Kristin is pushing hard to get Matt to help getting Andrew to stay. Matt wants it to be 4-4 tie so he can break it and gain Andrew's respect. Kristen thinks Brendon, Rachel, Britney and Enzo will vote to keep Kathy.

Hayden congratulates Rachel and they talk about the PoV game for a bit. It was a stay/fold. Brendon won the PoV. Brendon is not on the feeds....
Back upstairs in HoH... Ragan joins the other two.
Kristin: The two people that are up there right now. I don't want either of them to go out.
Matt: That was not supposed to happen.
They go in circles until Rachel comes up to HoH.
Matt: That was intense!

The discussion in HoH is trying to orchestrate a 4-4 vote. Ragan feels that having a unanimous vote. People should vote with their hearts. (**The only person that would benefit orchestrating a vote is Matt.)
Rachel advises that Matt talk to Andrew. Matt doesn't think that Andrew believes a word that comes out of Matt's mouth.
Rachel: I think you've proven yourself to people.
Matt: Are you saying that in a good way?
Rachel: Yes. You won HoH in a very hard competition. Then you handled the HoH well.
Kristin: Most importantly you need to talk to Kathy and Andrew. Especially Andrew.
Matt: He doesn't believe a word I say. I don't know why that is.
Rachel: I don't think he believes a word anyone says.
Matt: I don't think he likes me. I get that vibe.
Rachel: I get this vibe too. I asked Ragan if I could be his motivational speaker,(during the competition) and he (Andrew) said no.
Brainstorming continues on how to deal with Andrew.
Rachel: Does Andrew know about your wife?
Matt: I don't know.
Rachel: You should tell him.
Ragan: It should happen more organically.
Matt: I don't want to play my wife as a card... (**Erm....)
Kristin offers to talk to Andrew who she says trusts her.

They are talking about the competition. The most interesting thing is Enzo's costume... :)
Enzo moves to Insect Room where Andrew is.
Andrew: Why didn't he put both of them up?
Enzo: I know. Why didn't he?
Andrew: I can't stand Rachel.
Enzo gives him a pep talk. Andrew says he hates that Brendon won. He doesn't think Kathy deserves to stay in the game. Andrew is unleashing a lot of venom going Rachel's way.
Back in HoH
Ragan and Matt are alone. Ragan is explaining why he was in such a bad mood this morning. He couldn't sleep because of Brendon and Rachel's sexual escapades in the cot. Ragan didn't want to talk to them because they would explode, so he went to DR to complain about the situation. They will take an extra pillow from him but let them go at it in the cot?

Feeds come back
Rachel is in HoH with Ragan and Matt.
Their conversation comes to an end almost immediately. She leaves. Ragan insists that Brendon and Rachel will not go after Matt if they win HoH. Ragan is pushing the idea that keeping Andrew is the honorable thing to do. It would be better for game play to keep Kathy (who isn't a threat).
Matt believes that Andrew turned against Rachel and Brendon the night of the big meeting in HoH that didn't include him. Ragan doesn't think so... Ragan proceeds to spill every little secret he knows tying everyone under the railway tracks and letting the train run over them... **Catch this in Flashback... Way too much to transcribe.

Kristin joins Andrew on the HoH landing.
Kristin: I just want you to know, Hayden and I are together. And I'm close with Kathy, but our bond is strong. You need to talk to Matt.
Andrew whispers an intelligible reply.
Kristin emphasizes that she is working to keep Andrew in the house. She is talking him off the ledge. Andrew is really ticked off.
Andrew: I would never put you up. I love you guys.
Kristin: You deserve to have someone on your side. Hayden and I are on your side. I have to console Kathy, but that's all I am to her. A good friend... I think it's very important in the upcoming weeks we have better communication.
Andrew: Okay.
**On that note. I can't get a word Andrew is saying...

They are turbo-whispering about who to trust in the house. Rachel is considering putting up Kristin if she wins HoH. Rachel doesn't want to ever put Matt on the block because he saved them...Brendon maintains there is only one person they can trust which is Andrew. They decide that Britney is off their radar.
Ragan comes in.
Brendon: Are you feeling better?
Ragan: Yeah...
Brendon: Did you sleep at all?
Ragan: Yeah....
They go on to talk about the comp some more.
Ragan (whispering): I'm so glad you won...
Rachel: Us too. I have so much respect for Matt right now. I don't know why I doubted him...
They keep trying to talk to Ragan whose participation in the conversation is minimal.
Ragan is not taking being a Have Not well at all this time... He is bummed that he is punished even though he was second last to fall in the HoH competition...

