Just before 9pm, Ian was called to the DR, we got a brief leak of his answering a faint question with "Umm..." Then Trivia. It feels like the second HOH of the night to me! So tell me, Dishers - who do you want to win? Who are you pulling for, who do you think they'll nominate, and who do you home will go home?

Evening Lessa! I really hope that Brit wins because it would be a nice Birthday Treat for her.. =) Poor Ian though, he looked like he was a wreck before the feeds went to trivia, and Im not even sure if he is just playing Frank or if he really is going to play with Frank, or where the heck his head is at.. it will be interesting to see how this week unfolds, I am so tired but am trying to stay up and see who it is before I hit the hay!! Hello. The pov wasn't fair. Frank didn't put the pov game piece in the box before hitting the buzzer. Not the rules Julie explained. All pieces in box then hit buzzer. Anyone else notice this??
Hoping Dan wins tonight. Even though he is in with the Quack Pack.. would be curious to see what he does with the power! Soo anxious since the live show ended! **Still think Ian should of went with the plan I heard last night with not putting Frank up at first so he didnt have a chance to play POV, then back door him!! Of course he was going to win POV! They played that horribly.. could of been a HUGE move to get him out directly after Boogie! I feel that HOH was pointless with sending Ashley out.**
Actually I thought it was clovers in the box and then "return with the POV and hit the buzzer" but I'd have to rewatch to be sure. Either way, he had plenty of time to get it in the box and buzz in if that wasn't the case. He was ahead by a mile.
Scotty, I think it had been suggested that Ian needed to win and get some blood on his hands in order to prove his loyalty. Of course, the thought he expected Danielle's guess to be closer fits, too. I am up for anyone in HOH - what I'm looking forward to is seeing how Frank plays on his own.

I think Ian looked ticked that he won HOH. Pretty sure he expected Danielle to get that. Dan doesn't want HOH yet. He really does not like to win until absolutely necessary. He's safe as long as Dani, Shane, or Britney wins. They were throwing his name out there to Frank to cover themselves.
Sherri correct point about him getting upset. That is his downfall in the game getting steamed at the wrong times. On the live feeds after the show he was talking to Ian and I firmly believe he is being honest when he told Ian he was sorry and still wanted to work with him.
I would love for Frank to win HoH and by some miracle I would LOVE to see him win the game! The poor guy has been the number one target since week 1! Tonight was the first time he even got to vote. I'm getting sick of the rest of them. It was really cruel to evict Ashley right after Frank lost Boogie too. They're all very catty people, especially Brit/Danielle. I too noticed that as soon as Frank got back with his last piece he buzzed in. Technically he still would have won since he was so far ahead. I don't think CBS would ever overturn his win. He was desperate and he hustled and earned the win.
I think his alliance with Boogie is his ultimate downfall that will keep him from making it to Final 2.
Ian did have a plan to go to tiebreaker and then guess way too high so that his throwing of HOH would not be obvious. All knew he knew the answers to questions so he couldn't throw a question. Danielle screwed up and made her number too high.

I think the quack pack is safe no matter who wins HOH. They are working with Frank so that they can encourage him to put up Dan/Joe if Frank gets HOH. Then they can get rid of Joe and the blood is on Frank's hands, not theirs.
Even if Shane/Brit/Dani/Ian get HOH it makes sense to put up Dan/Joe so they can back door Frank. This was all being discussed by the QP before the trivia came on.

nola kat, as for Britney she did rise a few points in my book tonight, just for the goodbye message to Mike. Danny and I were laughing so hard we missed the next 5 minutes of the show.
But my ideal Top 2 would be Ian and Dan if a 'coach' has to be in the final mix with Ian winning the $500K.
I want an Ian win no matter who sits next to him. He is the first player this season to make a truly ballsy move. I just hope he gets over his angst about it quickly.

