ronnie is talking/lecturing about Survivor and how he wants to be on it.
Ronnie: I wish I could make the jury house.
Lydia: I hope I make jury.
Ronnie: You will make jury. Michele wants me out because I'm the smartest person in the house and when I go she will be the smartest person in the house.

Either way, he has to get in control of himself. Being so confrontational and gullible at the same time is not a good combination.

I'm happy to see that Michele and Russell squished their beef. The overeall goal is to get Ronnie out of the house.
Again, Michele told Russell that Natalie lobbied for Ronnie to stay in the house. Why can't Russell get a clue that Natalie and Jessie are not on his side.
The Russell, Jeff, Jordan and Michele alliance can still work in the house but they have to think strategically. The goal for next week is to have Jessie and Natalie on the block by next Tuesday.
The drama with Chima has got to be put aside. Lydia and Kevin will hae to be dealt with as well.
I don't think either of them should trust each other after everything that happened last night. They both spilled each other's biggest secrets last night.
Jordan doesn't need to get involved in the drama of the house regardless of what someone possibly could have said about her.
She needs to stay close to Jeff and not give in to bashing other houseguests while other people are around outside of her alliance.
the only worry i have for next week is the fact that the hoh breaks a tie. even though the russell jeff michelle is sort of off, michelle still thinks they are cool (when russ still clearly believes jessies lie) so if jeff does win the coup and he takes off 2 people he doesnt want to go home and puts up only 1 of the jessie, natalie against chima for example, then they wont vote out jessie. for example, if natlaie wins hoh and jessie wins pov, jeff's power will not be effective. even if jessie doesnt win pov, jeff might put jessie up against lydia or something and jessie might be able to get 3 votes and natalie would save him with the tie break. its going to be interesting.
Without a doubt the the whole house is crazy going nuts and I love it.
Michele has used the trial and error method and really gotten her scientific brain wrapped around this thing...she is my fav so far.
Assuming Jeff is going to receive the CDT, I'm praying/begging for Natalie, Chima, Jessie or Lydia to win HoH this week. Jeff using the CDT won't be nearly as fun if one of them doesn't have their choices up on the block.

I just watched the 11:00pm hour from last night. WOW just wow. Couple of things:
1. This makes me like J&J WAY WAY more. Jeff calming Russell down just shows his character. Russell keeps going on and on. Jeff just chimes in funny quips like, "Well if it helps I am sexually frustrated too." OR "I believe everyone." HA
2. Chima you provoked the last bit. You went into the DR and asked if you could throw water in his face. What did you expect??
3. I actually can say good job Jessie. It makes me look at you in a better light by staying out of this.
4. No one won in that fight. I cannot believe how "blow up city" (jeff's words) that was.
the only hope we have that russell sees the light with the jessie lie is that chima knows the truth too. maybe, MAYBE, she will develop some rift with natalie and tell russell, but i highly doubt it and even if she does russ wouldnt believe it
I said I was glad to see Russ and Michelle talking and hoped they were being honest with each other. OK, I realize that sounds naive.
Let's look back to season 10. Dan, Memphis, Keesha and Renny. They all had to lie to each other to some degree. Keesha told both guys F2 when I think she really planned on taking Renny. Renny had deals with Dan and Keesha. Dan had deals with all 3. And Memphis promised Keesha and Dan.
That's the kind of lying that is part of the game and if you want to play you have to be prepared to lie and be lied to. I don't like it. Especially because the 4 of them were all decent people that seemed to genuinely care about each other. But they did not completely make up things that never happened, Put words in people's mouths that were never said or attack each other on any kind of personal level.
The one thing they stuck tight on was that no matter how it looked, or what other people in the house tried to say or do, the 4 of them would stick to the alliance. Even when they didn't agree on everything.
That is what needs to happen for JJRM to succeed. They don't need to be besties, they just need to stick to the plan. Let Jesse think he and Russ are F2. It's no different than Dan and Memphis each letting Jerry think they would take him to F2.
I know I am being optimistic. But there is a logical way for this JJRM alliance to work.
Now we just have to figure out a way to send a great big heaping pile of logic into the house.

If I understand correctly (and I may not) they are referring to two weeks of evictions and not necessarily two actual weeks worth of days. So the first week will be this Thursday (Rusell's HoH) and the second week will be next Thursday (hopefully J/N/C/L HoH). That's how I interpret the CDT.
Ok, confused here. Why is Lydia hating on Russell? She does get that he is trying to save her right? Well not so much save her but get rid of Ronnie which equals the same thing. It's official. I'm off the Lydia bandwagon. Be gone with her! :)

Last night, I think it was cam 3 around 0230 or so, I just watched them and laughed out loud.

