Derrick advises Cody to put Donny up, but to let him know emphatically, that he will not be going home. Cody's flirting with the idea of Caleb. This mayhem will likely be ongoing until Monday when the PoV Ceremony happens.

Personally, I've got a soft spot for Victoria on this one, partly because she's endured so much mockery this week and could use a self esteem boost, but Mostly because it would throw all the HGs for such a loop and who doesn't love that! hehe!
Can you imagine? They'd be completely gobsmacked. But... it probably wouldn't help Victoria's game one bit to win, since she'd lose her status as 100% harmless.
I like Donny more than Brittany so I hope she doesn't win since Donny might be the replacement. Brittany made an error in choosing Csleb.
About the only chance there is for a week unscripted by Derrick is for Britt to win POV.
Carolyn, I'm rooting for Victoria too. As I previously said I'm curious to see how she steps up once she realizes how to play. Her translation barrier is interesting and it leads me to think that while she speaks English so well that she hasn't conquered thinking in English as well. It's sometime seemed like she was translating going in and out of her mind but it seems to be improving by being locked up with ONLY English speakers. Maybe she's just on camera more too. I'm holding hope that at Nicole can win and pull another girl off. That would leave ONLY Christine as a female replacement. That would possibly clue those women in that the guys are tight and MAYBE they can find a way to group up and take this thing. Otherwise, lights out. If Donny goes up I'll be heartsick to see him go. I'd rather let Caleb (or Derrick) get booted but the odds are ever in their favor ;-)
For the zach haters - I still like him. He's abrasive, yes. His mouth runs, but it runs true! Unlike the majority of other HG, he isn't twisting things that I've seen. They're ALL talking and spreading gossip but zach's words are true. It bothers the guys that he's telling truth instead of lies. LOL I'd LOVE to see him, Donny & Hayden team with what's left of the women this week - if one of them aren't a replacement nom.

Definitely it is Victoria for me. If one sets aside the cultural aspect, she is actually more into the game, more aware, and has a better attitude... and Vic as comp beast--priceless.

I'd like to just send out a little wish that they have the balls to backdoor Caleb, two backdoors in two weeks of the two biggest "beast modes..." in the house would be awesome! (I think we'd all admit that technically Devin wasn't a backdoor since he knew it was coming, but it's kind of the same)
I'd like Nicole or Zach to win. So they can prove that they can win a comp (that isn't based on luck like the HoH Nicole won).
I'd love for Victoria to win too. The bashing she's subjected to in that house is disgusting. And if she wins, Brittany would still go home. Cody won't backdoor Caleb even if he has the chance cause Derrick wouldn't allow it. They're all playing Derrick's game right now.
I've got to say I'm pulling for Victoria on this one. I would love to see her beat Beast Mode Cowboy and see how he would explain that away. Maybe it would get him off the subject of amber for a while.
Have you noticed that every time he tells the amber 'confrontation', which he has to every single person in the house it changes. Every time he tells it he really 'lays it on her' to quote him
I think that young man has some serious self esteem issues. I would love to hear Jane's take on him. He talked for two solid hours a couple of nights ago about how famous he will be when he leaves the house with everyone wanting his autograph, etc. I couldn't stop watching. It was unbelievable. Me thinks he doth protest too much!
I personally want the nominations to stay the same because Cody plans to put up Donny in her place.
No one really likes her. She's young and sheltered and doesn't really fit in to the social game. She's rarely around and when she is, everyone stops the game talk. The sad thing is she knows how everyone feels but can't do much to change it because that's just who she is. She's a very sweet girl but probably a little too sheltered to be playing a social game with a bunch of crazies :)
Agreed! I'd love to see Caleb put up. Backdoor just means you take away their ability to save themselves. Devin handled it like a champ.
Does anyone know what Vic did to get in trouble and that they can't talk about, per DR scolding??
I did hear a marvelous convo between Vic and Derr where she showed clear understanding of the current game dynamics.
I think that Derr (and Frank) are doing nothing more than following the plan laid down on Day2. They are both herding the cats toward that goal... and Zach is the slowest cat.

