BB12: Welcome to Saboteur Monday

Hello BB Dishers!

It's been non-stop mayhem on the live feeds until 7:48 AM BBT today when Ragan goes out to the hammock and talks game to us. (Cams 3&4) Actually, the action never stopped, because Ragan kept going and going and going.

This was the crowing end to a weekend filled with chaos, emotional upheaval and unprecedented BB machinations!

If you have not been around, boy did you miss a doozy! Rachel was brought into the house around 3 PM BBT on Saturday and her mission was to get answers from all the HGs. Whether she got her answers or not, she sent the HGs into a fresh bout of paranoia and confusion. Before leaving around 11:30 AM BBT on Sunday, she left Brendon a message in pretzels spelling out Matt's name.

When Brendon came back, after a day of pampering, he was flooded with HGs trying to influence his decision. Matt or Britney? Britney or Matt?

The Brigade train left the station as Hayden and Enzo are leaning towards Brendon over Matt; and Matt, from his perspective, thinks that Britney and Ragan are a stronger alliance as they have proven themselves in competitions. Lane seems to be up for grabs, though his mistrust in Matt is also growing; which side he will choose, if there are still the same sides next week, depends whether Britney will survive this week.

The cherry on the cake was a string of Saboteur messages that started with "Tomorrow's competition will change the course of the game" around 8:30 PM BBT last night and lasted until around 6: 30 AM BBT with the final one, "Who do you trust in tomorrow's competition?"

The House Guests are expecting another HoH Competition today which is about as likely as King Tut joining the game. Here are the compelling reasons that this is just another way for Ragan to sabotage them:
  • AGP would not give Ragan a heads up about an upcoming competition.
  • There needs to be a PoV Ceremony first.
  • There needs to be an Eviction second.
  • CBS would be promoting the heck out of this.
For a full breakdown of late last night's and early morning's happenings and to be pointed to other pertinent posts, please refer to Carolyn's splendid Overnight/Early Morning Report!

Whatever the case may be, one thing is for sure, this is going to be a crazy week, and no amount of transcribing will do it justice! It's time to take advantage the 3 day free trial , and see for yourselves what all the fuss is about!

8:37 AM BBT
Ragan wakes Matt up at to talk.

Ragan: I feel comfortable blowing smoke up his ass.... I wonder who are people more threatened by? You and me or Britney and Lane?
Matt: Me and you... but that could work in our favor because we're targets.
Ragan: I have been thinking of votes for you. This might be a time to be thinking of final 4 situations... I was thinking trying to get Enzo and Hayden's votes because they're together...

He goes over all the things he said in his monologue.

Ragan: If you look at Britney and I. Britney has more house knowledge. Lane... has not been doing everything they can in competitions. ..

Ragan is rambling so I will sum up. He needs to talk to Brendon explicitly or Matt will be the replacement. They both believe that Britney made a deal with Brendon. Ragan doesn't want to be in the position of making promises and not keeping them. Matt is floating the idea that the others will have a hard time choosing between himself and Lane (if he is the replacement).

Matt: If there is an eviction today, expect a surprise! Or not...

Matt suggests they tell Lane that they will throw HoH to him because he thinks that HoH is noy as important next week. Ragan believes that everyone wants to keep Kathy around.

Matt: I don't. I want her gone after Brendon. (**Or possibly when you put her up during the DPoV?)

Matt wants Ragan to put him up against Brendon so he can be the one to beat Brendon in the PoV. Just because... They are going through all the reasons why each person would not be loyal to Brendon.

Ragan: I don't want to give up another HoH... Not that you didn't legitimately one.
Matt: If it makes you feel uncomfortable, let me go up, and we can work on votes afterwards.
Ragan: So should I go talk to him?
Matt: It's worth a shot. He is such a dummy, so you talking to him before the ceremony would be a good idea.
Ragan: (whining) I hate to talk to him.
Matt: Like I said if you feel uncomfortable, don't.
Ragan: I want you to stay more than I hate him...

