BB12: Weds. Morning into Lunch

Phew what a night on the live feeds! The rising tensions between Britney/Ragan and Brendon/Rachel came to an explosive head last night.
For further details on how it began, continued and ended please check out:
On a game level, this showdown hasn't really hurt Brendon's and Rachel's chances because they have been the house targets from week 1. Rachel is still the intended target for this week's eviction, no matter how vigorously Brendon stirs the pot. The question is, how much has it hurt Ragan's and Britney's longevity in the game?
Given that the Brigade will be holding the numbers, it might be a moot point, but we all know the longer you stay in the game and under the radar, the better chances of making it to Final 3 and battling it out. The ones who hold the numbers don't like the drama which has made Ragan and Britney stand out as the next targets after Brendon leaves the house, and possibly before...
What will the day bring? HoH pictures which will no doubt be impressively awkward, goodbye messages that I personally will be cringing to hear, and probably more shards to clean up from last night's debacle...

- Britney and Hayden are in the bathroom washing up.
- Lane is puttering around in Jumanji.
- Ragan is up somewhere.
- Brendon, and Rachel are in the kitchen.
- Enzo passes through.
- Lane heads toward the kitchen.
- We get bubbly for a few minutes.
- Enzo and Kathy are in the backyard talking about True/False.
- Rachel and Brendon are now in Taj wondering why they were woken so early.
- Matt is stirring up in HoH.
Lots of bubbles this morning!
- Ragan joins Matt in the HoH bed. They speculate about double eviction where Brendon is evicted right after Rachel. Ragan stares at the spy screen for a bit, then goes back to sleep.
- Rachel is on the elliptical.
- Brendon is stretching before he runs.
- Enzo is having a nice morning workout of pool.
- Hayden has joined Enzo's workout.
- Lane joins Enzo in morning pool.
- Hayden is throwing around balls and then settles in the backyard armchair, covers his face with his hoodie and naps.
- Britney is on the backyard sofa.
- Kathy comes out for a smoke and moves Hayden out of the armchair so she can be away from the others when she smokes. The backyard sofa crew talk about when Lock Down happened last week.
- Brendon is in the kitchen.
- Ragan and Matt see him on the spy screen which sparks another discussion of the upcoming HoH competition and who will be fighting for it.
- Enzo and Lane have moved to Cabana. They are discussing Lock Down which will be happening soon. Enzo wonders if that means it won't be Question/Answer HoH tomorrow. Their morning chit chat is pleasant and filled with laughter. Enzo wonders if eggs are good for you. He wants to make some but he hates cleaning up.
- Ragan says it's going to be a long day, and he wants "to spit some venom on them." He wants their "reign of terror to come to an end."
10:00 AM BBT
BB: House Guests. This is a Lock Down. Please go inside and close the sliding glass door.
- Everybody heads inside to shower, make breakfast and putter.
- Ragan is still up in HoH with Matt going over last night's events again.
- Brendon and Rachel are preparing breakfast.
- Enzo and Britney are sitting at the table. Enzo is eating, and Britney is shooting death stares at the other two.
- Ragan is telling Matt that he could not stand Britney the first two weeks but now he adores her. He was very impressed with the way she handled herself during the House Meeting. He finds her super intelligent and an awesome game player.
- Britney comes up to HoH. Their discussion follows the usual line it has been. Ragan: This is a happy, welcoming place. No digusting or vile people allowed.
- Matt tells them that someone went through his suitcase, and he set it up to catch someone. Britney and Ragan are sure it was Rachel when she came up to use the HoH bathroom. Matt says, someone did...
- Rachel goes into the Cabana to check in on Kathy and ask her if she wants them to make her something slop related. Rachel has a sneezing fit.
- Everyone else is off the feeds at the moment.
- Hayden comes out of the shower.
- Britney gets up to stand by the HoH to eavesdrop on Brendon's and Rachel's discussion which is about cleaning and dishes. Britney reports it to the other two. Talk turns to how much weight Rachel gained despite eating healthy because she doesn't have enough guys to have sex with. (**The HoH room is indeed a happy and welcoming place... Eye Roll...)

They are talking about different hotel rooms in Vegas. Rachel is telling them about various parties she worked. Enzo is loving his trophy... :)

- Kathy thanks her for the help and Rachel hops in the shower.
- Enzo gets up to "listen to some f'n music." He takes his trophy with him (*lol) to HoH where Matt and Britney are napping. Matt questions him about what Brendon and Rachel were saying. Matt asks if Brendon thinks he's going home.
- Kathy comes up to HoH.
- Enzo and Kathy mock Rachel's discussion about Vegas parties for a bit and then they speculate about it possibly being double eviction because of the early Lock Down.
- Hayden and Lane are sleeping in Jumanji.
- Ragan is puttering around in Jumanji.

