It's wakey wake time for the Big Brother 16 HGs! Let's dive right in to the live feeds and join them..

Brittany is present, in the hot tub.
At BB's request, Donny and Hayden are lowering all the awnings.. and talking quietly about the coming PoV Ceremony.
Donny: Ok.. It only makes sense. if I'm wrong, Caleb'll go up today, but if I'm 100% right, he wont. It shows the whole thing.
BB: Hayden, please put on your microphone.
Hayden: I'm doin awnings for you!
Donny: We won't talk.
BB: Thank you!

They finish the awning, and Hayden hops back into the hot tub. Brit's there now too.
Hayden: What was everyone doing last night that they were up so late?
Brittany: Nothing, really.. Just laughing over the dumbest things.

Hayden: Tabaccy?
Donny: Yeah. I only do it on days that end in y.
Hayden: At least its' only those days...
Hayden: All the time in the world.
Donny: Derrick was settin' over there last night sayin "Aw, man, be nice if we knowed (sic) what's goin' on. We don't know." There's never a day he don't know. I guess people tell ya stuff, you believe it.
Hayden: All I know, Donny, is if you go up, you'r enot goin' home. I"m not votin' to send you home, and I know a lot of other people wont.
Donny: Thank you. I'll handle it best I can. Well, I'll probably handle it better than anybody.
Hayden: I'd love.. (missed it)
Donny: Well, yes.. I'd love to win HoH and put Derrick and Frankie beside each other. And then, if one wins Veto, throw Amber in there. Lettem squirm. There's 4 people that's never been on the block. They don't know how it feels.
Hayden: That'd be fun to watch.
Donny: It would be awesome. The way people would be rootin' for em during Veto. That would be good tv.
Hayden: That would be quite the spectacle.
Donny: People like Derrick don't care who wins HoH, because he's made friends with everyone. He talks so much crap about Victoria..
Hayden: I love Victoria.
Donny: She's very pleasant. She's almost childlike, aint she?
Hayden: heh.. She's so easy to convince. You can make her vote any way you want to.
Donny: Some people..
Hayden: I feel like I have a great relationship with her.
Donny: I bet she'd listen to Derrick over you. She wakes him up a lot to talk, and I pretend to be sleepin.

Donny and Hayden are Jedi Training in the backyard, running over all the comps, who won, who was nominated, evicted, vote counts, etc..

Nicole: We have like 2 hours, right?
Victoria: They said I have to be ready in a half hour.
Nicole: Ooh.

Hayden: It would definitely make sense if Caleb went up, but I don't think that's what he's going to do.
Donny: And you know when CDevin left and whispered in Frankie's ear. That might not have been what he said.. They were talkin' and gigglin' like little girls last night.
Hayden: What were they talking about?
Donny: Victoria.. and you.. sleepin' in the same bed.
Hayden: Really?
Donny: It was just over and over the same thing.. How many scenarios.. and then gigglin' like a bunch of little girls..
Hayden: Caleb and Amber both make me so mad.
Donny: But.. They are not the brains. We figured out who the brains are. They're the brains' target when the opposition wins HoH. Who do you think you'd put up? If it was just one Head of Household.
Hayden: I don't know who I'd put up, but I'd wanna backdoor Amber. Brittany and Amber have both said that they'd come after me... and Zach.
Donny: Really??
Hayden: Yeah. They've both said that we are in lala land, and they'd like to see us go up, so.. I'd love to see Amber go out of the house. Even if Derrick and Frankie are working together? They're not coming after me, so my goal would be to get Amber out.

Hayden: Must me important.

Cody: Caleb? I thought about putting Caleb up, but people didn't wanna vote Caleb out, which was surprising to me.
Brittany: That's surprising to me too. Would you consider Nicole? I know you're close.
Cody: She played Veto to keep the noms the same.. taking the Veto from you..
Brittany: I know I have Donny, Jacosta, Amber and ___, and I think I have Victoria.. Bu tthat could change depending who you put up.
Cody: So you think Nicole?
Brittany: It's not personal. I'm not mad at her for the whole Victoria thing.. The reason I say her, is she and Christine are like 2 working as one.. I'd say Christine too, but I know she needs the money more than Nicole.
**eyeroll with the BB Social Services notion.
Cody: At the end of the day, no matter who I put up, it's gonna suck.
Brit: I don't wanna promote Donny going up. He's a good person.
Cody: No matter what. Good people are going.
This is ongoing... as of 10:03am.. Brittany's throwing a lot of names against the wall, trying to see if she can make one stick.
10:12am continuing.. Cody's giving her gentle lip service, but lying to her left and right.
Cody: I thought you guys were gonna win the BoB..
Brit: I kinda wish I wasn't asking Frankie..
Cody: He's one of the people running around right now.. I guess he's trying to pin it all on me, get back in with everyone and make it seem like it's good.. This is like the worst part. Now Donny's gonna come in and want to talk, and I don't even know what to say to him.
Brit: yeah..
Cody: Do you think they're gonna give you the blue ball?
Brit: Yeah.. I think they just don't wanna yet, because people will play with it and end up breaking something. If I do go, I hope you and Derrick stay close and help each other out.
Cody: I hope so too.. We haven't talked very much.
**They have a final 2.
Brit: Frankie sticks to every single HoH.. That's why he wants to feed the fish.
Cody: I know.. I think I'm gonna tell him that I wanna sleep up here by myself. Zach didn't even sleep up here last night.
Talk turns to the beds situation - they're at a premium with no Have Nots. Then Donny being angry with them last night for making too much noise.. And Brittany's sore body.