I'm so glad frank won HOH. He should put up Ian and Shane, only because it's the brains and athlete of the house besides frank. Although, I do like both of em, and I'd like to see more of pretty pretty Shane. :)
Not too pleased with Frank winning HOH though I consider it funny how often Frank makes threats throughout the house. "You're number one on my list". "Vote this way or you're going on the block".
I expect it will be either Dan or Shane gone next week but even then Frank won't have HOH next time and I don't think people like him in the house enough to want to align with him long term (except for maybe Jen).
Right now my final two predictions are Ian and Danielle.
Dear Allison Grodner and AGP,
Please arrange the memorial service for Mike Malin quickly so Frank and others can get their heads back in the game. Give him a huge send-off. We need giant flower arrangements all over the house and backyard. Mike's Chilltown clothes should be laid out so everyone can pay their respects.
Then quickly tear it all down and get on with the show, giving a penalty vote or nomination to anyone who speaks his name again.

I love seeing them all act decent to each other tonight. Frank won, yet they all are chatting and no one has been ugly. Now, that's class. And we'll see a lot more of it now that Boogie is gone. I hope at some point Frank realizes how he's acted.
I might be able to stand Frank for a few minutes if the other House Guests would tie him down and cut off that Bozo the Clown hair!

Hi Lessa, Frank is a great competitor, but he'll have to win every POV or HOH from now on to be safe. I don't think that anyone in the house is supporting him now. Thanks for the update, really appreciate all the work you do.
Wow! Turbulent night in the big brother house! Nothing can go the quack pack's way all of the time. And Certainly not when it comes to Frank.
That man is simply amazing at this game. I also feel he will be a lot more like-able without Boogie or Ashley to b*tch with. I was thinking a few days ago that I'm turning around and starting to like Frank. You have to admit he has withstood a lot. The only thing I don't like about him is his terrible attitude when he isn't doing well in the house, but most of the house guests have said terrible things along the way. But he wouldn't be around if the game had not been re-set (lucky Frank).
I'd be happy if Ian, Britney, Dan or Frank won. Most of the others are varying degrees of mediocre to terrible at this game.

Does anyone remember how many days ago the 'girl alliance' came together? I'm pretty sure it was only 4 or 5 days ago.
I knew when they all agreed to never vote each other out it wouldn't last long. Sure enough, only Jenn survived it and even that save was because everyone wanted Mike out more. Then Fast Forward and Ashley is first female out and headed to jury. Why is it, every season the women of the show (and not only this show) always eat their own?
When males make a pact they usually, but not always, stick to their word, but women seldom do so.
Just and observation. I think I ask the same question every season.

Blue, I know you are in NOLA....I used to live in Golden Meadow! (Now I am way up north in the frozen wastelands of Northern Wisconsin....
In December of 1980, I came home for Christmas. Mom took one look at me and said "You're Pregnant!". I said "No I am NOT! I have not missed a period, it is due any day now, see the tampons I have packed."
Turns out she was right! When I got back to Germany 2 weeks later I found out for sure! Since I was stationed in the Grafenwohr Army Base Emergency Room, I was able to run my own pregnancy test. You could have knocked me over with a feather when it came back positive! I asked to get off work early so I could share the news with my Husband, after a quick exam by my Doctor, I was cleared to go home early. I walked in to find him in bed with his best friend George....I was devastated! (This was before "Don't ask, Don't tell"). He then denied being the father because he was gay! (Like being gay has anything to do with sperm mobility! He had no problem marrying me, or having sex with me and he was gay...so I still don't get the connection...). When he married me, he never said he was gay! I had no clue until I caught him in bed with George!
So I moved back into the barracks and we became separated. Not only was I thousands of miles from home, alone in Germany, Pregnant and going through a Divorce but something was wrong! I was getting twice the size I should have been and getting skinnier everywhere else! My Doctor thought maybe I was having twins but as Ultrasound was so new, none of the Army bases had one! I had to go to a German Hospital that specialized in Obstetrics. What they found was that I had one child, and a "lump". They then stuck a needle behind my cervix into the Uterus and extracted a small piece of material. (You cannot imagine how painful that was!!) It was cancerous. Of course this was all said in German, and I had a hard time following the conversation. I had to wait for the paper work to be translated for my Doctor to read and tell me what the findings were.