Matt laughs. Ragan practices his pitch to Brendon.

Ragan: It's me being murky without talking about a deal.
Matt: Don't make a solid deal. Just be ambiguous about it and get into his head.
Ragan: Another thing I could say, but that will turn the whole house against me, I know for a fact that several people you have deals with are planning on getting you out. I could say without throwing anyone under the bus... there is one person in the house that has kept his word to you. There's one person in the house that has been trying in every competition and that's you.
Matt laughs: Yeah.

Ragan is basically trying to work out a way to keep Matt from going up on the block without making any solid deals with Brendon. He has so little regard for Brendon that he thinks making a deal with him is not an option. Matt, of course, is still in his unconcerned DPoV haze...

Ragan: Cuz you wouldn't make a deal you wouldn't have intention of keeping?
Matt: No, I would just throw the HoH. I think the only one in the house who wouldn't keep a deal is Enzo (other than Brendon in fact).

Ragan is going over what he will say when he puts Brendon up in the HoH he hasn't won yet...
Matt: Just say you aren't comfortable making a deal with him because he made deals that he hasn't kept.

Ragan is all over that idea. He wants to talk to him now. Matt tells him to go now that he's groggy. Ragan wants to let him leave. Matt says that they might let them sleep until it's time for PoV Ceremony Lock Down. Ragan goes over what he will say to Brendon yet again...

Ragan: I feel good about this. It's the most logical choice which he probably won't pick.

9: 18 AM BBT
Feeds went to bubbles.

9: 28 AM BBT
HoH
Ragan & Brendon

Ragan: The first thing I'm going to say. There are people in this house that are complete straight shooters. A lot of sh*t has gone down this week. A lot of people have told me that I am the target this week. I base my decisions on logic. A lot of stuff has happened in the game that's past. I want to move forward... there has to be a vote of confidence in the moves you're making in the game... You are one person among several people who is an obstacle in my mind for me winning the game. What makes your case unique is you're playing the game alone... What came to light in my mind this week is how expendable I am. I am aware of all of that stuff... If I were to win HoH there a lot of things I would have to take into consideration...

Ragan: Two pieces of the puzzle are what decision you make and who'e left. What's less frightening is a single player rather than a few that I have to get out. The second talking point is fiction vs reality in the game... From what you've said there are people in the game who have said one thing and have done something different... I'm sure you realize that a number of deals you've made are probably BS.

Ragan: Another thing you're probably aware that there a lot of people who have gone into competitions and thrown them. There is one person who may have not liked you, but has not lied to you, but who has not thrown a single competition in the game and that is Matt. If I were you, I would weigh that history over the deals you may have made... The final talking point... if I were in your shoes, I would have you take into consideration, if Britney goes up against Lane there is no question that Britney goes home. If Matt goes on the block, it's not as clear cut. He is close to these boys... there are conversations I've picked up.. I know you have a deal with Matt,. I know you have a deal with Britney... Do I want to break a deal with someone who is guaranteed to go home or do I want to break a deal who will stay?

Brendon: I really wanted you to win the competition.
Ragan: I don't want to go into the past.
Brendon: I'm not worried about either of those people staying in the game... What I'm gambling with is if I leave Matt stay in the game you're still a pair.
Ragan: I disagree. Britney and Lane...
Brendon: Britney will go home.... Lane is not someone people will want to go after.
Ragan: Who you leave in the house is as important as who you take out.... People have us (Matt and I) on their radar Britney and Lane... People like Lane.
Brendon: And I see Lane making it far in the game
Ragan: Here is someone who is never going to be a target... For you it's get the target off my back
Brendon: For me it's reduce the target off my back. There are people who want Britney gone. There are people who want Matt gone. Rachel wants Matt gone cause he is the one who took her out.
Ragan: Here's where fiction and reality comes into play.... You have said about people letting others get blood on their hands. That;'s why Rachel wants Matt out.
Brendon: I know. That's why I told him that I didn't want him out and I wanted him to win...