As far as Russell winking at Chima. He said he did it to piss her off more & I kind of thought that is what happened. I can't imagine how that fight could have been planned. It got way too personal, with Chima throwing the first insult. No one made any progress in this fight. But who would in a fight like that?
I would like to see Michelle, Jeff, Jordan & possibly Russell (if he can wake up to the fact that Jessie/Natalie do NOT have his back) keep their alliance & if the 4 of them would sit down & talk it through which they should have done days ago. But, I am very, very leery of Russell.

HoH and Veto winner of that week can not go up as replacements by the CDT winner. So they are immune in the sense that they can't be nominated or evicted, just like any other week.

Thanks - not too soggy now but this morning was nasty. Woke up all excited for walls - even dreamt of how pretty they were - but instead i stepped into puddle after puddle of freezing water. Took a pot of coffee to wake me up and get me out of my grouch-fest and to stop my cursing - picture a soldier + biker + punk rocker mixed together and that was my mouth this morning!

I am still 100% on the Russell bandwagon and I'm not saying that with my Lower GaYToR. (I refuse to call him 'little.' If you only knew where I have to stick him to hide him during a show... OUCH! But it does raise my voice a few octaves.)
Sure, Russell had a meltdown last night, but who doesn't at some point in that House of Horrors? Was it any worse than what others (Chima) said. INMSHO no.
I'm hoping for the best and that he can get back into the J/J/M/R alliance. It's the best one in the house. (again IMNSHO)
Russell is a man to be reckoned with, and other than last night he is the most levelheaded person in the house. I can forgive him for that because he was clearly provoked. I can only hope he figures out that it is Jessalie who is really at the bottom of it all. I'm sending telepathic messages to him.

WendyLady, it's called selective rule enforcement. I guess I have to say it's also the context of the hit that determines the AGP call. Those were all in the name of horseplay of both parties. I don't like it but that's how I see it.
I also see Jessie as a potential... not sure what to call it, but I have to wonder if this might be a reason he hasn't been in a relationship. At least that we know of.

I love Jordan as much as anyone, but it's not an act at all. She believes whatever they tell her and shes like an anchor for Jeff to have to drag around and its only gonna get harder.
GaYToR ~ I always wondered about that too. The HG's always lump the gay guy with the girls. WTF? Well not just HG's, but every one, it seems. I don't get it. My niece is gay and I would never think of lumping her in with guys!?!?!

Gaytor - i find it very disturbing seeing all these bruises even if its just horse play - always starts out small then someone gets hurt. If he is unable to control his "play" fighting how would he treat a lady who was really mad at him? This is so a dangerous road to go down and it does worry me that they are sending out the wrong signal.
Marci - when i read that i was gob-smacked. That is in no way at all words that should ever be uttered to someone.
The lack of rules, lack of respect for the game and the fact that nothing is being done has me wondering the fate of this show. If you can get away with everything they have so far this yr would that not hinder someone from trying out next yr?

If BB reprimanded Natalie for saying she would shank Michele, they would also have to reprimand Jeff because he often makes violent comments of that sort. They would have to reprimand Russell, Jessie, Chima, Lydia, etc. An empty threat is an empty threat! Let's not get carried away!
I used to like Michele, but everything she says is calculated now. She is blowing things out of proportion and lying and backstabbing. That is all she does now. I liked her better when she was the quiet nympho with potential. She is like a more spiteful version of Ronnie. Russell deserves a more trustworthy partner. I think Natalie, Jessie, Chima, Jeff, and Jordan are the only people in the house who know how to be loyal.

Same goes for Chima as well ... I mean, really, going into the DR to ask just how mean, derogatory, and physical she can get without being kicked off?! That lady is just looking for an opportunity to cross the line and claim she was told it was "ok" by production.
WendyLady; I am also shocked that Jessie's "playfulness" isn't getting more attention from the producers. Context aside, I'm not at all sure the intent to hurt wasn't in his mind. As far as I am aware there were no sincere apologies from him .. he just plays it off like they deserved it.

Deejay - I've been reading all your posts today and agree with you. As for Jessie and his apologies - they were more for face value then anythin else.......he is more concerned about getting kicked out then he is for hurting someone and that is one of the things the scare me the most. The other thing that scares me that instead of using words he uses his hands/muscles which is rule 1 we are all taught from the get go.
Russell is hot headed no question there but hes mouth -at least so far - but Jessie has now hurt 2 ladies with a POS apology. I could never respect someone like that.

There is a power grid station about a mile down the road from my house, and earlier today I heard a loud BOOM......then all the power went out.....I think it was hit by lightning...but the power came right back, then off and on a couple times for about an hour after that.........*sigh*

Yeah, I forgot about it being show night and gettings to see the DR sessions. I'm still going to try to not saying anything negative though. So if you see a lot of "Syn said ... '.......'" then you'll know that's me going by the old rule "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."

I've cracked a bottle of my favorite wine (Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio) and am ready for show night (I thought there would be a new top post??). I pray the live feeds are boring tonight because I have to get up tomorrow morning for an appointment.
