BB13:Tuesday Wake- up, August 2
Good Morning BB Dishers!
There are no events planned today, but the live feeds will be hopping with game talk, maneuvering, and plans for the BB future.
After a fun bachelor/bachelorette party before the trash bag wedding for Brendon and Rachel planned for tomorrow, the true games began. The star of the show last night, for the first time this season, was Porsche who has been hanging out with Daniele a lot more lately. This has gotten the former vet alliance nervous about her motivations. Since she has been a blank card up until now, she has us wondering too what she will be doing.

What shall we expect today? Your guess is as good as mine! One thing is for sure, there is no time to waste, and the house guests will be fighting for their BB lives.

- Brendon and Shelly are talking about Porsche being upstairs in HoH all last night and what she told them about it. (Which wasn't the whole truth)
- After doing her thing in the bathroom, Kalia stands by the patio door listening or thinking? After a few minutes, she goes back to bed.
- Rachel is up.
(F3 and 4)
Shelly wonders why Porsche turned on Rachel. Brendon says that Porsche has always said she wanted to play a manipulative game. He tells her that when asked Porsche was reluctant to put up Daniele should she win HoH but was focusing more on Shelly. He relates to Shelly that Rachel told Porsche not to go for HoH if she wasn't willing to put Daniele up. He repeats what he said to Porsche who said she was just trying to keep herself and Rachel safe that perception is everything. (Porsche has joined Daniele and Kalia as public enemies 1, 2 and 3)
Brendon: Kalia said I would go up to keep the couple in the game (Jeff and Jordan).
Shelly: She can be put up with her buddy.
They go on to agree how stupid Porsche is being trusting Daniele. Then move on to Lawon. Brendon wants to find a way to "crack" Lawon and give up all their secrets. He thinks that Kalia will be the only one from their side trying for HoH. Brendon suspects that Daniele threw the PoV.
Shelly brings up the fact that everyone was shocked at his decision. Brendon explains he did that because he wanted Daniele to make a split second decision.
Shelly: I thought she would have put up Jeff.
Brendon: He probably made a deal with her this week but Jeff is smart enough not to honor it.
They both agree that the best choice this week would be to put up Daniele with Kalia.
Rachel repeats what Brendon said about Porsche. We get a full repeat of what has been transcribed in the overnight report. Shelly agrees that it was a stupid move since she wasn't a target this week. Brendon points out that Daniele told Adam that she was thinking about putting up Porsche knowing it would get back to her.
Rachel: If Brendon goes this week, (Daniele) will be putting up me and Jeff up.
Brendon goes off on another tirade against Porsche, saying he's so angry she will make it to jury but he won't.
Rachel: The main thing is that Porsche thinks that she and I will be on the block.
Shelly: Well it won't be this week and I think that Jeff is a bigger target than you (Rachel).
This goes on a bit more. Brendon asks Shelly to talk reason to Rachel throughout the game.
Shelly: We need to stick together. Daniele will try to get to you next week.
Rachel: Really? I won't even talk to her.
Shelly: She will try. She wants strong women with her.
Rachel: Well good luck... We told her we would keep her safe next week, she wouldn't go for it. She talked about swords? Well. I'll pull out my Excalibur.
They go on to talk about how nice Adam is but not very good at challenges.
Rachel: I want you to win this week (Shelly) You can see Josie... would we put her up or backdoor her?
Shelly: If I win I will backdoor her. She might not get picked to play for PoV. She hasn't done well in them... in her season she did but not now... I want her and Kalia out.
They go on to talk about jury votes and how Daniele will sway people... Conversation turns on how many votes Daniele would get should she make it to final 2. Rachel says that if Daniele saves herself for that long, she will gain the jury's respect. Shelly says she wouldn't vote for Daniele because of the way she played.
Shelly says she doesn't understand how she could separate Brendon and Rachel from a human perspective. Brendon goes on a tirade about Daniele's ego and how she is gunning for them because they wouldn't go along with her master plan.
The conversation moves on to the upcoming HoH competition, thinking that it will be a knockout and strategizing. Brendon suggests that he will say something to rattle Kalia on his way out; but Rachel and Shelly say it's a bad idea and Shelly says he needs to leave classy.
Shelly goes inside to make more coffee and Brendon follows. They come back outside.
Shelly: My thing is after he leaves you (Rachel) will be upset and you need to stay cool...
Brendon: And you (Shelly) need to keep Jeff calm too... He can't talk to Rachel the way he talks to Jordan.
Rachel: And I don't take that... (**no comment necessary, right?) Jeff and I might fight but we get along (my words)
They speculate about Porsche some more. Rachel says she still has some influence over Porsche. Shelly cautions Rachel to still be friends with Porsche but limit the game talk with her. Rachel reinforces that she will not be going with Daniele and Shelly is relieved to hear it.
Rachel: If you win HoH, Shelly, keep in mind that there will be a twist and we don't know what that will be.
Talk turns to Adam and Brendon emphasizes that they need to keep Adam included. Rachel tells them that he sits with Porsche, going over dates and information. Brendon says they need to stop him from dong that.
Porsche and her lack of knowledge becomes the topic again, along with how she acts and talks. Brendon rants about Porsche wanting him to throw her the PoV when he didn't trust that she would use it.
Rachel is called to DR. It's brief visit. She tells them that no one is awake in the house. They could yell if they wanted. Talk turns to how much people sleep in the house. Then back to Daniele and her need to be known as something other than Evel Dick's daughter.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