Matt is saying how he doesn't understand why Andrew thinks he is against him. Andrew is questioning why Matt didn't put both of them up. From Andrew's perspective, it looks like Matt was going after him. Andrew repeats that he can't stand Rachel.
Matt maintains that the intent at no point was to get either Andrew or Kathy out of the house. He tells Andrew that he could try to influence votes. Andrew tells him not to. He wants to see where people stand so that he knows who to go after.

Ragan says he has not made up his mind yet, as it's such a difficult choice, with both of them being such great people. He tells her that when he does come to a decision, he will be honest with her about it. She thanks him and leaves so he can nap.

Hi all, I don't particularly care for Brendan and Rachel, but I want to see Matt squirm if they win it. He is the only one in the house that I have no respect for.
Just out of curiosity- do Brendan and Rachel even realize that they would be backdoored? I can picture one of them taking Andrew off the block (if one of them wins POV) because they don't realize that Matt will put the other of them up.
I hope either Brendon or Rachel win the POV just so the Brigade have to sweat it out the rest of the week. LOL
Can someone please explain to me why everyone hates Brendon? Did I miss something in the very beginning. The constant gunning for him despite his dristracted game play (busier with rachel than anything else) doesn't makes sense. I picked Kristen or Matt to win based on just the photos at the beginning of the game. I'm not a Matt fan after making up an illness for his wife, but am sticking with Kristen to win, so it's not because I am a Brendon fan that I ask this. In fact, I think he is kind of second fiddle to the annoying rachel who seems to wear the pants.

I would like to see Rachel out but not until Jury. I know we would see a whole different side of Brendon. I know he has gameplay, he just can't bring it on because he is constantly on Rachael Watch. If she stays much longer she will be his downfall. In fact I could go with her going out before Jury so they quit targeting him to go out with her.

I feel bad for Ragan also. He is being pulled two different directions and totally being snowed.
So why do they all hate Brendon? I mean, it seems pretty intense. And aside from being a mediocre player, what else is to hate? I'm just asking because I don't get it. I can understand, but I don't agree with attacking Andrew because he is different in terms of personality and religion, but Brendon seems like the kind of guy everyone would like in college.
I'm agnostic, so I say this from that pov (english teach speak for point of view), but this whole judiasm bashing is insane. No one openly bashed the bible readers (except when calling them hypocrites). I'm glad we don't have bible study groups this season, but I hate that people attack Andrew for his beliefs. He isn't shoving them down throats or having it affect anything more than what he can eat and when he can "work." It's not like he swear on the Torah!

Speaking for myself I do not hate Brendon. I think he has been very considerate of all the HG's & has tried to be nice to everyone as much as he can be in a Crazy House. But, IMO he started out of the gate w/ a huge target on his back by hooking up w/ Rachel. It frustrates me because I think he would have done a better job at this game if he would have played it w/out her at least at the beginning.
As far as Rachel goes it's the same thing. Hooking up w/ him so fast IMO hurt her game. I saw some game smarts last week when she was HOH & if she would allow herself more of that instead of trying to play for "Her Man" & herself she would be a lot better off too.
Playing for 1 person is hard enough in this house but both of them having to play for 2 hurt them from the beginning. Plus they claim to know how this game works & didn't they know a "showmance" or "relationship" as they refer to it now would hurt them. It's frustrating to see 2 ppl that could be good taking themselves out right from the start & setting themselves up to fight hard each week while others are just coasting by!!!!

Someone mentioned earlier that Kristin knows about the brigade. Does she really know or does she just suspect? If she suspects, what made her start feeling that way? If she knows, when and how did she find out?

I'm actually becoming a BroGade fan! Not so much the individuals themselves, not too impressive on their own, but they have been able to keep it on the Q-T and that great game play IMO. :)

First thing we are gonna see is Kathy, Matt and Andrew up in HOH with Kathy asking "How are we gonna backdoor someone when Rachel won the veto" and Andrew complaining that the pawn is going to go home (and then Kathy will know Matt was targeting her but can't start drama because she can't give anyone a reason to vote her out!)
If the noms do stay the same, who do you think will go on
Hayden, Kristen, Lane and Enzo will probably vote for Kathy to be evicted and Matt would be the tie break, so unless something crazy happens, Kathy would go this week?
What I dont understand is how that nobody has said anything about Kristen and Haydon, as well as the "Brogade"...Those HGS would have to be blind to not think that Lane, Enzo, Matt and Hayden are in an alliance, they are always together. But no the only alliance they worry about is B&R. As far as Kristen and Haydon go how long before somebody exposes them, be it another HG or even Julie or the DR....2 showmances in 1 season, Oh expect the unexpected......