My Doctor STRONGLY recommended that I abort the baby. I was already 6 months pregnant by this time. I said, you are telling me that I am not even 21 yet (I would turn 21 a few months later), and I may not ever have another child and you want me to abort a six month old fetus??? NO WAY!!!
I decided to take my chances. The Doctor then said, well, I am not equipped to deal with this kind of medical problem, so we are reassigning you to Fort Sam Houston where they have a good Oncology unit and Obstetrician department. They can help you. So I was put on a C130 Military Plane at 8 months pregnant (no windows and all the seats faced the rear of the plane...I had never been so sick in my life!!) and sent to Texas.
The Doctors there were optimistic that I was going to be OK, and that Chemo and Radiation could wait til after my baby was born because, "We think the reason the tumor is growing so fast is because of the hormones your body is producing due to pregnancy. The tumor growth will slow down (or even stop) once you have the baby."
Once I had Charles Robert Kuhn on August 29th, 1981 (one month to the day after I turned 21) and was released from the hospital on Sept 1st, I flew home to Wisconsin. I had lost so much weight during my pregnancy because of the cancer, that I was able to wear my before pregnancy jeans on the day I got out of the hospital and flew on the plane home, comfortably.
Once home, I did not want to worry anyone about my condition, so I did not say a word. I mean how could I? Between learning during my first go round with cancer as a kid that you do not talk about it, and just deal with the pain and procedures and not wanting to put my Mother through a ton of worry when there was nothing she could do to help. Besides, everyone was too busy cooing over Charles to ask why I was so thin anyway. They did think it was "odd" that I had a hard time letting anyone hold my baby though. They all counted it as "New Mommy" syndrome. In fact it was because I did not know if I would ever be able to have another baby....I did say that I wanted Charles Robert to be called C. Robert, or Robby for short, as I thought Charles was too stuffy for a little boy and I HATED (and still do) the name "Charlie" or Chuck". Wouldn't you know it, Robby wants to be called "Chuckie" by everyone today...
I had the usual 6 week maternity leave, and it was back to the usual Army routine. Get up and get myself ready for the Army at 3:30 am, get Robby ready for the babysitter, take him to the sitters house, and be on base in time for 4:30am Physical fitness, work until 8pm (or later), go pick up Robbie, feed him dinner, give him a bath, put him to bed and then feed myself and fall into bed exhausted. Turns out, he was a colicky baby and cried all the time, so I was REALLY exhausted! When my cherished grandmother passed away around this time. I jumped at the chance to come home for a few days. Not only was I able to say good bye to her, and see family, but I was going to get a break from the exhausting routine I was in. (yes, even a funeral was better than my daily routine, thats how bad it was...)
I was getting thinner and thinner, the Doctors said the cancer was growing again and I needed to have surgery, Chemo and Radiation. I knew that I just could not take care of a toddler and go through this too. I also did not want to worry or scare her in how bad things were (Gregg was also abusing me, physically and mentally) and I wanted Robbie to be in a safe place, so I simply asked if she would take him and never told her ANY of the reasons why, other than "The Army doesn't want single Mothers to have custody of their children while serving." (This is STILL true today).

