A Letter from Zach's Mom to Zach's Fans
That's why I was so happy to see this letter to the fans from Zach's mom...

Dear Zach Attack Fans:
There has never been a time in my life that was crazier than this summer. Zach’s journey on Big Brother was supposed to be his and his alone but it became a major family affair. From all of the Rance’s, both here and in England, thank you for all your kind words and support.
As all of you know, I have watched BB since season 1 and Zach was right there beside me on the couch keeping me company. Admittedly there were a couple of seasons early on that just didn’t hook me. Each summer my family knows that for 3 months mommy gets to watch her favorite show without being disturbed. I've watched only the aired shows and never in my wildest dreams knew how big the fandom actually was. Well, I certainly got my fill this summer.
Zach will probably not be saved this week, but let me reassure you of a couple of things….
he achieved a goal he’s had for a long time, he made it into the house!! He also made a mark in this world. He will forever be associated with FruitLoop Dingus and Don’t Get Me Turned Up! He will always be known as a former HG on such a popular show and most important, he has so many people who fell in love with him!! He is one lucky young man!
It’s been hard for me this week, a mom doesn’t want to see her son look defeated and feel ostracized. I’ve stopped watching the feeds because it’s breaking my heart, but I do know its a game and he might not be the winner of the $500,000 but he won big time!
Zach will be just fine, that boy always lands on his feet and I can’t wait to share what I experienced on Twitter this summer. Actually it’s not just me, it’s his dad Kevin, his little broski Peyton, his dog Tiger Woods, his uncles Jack, Keith, and Dave, his aunt Debbie, his cousin Lindsay and his good friend Drew!
All you fans have made this incredible and fun and I know Zach will be overwhelmed by your support!
Let’s support who is left in the house and ride out the rest of this season!…….and be prepared for Peyton’s turn in the BB house for BB31!!

Good morning Carolyn! I'm so glad that Zach's family has had a good experience w/the social media & fans. Poor Christine's husband Tim hasn't been so lucky. BB fans that don't like her hounded him right off of Twitter calling her s1¥t among other things. Apparently these rabid fans think her "relationship" w/Cody is inappropriate & have proceeded to tell him how horrible she is & that he should divorce her. The poor man has been pounded by these folks. As I was watching the feeds last night I was looking at the chat rooms & Twitter & they are proud of what they've done. It's horrible.
Even though Zach isn't my fave HG I would never get on social media & trash him. He's a young man w/a family who loves him & even the HG love him. I hope he goes on to do great things (law school?) & I have a feeling he's forged some lasting friendships in the house. IMO this will be the toughest eviction of the season so far.
thank you for such a beautiful letter to Zach's fans!!! Zach has played one h*ll of a game this season but sadly he also "got played". I feel that Frankie really did care for Zach but the "house mentality" (Derrick) got Frankie "misted" into turning on Zach.
You must be a very proud mother seeing your son on BB after all those years of watching it together!!!
Zach will be sadly missed when he is evicted because all will miss his humor, his speeches and his personality!!!
Zach played the "Dr. Will" role so well!! I must admit that I thought that Zach and Will were closely related because Zach does resemble "Dr. Will" and he had Will's mannerisms down pat!!!
Zach will always be remembered by his fans and some who are not fans as the "Fruitloop Dingus" of BB16!!!
Jill's love and support for both of her sons is apparent in this letter. I love that she has accepted what is happening in the house. I also love that her love of Big Brother has rubbed off on her sons. My love of BB has also rubbed off on my daughters. My older daughter because if college relies on me to keep her up to date whereas my younger daughter watches with me. This is the first summer I've allowed my younger daughter to go online to check things out and then only your website. At 14 I'm still overprotective of what she does online. I want to thank you Caroline for having a site that I feel comfortable allowing my daughter to visit. You do an excellent job for those if us who can't afford the feeds and police the comments with your priority on non bullying. You provided a safe place for teens & others with great character. It's a friendly & loving site. I could gush on & on, but this is supposed to be about Jill's letter. I feel that her open & loving acceptance of Zach's situation is felt through her letter.