OK, my prediction for Genie Sea's game is that we will see Andrew with a big eat sh**ing grin on his face doing a little jig. Brenchel will be happy for Andrew not knowing fully understanding it means disaster for them, the Brogade will be happy and jumping for joy and Ragan will run off in tears.
Kyra... In my case, I don't hate Brendon. I actually appreciate his respect for Andrew. My problem is that he's just so sappy. Just personal preference I guess... but when cameras are on him and Rach - I have to walk away. He annoys me to no end.
That being said I do feel like the kindness from Brendon is much more sincere. I think Rach is just good at faking it.
I also really agree with the concern for Ragan. He seems to have a lot of demons. I wish we could tell him we luv'em!!! :)

I think Kristen does know and she knows it from Hayden. He wants her to stay around of course an in their talks it had to come up.
I know the BRAgade will protect her for Hayden, but I think Hayden may make a move, and make it sooner rather than later, to break away from the alliance to help Kristen. I'm sure of it if for some reason one of them mess with her as in putting her up, even as a pawn.

I can't decide which scenario I'd like to see play out this week. I was a Rachel/Brendon supporter and though I'm not against them now, I'm not pulling for them like I have before. I generally like them but they get under my skin at times.
All I know for sure is that I really dislike Matt.(I'd love to see him go soon.)
As for this week as long as Ragan, Andrew and Kristin remain in the game I'll be able to breathe a sigh of relief.
DAMN, I go to wander off and my summer affair man, Stephen, comes in.

You talked of pink clouds. Those are hail. Tornado clouds are a very wicked deep green and almost neon glow. I used to live in 'tornado alley' and saw it all the time. At least thats the way I have always seen it.

I think Kristen is playing Haydon, and I think she suspects the "Brogade" too. Right now she is in a good spot, under the radar, and she feels that Haydon will take care of her and she is safe that way. No targets on her, dont rock the boat. I thought he told her last night in bed that Matt wanted to backdoor Brendon this week. I just dont know if Haydon wants Kristen more then the "Brogade"
I agree that Brendon seems like a sincerely kind person. That's why I hate hearing the others bash him personally. I think that is part of what Ragan struggles with. He knows they are good people.

Genie I know Brenchel know that Matt would put them up as a replacement nom, I don't think they fully comprehend that it would be his back door plan from the beginning of his HOH. Brenchel just don't seem to get that their not mixing with the other HG makes their romance even more threatening than other couples. I think Brenchel thinks that if only one is up, they will be able to strike a deal and secure Andrew, Ragan, Kristen and the other part of the Brenchel team that is not up. And if a tie breaker might just believe Matt would vote for them as part of get the floaters out. Convuleted thinking I know but that is what BB does to the brain cells after a while, lol. No matter what the outcome of the POV we KNOW we will have drama, and hey let's be real we all know we love the drama the best, lol.
I know this is wishful thinking, but worst case scenario. Brendon or Rachel win POV.

Barbara you're right "we all love the drama". I would just like the drama to be the massive explosion of the brigade. Can't wait to see Enzo, Lane and Matt turn on each other. Hayden's a bit safe because of his "other" alliances.

I too see the Brogade self imploding as soon as their skins get on the line, they will scramble fast for themselves. Hayden I think would be sneaky but he would side with Kristen.
On one level I do feel for Ragan because his pain at Matt's obvious betrayal will be real and personal. On the other hand he is setting himself up and in his own way betraying Rachel who he says he has equally strong feelings for so in that sense I don't feel sorry for him because he claims to have these great bonds for Rachel and Matt but he does nothing to really stand up for them in order to protect his skin. If you are going to play the game then you have to deal with the consequences.

Matt is realllllly not as smart as I thought it he actually wants to be put in the position of breaking a tie.... that always gets even MORE blood on your hands... not only did you put the people up, but you are also responsible for the actual eviction and the rest of the house gets the focus off of them regarding who is on who's side.....