Amanda L -- Everyone bashes her all the time, usually instigated by Zach.. and mostly behind her back.. 2 nights ago, I couldn't find a feed without Victoria bashing on it for quite a while there.
I like Victoria the person, but the BB player has zero game. Maybe if she survives a little longer she will find an ally somewhere but to this point she is Lawon 2.0
The one night on BBAD I saw Zach saying he want to punch her. Like wth did she do to him? When she came in I thought she was really snobby but she's really quite timid. I've noticed she's really handset and I'm assuming that's for attention. While I get Zach is honest I definitely don't think there's a reason to say you want to punch a woman. And I was really surprised seeing Frankie saying he hates her. I guess without the feeds in kind of in a cloud of confusion lol. She needs to win something and shut the rest of the HG's up.
Re the earlier post, Big Brother couldn't take the Caleb/Cody conversation either. They flipped to the kitchen where nothing was going on!
Hello all! I am not rooting for any of noms, I kind of felt bad for Vic, but, they make fun of others also. Vic really doesn't belong there, she is very naive about 'real' life, and I bet she has been sheltered in her life. If I was to root for someone, I guess it would be her, but, I just don't see it happening. I would like to see Brittany go, because of her self-deserving bit, is so mis-guided! I really don't like when people do that, that they deserve to win just because of their kids, their lack of job, or whatever - you have to play the game then you will deserve what you get. If one comes down the smart thing would be to put Caleb up, but don't see that happening.

I just REALLY hope Britt or Vic win so that the guys will be forced to put up a replacement.. (hopefully it wouldn't be Donny). I heard Frankie say either today or last nite that they would possibly nom Caleb. I would LOVE to see that happen and see Beast Mode Ego-boy get sent home. I just wanna see the boys squirm for a week and see Caleb's ego go waaaay down.. if that's possible.

I saw on other blogs that Victoria was a little too touchy/feely with Haden and Frankie. I think this is all in innocence since she is a virgin. Also, BB Production scolded her for talking too much with a man named Matt in production, which is a big no no. She was afraid he would get fired.

This may sound like a stupid question but does anyone know who is actually loyal to who? It's hard to follow and keep up without the feeds-even though the updates are amazing- I still find it confusing on what are the clear cut "real" alliances.
I also find it hilarious on a personal note that prior to this season I was not a huge fan of frankie. I had a "oh gawd no moment" when I saw he was on it. But from day 1 in the house I have grown to absolutely love him. Following him on twitter and Instagram I found him a bit obnoxious at times-and incredibly entertaining

@Amanda L ~ zach definitely said that. While there is no defending the literal words spoken, I feel he did not want to physically harm her. I hear teens and twenty-something's say that stuff all the time without meaning the actual violent act. Sad that language is used this way, but it is. And the other HGs warned him about consequences of just saying it. I'm glad they attempted to keep him in check. Zach speaks for shock value all the time but it doesn't excuse what could be construed as a threat. "Wanting" to do something and "going to" do something is a big distinction too and if he'd used those words, CBS would've likely had serious words for him.

Wow! I would love for someone to step up to the boys and take them on but I just can't root for Brittany or even care about her at this point.
She has talked as much crap about Victoria as anyone. The last two days she has acted as if Victoria is the reason she's OTB. Either they are up as a pair or they are individuals. If Brittany lost the recent BoB because of Victoria then she must have won the first one because of Victoria. And guess what. Now Victoria has won more than Brittany.
Brittany said it was an easy comp but then said Victoria got lucky. Which is it? If the comp was so easy why couldn't Brittany get lucky?
I don't think Brittany has been any better at this game than Victoria and in some ways she has been worse. A big part of this game is the social aspect and, to put it bluntly, she sucks at it. She is so set on playing by her own rules that she has only talked strategy with a small group of people and they happen to be the people with no power. With the rest of the HGs she has not been strategic-she has walked around with a chip on her shoulder. She has concentrated more on carrying a grudge than making a smart game move.
i bet Donny goes up now.

I am officially mad a Derrick. For a feedster, I was really impressed with him as HOH last week and in his deal to keep Zach the week before. He was really playing the game! But now, I have a major problem with the fact that he keeps saying Team America is his priority but he is pushing HARD for Cody to make Donny the re-nom!
It will be very interesting to see how they spin that on the TV version...

Derrick is HOH right? Oh, that was last week. So Cody is HOH and wants to put Caleb up as a renom but is too cowardly to do it because he doesn't want to get scolded by Papa Bear.
BTW, telling Donny he is a pawn does not mean that you are showing loyalty to Team America. I think lying to fellow HGs is a necessary part of the game. Lying to the live feed watchers to try to hold on to your good guy image-sorry Derrick, I am definitely not buying whatever it is you think you're selling.
Question, why do audience members get, and express, such animosity toward cast members?
There are some I like, some I don't, but I've never "hated" a guest and would never think of calling them the vile names I see in the chat room. They are there to entertain us for a few months, their actions do not do anything for or against us.