Brit: It's ok.. I know you have it out for me.
They go downstairs to turn in their activity trackers.

Donny: This is a very pivotal week. It shows where it falls. You and I have family and true friends watching this. If you have a few moments, think about your family and what they'd want you to do. Not what people in this house want you to do. Think about what's best for your game. No matter what happends today, I will still feel the same way about you. And that's my speech.
Cody: That's it, man? You gotta talk a little bit more. I need to like.. I don't know. I was so stunned. I went and told people, "I wanna put Caleb up," and people were like, that's not good.
Donny: It's not good for their game. It's the same reason people don't wanna put Victoria up. They've gottem in their back pocket. Caleb is a male Victoria.
Cody: He really is. And it's just bs because now everyone wants Brittany out so drastically, and I'm dyin' to dsend her out of the house.
Donny: You can. You don't even have to think about numbers right now. There are plenty of loyal, good people in this house. That was a simple speech. Our families are watching. It would be nice to have a phone call, to let em talk to us about the decisions we have to make.
Cody: Yeah.

Donny: Some people are using Caleb for their numbers.
Cody: If you and I can have a frank conversation.. that I can be sure wont go anywhere..
Donny: Well, you sleep with some of em.
Cody: People are tryin' to throw me under the bus, period.
Donny: you're not lookin' like the bad guy yet.
Cody: I mentioned Caleb yesterday, and nobody wanted him to go up..
Donny: But Britany's not goin' after you..
Cody: But my thing is.. Putting Caleb on the block and then him not going home...?

Donny: You're 5 or 4 at the luckiest.. They're tight and they're smart. I can't promise you 5 4 3 2 or 1, butI can promise we'll do it the honest way. We'll do it to make our families proud. If you're in final 2, you get my vote. It's a hard decision.
Cody: The only 2 people who would go up against Brittany and not get a single vote are you and Hayden. But I'm working with both of you.
Donny: You have a good reason if you nominate him.. You have a good reason if you nominate me. There's a group of people who brought you in for numbers, but you're not really in.. You're just a tool they're using. Cody: I trust Nicole. It didn't take her a millisecond to grab the Veto.
Donny: you don't have to give in. You can play your own game and let the chips fall where they may. I wouldn't be scared. If I went home playing my own game, I would be proud.
Cody: Caleb scares me about as much as a puppy dog. I respect him for everything he is, but it's his mindset..
Donny: Here's what he said after he won the $5000.. I don't need the Veto. I'm safe.
Cody: I'm gonna be straight up.. I don't know if you're working with Brittany and Jocasta.. If I put Caleb up..
Donny: If you say you want Brittany out, I will vote Brittany out. If you was on the block., and you was sick and couldn't fight for yourself, I would fight for you too.
Cody: I don't think you talk to other people the way you and I talk.. I trust you a lot. I feel like, if I go next week, and I didn't put him on the block, and I put someone like you or Hayden up, I would be so disappointed in myself. My only other choices besides Caleb are people I love and trust.
Donny: mm hmm. We're portrayed a certain way on tv. And it's based on truth..
Cody: I think if I didn't put Caleb up, my brother would be callin' me the biggest pussy.
Donny: Your true friends that're tellin' you these things.. They wont hold it against you. I wont hold it against you if you put me up. I forgave Devin. I didn't forget, but I forgave. That's all I have to say. It's a big decision, and it's gonna show which side..
Cody: For me, in a game way, I'm puttin' him up, you don't have to vote him out.. but I have to put him up.
Donny: You have a big decision to make.
Cody: I think I kinda just made it.
Donny: Don't think about what I said. Think about what your brother would say.. Don't be sad, just do what you need to do. I'm gonna go, and I'm gonna let somebody else give their speech.
Cody: It doesn't really matter what anyone else says at this point. I'm not putting you on the block.

