Quick check around the house...
- Jeff and Michele are napping in the Pool Room.
- Russell is taking a shower.
- Natalie is sleeping on the patio sofa.
- After a quick Russell bashfest with Chima, Jessie is sleeping in Chima's HOH bed.
- Lydia told Jessie a few minutes ago that she was going to nap in his bed.
Chima has joined Jessie in the HOH bed, they are talking about family and fishies.7:06 PM BBT
Natalie has joined them.
Jessie: I don't care what the f he wants to talk about.
Chima: Jeff isn't talking to me. Did you notice that? And Jeff totally converses with me
Jessie: Like I told you he is totally standoffish.
Chima: With you?
Jessie: I don't know. I might be paranoid.
They talk about the earlier argument and we get blowfish... :)
They are talking about during the movie, Jordan sat somewhere that they thought was great (**Next to Russell?). Talk turns to how enjoyable the movie was.
- Russell is by himself in the backyard eating.
Talk inevitably goes back to Russell venting.
Natalie: I really think we need to break up Jeff and Jordan.
Jessie: I know who to put up when I am HOH, if I am here.
Natalie: I want to get Michele and you guys can get Jeff.
Chima: I think Jeff should go first. Especially since he sided with Russell.
Jessie: When did he side with Russell?
Chima: Right now. He has been talking to him.
Talk turns to what they want in their HOH baskets yet again.
Meanwhile, in the backyard, the 'lone wolf' sips on his beer and sways in the hammock.
Upstairs in the HOH, Chima is ranting about Russell making the same explosive comments as earlier, that she hopes he goes to jail and gets violated... (**ugh, I can't transcribed everything he said. This is a FB moment.)
Chima: I don't think what they think of me. (**the viewers)
Jessie: Well... You will tons of emails. You will be exposed. It's definitely overwhelming.
Chima and Natalie want Jessie to go down to get them food, but he wants to avoid Russell, so they are checking the spy cam to see where he is. Just as Jessie is about to go down, Russell comes in.
Natalie: If Jeff does that sh*t.
Chima: I will take one of those orange chairs and bash Jeff over the head after I finish off Russell.
Natalie: Be quiet. He might win HOH next week. (Jeff)
Chima: It's time for you to win HOH. I did my part.

Jessie & Russell
What Jessie was dreading has happened. Russell has come up to talk to him in. (**oh terror)
They are talking about working out, nutrition and losing weight.
Jeff has joined the conversation, fresh from his nap, on his way to the washroom.
Talk switches to siblings. Jessie's brother, and his involvement in sports, and in the service.
Russell: I always wanted to do that.
Jessie: Play ball?
Russell: Be a seal. (Navy) (**You know Jessie will be spinning that one upstairs.)
Talk turns to flat feet, and their brothers' physiques..
Jessie: How do you compare to your brothers?
Jeff: My older brother has a belly and he is bald. He isn't that bad. I just punked him out. (*fart)
Jessie grabs an armload of food to take up to the HOH. (**Let the grilling begin!)
7: 30 PM BBTHOH
Chima: We saw that confrontation
Jessie: The what?
Chima: I was doing commentary Beavis and Butthead style
Jessie: Thanks
Natalie: You gotta tell us what happened
Jessie: We were talking about dieting and training
Chima: Bullsh*t
Natalie: He didn't say nothing about the game?
Chima: That's surprising.
They are complaining that their steaks are cold and are very demanding.They are sending him back down to warm them up.
(**I'm out of there. Going to check out what Jeff and Russell are saying in the backyard.)
It's pretty quiet. Neither of the men are talking. Not game. Not anything.
Both seem pretty deep in thought, but the silence is not uncomfortable.
Jeff has gone in to get some shoes on but hasn't come back out.
Russell decides to putt some balls into an overturned table.
8:49 PM BBTFeeds cut from HOH to backyard. Jeff is sitting on the sofa. Russell is playing pool by himself. Russell joins Jeff on the sofas.
Jeff: I'm so bored.
Russell: Yeah.
Silence.
Genie: Talk already!! They'll switch the feeds!
Pondering...pondering...
And pondering...
Russell finally goes inside, and Jeff goes to lie in the hammock...

Russell: Kevin. Since I'm leaving. why do you have such hatred toward me? Why is lydia getting in trouble for talking to me.
Kevin: My problem with Lydia is I told her something confidential and she told others.
Russell: I understand, Casey did that to me. I heard that you said to her that she shouldn't talk to me because of I yelled at her.
Kevin: It wasn't a problem about you but about her. I was asking her why she would talk to people who yell at her and put her on the block. I used you as an example.
Russell: I don't know if she told you, but I apologized to her the next and told her that it wasn't meant for her, I was upset at someone else. I put her up...
Fishies. (*** Because Chima up in HOH is saying the Jeff is being coached by DR in how to use the wizard power. They they want them to keep Russell because he makes goos TV.)
Russell: At some point everyone wants everyone out. Do I want you out? Absolutely. I want the money. What I did tell Lydia is that I won't use our friendship tp lure you and stab you in the back.