Enzo is wondering why Kathy is up in HoH when she isn't on the block. He is convinced that Kathy is the Saboteur with access to a secret passage way. Talk turns to the early Lock Down yet again which leads to speculation about the HoH Competition. Kathy joins them. Enzo and Ragan settle in for a nap.
- Lane goes to the bathroom where Brendon and Rachel as sitting. Brendon is looking for the clippers. Rachel goes to Taj to dress, and Lane goes back to bed.
- Talk in Jumanji turns to their dogs. (It's the sweetest conversation this morning.)
- Cut to: Taj (11:33 AM BBT) Rachel is saying she didn't come to the house to make friends but to win the money. Rachel: This is my house.. (*The way they're talking, it seems they think Rachel is staying. Oy) They are wondering if they will be asked to wear casual clothes to compete... Rachel is called to DR. She tells them she needs to be dressed first. They do some light Jedi training.
- In Jumanji they were still talking about dogs, and now napping. (*They could also possibly be eavesdropping on Brendon and Rachel who are still Jedi training)
- Ragan has gone up to HoH to take a shower. Ragan, Britney & Matt are talking about the HoH competition and doing some Jedi training of their own. It quickly deteriorates to more character assassination.
- Rachel and Brendon continue to go through the competitions.

Has anyone else noticed how neatly Ragan has slipped into Monet's position as Britney's "behind-the-back-ragging-on-people" partner?
Sure, it's easy to blame all the drama in the house on Rachel & Brendon, but what they won't admit to is that THEY are just as much to blame, given all the "friendly" advice they gave Rachel when she was HoH.
This game will REALLY begin once Rachel & Brendon have been evicted!
They need to play santana's Blackmagic Woman as a wakeup song. That's exactlywhat Rachel is. Somehow she has completly distorted Brendan's reality, at the same time the house has been taking a heavy toll on her. She doesn't even look like the same person, but brendan thinks she's more beautiful everyday.

I see Ragan slept in the HOH last night! More strategy?
I was a Brenchel fan, but now the big problems I have with Brenden and Rachel are...
1. He preaches that Rachel and he are the only one's in the house that are not fake, then he got mad at Rachel for not pretending to be nice and interested with everyone (being fake?).
2. He has been talking smack about Nick for weeks to Enzo! And Rachel and him have been talking personal attacks just as much as other people but a lot of time it is in their makeout sessions that no one wants to watch.
3. They approached britney for an alliance, she did not approach them. They are telling everyone she wanted to join forces with them.
4. Rachel has been in the middle of every fight, and every fight has been PERSONAL!

I just watched "the smackdown" on flashback.
I find it interesting that Brendon is running in without knowing any information, this is the second time that Rachel cries and he over-reacts. The house distorts your emotions and ability to control them.
I also think that all of them have been privy to the "catty" comments by others mocking them either in front of them or behind their backs.
Today the pressure will intesify as Brendon and Rachel try to figure out which one is actually going, so Genie, Carolyn and Lessa, Gaytor will need to send new ears and new fingers out STAT!

Wow, catching up and it saddens me to hear/read the shameful way these people treat each other. I would think at some point each persons internal buzzer would go off, and they would reel the ugly back in. I grew up with the “treat people the way you wish to be treated” motto and the other saying from my Momma “if you cannot say anything nice to or about someone, to keep your mouth shut”. I know this is a game they are playing, but I hope at some point soon, this behavior ends. I love coming to this site, because of the atmosphere, respect and beautiful people who comment and most of all …the moderators / transcribers... Carolyn, Genie and Lessa. Well that’s my .05 cents worth for today. Hope all you dishers have a great day. Hope Carolyn is okay, saw last night that the Keys were getting storms.