Talk turns to eye opening experiences in the house, but when Ragan was alone in Have Not room he was the one to tell them to go see how Ragan is.

Ragan: The question becomes... You can't have it both ways... Everybody who is making decisions in the game is taking the heat. Who changes this. You have to think who doesn't throw competitions... Matt has made deals with you in this game and he hasn't broken them..
Brendon: I agree but we are at the point in the game that everyone will break deals.
Ragan: The only thing you have to go off of is the past.
Brendon: Matt could easily throw it to you and you could...
Ragan: Britney told me you said that I threw both those competitions.
Brendon: I said you threw the second one... Ant doubt I had if you as a competitor is completely gone now.
Ragan: There was a conversation in both instances that both of us said we could drop right now, we trusted each other... in both instances we said F it, we like these competitions, let's see it to the end...

Brendon says that he has to consider Rachel's request and Ragan pounds home that he needs to play the game for himself not for Rachel whose game is done. Brendon asks Ragan what he would promise him. Ragan says that he does not feel comfortable making a deal since he is about to break his deal with Matt. Brendon says he wouldn't break the deal if Rachel hadn't intervened (*with the pretzel suggestion). Ragan is trying very hard to get Brendon to see the game objectively and Brendon is still playing Medieval BB.

Ragan: Did you try to make a deal with Britney and she said no?
Brendon: No.
Ragan: She said that she wouldn't make a deal with her.
Brendon: She said if you're going to try to send me home at least give me a chance. I was going to put her up. So when I put you and Lane up and I wanted her to get a chance to play a PoV, but she didn't have a chance to play the PoV...
Ragan: The thing I like about Britney is she will do and say exactly what she needs to do to stay in the game, and then there are people in the game who are honest to a fault.

This is ongoing and Ragan is determined to wear our fingers to the bone today!!

Ragan: Does Rachel want Matt to go and you leave shortly after? Or does Rachel want you to stay longer in the game and one of them to still go?
Brendon: I don't want you to think I am making promises to everybody. Matt, I didn't want to go. Britney, I wanted her to have the opportunity to play...

Advil anyone?

10:02 AM BBT

BB: Good Morning House Guests. It's time to get up for the day. (Are you kidding me?) The bedroom lights must stay on during the day.

BB: Brendon. Please go to the Diary Room.

And we have music!!!! Chris Brown - "Forever"

Wakey, Wakey House Guests! Ragan has a 17 hour head start on you!

10:06 AM BBT

  • Lane is in the Storage room changing batteries and picking at his face.
  • Ragan is in the still darkened Insect Room filling Matt in. (*If there were a talking competition, he would smoke them all.)
BB: The bedroom lights must stay on during the day. (**Please add: Ragan. Stop that!)

CUT TO:
10: 13 AM BBT
Bathroom
Britney and Lane

Britney is getting ticked off at BB for all the repeat announcements. They chat a bit about his PoV speech. Talk to food and slop. Britney jokes that she will be picked him for a Have Not as an HoH.

Britney: The house was pissed when you and Hayden weren't picked. Especially when Ragan was picked for the 3rd time.
Lane: He will have to get over it.
Britney: Well, you'll have to get over it...
Lane: If you pick me and Hayden, all hell will break loose.

They talk about the possibility that there will be a competition today. Lane uses the rest room and keeps asking Britney if she will be able to hear him... (**shaking my head)

10:20 AM BBT
Bubbles

Brendon is in DR. They might be waking them up to get ready for the PoV ceremony.

10: 34 AM BBT
Feeds back
Still on Britney and Lane who have moved to Cabana. They are chit chatting about the Sab messages and Kathy's reaction. More chit chat. Nothing game changing :) They start arguing whether it's 3 weeks or 4 weeks left.

