Big Brother 12: Saturday Morning, July 10th

There's been no wakey, wakey, but we have houseguests up all over the live feeds in the BB12 house!

Andrew's already washed up, and quietly gone upstairs to the HoH landing to silently do his Shabbat morning prayers. As many as he can do without a minyan, anyway.

***A minyan is a quorum of 10 men, and a minyan is required for many prayers.

Annie's up and doing her morning bathroom routine.

Kathy's just finished getting new batteries and doing a little hair fluffing in the storage room... Now she's moving on to something else.

Brendan's talking about his personal relationships outside the house and how he's too forgiving sometimes.

Ragan's agreeing, mm hmming, and looking at Brendon like, honey, keep talking as much as you want. I'll just sit here and lavish in your beauty... and, would you mind taking your shirt off?

Brendon just bumped into Ragan accidentally at the kitchen counter...

Ragan: (joking) Stop it! Stop trying to kiss me! Live feeds, you saw.. He keeps trying to kiss me!

Brendon laughs and continues preparing tea. He goes outside for a moment to tell Kathy that he made her some too, and put it in the freezer for her.

Brendon: Kathy's hilarious. I'd love to see her in uniform. I have so much respect for her. She's been through a lot.
Ragan: I know.
Brendon: Having to raise a kid alone..

Talk turns to slop, which Ragan is eating. To the right is his slop face.

Ragan's just a genuinely nice, appreciative person. They're talking about the comp and how he wanted to help Kathy when she kept falling.

Brendon: That's why I was so proud of our team... For Kathy to jump down there and help Britney when she was already having such a hard time herself...
Ragan: I think that challenge was really geared toward a guy, because a guy would obviously have an easier time getting across.

Talk turns to the possibility of the next HoH Comp being endurance...

Ragan says he doubts it, but since the 1st comp wasn't, it's a possibility. Brendon thinks an endurance comp would be fun.. hanging on something for 4 hours...

Brendon: This is like everyone's dream come true. It's like going on a giant game show.

Talk turns to past HGs, seasons and comps. Then to the PoV Ceremony. Brendon's thinking of doing something funny for it... to entertain the superfans. :)

***Brendon, all you had to do was smile.

Monet wakes up and passes through, but she's barely coherent enough to return their good mornings.

They're doing impressions of past HGs during PoV Ceremonies and other comps. It's funny, cute stuff. I recommend you check it out for yourselves on Flashback, if you're not seeing it live now.

Andrew - Next to the fridge, praying a bit.

Kathy's talking about how she will not lower her moral standards for a game or money.

Brendon & Kathy ask if they can see Andrew's prayer book, and he comes over and shares it with them, explaining that it opens from the right instead of the left... and some other details.

Kathy misses her bible. She says it got lost in transit somehow. And she tells Andrew that she has so much respect for him. Brendon's giving the hebrew a go... Andrew's happy to teach. My heart is officially warmed. This is the 1st time we've seen HGs show interest instead of mockery.

9:24am - Enzo has arisen. He pours his coffee and joins the kitchen crew for a moment... then off he goes, leaving Brendon, Kathy and Andrew alone.

Brendon: I just wanna make it through this game. I don't wanna lie or backstab. I wanna be around real people, like the 2 of you.
Kathy: As far as alliances go, I haven't made anything...

***This could actually be a very cool alliance... I'll even name it: "The Grownups"

Brendon: I wanna be who I am. If I wanna hang out with Rachel, I hang out with Rachel, and if someone doesn't like it, too bad.
Kathy: I hear that. She's a sweet girl.
Brendon: Yeah, she is.

Brendon continues on about how he wants to play a clean game, appealing to Kathy's natural inclination towards fairness and justice. He also reaches out to Andrew, telling him he wants him to be a part of this group, and that he knows it's easy for him to feel alienated, and it doesn't have to be that way anymore.

BB: Good Morning, Houseguests, it's time to get up for the day. Attention Houseguests, there are fresh batteries in the Storage Room.
Brendon: Hey, where's the music?

Talking about last night's drama with Annie... She didn't want to share the bed with Brendon anymore, crying to him, yadayada...