I am glad to know that some people do agree with me.
On a personal level, it's quite obvious that there are certain HGs that I just do not like. On a strictly strategic and 'game' level I can be unbiased.
Part of me believes that Brendon really does not understand this game at all. Maybe he thought they could all split the prize. But Rachel does know this game. Acting as though she doesn't know why she and Brendon are always targets is just that---an act. There is no other pair, friendship or alliance that compares to what she and Brendon have together. That's why the other HGs are willing to work together but no one wants to work with them.
Matt-Ragan, Ragan-Britney, Britney-Lane, the brigade, and even Kristin-Hayden all had different dynamics than Brendon-Rachel. They will work together when they have a common goal. But they are also trying to play to win for themselves. They know that they will all have to start putting each other up and voting each other out.
Any person standing in the final 3 knows the only sure way to make it to the end is to win. But if they don't win, they still have a chance by making the best arguement for why they should be in final 2. Once in final 2 they have a chance by making the best arguement for why they deseve the money.
Rachel and Brendon have assumed to know more about the other alliances than they actually do know. No one had to assume anything about them. They made it very clear that they would never turn on each other and told people that on more than one occasion. They used their loyalty to each other as a selling point for why people should want to work with them, which makes no sense.
Anyone who went to final 3 with B&R would have to win the last comp. If they did win and went to final 2 with either of them, they would already be assured of one vote they would not have.
My guess is that Rachel does know that wanting them out is strategic and not personal. But she also knows that it's because of her and Brendon's own mistakes. As a loyal to the end 2 person alliance, there is nothing they can offer anyone else's game that would make it tempting enough to keep them.

I was catching up on the events of the day and saw where Matt said that someone when through his suitcase.
Well, well...I bet it wasnt Rachel. She woulda outed him if that were the case.
Sounds like a sabotuer move to me. There was a link on CBS where you could vote for suggestions for Ragan and "going through Matt's suitcase" was all over it.
After last night, I am well off the Ragan bandwagon. I felt he was just cruel. Rachel is probably not someone that I would get along with either, but I do believe that she was trying to get to the bottom of Ragan's hate for her as of late.
He IMO has no right to be calling anyone out for attacking! He and Brit do it all day, everyday. Rachel just does it to your face.

Last season there was some nastiness, nothing like this season. Have there been other season's where people have been so vile in their verbal attacks behind other's backs?
They just really seem mean. When Britney made the comment, no vile people allowed in here, well, no one would be allowed . . . they are all vile right now in their personal attacks - and then saying they are never that vile . . . really?

Morning Stephanie! :) To answer your question. There have always been people who have been nasty every season.
The difference in this season is that it's non-stop and from all directions. There is nowhere to hide.
Also in the past, most feed watchers have been pretty much on the same page on who to root for, but this season, it's all over the map.
First I just would like to say this saboteur twist has got to be the worst CBS has ever thought of. It is not game changing, and whatever the 3 sabotages were that Ragan had to pull off must have been really minor because it/they did not shake up the house at all. Must have been looking for an easy way to hand out 20K to one of the HG's.
I just logged onto the feeds, stayed about 2 minutes and heard Brit, Ragan and Matt in HoH still bashing R&B on all 4 cams. Signed right back out. I have had my fill for the day, on to watching BB7 (All Stars), BB8 and the other much more interesting seasons. I will stay with the Dish should anything come up that might be worth a flashback, but to be honest, I am not betting on it.

@ Grendon, I agree with you. I read the reality tv calendar article and although factually I can't deny any of the venom that has taken place in the house I do disagree with the author that Brendon and Rachel are innocent victims. I think all of the HGs contribute to the current level of drama and hate in the house.
I have never seen a BB season where a showmance couple is not targeted, I can't remember when a season has occured that for at least one of the evictions, the house hasn't played with the heads of the nominees over who the real nominee is for eviction.
Rachel knows this game well and were it not for her relationship with Brendon and their over the top declaration of love so early things might have turned out differently.
Rachel also plays this game with a very calculated passive aggressive approach and then wants to play victim and can turn on the crocodile tears in a minute. And yes sometimes the tears are real because she is afterall a person with feelings. She very adroitly manipulates Brendon into being her savior and allows his bullying tactics to reinforce her victim status and perpetuate the hate which perpetuates her role as the victim.
So although bashing does get to be too much and takes on the feel of a mob, there are in my opinion no innocent parties, except perhaps Lane and Hayden who seem to try to keep this game in context and not cross the line, tough to do so I do admire their character and self discipline.
On a lighter note, because I do find this to be mindless entertainment I will continue to watch and only hope that the damage done to various players is not long term but then that is why I would never subject myself to reality television, the potential for the dollars to be won is not worth it. But to each his own so if you want to play the game, than accept the horrors that go along with it.
Morning everyone.. Just the other night I was telling a fellow fan and coworker how I thought Ragan was playing a smart game. Boy has my perception of him taken a complete turnaround.
Don't they get tired of listening to themselves all day long? The boredom is brutal in that house. I am not a fan of Brendon and Rachel but they don't deserve this childish treatment.
When watching the feeds last night when everyone was in HOH watching Brendon and Rachel in the kitchen and then awkwardly listening through the crack in the door of the HOH to hear what they were saying downstairs really put into perspective how much the rest of the house has imprisoned themselves in this debacle. The image of everyone locked in the HOH as opposed Brendon and Rachel with the whole house to themselves, really exposed the mob mentality the house has sunk into.
I agree with the others here who mentioned it will get uglier after B and R are gone. I can see Enzo and Hayden in final two..They are really using their heads and keeping them cool at the same time.