I love Zach's parents even more than I love Zach! He will be so well supported when he gets out of the house!
Now, I hope that Christine has a good support system at home because that's going to be a tough transition for her.
I'm shocked to hear there are so many people out there upset with Christine's play. She hasn't done anything to warrant abuse (not that anyone does in a game). Wow, very sad.
That was a beautiful letter from Zach's Mom. While I am a huge Derrick fan (don't hate the player, hate the game), I LOVE me some Zach and I will be sad to see him leave. But at least he goes home to such a great family!!
It's sad to hear about what's happening to Christines husband Tim, again very happy that you don't allow that behavior on the Dish.

This is a great letter from Zach's Mom. As a fan, she understands Zach's eviction. As a Mom, her love just seeps from every word. Sounds like a nice family.
I haven't been watching the feeds and probably won't get the chance before tomorrow, but I choose to hold out hope that Zach can stay. (Sorry Jocasta). I really took a liking to him once the game started (was not a fan of his comments/persona pre-game).
If worse comes to worse, will he at least get the jury experience? As such a fan of the show, I'm sure that would be an acceptable consolation.
@Lulu , I don't think people are upset with chrsitine's play as much as a married woman acting like a horny teenager all over Cody. She's MARRIED , and yes, while she had told her husband she would flirt, this goes beyond flirting in my book.I hate the fact that some fans know no boundaries and try to get involved with the families. BUT We will never be able to stop that as long as the family is on social media.if I ever had a family member go on a reality TV I'd be wise to shut down my social media accounts, sadly they don't.
Now, On to Mama Rance , OMG can you love her any more?? What a GEM! I fell in love with her and her hubby when I saw an interview with them and now I love them even more. As a mom, I can only imagine her heart break over the turn of events. BUT , I'm holding out hope that one of the twist we were promised is that one of the evicted HG has a chance to come back in. OMG Full on Zach Attack coming..if he is one to come back. Zach is very smart, I can totally see him being a lawyer if he was serious about that. Carolyn, Thank you for posting this letter, it warmed my heart and made me cry at the same time. I'm gonna miss Zach, but like I said, hoping he's able to have a chance to come back in and wreak havoc lol
Aw, that was SO sweet. What a good Mom. There is a very long (like over 100 minutes) Youtube out there of Zach's parents that I have not had time to watch. This makes me want to go invest the time.
I very rarely post, but I just had to this time. This is why I frequent the Dish and none of the other BB blogs! Someone tried to convert me the other day, but I told them NOPE! I appreciate these insights into the players' families and the lack of nastiness. Thanks, Caro, for doing what you do.

I love Zach and will be sad to see him go. He has such an amazing personality and love for his family.
He was very entertaining on both the feeds and the show, and neither will be the same without him.
It's sad to see the houseguests talk so horribly about him to justify voting him out. This is part of the game, though very hard to take.
I know we will be seeing more of Zach, whether on this season or on an all star season. There is something so compelling about him. I've never seen a single houseguest have so much support across the BB community.
Hi Carolyn! From another Carolyn! Thanks so much for sharing jill's letter with us! It is neat she is a BB fan so she likes the show and knew something about how the show works. Zach reminds me so much of Dr Will, one of the best and most remembered HGs of all time so kudos to him for pulling that off1 I believe in BB's motto: Expect the Unexpected and even though things may be looking bad for Zach now he may not leave the game.
Jill is right about one thing.....being on BB changes a person's life forever and not always to the good. We are seeing way too many of the rabid fans who think the BB house is real life and think they can control what the houseguests and their family and friends do in their REAL life outside of the GAME. This is the main reason I would never consider going on BB. it isn't worth the risk to play to win $500,000 at the expense of my family, friends, my job and my own peace of mind. Honestly I really don't
like telling people I like BB because they look at me funny and back away so the impression that BB fans are all crazy and mean must be out there. social media is being taken over by these types and I am so appreciative of BBDish because I don't like being around a lot of negativity and senseless hatred. It seems to be spreading everywhere and it is ruining social media. I said on another site not related to BB that I don't believe in demons and got fried by some guy I don't
even know. I guess my opinion crushed his psychotic beliefs. So now I am not even willing to post in some places because I am afraid of getting some nutcase on my trail. I kind of like Christine. She is a devious sort and I think those make the best BB players. I am sorry those eejits ran her husband off Twitter and I hope that he is solid enough in his love for his wife that he will let the hatred pass.
