The HGs file out. Ragan goes straight to the hammock, and the rest of them gather together on the big couch.
This time, unlike the rest of the week, it's not about Ragan isolating himself in depression, it's about making things seem like nothing has changed.On the couch, the HGs are pondering the reason for the lockdown. A luxury comp inside? Fixing something.. I have an idea: BB was tired of Britney, Hayden and Enzo sleeping, and now that they gave Ragan the opportunity to save himself, it's time for everyone else to wake up!

***Per Pamela & Bequi in Los Angeles - There is a breaking story about a car that caught on fire during the night, and they found a body in the car when the fire was put out. While investigating, an explosive device was found inside the vehicle. As a result, the adjacent freeway has been shut down, and the area evacuated.. Britney: Hayden is playing both sides. Hayden is guaranteeing that he gets to go to final 3. I think if Hayden wins HoH, I'll go home, if I don't win PoV. But everything hangs on that PoV.
Lane: When you think about it, you have a better chance of winning PoV.
Britney: They study!
Lane: They don't study in front of me. They used to.

Hey everybody been away for a few days trying to catch up on life. Have been reading the blogs of cost and as many of the comments as I can.
I am so happy that Ragan is fighting once again, not that I particularly like him but I just want some serious game play. Here's hoping that Lane listens as it would make for some more excitement in the house. Enzo is also surprising me as he is doing his Jedi training and they better be careful.

That's quite the accusation Jane - If you listened to the story, it's a couple having sex and the boys burst in to make her freak out...there is no rape involved. As a matter of fact, I have heard these stories regarding a whole lot of university/college boys. It isn't pretty, it isn't nice, but it definitely is NOT rape!

I'm inclined to agree with Jane's accusation re the rape. To me if a female is not consenting to being penetrated as would be the case with the male attempting to "ride" her for 8 seconds would constitute rape. I believe she is interpreted to be saying "No" and no is no.
Even though a female has agreed to consenual sex, if at any time she changes her mind, it is no longer consenual.

As an attorny is a "confession" made of a reality tv show/gameshow where contestants are known to routinely lie and or embelesh considered evidence worthy of standing up in a court of law? i wouldn't make an accusation based on testimony in this forum (bb ) without further corroberating evidence.
I AGREE 100% with Jane.....the gent taking the 8 sec ride the watchers are all guilty...... send em all to jail and let the big molesters in jail take care of them..

This is some weird screwed up boys game that they find amusing and sometimes bet on. Consenting couple having sex...boys (sometimes just bang on door pretending to go in, sometimes run in screaming) ~ They do NOT touch the girl, they don't stand over her watching...they do it because they are foolish (usually drunk), young and stupid, but they do not attack the girl or force anything on her.
Anyone reading some of the stuff posted, who didn't get the feeds and hear the story would think Lane raped someone or condoned it. That wasn't the story. It is still disgusting and disturbing but again..not rape.
Can you please help clarify what Hayden was looking at on the screen at 1:00 today on Cam 1/2 (for only about 30 seconds). Thank you!
Déjà View Designs, it looks like he was watching the TV screen that they use to communicate with Julie on live show nights. I guess the real question is, what in the world was on the screen?! LOL! It looks like it was a new design for the TV and then I am not sure what happened. It went all screwy and at one point showed Britney. Weird...

David, Sparklin - I have no idea what actually happened during that "game." And no, Lane did not confess to anything. If he said he murdered his family and buried then in his basement it would be meaningless unless there was an investigation and actual evidence was found. At that point his statement would be relevant. (So there is no confusion, Lane never said he murdered anyone).
However, what Lane described is rape. I am not saying Lane is a rapist. I am saying that if a man holds down a woman and "rides her" her against her will it is rape (I won't get into nuances of whether or not there is penetration). Whether it is a game and whether there was originally consent is irrelevant. Additionally if there are people watching and encouraging it, they are conspirators. Even if they aren't encouraging it and chose not to attempt to stop it they are likely conspirators.
What Lane described is rape. Whether he is exaggerating, what the actual events were, we have no idea. It is theoretically possible his statement could lead to an investigation. It is highly unlikely it will.
But this man decided to announce on national television he engaged in behavior he considered a game, which involved sexually violating a woman against her will. It wasn't speculation or rumor, he said it. Judge him, don't judge him, that is your prerogative. The fact remains, he described that game, and if it occurred as he stated, a woman was probably raped, (at the very least sexually assaulted). Did it actually happen, who knows?