- Brendon cautions her not to fall for Daniele or Porsche trying to "fake" comfort her.
- Rachel brings up that Daniele wanted her to hang with the girls and hug her last night but Rachel wouldn't go for it because she doesn't trust her. She says that she cannot play a manipulative game because she is too transparent.
- Brendon brings up that Daniele thinks Hayden deserved to win BB, yet he Hayden and Lane made it to the end while coasting the whole time. Rachel points out that Hayden won quiet a few competitions too in the end.
- They bring up that Jordan is the most liked and no one will target her, and she has a chance to make it to the end again. Whereas they are always going to be targets. Rachel brings up that Daniele doesn't respect Jordan in the game. Rachel says she likes Jordan who is sweet and that she can win but she isn't competitive.
Brendon: Do you think that Porsche will actually vote for me?
Shelly: I'll talk to her... and I will tell her I'm with Daniele just to see what she says and then I'll come to our side and spill the beans.
Brendon repeats how Porsche said that Shelly plays both sides. Rachel points out that Porsche is getting it from Daniele.
Shelly goes in.

- Shelly and Brendon are talking about Brendon's plans when he leaves the BB house, his lab work, his thesis...

- Everyone else is asleep.
- BB saves Shelly by calling her to DR.
- Rachel is making Brendon slop pancakes. She hides her omelet so Brendon doesn't have to see it being on slop.
- Brendon changes to work out.
- BB calls Lawon to DR.
- Shelly goes into maid service mode.
- Lawon goes back to bed.
11:00 AM BBT
- Porsche is called to DR. She comes to the kitchen shortly after.
- The elf is up in the bathroom and is called to DR shortly after.
- Porsche is making breakfast.
- Brendon and Rachel go outside to have their meal. Adam joins them. They joke around about the upcoming trash bag wedding. He asks if Daniele is invited to the wedding and Rachel says she will be the bubble blower. Talk turns to weddings and proposals.
- Jeff is up and about, getting a drink in the kitchen. No real talk with Porsche.
- Jordan is called to DR.
- Jeff comes outside. Everyone greets him happily.
Adam does his elf dance wishing Happy Birthday to Scott and Dave.
- Shelly and Jeff find themselves alone and Shelly quickly says, "Don't trust Porsche." Jeff relies, "When have I ever?"
- Jeff finds himself alone for a bit in deep thought for a few minutes.
- Brendon comes outside and tells him they brought Shelly up to speed. Jeff tells Brendon what Shelly just said. They both laugh. Brendon says they need to work on Adam.
- Porsche joins the backyard crew.
- Daniele is up and in the kitchen getting breakfast. She chit chats with Adam.
- Chit chat in the backyard about underage drinking.
- Lawon and Jordan are washing up in the bathroom.
- We get a nice long walk on Venice beach staring up at the palm trees and hot sun.
- Back inside, the outside crew are still chatting about alcohol and Adam is still making breakfast alone in the kitchen.
- They are talking about people who haven't signed releases and we go on another stroll outside.
- Talk has turned to marijuana and.... you guessed it!
- Adam is sitting at the table eating breakfast with Lawon keeping him company. Daniele comes to the kitchen and chit chat ensues. Adam asks Daniele what she and Kalia were up to last night because BB was calling them out. Daniele says they were whispering girl talk. This somehow progresses to how stinky Brendon's farts were.