You just have to love this game. Whenever someone declares that they or their alliance are running the house something usually happens to show them that they aren't in charge.
Matt: The only way to BEST ensure that someone you WANT to go home actually does is to nominate BOTH people, or at least the one of them you think is least likely to win the veto. If one person is on there, and they win POV, the other person automatically will go up... if both are up, they can only pull one off (and so can anyone else who wins who uses it).... while there is no way to 100% guarantee an eviction, it isn't smart to put neither up and bank on someone winning the veto who will actually use it
I think Andrew might call Matt out about his wife--that will be HUGE. Mr smarty pants Matt isn't that smart after all.
Oh gee. What a shock. Brendon won. Who didn't see THAT one coming... no matter what?
Honestly, despite his initial frustration this could work out perfectly for Matt. While normally it's not a good idea to be an HOH who breaks a tie this could do wonders for Matt.
Kathy has no solid allies in the house besides possibly Andrew. Andrew can't turn around and be mad at Matt for evicting Kathy since it saved him.
Brendon and Rachel are still huge targets for the rest of the house. Despite having HOH the duo did nothing to ingratiate themselves with anyone left in the house besides possibly Ragan (who is more loyal to Matt anyway.)
This week should end with Andrew - who is now essentially a floater - wanting to team up with Matt. At this point Matt has bonds with everyone and even if he gets nominated again it'll be hard for people to vote him out. Honestly, unless he's up against another member of the Brigade following a veto ceremony he's golden.
Don't worry everyone. The endless, sickening Brendon/Rachel showmance has been given a ventilator, not a lifesaver. It still doesn't have much longer to last.

Yeah. I wanted Andrew to win, but this is good too. Anything that puts the Brogade in a bad spot, especially Matt. Now Andrew has two things up his sleeve--the showmance between H & K and Matt's phony illness. He needs to pull those out of his hat and quick to save himself.

I truly don't think matt cared at all who won POV.....and the only reason he doesn't care about a tie breaker is because he isn't sending anyone to Jury. He is all about this "selfless stuff" i.e going up as the pawn etc and "ill break the tie" at some point it will come back to bite him...he's just to confident for his own good. I just have a hard time with him

WOW...Ragan just outed R/B...if that is true, they are a couple of pigs. Poor Ragan, complaining to Matt about how he couldn't sleep last night because Rachel and Brendon woke him up with their cot squeaking while he thinks Rachel was "releiving" Brendon. Ragan says he complained to producers that it wasn't fair that Kathy was told to pull the pillow from between his legs but Rachel was between Brendon's legs, lol too funny!
If one of them doesn't win HOH next week, I think it's guaranteed one will be in the jury house and one home. LOL Rachel may very well just leave if that happens.

I loved the secret convo last night between Andrew and Brendan, where both thought this outcome of the PoV would be the best. They are strong and Andrew is pretending to HATE Rachel for the game's sake. At this point... we know Andrew has Rachel and Brendan's. Britney will vote for Kathy.
I think Andrew should play out the secrets with the people in question... get Hayden and Kristen's votes or tell people about their showmance and late night cuddles. He should tell Matt he is on to him about the lie because he is a doctor. If they burn him and does not vote for him to stay... a minute to exit the house is a loooong time to tell secrets. Andrew can do this.
I am an Andrew fan, but I have to admit that I think I want him to go this week.... of course, this desire is contingent on him exposing Matt's lie about his wife's condition to the rest of the house! :-)
I really don't see Andrew "outing" matt over the lie. I'm sure he knows it will just increase the target on his back as a "liar" for not being honest about even being a doctor. Everyone knows Doctors make good money and that is always an issue in the house.
He may confront Matt on it in private I just don't see him increasing the target he already has given that people haven't been the kindest to him

I just talked about the pink sky because it was freaky especially when you saw it swirling a bit! Although, I have noticed that the sky is pink when it snows so it makes sense that pink would mean hail too (which it also did last night). In any event, the storm was out of control!
Matt has told everyone about his wife and though Andrew is a doctor he wrongly thinks the condition Matt mentioned is not a real disease. Matt's wife doesn't have it, but it's a real disease. So nothing good can come from Andrew calling him out.

The only time backdooring was truely effective was before they drew names for veto... when people got to choose they could just put up their alliance and have them all play for the veto and then pull eachother off.... now its just smarter to put both people up and expose you want them out...
The only other really way to backdoor in these seasons is to decide AFTER nominations and after veto is played and you realize it would be better to get someone other than the nominees out.
If what Ragan says about Brendan and Rachel...
Good for them. At least they are in love unlike a couple of other showmances where one person was using the other. It's nothing new in the Big Brother house... it's been happening for years now.