Oh dang, I am worried about this outcome. I think Donny is not as safe against Britt as he would have been against Victoria. Britt has been seen as a bigger threat against Victoria, and Donny is a bigger threat than Britt. Not even sure Frankie and Derrick can keep Donny safe, even if Jocasta gives him one for his save last week. Victoria, Nicole and Christine called Donny creepy and pervy last week... so not sure they would keep him either. But then again, Britt's annoyance now with Nicole may save Donny. It can be really close though.
It also sounds like one of those comps where strength would not matter as much.
As for who people like in the house and how some are excused and not others... I know for one, that if Caleb would have said "don't believe anything coming out of this nincopoop nigga mouth" (Cam 1, July 17 at 12.24 AM)addressing fans on other sites... he would have been talked about... while Zach is not... people even excuse the stuff he said about Victoria.
Caleb is not going on the block... because the guys know that if he wins HoH next week, they are safe since he is loyal. Donny would put the guys up in a heart beat, because Donny is one of the few who knows what is up. This can be a really crappy week. :-(
Grendon---I agree twice with you!!! First, I'm so over Brit. Ugh. Second, Derrick is making me mad, too. He should show some kind of loyalty and respect for Donny. He doesn't include him and last night he made a remark to Z , kinda throwing Donny under the bus. Not sure of his true allegiance. He says America, but his actions do not match up with his mouth.

Except for Frankie, absolutely nobody knows about Donny and Derrick. I think Derrick is loyal to TA for now, but Donny's game is not Derrick's game. Derrick probably has a much better feel for Donny's safety on the block than we do. Im sure Derrick will do everything he can to make sure Donny stays over Britt.
I am so disappointed that America's Team, Derrick and Frankie, are not protecting Donny.
I feel Christine should go up if they really want Brittany out.

I find it very entertaining that Victoria won. Good job. Now Cody needs to get a backbone and put Caleb up. Cody is acting afraid of the women he has been laughing about all week. Take what you dish, put your money where your mouth is and nominate Caleb. Best move to make, IMO.

While I understand people's frustrations and opinions- that's exactly what they are- their opinions. If everyone got along all the time and there was no conflict- would we watch? You can't expect to stick 16 people In a house together and think that they are going to sit around, hold hands and Never disagree. I don't like all of them and my husband and I sit and talk about it and it's not always nice comments but I wouldn't voice those to the world (this site) because it's my opinions. Some of the houseguests are so annoying I yell at the tv and wish they would get voted out but I wouldn't wish the ill-will or wiritw hateful comments about them. It's on for our entertainment and entertaining it is, but people who spew hate need to get off the internet and re-evaluate their own lives- because it's just a tv show after all

Random thought, I wonder if Nicole has ever visited Frankenmuth. It's a Bavarian town a few miles from me and not far from where she lives. We used to wear that hat she has when we were kids. They have a world's biggest Christmas store there too.

It's times like this a really miss GaYToR. He would have so many jokes about Nicole's wiener.

Nicole has gotten props from several of the guys tonight for playing for the Veto and not prizes during the comp.. She has risen to the status of the tough chick they want in the game. She has not been asked to join the the BS leftovers yet though.
This is why Christine dropped to the bottom for me... one example.
Christine: "I can't stand catty girls!" (a few minutes later) "I wanted to slap Amber today." (and proceeds to mock her voice.)
For what it's worth, although we all love Donny, and we don't want to see him put up, Brit is stil the target.
The smartest move in ensuring Brit goes home, is putting Donny there beside her. One, it takes away one vote Brit would have had to stay, and second, it ensures the "upstairs" crew has the votes needed to send Brit packing...So no worries folks, Donny is very safe if he is the renom, him being up there is by design, not because they want him out. Cody doesnt even WANT to nominate Donny. If there was any other option to ensure Brit goes like he wants, he would jump on it in a heartbeat.

I always enjoyed reading his sensible comments and keen insights on the folks in the BB house.
Vic has been getting DR privileges that rub the others wrong. New cloths sent from home etc. Now knowing about her talking too much to Matt I see how its happening.