10: 44 AM BBT
HoH
Brendon & Britney

Brendon: Alright well. I don't have much time here. This is it. So. I've been going back and forth between you and Matt... There has been one person trying to tell me that I have to be careful whose word to trust. I didn't put you up this week and if I don't back door you, would you do the same for me?
Britney: Absolutely. 100%
Brendon: I don't want to send you home without the chance to win PoV. I just have to believe you. I have to have faith.
Britney: If you put up the other person you're thinking of, there is a good chance I would be the vote.
Brendon: Not really... Like I said I need you to win HoH next week.
Britney: I will win HoH (**and put your sorry butt on the block)

10: 48 AM BBT

BB: House Guests. This is a Lock Down. Please go outside and close the sliding glass door.

They shake on Britney's and Nick's relationship.

DR Leak: Someone giving Ragan directions for the PoV Ceremony and a lot of okays from Ragan.

10: 56 AM BBT
Bubbles

(*Control Room has been messing up a lot today with music leaks and extended DR leaks, and now they forgot to change it to Trivia screen?)

Kent :) I slept a little, but they weren't keen on letting me do a proper overnight. I just summed up the late evening real quick in bullet points, then carried on transcribing, with them all being awake.

Hi Kassie - i don't think Ragan will leave himself up there.

Carolyn I hope not. I think matt ego wants him to be put on the block so that he can use the DPOV and be like you thought I was gone but I not. And if that happens who would Matt put up
Kathy or Brittany. I think he would put u Kathy just because she would be easiest to get rid of.

Man I need to go to work. I have been home to long. That what happens when u break ur ankle and cant do much but be the computer.

Ragan will use the veto. He knows this game well enough not to leave himself on the block. His dilemma is how to keep Matt from going on the block.

I think Matt is excited about the prospect of using DPOV, but he also knows it will cause a deep riff with the brigade. If he uses it on anyone but himself, he's target #1. (I could see him using it to save Britney since he is waffling on the brigade's chances of winning competitions).

I think the misinformation about a big competition today was an awesome sabotage. And honestly, it only needed to work once, especially since his time as saboteur comes to an end. This was definitely the best act as sabotage, since it has all the HG crazy about what ifs and revealing parts of their game to others that they probably wouldn't do if they didn't think some major event is going to happen today.

IMO, Matt better be prepared for a huge target on his back if he becomes the renom and uses his DPOV, especially since he is already on the outs with Hayden and Enzo.

August 16, 2010 at 9:06 AM
Blogger HighHorse said...

Good AM,

So what I am picking up from skimming (damn work) is that Matt is presenting as not wanting to go on the block. You would think that he'd love to go on the block, so that he could then DPOV Kathy out of the house. After that, he can explain to the brigade why he has been so distant lately, regaining their trust. He can also tell them that he found it very hard being around them lately, for fear of him exactly revealing he had the DPOV. He can then also prove he didn't win money, but instead the power.
Also, he can remain in his side alliance with Brit and Ragan. Of course, he will have to spend more time with the brigade again, however.

Kent: Thats the exact reason that I think some of the saboteur prophecies are going to come true this time... he only has until this week for his official duty as saboteur is done and I think that his last message is gonna be something HUGE and for AGP to get the HGs to buy it, they have to put some credibility in his messages.

Kassie: I think there is NO WAY he wouldn't use the veto. In Marcellas season, it was only the silver veto and it wasn't as important as the golden veto. He was the first one to ever get the golden veto so I don't think he got just how huge being able to take YOURSELF off the block really was (the silver vetos only let you take someone ELSE off the block, not yourself)

Ragan is too big a fan of this game and is too smart (he has to KNOW he will go home against Lane) not to use it.

Diane - Unless Matt goes up, I don't see him using the DPOV. He would be stupid to that, because as soon as he whips out that power the trust for Matt in the house will drop to 0. The only person truly on Matts side is Regan, and he is so unstable, that that could change in an instant.

another ragan quirk, but get mad when brendon says he wants peolple playing the game.

of course ragan will use the pov, he remembers marcellus.

and i really do not think matt wants to expose he had the dpov power. however, if brendon does put matt up, which i hope he does, then matt can explain that he knoew he could protect the brigade, but colud not tell them or he wolud lose that power.

in all the scenarios i run, BT is toast.

