Friday Night in the Big Brother 12 House: Is there a Full Moon over CBS Radford?!
Big Brother 12 has been different from the get-go... a very different season, indeed.
Exhibit A:
8pm BBT: Happiest Nominees On Earth... Hayden and Kristen are supposed to be miserable and mopey on the live feeds tonight, right?? Uh.. nope.
Exhibit B: 7:45pm BBT
Miserable HoH .... You're the only safe person in the house. Smiles, Rachel, Smiles!
Errr. nope! Rachel's being second guessed, undermined and berated by her partner in the house. She's had enough, and she's not gonna take it anymore.
What will the rest of the night bring?
For starters...
8:15pm BBTPractice on what the HGs believe will be the PoV comp device. BB just now opened the backyard, and there's a new giant toy...
Let the practicing begin!
Everyone's outside giving it a go. Some are having more success than others. Hayden? Not so much... which leads him to comment that it's a crap shoot, no skill involved. Then the HGs begin to learn how to finesse the machine...Should be a fun night on the feeds, either way.

You really have to give this group credit. They can fight and then in the next minute hang together like nothing ever happened. I give them big kudos for that and would imagine it makes the house a much nicer place to be with a lot less stress.

Jane, Barbra, and forgot who else. Thanks for that clarification. It just seems to me from reading, that everyone is on the Rachael bandwagon and never gives Brendon any credit.. No not everyone because that wouldn't be right for me to say. I just see it more than the other way around.
My personal feelings regarding Rachael clouds my own view. I don't think she is any different outside of the house than she is in the house.
I wish they would go separate ways so we could see what each of them would actually do.
As for comments that Brendon should back off because it is her HoH and not his, she is the one that doesn't want anyone to come between her and HER MAN (which makes me gag every time I hear it.
Now back to what is going on at the moment. Pinball with a bit of Plinko? That may or may not be the very first 'different comp' we have seen this year. AG said there would be new ones, but we have yet to see one that hasn't been a rehash of every previous season. If it plays out to be what it looks like, the game will be a craps shoot. Even Kathy might win if she can muster the strength to pull the lever back far enough to make it to the top of the board.

Ok, a question: can anyone tell me what day and time it was that H/K did the nasty? the "moaning" episode? ever since they keep saying all they did was kiss and cuddle..(and ive read otherwise), i want to see for myself on flashback. Usually I pass on the make out sessions but for some reason..i want to see for myself.
I'd like to note too that I think Racheal has more integrity in her little finger than Kathy could ever hope for.
She TRULY wants the floaters to go home so that people who fight hard and work to win..can. I agree with that on a moral standpoint, but gamewise i hope she changes that and starts going for the strong players. Her chances would increase tenfold. This week is a good start. I think Hayden and Kristen are both strong players and I hope this is a hint of things to come.

wendy, they never did the nasty (or it doesn't seem so). We don't know exactly what they did, but Andrew could hear them making out. Who knows what "making out" means.
Gaytor, if it makes you feel any better I don't like Rachel. As Monet would say, I'd have to slap her, lol. But I do admire how she plays the game. Now with Brendon I like him but I can't stand the way he treats his woman (the control, physically restrain thing)

Here it is a Monday tradition, It's always been that way. Back in the day, Mondays were traditionally 'wash day' and the cook could put the beans on to cook all day while doing the laundry on a washboard,

I don't think Kristen and Hayden have done more than heavy kissing. Kristen ... hmmm, this is going to come out wrong ... is a loud swallower. Even with just eating and drinking you can hear her swallow. And Hayden wears retainers so he does a lot of slurping. I think those two combined made it sound like more than it was.
Rachel's definition of "Making Out" however is more akin to a h***job under the covers.

I DVR'd the Early Show this morning from WCBS-TV in New York.
They introduced the BB recap segment by saying something like "Andrew was evicted last night. He talked to Julie Chen on the show and here's part of what he said."
This was followed by about a minute worth of tape from last night's live show.
Although I don't usually watch the Early Show, I thought the Friday morning segment was a live interview with the evicted HG. Am I right?
If so, any idea why there was no live interview with Andrew?
The CBS morning show segments are taped immediately after the live show and aired the following morning. You'll see a couple minutes, then if you go to the side online, there's the full 12 minute or so interview.
And - I'm here, settling in after work, and will open a new top post in a while. Nothing game going on right now, just practice on the big toy. :)