I then went through MANY painful procedures to test the cancer before the Doctors decided to do a Hysterectomy (It was "Endrometrial Cancer with outer Uterine wall involvement that was spreading to the abdominal walls".). When they did do the Hysterectomy, I was asked if I could be a "Guinea Pig" for a new surgical instrument that was supposed to "Revolutionize Hysterectomy's". Turned out to be EXTREMELY painful!!
I then started Chemo, radiation and my hair fell out. I was also still in the Army, and had to work "full" time. This meant being utilized in areas were a healthy person was "just a body". Things like being sent to Camp Bullis (an Air Force base just outside of San Antonio) to sit in an ambulance in the field overnight (since my Chemo was during the day) while military officers were on training maneuvers. Or sitting in an ambulance while the same officers were on the Gun Range or going through the Gas Chambers on days when I was not going through Chemo.
So my days (and nights) were spent puking and watching my hair fall out while sitting in a Korean war era tin can ambulance in the Texas summer time heat with no air conditioning, hoping the Officers would not hurt themselves so I would have to help them, because I was barely able to move myself.
After the Chemo and Radiation treatments were done, I stayed in the Army for another year. I was transfered to Brooke Army Medical Center, where I worked the Burn Unit for six months, then transfered to the Pediatric Oncology unit.
It was right after I left the Army and moved to Golden Meadow La, into an apt complex, and became friends with the glamourous women next door that my eyes were opened. The women became my best friends, confidants and personal dressers! They took me out and would pick out clothing that looked great on me. They taught me to do my make up, they taught me to do my hair. It was then that they told me that they were drag queens. They sterted to take me out tothe bars they went too and treated me like thier little sister. To this day I can tell you,if it were not for them being my friends, I would not have survived that period in my life. I have since lost touch with some of them, and lost the others to AIDS.
Sounds good Lessa. We know there won't be much game talking tonight. I'll be surprised if there is any at all. I think the entire house will quickly scatter once they have faked their excitement over the HoH reveal. I believe Frank will have a lot of privacy this week except for the usual ass kissers and two of them left the building tonight.
I'm really interested to see what direction Joe heads to this week. It will be very telling.

What an awesome night! So glad AGP didn't mess with the Boogie evictions or make the first HOH comp a Frank guaranteed winner. I think the POV was fair although I wonder if Ian slowed it down after he got his first shamrock?
Love that Dan knows he is most likely going up. Might be big mistake on Franks part, give him plenty of time to figure out a way out of this pickle. Just love the visual of Dan in the Have Not room working his game moves out, a true chess player.
I just loved both Brit in her DR and Joe for his speech, hysterical so glad I DVRd this episode, lol.

Unbelievable. Frank just can't win with any of y'all. He is a beast and a monster in competitions and still gets no respect where respect is due. He deserves to win over any other person at this point. Never seen a house guest have to work so incredibly hard to stay alive in the game and actually be successful. I was team Janelle 100%, so anyone who can convince the other house guests to keep him and take her out gets my vote. Hope he takes it all.

Can I just say that I am soooo over people calling houseguests "bullies" when they get mad. It's like everyone has Dani-syndrome. In my opinion, a hg having an angry moment, especially amid a super-intense and heated night, does not a bully make. It is human. Let it go with the "Bully" nonsense.

What an ordeal you had to go through. I can't even begin to imagine it. I have my own health issues and I whine a lot but I just can't imagine the things you went through. I'm happy to know you survived it though as I assume you are now a cancer free Survivor.
I would love to know the names of some of your drag friends. I probably know them or for sure know of them. What years were you here in LA?

frank frank frank...wow, props for surviving an impossible week. although i think hes defiantly a beast in competitions, from what i can tell i personally don't think hes all that good strategically,,, messy is how i would describe it. Socially he comes across insincere, and his point are always a bit fatuous. i think hes well intentioned,,,i wouldn't say hes that great of a player though IMO
i am starting to board the Ian train though,,,i think hes got a lot more gaming in him for sure,,,interested to see how it all comes together:)
Omg, Frank is such a bully! He just bullied Joe into voting who he wants out! I'm so sick of it. He told Joe that he would not go up but to vote the way he wants him to. Franks bullying is so disgusting. He even made Danielle cry! I hope the rest of the house guests come together and make this week hell for Frank. They all need to kick this bully right outta the house!