High Horse - I think Matt using the DPOV will further remove Matt from the brigade. Rachael did a good job of planting doubt about him to the rest of the brigade. the DPOV will only seal his fate as a huge target if he uses it. Honestly, I think Matt should pray Brendon choses britney and he keeps the DPOV unused.

As for the DPOV, I believe it gets used at the Veto Ceremony where if he uses it he gets to chose the replacement nominee

Good morning ~ at work here, but when I first got up I was shocked to see the HG's up too, but amused! I can't believe that they are still so wishy washy on believing those messages. Nothing has been true so far....duh! In one of them, the laugh actually sounded like Regan (to my ears?) haha

Paranoia for sure!

A couple of comments. I think AGP really wants Matt to have to use the DV and that is why Rachel gave the message for Matt first. A little 'in your ear' influence IMO!

Also, if you heard Lane in the Cabana room last night it was very quick before bubbles...he was speaking to Enzo and Hayden and said "they were crying (exaggerating face) saying one of you are ..." bubbles.
I'm thinking DR trying to influence putting Matt up?? I know it's a stretch but I really and truly want Matt to have to use it!! lol

@Sam: If you watch the episode where Matt received the DPOV, it told him it could be used at any 2 of the live eviction. The point of the power isn't just a veto power, but also to catch everyone off guard right before the eviction.

What will happen:

(1) POV Ceremony will take place where Ragan will decide to use it (probably) and BRENDON will make a renom.

(2) HGs will scramble until Thursday

(3) Julie will do the normal live show questions, and then she will tell them it is time for the live vote

(4) Matt will then use the DPOV if he wishes, to save someone and choose the replacement.

(5) The vote takes place

In addition to catching everyone off guard, using it at the live eviction makes other practical sense. First, using it at the veto ceremony would relieve Brendon of having to make another enemy in the event of a renom... Second, if Matt isn't the renom, he may not want to hurt his game by using the DPOV. So the HOH still must name the renom to let the holder of the DPOV choose whether or not they even want to use it.

@Sparklin: Yes, I did see both conversations. How I saw it, though, was that Britney DID say Enzo's name directly... Britney was dancing around it... first she said she never said his name, then it was that no names were mentioned, then it was that everyone's names were mentioned.... she was clearly lying. Rachel was too strong in saying that Britney DID say it was Enzo. The reality was that Britney merely said that Enzo would be the only one to fit the criteria that Brendon said the saboteur must possess, but she didn't say she, herself, thought it was him. At least, that's how I interpreted the conversation. It was so vague I could see 1000000 interpretatios of it! LOL!

@Sparklin: I agree. I think they want Matt to stay in so the dissolution of the Brigade involves all 4 of them and the game completely changes. Britney leaving makes the Brigade more obvious since Lane will be 100% with them.

@GoldenNug: I think that Matt is a little delusional in expecting Brendon to hold up his end of the "bargain." In fact, I don't even think there was a bargain... @Erin: I think even if he explains the DPOV the Brigade is long gone from Matt. All their rationale for ditching him was his relationship with Matt and Matt wanting to be with people who have been winning. Part of their rationale did include him not being trustworthy, but it wasn't so much because they suspected his Pandora story to be a sham, more because he spends no time with them anymore, and before they even ask him questions he suspiciously says "I didn't say anything... I swear I didn't say anything."

Both of those things may be true, but that would have nothing to do with his motivation in using it on himself. I don't care if you are the most hated or most loved, the biggest competitor or the one who couldn't win a comp even if everyone else dropped out---If you are on the block and you have a POV in your possession and don't use it on yourself, that does not make you generous and kind, it makes you a frickin' idiot.

@LisaM: I agree that he needs to stop about what Rachel said before to an extent. We also don't know how much info Brendon has about what Rachel did in the house the other night while he was gone. Was he privy to any of the information? Was he watching the whole time? Did he get to talk to Rachel for a brief moment?