I will repeat a comment I made 2-3 wks ago....I think Brendan is playing Rachael...ie; gimme the booty and after this game its over adios.....he is more interested in his educational future....and not the wild Vegas party girl...recall his attitude abt prenups....she was incensed...on a good note he is honorable in that he stands up for her and trys to protect her. Ragan is a dishonest person that swings in the wind, a real drama queen. Britney needs social adjustment training....and called out for her hateful diatribe about B/R. She is casting bad bread on the water and it will bite her in the butt ... by the other HG's; I am almost postive they [except Ragan] are sick and tired of her rants. She has f..d up any votes from B/R for sure.

I hear people saying they're watching past seasons of BB...where can I go to watch them? Is there a link on the feeds and I'm just blind??
I am so glad Rachel is smart enought to put a towel up over the shower door. I think it is vile that the perv camera's love to show the women in the shower and try to catch breast shots and so many of the women don't realize that when the camera pulls back they get more a more exposed view.
Flashing on the feeds to be an exhibitionist is one thing but the unintended flashing being caught and spread to the world is just mean. And we wonder why the HG are mean.

I will be the first to admit Rachel can be so annoying and is over the top emotionally at times. Brendon also seems very needy, but regardless the bashing is horrible!
Finally we get some real BB action last night. I've heard a couple of people swear off BB after this season. I'd just like to say this is what I sign up for. The fear, paranoia, ugliness, and celebrations of those who prevail through it all. That's the human condition and that's why I love BB

Genie, something I had noticed that sorta falls in line with some of the comments yesterday. When I click into this website, my browser acts up and finally closes. Hmmmm
Anyway, Britney just hit the lowest point I can recall in BB history. She wants Brendan to be scalded by hot oil while cooking and be disfigured for life. What a despicable thing to say.
And they continue to talk about B/R watching after season ends and being so ashamed of what they have done and said. Pot meet kettle.
With Matt's comments about openness if someone wants to look through his suitcase supports my thought that he had moved the POV to another site. I had notice the other day after the talk about Pandora's Box being more rewarding than a dollar he had gone down to the SR. I feel he has hidden it in there somewhere.
Enzo is so funny walking around the house with his trophy, I expect he will be trying to hold it tomorrow for the live show if BB lets him, lol.
I can only speak for myself as I don't want to assume anything therefore making a you-know-what out of myself.
I do believe that a lot of reality television has brought out the worst in humanity. Look what The Real World was when it began as compared to what it has become. I would never want my children to aspire to be like most of these people, yet I am drawn to it like a drug.
Part of it is the voyeuristic thrill of it all. Part of it is the feeling of judging someone at their worst therefore making me feel better about myself.
It's great to be able to express my opinions and judgements in a place where some people actually care about and agree with what I have to say. And those who don't agree don't bash me or hate me for it. I love BB for the sheer entertainment and fun of waiting for those OMG moments. But it's also a really good way of looking at myself. If I see faults I can't forgive in others, I have to work to make sure I am not guilty of those same faults in myself. (At least until next season when I start judging a whole new house full of random strangers.)

Wow...talk about a train wreck last night! I was 2 seconds away from closing my eyes for the night and BLAM-O...the house when crazy! I'm not sure if I'm for/against Ragan... I do think he really is struggling with the good/evil aspect of his game. I think he went into that conversation with her to try and clear "his" air and in the process of using his words honestly completely malfunctioned her brain! She is constantly on the defensive...I realize (as she has continually pointed out every chance she gets) that they've been a target from day 1, but come on!