- Rachel, Brendon and Porsche find themselves alone outside for a bit. They are pitching to her why Brendon should stay over Jordan. Porsche says, "I know."
- Shelly comes out and a plane flies over. Talk turns to chit chat for a bit and Rachel continues her pitch.
- Porsche says she doesn't trust Shelly. She says she hates that they talked game in front of Shelly. They tell her to talk to Shelly because they trust her.
- Rachel says that Jordan is a sweet girl. Porsche says she knows, that Jordan was campaigning to her even though Jordan knows that Porsche was voting to keep Brendon. Brendon asks, with surprise in his tone, "You will?"
- Porsche emphasizes that she didn't want to talk in front of Shelly.
- Brendon counters that the people she shouldn't trust is Daniele and Kalia. Porsche says of course.
- Adam comes out, and Rachel starts campaigning immediately to him. Jordan has won already. That Brendon will be a target which will keep him safe another 3 weeks. She appeals to him by saying that it will be strategic game play, adding that he will never be their target.
- Jeff comes out and ends the pitch. Talk turns to chit chat.
- Shelly, Lawon and Adam are talking in the kitchen about being in the house. Porsche joins them briefly. Talk has turned to Adam's birthday, vacations and adjusting to the outside.
- Jordan joins the backyard three briefly who are talking about sharks, shark bites and whales. RAchel asks Jordan if she's been eating. Talk moves to dolphins and Jordan goes to lay in the sun.
- Daniele is laying in the sun. They are chit chatting about boutiques and shopping.
- Brendon and Rachel go to lie down in the Asylum room. Shelly comes in to check with them. She tells them that she wanted Porsche to think that she wasn't with them.
12: 20 PM BBT
Shelly: Where's your head at?
Porsche: Mine...
Shelly: A lot of people think you're playing both sides.
Porsche: I'm good friends with Rachel.... I have to think about my game... It's not that I want to pick sides... But now that they are splitting them up...
Porsche goes on to tell Shelly about Rachel barging in twice in HoH last night.
Porsche: I made a deal with Daniele is she doesn't put me up, I wouldn't put her up or backdoor her. What deal do you have?
Shelly: Like you... I'm not putting Daniele up next week...I'm trying to decide which side I'm on.
Porsche: I feel like I should vote for Brendon because he is my friend.... but I don't want people to associate with me. I don't like the way she talks to some people. Just because you hang out with people doesn't mean that we're BFF alliance.
Shelly: I want to work with you... As long as you're not working both sides.
Porsche: I thought that about you.
Shelly: I talk to Brendon... I will talk to people it doesn't mean I'm in an alliance. (paraphrasing)
Porsche reiterates that she was "beat to a pulp" because she hang out with Daniele. She explains that she doesn't want people to come gunning for her.
Shelly: If you win HoH would you put me up?
Porsche: Probably.
Shelly: I can tell you I wouldn't put you up. Why can't you tell me you won't put me up?
Porsche: Because I know you wouldn't go home.
Porsche: Because I know you wouldn't go home.
They go a couple of rounds.
Porsche: Personally I want Kalia to go.
Shelly: Me too. But you can't tell her.
Porsche: I could put up Jordan up against her...
Shelly: If I tell you I'm not putting you up...
Porsche: I won't put you up.
Shelly: I don't want Kalia in the game...
Porsche: The other option is Kalia and Lawon.
Shelly: But if you're with them and you tell them. I would be irate. Are you going to vote for him.