He DOES need to forget about what Rachel wanted to do BEFORE her eviction, because, well, it obviously got her evicted. LOL!

But if he is thinking "WWRD" it might not be such a bad thing all of the time. Rachel's TARGETS in the game were right on... its just how she went about getting them out that got her messed up and evicted. If Brendon can use her logic with a different strategy, he may be sitting pretty until the final 4 or 5.

It does make sense that it would work similar to all the other special powers previous seasons had received.

I also agree that there is no way matt would get back in with the brigade. That ship has sailed.

Ragan ran in circles talking to Brendon...

"I don't want to talk about the past." Then 2 seconds later, "The only thing you have to go on is what happened in the past."

"You need to think about the people who have kept their word to you in this game." Then without skipping a beat, "I don't want to make a deal with you because you are about to break your deal with Matt right now." So Ragan, why exactly should he listen to you if you just admitted you won't be helping him. If no helping him, why are you offering all of these words of "wisdom."

That is one thing I don't understand about HGs who listen to people who are opposed to them in the game. They always say "I am not on your side, I have no reason to lie to you about this. I am just trying to get you to think for yourself." Ummmm NO! You are right, you have no reason to want to help me therefore you are probably lying and try to plant seeds in my head to do what is best for YOU, not ME!

It wasn't Julie that said it though, it was the instructions that Matt read to the camera. He specifically said that he can use it at one of the next two evictions. I am assuming that eviction means live eviction, and not just within the course of the next two weeks. I think they would have explicitly said "at the next 2 veto meetings" because if you read "during the next 2 evictions" to mean at any point, he could just randomly call a house meeting and whip it out, which obviously isn't the case! LoL! I think the only logical conclusion based on the language used is that it must be used during the live eviction right before the vote.

RE: Past Veto Usage

The only time I can think of where someone has been on the block and not used it at ALL was Marcellas.

The only time I can think of where someone has been on the block and used it on the person NEXT to them was ED.

I must defend, Marcellas, however. While it was a dumb move, I can't say I think it was the worst in BB history. That was the VERY FIRST Golden Power of Veto EVER given, so he didn't realize the enormity of it all. Previously in that season, only Silver Veto was awarded and it really wasn't that big of a deal. If you won it and you were on the block, you could only use it on the person next to you. Because of this, I don't think Marcellas was in the proper mind frame when deciding whether or not the use the veto. That being said, he should have used it! LOL!

Also, Lisa and Danielle were both supposedly on his side and going to the end with him. He didn't want to hurt one of them by having to put one of them on the block. So his friendship for them really is what got him ousted. It would be something akin to Hayden being on the block, winning the veto, and having Enzo and Lane as the only two votes that week. He wouldn't want to make them think he doesn't trust them or otherwise ruin their friendship, and he has ever reason to think they would keep him (assume he is next to, oh say, Brendon). So I see why Marcellas didn't do it, but he still should have. LOL

August 16, 2010 at 10:43 AM
Blogger Stephen Ritchie said...

Oh, and let me specify.

Those are the only times the GOLDEN power of veto weren't used by someone in jeopardy. The Silver Veto was not used MANY times by someone up on the block because they could only use it on their fellow nominee and that nominee was the person that they WANTED to be up against because a lot of times it was the pawn who won the veto (and that was the season that created the "the pawn always goes home" mantra that still is around today because the pawn normally did go home that season).

August 16, 2010 at 10:45 AM
Blogger Grendon said...

Stephanie from the West Coast

Marcellas had a POV and was led to believe he was not a target. He proceeded to use the POV on his friend and was immediately voted out. He was so sure he was staying he hadn't even packed. He was grabbing his stuff as he walked out the door with a dazed and confused look on his face.

Thus, the expression "pulling a Marcellas" whenever someone does something stupid in this game.

P.S. My apologies to Marcellas because I'm sure I butchered the spelling of his name.