I think it's very possible Matt made up the whole thing. I thought that the first time I heard him tell it to Ragan. By doing it, he is basically saying that there is nothing to find or she would have found it. Has anyone actually seen Rachel going through the suitcase?
@ Genie, the sensitivity you have in how you transcribe is what makes you even more special (along with Carolyn and Lessa of course). You guys do an amazing job:
1. you give us a thorough summary
2. you entertain us with your witticisms and screencaps
3. you manage to remain neutral
4. you keep us in check when we are tempted to stray
5. you keep it fair to the HG and don't add to the destruction that they will find when they leave the house if they desire to research what is out there on them
6. you chat with us at the same time you are doing all the above.
7. I am sure there is a ton I am leaving out.

I know it's not just the house bashing them and I also think a lot has to do with people's fascination with 'the madonna vs. the whore' age old fascination. It's clear they all pegged Rachel for the latter for her buxom, loud, and threatening self. The house did the same with Janelle in Season 6, because she spent the first few weeks isolating herself with Michael (Kaysar's friend). When he left Kaysar and Janelle along with Howie started the Jedi training nightly. But the hate in the house towards Janelle never ended. They made fun of her hair, her buxom self and her 'glamorous job... she did what Rachel does for a living'. It is so easy for some to cut down a woman. It is very sad and a fact of society.

Oh my, some of the things they are saying...just horrible.
I know there is going to be bashing, and complaining, but it just seems like some of them have crossed a line for me. Britney with the hot oil comment, hoping it disfigures Brendon's face?

I really hope that Rachel went through Matt's suitcase and found the DPov...and kept it!!! HA! That would be hysterical. And maybe AGP could say "possession is 9 10ths of the law"....
Maybe AGP could say the power of the DPov has changed since the original finder of it no longer has it in their possession- and that NOW the real power is that she can take TWO PEOPLE off the block and renominate two NEW PEOPLE to immediately go on the block. And this would all happen in 20 seconds on live TV tomorrow night. That would be kind of nice.
Hmmm.....Ragan and Matt totally surprised and on the block. Ragan would go for sure. Oh and it would also be nice if somehow Rachel knew about the brigade and exposed them.

In good news, I thought I had gained about 10 lbs since March. My weigh-in at the dr office.. I lost a lb. Not much to brag about but YaY me. At this rate, in 10 years I'll be where I want to be.

I would love for this HoH to be something like last season's marshmallow one. Brenden has been begging for one like that. Although I find it very unlikely they will do another comp to keep the TV onlys hanging, but anything is possible (expect the unexpected)I just hope this HoH benefit's Brenden. I do not want him to win, but I also to not want to hear him whine about the fact that something was unfair.

Zak...yes it did happen. I watched all of it. She was very drunk and upset. Went crying into the DR and stayed a long time. When she came out she gave that laugh and smirk, pushed in a barstool and went outside.
It wasn't that big a deal.

Afternoon Genie & All. Will probably get caught by new post! Lots of thoughts on this crew. First and foremost, there is no excuse for any of the bashing going on and once again it goes on by ALL HG, more so lately by Britney and Ragan and reported on about them, but Brendon and Rachael can get just as nasty at times. Though, most just don't care to see that in B/R.
I realize that B/R are very well liked here and that is okay and there are a FEW, very few who don't care for them. It is really uncomfortable for me personally to watch Brendon's actions in the house. I realize he thinks he is playing a game, but to do these personal attacks is really not game play.
The confrontation last night was really none of Brendon's business, he didn't even know anything about what was said and hadn't even talked to Rachael. Supposedly she was crying, she pulls that off very easily, most of the time without tears. The reactions after by Britney and Ragan were horrible, but also Brendon's personal attack using Nick was not cool or necessary. IMO
Rachael could have played a great game without Brendon, but somehow their constant whoa is me and saying that everything is so personal I think affected their game.
I think that this group is different in that they don't want drama. They want to play the game, have the contests and hang out. They know it is a game and when someone is on the block it won't be personal. Just how I am thinking, but these are fans and that is the feeling I am getting.

I think everyone in the house is delusional.. Brit/Ragan are behind your back kind of ppl and i cant stand those kinds of cowards. I didnt think much of Brendon besides him being the typical dumb smart guy but I like how honorable he is towards Rachel who once is gone this season is down the drain because she is/was they're only source of drama/entertainment for this season.
I think Production should bring Kristen or Andrew back since Brendon wants to throw away his chance at winning at least 50k.
I would like to know what the person casting this season was thinking seriously..
Once Rachel is gone imo there's not a reason to watch unless Brendon wins hoh and Ragan tells about the Brigrade geez. I only allow myself to watch 6 television shows and BB is one of them but hopefully I'll find another until next season.