Ragan: I think the next 2 days there's gonna be people trying to create drama, trying to suck people in.

Matt: Yeah.. and I'm playing this game like you.. Just hanging back, getting to know people...
Ragan: I'm really glad they played that song this morning. It made me really happy.

Matt: I'm feeling a lot safer than I was yesterday, because if Hayden's forced to put someone up, maybe it wont be me.
Ragan: I just feel like it's so f'in early. I don't even wanna be a part of that sh*t yet. I just wanna hang out with people who make me laugh.
Matt: Sunshine and rainbows.
Ragan: (Sings) Sunshine Da-a-ay!!

Brendon & Rachel are talking about the re-nomination possibilities and who she thinks would be the best person to put next to her. Rachel's not convinced enough people will vote to evict Annie. She thinks Monet or Kathy might be a better choice.

Andrew comes in and talk continues and moves on to the possibility of an endurance comp this week. Andrew says he doubts it, because it's their first live show, and production will want a fast comp that has a winner by the end of the show. He thinks it'll be questions and that it will involve eliminating HGs along the way.

In front of Andrew, Rachel tells Brendon that she will always be on his side and have his back, no matter what.

Andrew leaves, and talk resumes about keeping her... In and out with Andrew.. He leaves again. Rachel takes her top off (she has a jog bra on) and Brendon's intake of breath is audible. Brendon jokes with the camera guys about maybe following him with just one camera...

They talk some more about how much they like each other, and Brendon reasserts how he'll be fighting for her... And then, the morning kiss. Smooch!

They are really sweet together. I didn't expect to like her, but I do.

Most of the HGs are chilling in the backyard, either working out, tanning, or hanging on the couch... Lane & Rachel are in the kitchen, having a bit of post work out nourishment. Rachel's about to hop in the shower. Annie comes in to the kitchen area and we get momentary lavalamp.

Enzo makes his way in and grabs a drink... Monet comes in to the kitchen area too... Topic: Working out. Body by Lane. His game tactic this morning, whether intentional or not, was to ingratiate himself with all the women in the house, as their personal trainer. They are now all asking for more...

Rachel's off for her Have Notty Shower, which I heard as "half naughty shower" the 1st 5 times she said it.

Brendon: You gonna take a shower?
Rachel: Yes I am. You wanna watch?
Brendon: Yes, I do!

Enzo comes into the bathroom.

Meanwhile, Annie and Kristen are sunning on the double chaise out back..

Ragan: You have to moan or something.. Like when you get in the water, be like, "Ooooh, it's sooo cold..."

Brendon: You feeling better?
Annie: Yeah. I just need to get over it. That's my fatal flaw.
Brendon: Sunshine Day...

***They keep referring to this, because this song, from the Brady Bunch, was the wake up music today.

Annie joins Monet in the bathroom. Annie brushes her teeth. Monet's shaving her legs. Monet says she needs to stop eating or she'll way 500 pounds.

Annie says she's embarrassed about her breakdown last night.

Monet: It's so stressful in here. Sometimes I feel like just the smallest thing is gonna make me start bawling.
Annie: I never knew before.

Monet and Annie are beginning to understand how tough it was on the HGs from the past, now that she's in there.

Rachel: You guys ready for the fastest shower ever?
Monet: If I had to take cold showers, I think I'd give up showering. I'd get like a rag and just bathe from the sink.
Rachel: OMG...

Monet: I've decided it's not a challenge unless someone gets injured...

Annie: Wanna go lay in the hammock and make out?
Lane: Sure!

Off to the hammock they go...

Annie: Tell me about you... I wanna know more about you.

Annie: You seem like the kind of guy I would be attracted to as a friend with benefits...
Lane: I'm not a relationship guy?

***Annie mis-hears this as a statement instead of a question and responds accordingly.

Annie: It's a win win.
Lane: What's a relationship guy like for you?

Annie describes her ideal relationship guy qualities... Lane asks if the description matches her current guy. Annie says no. Talk turns to past relationships... and marriage and kids... Lane wants kids.

Annie: I think you're a sweet boy. You talk mean, but you're a sweet guy underneath.