I agree. I think its so crappy Matt lied about his wife having a disease...

However wasn't it HOwie who said it's a game? And in this game, all lies are welcome?

I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying...it's a game. I don't TRULY believe Matt is some sicko where he is trying to hurt anyone by saying this...he merely used it as a strategy in order to win 500,000. Whether it will help him or hinder him is another story that remains yet to be seen.

He went into it KNOWING when he came out there would be a major backlash, so I'm sure he'll get enough from that.

Me personally? I don't think it makes him a terrible person. Maybe he should have thought it through more and it's not in the best taste, but I don't think he's horrible for it anymore than I think Rachel is an evil human being and hates all gay people because of her comments to Ragan.

It's a game. Sometimes it gets personal. It's a crazy game!

AND I LOVE it! Just like Survivor =) I didn't hate Russell when he said he lived in New Orleans...bad taste, TOTALLY but man he sure could play that game.

I think Matt may know more than we all think he does and I truly believe he is going to surprise us.

ps, don't remember who said it but someone said they hope matt goes on the block and he doesn't use the dpov because he thinks he's safe.

That won't happen. If Matt goes on the block, he'll use it. He's a fan of the show and I hope he wouldn't be that big of an idiot after crafting out "evil mastermind plots" of his.

And Good afternoon Dishers! Thank you all for the wonderful transcribing you all do. It is much appreciated. Hitting the tip jar. If anyone has not done so lately, don't ya think it is time? Ice isn't cheap and these folks work their fingers to the bone. Especially lately.

Stephan - Yeah, you make complete sense regarding when the power will be used (if at all).

I think Matt not using the DV if he is the renom is slim to none. I think it would be too much of a gamble not to use it.

Erin - Marcelles of BB3 did not use the PoV that he won and was voted out that week because of it.

Hiya Jules! :) Matt is ITCHING to use the DPoV and looks like Brendon will give him the chance...

MsFitz! Have a great day :)

It sounds like Matt will be the re-nom. I guess we will find out if he can use the DPOV now or has to wait until Thursday. If he does have to wait they would all have to pack.

By the time they come back I'll be at work :( always have to wait to find out what happens. I hope he can use it now because that will explode the house, again.

Bye for now.

Lscott...wonderful thought, but would he be that stupid? If they already have heard that Matt thinks he has the votes, Hayden and Enzo should convince him they will keep him...."Lane just isn't pulling his weight" for the Brigade...could work, only becaise Matt is just that cocky.

I wonder how hard production pushed Brendon to place Matt up as the re-nom today.

I'm sure they want to see their 'twist' used as much as Matt is dying to use it.

@Kristin: I have taken boot camps before as well, if you think you are sore today, just wait for TOMORROW. 100x worse!

Are you doing one that is everyday? If so, the soreness actually isn't as bad. In the morning you are going to feel it BAD, but once you start working out for that day, the pain gets bearable. It is when you take a day or 2 off between sessions that the pain is AWFUL! LOL!

Good luck! It is worth it!

@ Kristin: I must admit, Natalie didn't bother me all that much. A lot of what bugged people, IMO, was because how young and immature she was. I am sure I, and many of us here, acted much the same when we were her age!

haha @ Genie, oh so true! Rachel came in like a tornado! Matt will def be put up, didn't she say "Production told me to let him know who i thought should go but I don't know how?" Or somethign along those lines and thats why the pretzels were used to spell something out?

I don't think that's ever really been allowed before, spelling something out...but...hey it caused drama. And as much as I don't care for Rachel and would prefer to see Britney or Matt win (just because they're the only ones left that have played their hearts out in EVERY competition)...I really enjoyed her being in the house for 24 hours =) Which I didn't think I would!

@Jules: I have thought that for a few days now.

I am really at odds in deciphering how the tension between Matt's ego and his aptitude for game play will go... on the one hand, he is a very smart game player. I think he does understand the dynamic of this game. By that token, I think he will only use the DPOV if he learns it is absolutely necessary. If he is on the block he uses it, if anyone else is up, he won't. This could mean even not using it if he is on the block and doesn't catch wind of the mutiny within the Brigade (he will think he has the votes and doesn't want to ruffle any feathers in using it).