Cody: If my brother was in this house right now, he'd be like, you're a f'in pussy for not putting that kid up on the block after he dicked you in the pov.
Derrick; Caleb?
Cody: I don't expect him to go home.. For all of my alliance's game, it's bad. For me, I'm not gonna put up Donny who's done nothing but help everybody, but I'm not gonna put up Donny over Caleb, when Caleb's the sole reason I'm in this situation. I'm telling you guys. I'm putting Caleb on the block. Vote out Brittany.
Derrick: I think Caleb will go home.. I'm gonna support you, but I think Caleb will go home.
Cody: Why?
Derrick: Because Brittany will try to play us. She tried to play me last night.
Cody: But the thing is..
Derrick: I think there's a group of people working together.. I think Hayden will vote out Caleb.
Cody: He said he'll vote Brittany out.
Derrick: But that's how you know I'm down with you, bro. You tell me Caleb's goin' on the block..

Derrick: I'm rollin' with you..
Cody: It's my gut, dude.
Derrick: Then go with it.
Cody: I trust Donny, and I don't trust Caleb, so why would I leave him off the block?
Derrick: I respect you.. I might be talkin' to you in a week sayin' dude, nice call, or we might both be on the block.. fightin' for pov. That's your gut, and I respect it..
Cody: We have the numbers.
Derrick: I think Zach will flip, and I think Hayden will flip.

I am watching live while doing stuff around the house. Caleb did something to lose the POV and I missed it! What did he do that they keep saying he's stupid?
Donny isnt sounding too TA either. Its a terribly malconceived alliance. None of them work well together. The only benefit is that no one would suspect them working together either

I think he just had last pick of the prizes and left Victoria with POV and took the money
I've forgotten to give Donny his due on my best gamers: he's right up there with the other three of Derrick, Frankie & Christine. His attitude is the best too so I'd vote for him above the others. I just don't know if he can avoid being booted.

Agree with you that Donny is not TA alliance; but he's never lied to the feeders or DR about it. We've known he doesn't truly trust the other two. I'm ok with that. It can be missions only and no alliance. That works. Derrick is the one who concocted the "true" alliance and tried to sell it like lemonade on a summer afternoon.

What you wrote earlier makes me so happy. To riff off one of your ideas, I am loving Victoria more and more w/ every time she reveals herself. People say she is naive or innocent or hypocritical. No. I think she seems very reasonable and solid in her character. And she understands BB much more than most of the non-superfans.
Now let's get to the renom!!
I dont really dislike anyone in the house (which is strange for BB) but I dont think many have an interesting game. The strongest game in the house seems to be the hitmen, which is why they are my current favorites. At first I compared them to the renegades, but now Im thinking more of everyones favorites from Bb9 Adam and Ryan. Which is why I dont get Cody getting rid of his Sheila this week.
On the "superfan" note.. Just because you watch the show, doesnt mean you have the skills to play the game.
And then theres Donny. I would love to see Donny win the whole thing, but I still have no idea how he can accomplish that. Everyone loves him, but if your closest allies are Jocosta and Victoria thats a lot of heavy lifting. Maybe he can form something with Hayden?

Sigh, another summer in complete disagreement with my fellow dishers LOL Oh well, it wouldn't be summer if I wasn't on the opposite side of the fence. While I think Donny is a class act of a man, I do not bow at his feet like so many on this page. I definitely think Derrick's game far surpasses Donny's. I adore Frankie for the entertainment value, but also think he is being smart getting himself in everyone's biz. I really wish they would stick to this TA Alliance. We'll see, right now I'll kindly agree to disagree with my much loved fellow dishers ;)
I guess thats Donny's game. He is good one on one, but still needs allies. Nobody wins this game alone. We'll see if it sticks

OMG! This is my first day back at work after knee replacement surgery and I've been so busy I haven't even had time to catch up with my buddies here at The Dish!
Looks like Cody has had a change of plans after his little chat with Donny. I knew that would happen if he had a one on one because he really is a soft hearted guy. Hope it doesn't bite him in the butt.
Got to go read the TOR. Although I watched until 2:00 a.m. and had to make myself turn off the ipad and go to sleep.
I don't think Donny had anything to do with it. Cody has said repeatedly then and since that he knows what his brother would say, namely that Cody would be a wuss (my word) for not putting Caleb up. That realization was all he needed to do what he always felt he should do.

If Caleb is the renom the vote will be 5-5 and Cody will have to decide. All the heat and spotlight will be on him.
just when I resigned myself to a boring week of everyone working in unison, stuff happens! It's why I am a fan! Great day so far in the BB house.
Oh, the disappointment.
If Cody actually does put Caleb on the block I'm going to love him even more than I already do. I think if he did and talked to the right people he can get Caleb out and officially get Brittany on his side too. I need as much time with Cody in the house this summer as possible:)