Russell: In her defense I don't think she did it intentionally. I can see where you're coming from. Now I have the power in my hands I will use it.
Kevin: It's not so much power but information.
Russell: You weren't talking to me because I have said in the past or talk to women. IN no way have I talked about you or mentioned your name. It's simply personally conflict. She's an Alpha woman and I'm an Alpha male and we will butt heads. My sisters are very strong. They basically wash me under the water. I have great respect for them. If someone is saying something that you don't think is correct, you should voice your disapproval.

Meanwhile in the Red Room, Jessie is folding his laundry and Lydia is not looking too happy... There is no talk between them.

Jeff: If me and him go up together, you have to tell me if he asks for your vote.

Russell comes out with raw cookie dough that he is eating. Jordan asks him if he has any regrets in the game, and he goes on a Chima rant. (**man these two love to hate each other)

Jeff: What makes you want to keep you then, you saying that.
Russell: Because they will pretend to be your friend.
Jeff: You can do a lot of things in this game. Putting your cards on the table like that makes you more of a target. You have to keep your cool. Sometimes I have to bite my f'ing tongue.
Russell: And that's why I picked you in my final two. You and Michele. You're playing a good game.

OMG I totally should not have used the word "hate" in my last post. I know no one on the dish actually hates people, I was just sort of kidding around. One bad thing about blogging, its hard to tell when someone is joking! haha!
I love all of your guys comments and love blogging here... or else I wouldn't come back for more each and everyday! And now that my moot court stuff is done until fall semester begins, you will be seeing a lot more than me!
I will just say one more thing about the Chima thing, and then I am going to drop it. Being a "show only" viewer until this week, I really do like Chima. I think she has a great sense of humor and think she has a good heart. I see a lot of myself in her because I have been known to make comments that come off HORRENDOUS and I don't realize how bad they are until someone else gets hurt. I watched the flashback machine and saw what you guys are talking about, and while I do think some of the things crossed some personal lines, I still do not think she said anything that she wasn't "allowed" to say, and my support for her has not waivered yet.
It also surprises me how many of you guys are such big Jeff supporters after his anti-gay comments at the beginning of the season. There is a lot of truth in what Jane said in earlier posts. Thanks to Jane for having my back. I do approach things in a legal framework... my thought process has changed a lot since law school. Some people may not "like" what Chima said, but she has every right to say what she said. While I think that she does not REALLY think Russell is a terrorist, even if she did she has every right to say what she did (although really holding that opinion would make the comment much more awful than i think it is). Just like I do not judge or dislike Jeff anymore than I did before he made the homophobic comments. Does that mean I would want to be his friend in real life? No, but I still think he is a good person. He cannot help that he was raised (or aquired later in life) a dislike for members of my own community!
Anyways, that is just my 2 cents on that whole situation.
GAYTOR! I know you don't hate me, it was a total joke (see the top of this post). And if you ever become mental in court, of course I will come support you! hah!

Stephen - pam cooking spray works great - i have to use it to get my rings off a lot when i swell up and the great part is you can spray it in the tough spots.

Enough already! Someone please tell me if I'm missing something. In the grand scheme of things, this is just a game and none of it really matter. Several houseguests this year have made inflammatory comments this season. I even remember being appalled when I heard everyone's beloved Jordan use the word 'faggy' earlier in the season.
In reality I think Chima would have the sense to check herself and not use the language she is using... she's just in a pressure cooker right now.
Jordan is from the South from what sounds like a conservative upbringing. I imagine the word faggy is thrown around a lot where she is from.
Doesn't make either of them right, but they're just humans. Hopefully they'll learn from all this.

In a nutshell, Russell can't get over the erectile dysfunction joke that Michele told Chima (about a conversation that Russell and Michele were having). This led to a round table house meeting where Russell called out Michele and told them all she was lying about everything. He's further pushing the notion for Chima to create the She-Ra Man Hater's Club (A Little Rascals reference). The lie Natalie and Jessie told about Michele being in the Green Room also came up, and Russell believed Jessalie, so he honestly believes Michele is lying about that too. Chima believes Michele. So Chima and Russell are still bumping heads over that. They had a long talk and Russell has apoligized about 9,635 times. However Chima wants him OUT! When they picked players for the POV, Russell picked Jeff over Jessie. So Jessie wants him OUT! Natalie and Jessie have this symbiotic relationship so she wants him OUT! Lydia is on the block with Russell, so Lydia wants him OUT! Kevin is afraid of Chima's wrath, so he wants him OUT! Jordan doesn't trust him and may or may not believe the lies that Jessie told her, so she more than likely wants him OUT! Jeff is his only BFF in the house right now.