If Andrew let's Matt know, and only Matt, that he knows he is lying because he is a doctor and that they should forge a secret alliance. That way both will have a secret on the other. Andrew's alliance with Brendan is on the DL.

Ragan is falling way down in my book. I used to like him a lot, now I conclude that he is just playing the role of "snitch" and whoever is in the HOH, Ragan advises as to what to do by spilling the beans on everything he has heard. Talk about the ultimate floater :(
I don't think matt's "plan" backfired..I think this was his plan the whole time. IMO he truly thinks he is already a final 2. Therefore he wants to send someone out who he doesn't for sure know if they will give him a vote at the end. Because Rachel and Brendon play together, they vote together and if he has nothing to do with sending one out or putting one up then he thinks he'll have their Jury vote---way overconfident of a move IMO but he's like that.
Lane has no game. He is sitting back and letting everyone do all the work. He is first or 2nd out on every comp. Hope Andrew gets HOH and norms Lane and Matt.

While I understand not wanting to put Matt up BEFORE the veto is played to respect what he did for you... he also explicitly told you he would have to use one of you as a renom if the veto was used... so if you should win HOH while he is still in the house... the terms of your deal should be the same... we won't put you up initially but if the veto is used, we can't guarantee anything...

Wow she is really playing a personal, emotional game and although I do think she strategically could have had it made as she appeared to understand the game more than others, I think that has all went out the window due to her relationship with Brendon

I think Misslissa is right. Matt has a plan and the bottom line is, he had no intention of forcing Brendon or Rachel out. The Bro's are just too dumb to realize he totally sabatoged his alliance for his own benefit. He doesn't have any true loyalty to anyone.
Setting himself up as the tie breaker also ensures the person he votes against will go home and not be in the house to come after him.

Well, when I had left earlier today, I found out the the POV was won - just now I read that it was Brendon! So, if Matt would have put up Brendon and Rachel, Brendon would have saved himself - duh - Rachel would have gone. I wonder if Matt is kicking himself yet . . .

As long as Brendon and Rachel stay in the house, the target remains on them and not him... Also, he believes that the 2 of them will vote for him if they make it to jury and he's final 2.

I hope you're right about the Kristen Rachel feud. That would be the first trully intelligent move from Rachel. If Andrews plying Matt that would be awesome too, but he's such an emotional loose cannon, how can anyone know?
So, it's looking like Matt isn't going to end up with much, if any blood on his hands this week, and ends up sitting pretty for next week, in terms of any major targets being placed on him as of a result of his HoH reign this week.

After yesterday's convo's between Andrew and Brendon, I am convinced that they are the longtime friends. There was a brief encounter in the bathroom, and although they were both hard to hear, Brendon told Andrew that if he won the POV, he would take Andrew off the block. Andrew said you can't take me over your girl, we will talk later. On flashback, go to 12AM on CAM 1 for a secret convo with Brendon and Andrew. It is eye opening. Andrew is playing the whole house, except for Brendon and Rachel. He told Brendon that Brendon had to win the POV and to tell Rachel to keep pretending she hates him. I am glad Brendon won the POV so that I can see the Brendon and Andrew secret alliance continue to build.

I don't believe Matt is dumb for not putting up Brenchel, I just can not condone him playing WEEK 3 like he is already guaranteed F2. I think it is very foolish. At the same time, the fact that Brenchel said they would not go after Matt is very telling of how idiotic they are. (I swear I'm trying to come up with another way to say it, but they are frustrating me so much right now!)
He can definitely play this all off and make himself look good to everyone in the House. Hell, he's pretty much playing the target right off his body.
The craziest thing to me right now? It is Week 3 and I really don't have anyone that I am rooting for. At this point, I am all for a Ragan/Lane/Brittany/Annie F4. (Annie cause she will be voted back into this game in a few weeks!)

I also see Matt throwing future HOH's as the numbers narrow down as he can only keep his hands "clean" for so long. I agree it will get him far, unless the other's start seeing through it..and with BB you never know what AGP may throw in there to mess up his plan/ or encourage it :)

Think about it, if it was another twist to the game, AGP and CBS would be heavily promoting it on the 3 weekly shows. It hasn't been brought up by production on ANY of the shows since Annie was voted off over a week ago. Not last Sunday's, not Wednesday's, not Thursday's Live show.
It's about ratings and bringing in viewers, so if this lie told by Annie as the Sabot had any truth to it, we would see it being heavily promoted on the weekly shows.
When was the last time production mentioned it? Why didn't Julie Chen tease us viewers with it this past Thursday?