Then in the middle of that tension, we have the paranoia in Matt, as all BB contestants, that if he is on the block, even if he has the votes, he would be dumb not to use it.

On the other side of the tug of war between ego and smarts is that sometimes his ego has led him to NOT play the game smart (not seeing the Brigade turning on him because he thinks he is so much smarter than everyone that he can't be figured out). On this side, he will use it no matter WHAT the situation is because he wants the whole house and all of America that he is Matt the Great, and he was the second person in BB history to get and use the Diamond Veto.

There are sooo many factors, and honestly I could see him going either way with this! Only the diary room sessions and the live show shall tell!

I am glad to see there are other people who would love to see Enzo on the block. Frankly, I think Matt could use the arguement that Enzo isn't pulling his weight in the brigade and that he's too 'likeable' to take to final 2.

Kathy annoys the crap out of me. However, Enzo has become my least favorite. For all his talk of brotherhood and loyalty, he has ignored the golden rule. You never abandon a platoon member in times of battle.

If DPoV isn't used today, the afternoon will be a real snooze fest on the Live Feeds. Literally. LOL

These HG's are tired after the night of Sabot messages, and will be napping most of the afternoon.

Morning/Afternoon my fellow BBDish addicts.

Though Enzo and Hayden may be seeing things a bit clearer not hanging with Matt. Lets not forget that Matt assigned them to Brendon last week in case he won HoH.

Im not sure if Matt will use the DPOV if he is not the one on the block. I do however think he will fight with his ego to use it, Could be that he uses it on Lane after the regular Veto ceremony, just because he can. If Brendon puts up Britney, then Matt will replace Lane and put up Kathy.

That would also fair well with his desolving Brogade and possible put him in a better light to them. So I dont think the Brogade is gone just yet.

Sparklin: I think just the opposite. For some reason Brendon believes all of Brit's lies and he is definitely going to put Matt up. I think this is what BB is pushing behind the scenes!

Kathy said Rachel left Matt's name in pretzels because it was easier to spell than Britney.

I almost choked. After reading Rachel's HOH blog I am surprised she can spell anything with more than 3 letters. M-a-t rhymes with C-a-t

Happy Monday All...

I know I'm in the minority here, but I love Ragan.

My wish is him and Matt F2!!!

Enzo (even though he's from my hometown and got caught smoking at age 6 with my nephew and lit the garbage cans on fire LOL) is USELESS.. and drives me insane!! Sidenote: he did not try out for the show, he went with his cousin and they heard him talking outside and auditioned him)

My hope is that Matt gets wind of him being ousted from the Brigade and ENZO goes home!!

PEACE

Judy! How awesome is that? Thanks for the inside info!

I currently live in Enzo's hometown and boy oh boy, I tried really hard to root for him but I just couldn't. It's almost as if I could SMELL that he wasn't a true BB Fan. he doesn't respect the game enough, hello! He doesn't even TRY at comps and we are halfway through the season!

It's so cool to hear the backstory on how he wasn't even going to audition but they heard him speak. I guess everyone loves Jersey nowadays...funny, a few years ago people thought we were nothing but factories. As far as I'm concerned, they can go back to thinking that and leave our shore alone! Cuz Jersey Shore, ugh blah! I won't even get started on that tangent! Haha

Hey, First off thanks for all your hard work and keeping us updated. Now I have watch BB every season and not missed not even one minute of any show and have been on live feeds from the beginning. But this season I am dissappointed. I do not like Ragan, Matt, and Brit. I think they are the worst personal players ever. They, especially Brit. and Ragan are so judgemental and they are hypocrites. Brittany is worse than NataLIE from last year and that is bad. I hope they go home early and I hope BB does better on the casting next year if there is a next year. GO HOME BRIT and RAGAN