What I don't understand about Chima is that she went through such a terrible situation in her life (the rape story aired tonight)...yet she hopes Russell would get 'violated' in jail? Why would anyone who had been violated wish that on anyone else, even their worst enemy. I had gained some new found sympathy and respect for her after hearing the story on the show, but behavior like that seems to conflict so much morally.

I cannot believe this is the same woman who has so much strength to talk about such a violent act that happened to her. Stephen brought up a good point tonight (others have brought this up in the past...sorry I can't recall who and when) about Jeff and Jordan and their homophobic remarks. I, too, did not like what they said nor agreed with it. However, I have seen growth from J&J. Michele had talked to them about how those remarks are hurtful. Since then they have watched themselves. Recently, I think last week, Jeff slipped up and was about to call someone gay and said aloud, "whoops that is not right" and said "jerk" instead. I truly believe that J&J did not realize their remarks where offensive and hurtful. Once they found this out, they quit that.
If Chima felt remorse about her remarks - I will look past it. This means though, she would have to regret them and learn to never sling slurs like she has ever again. However, in her fights with Russell she makes a point and says, "when I say something, I mean it."
Maybe I just have a bad taste in my mouth with Chima because she has personally insulted me as a southerner, as a North Carolinian because I am from a traditional "red state", and a fan. You don't have to care what I think of you, but respect that I am a fan of BB.
Now if you excuse me, I am going to try to hope back on the positive train. :)

Laura - In my opinion, I don't know who is left for Chima to insult. She's used the "N" word which isn't appropriate for anyone to use. She's said "white people are dirty" (or at least that's what I've read). She's said "Southerner's can't speak English." She's called Russell a "Terrorist" under many different circumstances and instances. She's said "Only Red States would watch BB." I really don't know who's left.
I have not agreed with Jeff or Jordan calling anyone a 'faggot.' As a straight man that is more on the sensitive end of the spectrum because of being raised with two sisters, I've had that word directed at me more than once, and it is very hurtful. But I've also seen Jeff and Jordan grow and try to correct their ways.
Braden calling Kevin a 'beaner' was also in extremely poor taste. However after the heat of the moment passed he was very remorseful about it.
Chima has yet to be remorseful about anything she's said. And this is why I can't support her in any way, shape, or form. I too am apalled that she of all people would wish that Russell would be violated. It shows just how immature she is on the inside, despite the fact that she's the oldest houseguest currently.

Genie - I watched Kevin shaking up his protein shake rather than go to the HOH.
I did pop in for a minute & Jessie was telling Chima that he did not lie to her when he said Russell didn't mention game to him or say anything about her. He said the thing between her & Russell is something he doesn't care about just like she doesn't care about the thing between him, Natalie & Lydia. I think they also said something was suspicious between Russell & Jeff because they were outside together. Jessie then said...are you ready? That he has not lied to anyone & has no intention of lying!
Don't know if he meant her & Natalie or everyone in the house but he did say anyone.

But it seems to be ok these days to make fun of Southerns, Republicans and "white folks". But now with her comments about Russell, she's shown her true self and she's a terrible person. PERIOD. Someone who has suffered abuse doesn't act this way or say these things. There's something wrong with this girl.

Everyone is human, you are going to say things that you will regret. The catch is...you have to regret it. Jeff and Jordan have corrected their ways - and that is why I love them and think that no one can keep pointing out the fact that they had once said those thing. Chima, on the other hand, does not regret her words.
Also, can anyone believe how long we just had fishies?! Jessie/Chima/natalie were talking about production and how the DR influences Jeff and Russell. BB kept telling them to stop talking about production and they kept going on and on.
Natalie just said she wants to talk to her dad.

If I am not mistaken, they are both being immature and childish. When I was watching the feeds earlier today, russell is the one who started the fight with Chima by calling her a "chia pet".
I will not side with either one of them. Like russell said, they are both alpha male and female and cant let it go bcs of their silly pride.
And one thing that irks me about russell is, not only has he started fights with chima, but also ronnie and michelle. He would have started one with lydia the time he yelled at her but she ran away and cried.
I know chima has said mean things to him but lets not point the finger at her and forget russells hateful ways as well.
jluvs OAC has been working at a campground on the weekends so that may be why he hasn't been around.