Shelly told Brendon that everything Porsche does is for the cameras.
Hmmm, seems to me Brendon has also done some 'things' for the camera.
Brendon, talking about Dani being nice to Porsche and Porsche being dumb. Along the lines of, Dani wants to be Porsche's friend now but all she did the first 3 weeks was talk crap about her.
In Brendon's infinite wisdom, I guess it was better for him to talk crap about Porsche while they were friends.

Last week is the first time she's had a chance to play and she lasted a hella lot longer than Brendon.

Anyone who gave their word, made a promise or made a deal with Dani is supposed to go back on it (per Brendon's wishes) and that's acceptable gameplay.
"Porsche's a coward. She's weak."
She is going against Brenchel. B&R have claimed to be the smartest and the strongest players. Not to mention that they try to bully, intimidate or just plain annoy people into submission. I guess that Makes Porsche strong if she's willing to stand up to them.
Being that I have to mind my P's & Q's and I am becoming furious at these two idiots, I'm definitely stepping away for a minute.
If these HGs don't learn the meaning of the world literally and use it correctly, I will punch something. It's driving me insane.

I heard Shelly talk about basing the game on the 3 C's---charisma, character and competition. She may base her vote on that if she's on the jury. Her gameplay has been based on the 3 C's of cooking, cleaning and coddling. In other words, her entire strategy is based on being a mother. (Which is exactly what she said she was NOT going to do in her pre-season interview.)

My hip/groin area is out of wack (or whagged) so I don't feel like doing any cleaning. Besides, I want to follow Shelly's example and live by the 3C rule so that leaves no room for cleaning.
I was going to sit out on my deck for a while but I noticed that my neighbors have a trap set in their back yard. Frankly, I have no desire to see one of the cute, furry critters I have enjoyed watching all summer be caught in a trap.
My kids are gone until tomorrow so I am going to enjoy my last day of freedom watching the feeds, catching up on some DVRed programs and talking to all my dish friends.

Caught the feeds briefly here and there. I never really trusted Porsche so I'm not surprised she's easing to the other side. Oh well, my wish for this week is: Brendon gone. Jeff for HOH. Every season i've seen (BB8- now), the winner has "floated" through the first month or so of the game. Except for ED. Some floaters are just floaters i.e. kathy. Others are dangerous, covert BB operatives i.e. Dan.

And how about the conversation between Brendon and Shelly about the state of Brenchel's finances and getting an apt. No money for an apt. Brendon living on a buddy's couch for a month or so. Hmmmm...could this all work?!

I'm on the dislike Brenchel bandwagon.
I would never expect someone to not campaign when they are on the block. Just pointing out how hypocritical they are in their do as I say, not as I do attitudes.
You can't say you don't lie in the game if you tell someone you aren't going to campaign but then you go and launch a campaign. You can't complain about someone playing the game just to get to jury and then cry the blues because you aren't making it to jury. You can't talk crap about people making deals with Dani and then go upstairs and try to make a deal.
And I can't help but believe that any campaigning Jordon does or is even suspected of doing would be considered the ultimate act of betrayal in Brenchel's eyes.
There are definitely things about this game that are designed to bring out the worst in people. It just goes to such an extreme with Brendon and Rachel. And it honestly seems that no matter what they don't like about another person, they see as strategic gameplay in themselves. And no matter what they view as strength and good gameplay in themselves, they view as being mean, dishonest and bad gameplay in others.

I'd kind of like to see Shelly get caught just to see how she would handle it and what side she would ultimately end up on. Maybe she would become the biggest target when the HGs realized she has been playing all of them.
Grendon re: Shelly. Totally agree. I wanted so badly to like her in the beginning but that 'like' never came to fruition.

I was listening to the flashback of Dani and Kalia early, early this morning when they were lip syncing(?)where she was talking about this guy from Survivor she has been having a fling with for 7 months. Does anyone know who that is?
